Craftsman Plumbing is terrific! They are friendly, reliable, flexible and the work they do is excellent. We had them do a variety of plumbing jobs including installing a new pedestal sink and faucet, adding a flange to our toilet, replacing an old lead sewage pipe with a new, modern pipe, and more. They did a great job on everything and they left the spaces immaculate. Monty and Garrett were the team working on our house and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. Highly recommend this company!!

Craftsman makes calling the plumber an unexpectedly easy and enjoyable experience. In just a day and a half, they replaced an old faucet, fixed a toilet, and installed a brand new utility sink in our laundry room. All work was of the highest quality. The team communicated quickly and clearly, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my house and me with total respect. They are now my go-to for all plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Craftsman Plumbing. They have provided us consistently great service and a willingness to go above and beyond to solve plumbing problems that turned out to be more complicated than originally expected, such as a recent hot water heater replacement. Cameron and Isaac did a fantastic job with the general inspection of the house for galvanized pipes. They were super knowledgeable and nice. Every little detail was explained to me clearly. I learned so much in a day that I feel like I took a crash course on home plumbing. I cannot recommend this inspection enough to the new homeowners out there, worth it 100%!

I appreciated Drew's knowledge and manner. His suggestions made a lot of sense. He was precise and careful in assessing potential other leaks and demonstrating why his suggestions were sound. I am not sure I will hire them for the repair as the final bid was higher than others, probably justifiably so (copper pipes vs PEX). Still considering it.

Drew and his journeyman came to give us an estimate on our bathroom remodel. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional. He also did a great job explaining what his plan was. We did not end up using Craftsman Plumbing because the bid was over our budget.

Appointment available quickly, and the guys who came out were really nice. Because they determined the leak was coming from the appliance and not the plumbing, so not something they do, there wasn't even a charge for the trip. I'll definitely call them for my future plumbing needs.

When we had a sewer blockage in our 100 year old Craftsman house, Craftsman Plumbing was able to send a team first thing next morning. Cameron was very knowledgeable, and took his time to talk us through the process and explain exactly what the issue was. He was able to quickly clear the blockage, and took care to clean and ensure that everything was working properly. His sewer scope video had a detailed voiceover to support next steps. Highly recommend working with this company.

Cameron provided exactly what was necessary from an excellent plumbing company. I am very handy, and a sump pump is not normally something that will give me trouble. Needless to say, I was stumped by the sump. I called Craftsman Plumbing, and they sent him right away. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem waaaaaay faster than I would have. It was worth every penny, but their fees are very reasonable anyway.
They have also fixed an odd problem in my basement sink and gave me some advice about what to do with my master bathroom. they don't nickel and dime you, and are up -front about what you are paying for. Payment was very easy too, as they have a wireless payment available on completion. These folks should be at the top of your list to call.

I am impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Monty’s work. His diagnosis and repair work was smart and I was given full explanations of problems before proceeding with repairs. I will happily recommend his services anytime!

Cameron came out to look at a toilet that was stopped up. He was incredibly friendly, diagnosed it as a problem with the toilet itself, and when I expressed interest in replacing it myself gave me a bunch of pointers on how to go about installing a new toilet and what to look out for. I will call them again next time I have a plumbing problem.

Drew and Monty from Craftsman Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing the sump pump system for the 8 unit townhome community we are apart of. They were great at onsite problem solving and explained the details of the project very clearly.

Montory and Garrett did a fantastic job installing a new kitchen faucet and new fixture shutoffs. They took their time to get it done right and delivered quality results and service. Also, they were very pleasant and patient to work with. Worked with Montory twice now and he really goes the extra mile to make sure that I'm satisfied and all my concerns are taken care of. This was my third service call with Craftsman in the past two weeks to do several repairs/replacements for bath, kitchen and new water heater too and couldn't be more pleased. Shout out as well to Drew & Isaac on the water heater installation -- great job guys! Thanks Drew for updating the faucet order and guiding me through the basics of hot water heaters. Craftsman will be my go to plumber going forward; I'm so relieved to know that they are reliable, nearby, and available when needed.

