Had a really great experience working with Joe and his team to fix a leaking water pipe. They were highly responsive and came out within 20 minutes of my call and were able to schedule and fix the issue very quickly and professionally. Generous and high quality service. Would definitely hire them again!

We have used Raymark Plumbing for many years and they have always been very good. They just rose to a new level this week in our book with unbelievable responsiveness. They flipped there entire schedule around for the day to fit us in for an emergency repair (replaced two hot water