The team at Craftsman is incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and down to earth. I left a voicemail and email on a Sunday evening for toilet that wasn’t flushing, they called me first thing in the morning, and coordinated with me, my building manager, and my tenant. They were on site within a couple hours and communicated the issue and various solutions every step of the way. I didn’t feel like there were any hidden fees - everything was super transparent and professional - and reasonably priced. Craftsman (and Drew in particular!) made what I thought would be a stressful experience seamless and straightforward - headache averted! Thank you Craftsman - look forward to working with you again!

Best plumbers around. We've hired them for 3 different services and will continue to work with them. Their pricing is on the higher end but every experience is the best.

Montory and his associate were on-time, professional, and overall performed great work. They did some awesome troubleshooting and completed work in a timely manner, while also teaching me about how my house plumbing works.

We heard some dripping sounds in our bedroom. We called Craftsman plumbing and they came and were able to pinpoint the problem to the sink on the next floor. They were very professional and we are very satisfied with our experience.

I engaged with Craftsman Plumbing so they could fix a leaky drain. After their visit, I realized that the leak was fixed, but a different problem had been introduced by the fix. They came back free of charge to address the new problem. After a couple months, I realized that the new problem had not fully been resolved. Craftsman then returned for a third visit - again, free of charge - after which all issues were fully resolved. I can't give 5 stars since, ideally, there would have been no issues at all. But with that said, I now feel a strong sense of trust that Craftsman really does stand by their work. This trust is worth a lot to me, so I intend to use Craftsman again for future plumbing needs.

Very happy with the two appointments I've had with them. All three employees I met were pleasant, respectful of my house, and were perfectly willing to wear masks (which not everyone is despite the pandemic). Cameron was very helpful and informative, taking a good look at my situation and advising on some issues for me to be aware of, while successfully taking care of my immediate problem.

Plumbing bills are always shocking to me (that’s true everywhere!) but this company was very timely, polite, plumber took his time to make sure it was done right and solved the problem. I’d use them again

Poor experience. They came out and quoted over $900 for a faucet replacement, not including parts. When I asked them to explain the pricing they robotically said it's their standard pricing, whether it takes them 5 minutes or 5 hours. So expect to be ripped off here!

These guys are great at communicating what’s going on. They were honest in their dealings, and I felt very good about the outcome. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Absolutely amazing service. We had some water damage that resulted in some plumbing being exposed and we decided to have Craftsman out to take a look. Cameron and his colleague (blanking on the name) gave a thorough assessment of the now exposed plumbing and also the rest of the house's plumbing. They went above and beyond and I went from being completely in the dark about the plumbing in our home to really (starting to) understanding it.

They came back out a few weeks later to take care of a few of the recommended actions we discussed and did a great job.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Craftsman again in the future for any of your plumbing needs.

Craftsman is our #1 call when we have plumbing issues. Our house is old with a lot of DIY workarounds from the prior owner; Cameron quickly and efficiently found and fixed the two issues we were having. Highly recommended.

They were on time, courteous, and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the water heating issue I was having and fixed it on the same visit!

Very professional service, you get what you pay for. I tried to fix my plumbing issue to no avail, so I called Craftsman Plumbing. The tech was punctual and professional, and he iterated over approached from least invasive to most hands-on until he completed the task in a timely and effective manner. Ty Monty.

I punctured the water main digging a fence post hole. Since I knew exactly where the puncture was, I was able to clear enough earth to easily get at the pipe before they arrived. Drew showed up and had the pipe patched in probably about 45 minutes, including a trip to the supply store for some adapters.

The install was quick and they explained each step clearly such that I now feel confident in my ability to patch the line should I ever damage it again.

We have used these folks twice, both times with excellent results. The first time was in Dec 2020 to repair a hole in our kitchen drain pipe, which included diagnostics, accessing the pipe from the outside, and reinstalling the siding and sealing with paintable caulking when done. It took a while for the internal caulking around the pipe to dry; they went to extra trouble to ensure rodent exclusion while drying and to check back a few times before re-sealing the exterior. We had our handyman paint it that spring and you could not even tell that the wall had been cut into.

The second time was in Nov 2022 when a problem with a basement shower drain resulted in a flooded basement. It occurred right before Thanksgiving. They gave us an appointment for the following Monday (it was not an emergency as I had already wet-vacced and dried the basement) but they called to move the appointment up when they had a cancellation anyway. Drew and Isaac showed up on time and diligently diagnosed the problem. Drew, the senior plumber, had the humbleness and decency to say that he wanted to discuss the issue further with others back at the office before making a recommendation because it was going to be a complicated and large fix. At that point I told him I was only using the basement shower because the one on the main floor was broken and I had been frightened off from fixing it due to information from a previous plumber. He and Isaac came up and fixed it in about 20 minutes!! It cost a fraction of fixing the basement shower, which we would never otherwise use. Drew was so helpful, honest, and explained things to me kindly without the condescension I often experience from contractors. He and Isaac left the place immaculate and were both so lovely to work with.

Can't recommend Draftsman Plumbing highly enough.

Contacted Craftsman Plumbing to bid on a kitchen sink, faucet and disposal replacement and install. Cameron came out evaluated the project, gave me a bid and I decided at that time I’d go forward with them. Cameron then did the job same day. He was great! Good communication, kept the site clean and completed the job within the time he estimated. I would def use them again.

Next day appointment available. They fixed a leaking shower that also had very low hot water pressure. Would definitely use this company again.

As a woman, I absolutely loved that they send you a photo of the service person ahead of time so that you know you’re opening the door to the correct person. This is a very thoughtful and considerate security feature.

Had a leaky outdoor faucet and I couldn't figure out how to pull it out from the exterior wall. Drew had it figured out in minutes and taught me a few things about my own home to boot. Work was completed that day and though the cost was higher than I would have liked, it seems any home repair is fairly expensive these days. I'm happy to have the issue fixed.

Cameron was excellent!! Not only did he expertly figure out the issue and efficiently resolve it, he answered all my many questions and explained what was going on, how he was going to fix it, and ways to mitigate issues in the future. He was friendly and calm and put me at ease immediately over a stressful plumbing situation. We had an emergency at the restaurant I work at when our hot water heater failed. Craftsman Plumbing came right out to assess it for us, and gave quality advice and clear communication about what we needed to do. They were able to fix it the next day. I called Craftsman because of a leak that was literally beyond my reach. They scheduled me in that very afternoon and were able to come early because of a cancellation. The plumber was named Cameron and he was excellent: took me through what had gone wrong, showed me the parts that were going bad and offered me several different options for how to proceed. I recommend Craftsman wholeheartedly!

We called for water-heater replacement (because HOA, and its insurance policy) and it turns out that Craftsman Repair would do a far better job than the HOA's plumber would for about 25% more on the price tag. So thumbs up for abiding by code, perfect estimates, and the time you take for the planning. 'Loved the man you sent, Monty, he was completely awesome.

Cameron Lockwood is doing the work he was born to do. His professionalism is rare. The builing i am in is a challenge to get a water tank in and out of. He worked wonders with fitting the tank into a very tight space. His attitude is positive and he talks about how much he loves working for craftsman plumbing. Highly recommend. Drew is very knowledgeable and thorough. They instill trust and competency to the point where, after two other bids, we are having them do a complete repipe for our 45-year old house with rusting galvanized pipes, and install a water tank at my office. Each plumber we had do a smaller job to test the quality of work. They clearly won out!

It was easy to get an appointment scheduled over the phone. Montory was able to diagnose why my pot filler was leaking, order the necessary parts, and complete the repair promptly and efficiently when the parts arrived. I ran into Cameron as he was working on another job in my building. I told him I had been meaning to call. He advised I call the scheduler immediately to see if they could squeeze me in after the current job since they were already in the building. They did, everything worked out great, and Cameron taught me little more about how to care for my lines. Another job done for them and another item checked off my “to do” list.

Craftsman is one of the best vendors that we have ever worked with. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and detailed. Drew was our plumber for this project. Drew was in my home to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He was patient in answering all my questions about the different options and gave clear explanations of what would be entailed in the work. At the end he offered to answer any more questions I have about any of my other plumbing, and I found him to be quite knowledgeable. I paid for the estimate, but I felt that the money was well spent for the amount of information I collected, the materials used and the life expectancy of the different plumbing options.

I am hoping that the estimate will be reasonable. My experience so far from the scheduling to the estimate has been wonderful.

Plumbers from two other companies told us our tankless water heater would need to be replaced. Cameron found the problem and fixed it in the same visit, saving us thousands of dollars. He was professional and personable. If we need plumbing services in the future, Craftsman will be our call.

Dusty and his team are amazing people to work with. I had a serious sewer side legacy issue. I live on a slope and the sewer side lines coming from the house lay under a retaining wall about 6 to 8 ft deep in the ground. Old concrete pipes crumbling down generate a huge back up in my house. Very difficult to access and fix (clean, repair and line the lines). They did everything and stayed on budget. When difficulties arose, they always worked in full transparency to find creative solutions. They educated me in the process and never tried to upsell me. Trust this company.

I had a tricky drain clog that was way down the pipes. I had two other plumbers try to clear the clog but they couldn't and wanted to do some very expensive work to try to fix it.

My husband and I have had so many bad experiences with water in our homes so naturally when our main shower and bath stopped working we became very concerned. After reading other wonderful reviews on Craftsman Plumming I gave them a call to explain some of the issues we were having. I can't remember her name but the woman who answered my call was so incredibly nice and made me feel very confident that they would be able to fix our problem. I especially love the fact that she gave me all the costs and what to expect up front, I didn't get that hanky feeling like there would be all these hidden fees and a bill at the end that would make you just want to cry. Monty showed up right on time, was very professional and super friendly. He ran through a few scenarios and trouble shot a couple of things. After putting together a quote to replace our whole shower unit he said let me try one more thing just so we exhaust all our other options and bingo! He fixed the problem. Our shower is now working beautifully with no issues. Monty spent a few hours at our home and was great with my 16month old son who kept wanting to play with his tools, he is a great plummer and wonderful human. I would highly recommend Craftsman Plumming and Monty to anyone.

Drew was just fantastic to work with right from the start. He arrived ahead of time, was super warm, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue visually and his curiosity led to brainstorming a few things that could've gone wrong and we were able to narrow down the problem quickly. I really liked his ability to explain the problem and to prevent future problems. He was super competent to execute the required unclogging of the shower drain, and did it a few extra times to make sure it was completely done. We will surely have him come back for future jobs.

Had a leak under the sink and called Craftsman. They sent someone the same day to check out our issue. Monty quickly identified the issue, talked us through what was going on, got a quote and immediately resolved our leak by replacing the garbage disposal. Efficient and professional service! Would call Craftsman again.

Our Craftsman Plumbing technician, Drew, was 100% professional. He said that he would be wearing a face covering during our entire appointment even though he was fully vaccinated because it was the company policy. Drew gave me a cost estimate for the initial work of determining the source of our leak. He provided periodic updates. After he found the cause, he provided a cost estimate of the work of repairing it. He was polite, well spoken and cleaned up the work areas completely after he was done.

Had Montory back to install my new gas W/D. Again, he did an an amazing job. Cant say enough good things about this guy.

I think this is our fifth job with Craftsman Plumbing. They are always responsive, professional, friendly and do high quality work. They helped with a water pressure issue and were on their way in 20 minutes. They're the best!

Montory quickly identified the problem. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and we formulated the best possible repair strategy. His schedule didn’t allow him to start the extensive repair needed immediately. We scheduled for immediately after the holiday weekend. But instead of making me wait that long, HE CAME BACK! This couldn’t have had a better outcome for me. Everything was professionally done & beautifully coordinated between Alie and Drew, and the work itself was difficult & awkward but stunning nonetheless. I am in awe of the tenacity it took to get my bathtub into this tiny little space. I am absolutely thrilled with the work. My remodel was on hold for almost a year because of my tub not coming in and every time I thought it might come in Alie was right there scheduling me into spots in the calendar. it was spectacular!!! Drew cleared our clogged drain but also took the time to quickly fix the stopper in our sink and suggest a quick fix for water pressure in the shower. We have a list of future updates to make to pre-empt any issues and we'll be definitely going to craftsman plumbing for future services.

These folks did work down Perkins Lane in Seattle. They parked in the neighbors driveway blocking their parking, also in the process of using the neighbors driveway to turn around, instead of the public turnaround at the end of the lane, they moved the recycle and garbage bins causing collection to be missed.

They bid on my repair project (leaking tub drain pipe) and then fixed it one week later. I had another plumber that had me waiting 2 -3 months until I fired them for not responding. I’m thrilled with the work, the people, the cleanup and the responsiveness. Seriously, this company was great. Charlisa did the bid and with her colleagues did the repair as well. She was very professional. This was a tough job due to access and I could not have been happier with the result .

I had a great experience with Craftsman. They were able to quickly put me on their schedule and fix a leak in my very old sink with a low-cost solution. I also had them replace my faucet with a modern fixture which they did very quickly as well. Craftsman Plumbing is amazing! They were very communicative, sent a photo of the staff member who was on their way, wore protective shoe covers and masks in the house, and found the problem with our sump pump and water heater right away. They spent hours here but everything was covered by their very affordable service fee of $70. They went above and beyond and were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Front desk was very friendly and informative and helped me understand the exact steps that will take place to address my sudden ceiling water damage. We discovered that we had a leaky kitchen sink on a Sunday night. We needed a plumber for Monday morning. A quick Facebook query on a communit group page came back with a suggestion of Craftsman Plumbing. With 90+ reviews at a near 5.0 rating, we decided we give them a try.

And wow, what a good decision that was! The call center answered quickly on Monday morning and got us promptly scheduled. The technician who came to our house was friendly. We had him look at additional, less urgent plumbing needs we had been putting off. He gave us clear, easy to understand options and honest feedback on weighting those options. He did the work quickly and thoroughly. And I thought the price was very fair.

They replaced an underground pipe for me, we had an issue getting the city to make a connection with the water main, Craftsman Plumbing went to bat for me, reaching out to the city counsel, and ultimately got the job done. Very happy with their work.

I recently scheduled Craftsman to come out and inspect a sump pump to make sure it was functioning properly. From office call to Cameron showing up at the house was very quick. As always, Cameron was thorough and professional. I would highly recommend the Craftsman team for any plumbing requirements.

Cameron, the service technician (aka the plumber) was personable, easy going and persistent. The main bathroom sink drain had corroded and fallen apart. Cameron got the style of drain (cap and function) that we wanted and installed it. After installation when testing the drainage, it was discovered that there was a clog in the line (in the wall) probably caused by the original problem. After putting it back together it was discovered that the overflow line was clogged and it all had to be disassembled and then reinstalled. Cameron tested it again and everything worked better than it had in a long time. No leaks, quick draining and the new hardware looks great. As I said, very persistent and not charged for three installations. I would recommend using their services.

Drew helped us with getting our shower controls converted (eletrical to traditional). He was always professional, took time to explain things, and was just all around a great guy. We will definitely use this company again for future plumbing needs!

After three visits with plumbers who claimed our two hot waters could not be repaired and made bids of $8,000 to $11,000 for replacements, Craftsman determined how to make the repairs, ordered and installed the parts and we are now fine. Their service personnel and office folks were courteous, competent and pleasure to work with.

The first time I used this company was last month as their van happened to be on my street when I discovered a leaky pipe in my bathroom sink.
I found another leaky spot under the same sink a month later, they came the next day and fixed it under their warranty, even though it was actually a different problem. Cameron was professional, wore boot protectors in my home and was quaint knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Cameron was professional and good. But, the Craftsman Quote (that I sadly did approve to start the work) turned out to be triple high for 6 hours of work (including breaks). When I questioned the amount they were charging after the work was done, the company said on the phone, you approved in advance the work to be done, either pay the quoted amount right now while we're talking or we'll come after payment. This is not the trustworthy answer I expected, and certainly the tone of a company who gets negative feedback often. Did not know they quoted triply high and expected me to know how much every plumbing job should cost and turn them down. They came as a reference from someone in the plumbing business, oh well. Back to the old fashioned advice, always get 3 quotes on everything...

I asked Craftsman for a quote on installing a dishwasher hookup, and the quote they gave me was exorbitant. But more importantly, while the plumber was there, he told me my water heater flue was incorrectly angled, which could one day cause a carbon monoxide leak (although he didn't detect one, and none had been detected in the 16 years the flue had been that way) and that per Craftsman company policy he had to shut off my gas and my neighbor's gas, knowing full well that I'd turn it on right after, because I'm not going to live (or force my neighbor to live) without hot water while waiting for a new flue to be installed. Also that this was very common and that he'd already done it 3x that week at other homes. It took me over an hour to relight the water heaters after he left. Pretty annoying to hire a plumber, have the plumber break something unrelated to the service call, and need to spend so much time fixing it on my own afterward.

The plumber sent was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a small leak in a pipe in the ceiling. It involved some soldering. Some plumbers waive the dispatch fee if you get the job done. But here we were charged a dispatch fee plus the full charge $75 +480. And I was left with this hole in the ceiling to fix all by myself.☹️

Their response is: well its not in writing that we have to repair the ceiling.

But I was also never offered, nor given a deal to do it considering how much I was paying....the feeling I have is, if I feel like im overpaying the first time, why would I ask for more work?

While the workers were great and quality good, I thought their charges were incredibly high. $850.00 to replace the insides of two toilets. Flush and fill valves can be bought for $20.00. Cameron arrived in the window they had told me, and he was very friendly, and very professional. He explored some options very openly with me, and was patient enough to work with our property manager to ensure approval for the work, and that payment would be smooth. Then he got to work, and got the drain clog removed in very quick order. He ran the line ~100ft, all the way to the public sewer line, so that should clear out our issue pretty good. He also showed me some of the stuff that was in the clog (not gross), so I can be sure that we're not putting weird things down our drains going forward, and then cleaned up all of this equipment and was on his way. Great experience overall. Cameron was the perfect gentleman.

Our pipes were clogged over the weekend (Of course on a Sunday!) with overflow into our basement shower...Yuck! While I assume the quality of the work has not degraded, I can no longer say that you get your money's worth as I said originally, can no longer recommend them, and do not intend to use their services unless there is no other choice.

Original Review: Finally found a plumber we like! We've used Craftsman Plumbing a few times now. They are responsive, responsible, friendly and trustworthy. They are on the more expensive side, unfortunately, but you do get your money's worth.

Second time I've gone to Craftsman when I needed a plumber - they're fast, friendly, and do quality service. I'd strongly recommend giving them a call.

Our tech Cameron was very professional and really took time to explain the problems we were having plumbing wise. We are confident our water leakage has been fixed.

We hired Craftsman to replace a water heater. Dusty did the work professionally and thoroughly. He came out right away and did it at a reasonable price. We would use him again should the opportunity arise.

Drew came to my house to make estimate and recommendations for project. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Montory was very friendly and he wore a mask the whole time. I would definitely recommend for a friend.

These guys are awesome! They have helped us a few times and are always on top of their game. They are prompt, fair, reliable, and get the job done without any BS. For our most recent issue, Will was a life saver; he quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. These guys are very professional and are a pleasure to work with. I give them my highest recommendation, and that does not come lightly.

Craftsman Plumbing came through for me! My tenant complained that her toilet didn't work. Yikes, can't have that! Then I discovered my toilet was also leaking. Even though Cameron the plumber was getting close to the end of his day, he stayed until he had solved the problem and saved my day. His office kept me posted on when he'd arrive. When he came, he was respectful and he too kept me posted about his process. I was very thankful for my experience with Craftsman Plumbing and with Cameron.

Cameron and Monty were really great! They were able to replace an old floodstop and also solve an issue with our cold/hot water valves. They explained what they were going to be doing before and during the repair process, checked to make sure all issues were fixed, walked me through the estimate, and were also very kind and friendly to my dog! I would highly recommend them both!

Dusty is an absolute rock star! We recently moved into a rental where we were having major water pressure issues in a few sinks. He came out and dealt with the issue immediately and at an extremely reasonable price. We will use only Craftsman Plumbing for any future plumbing issues we run into.

Craftsman did a great job relocating our gas line to facilitate a window instillation. I appreciated the texts to let me know when their people were on their way to our home. They were professional, hardworking and kept a clean job site. City inspection of the work was quick. Highly Recommend. (During COVID all employees wore masks and maintained distance for added health/safety.)

They were amazing. Extremely detailed and got to the bottom of my mysterious issue. Went above and beyond to explain the issue, resolutions, mediations, etc while helping me decide what is right for me and my family. I will be calling them again for any issues in the future!

Craftsman Plumbing did our hot water heater replacement. They gave us good advice about the pros and cons of switching tank sizes. They did excellent work on the installation. They did a free inspection after the unit stopped working where they discovered that a contractor who was working on a different repair job had disconnected the power and forgot to reconnect it.says

He let me know his plans before moving forward. When he didn't know an answer, he consulted with someone on his team who might know (Dusty). Cameron was committed to getting our kitchen sink drain back to working order. Even if we couldn't solve the entire problem on this visit (turns out it is a much more complex issue).
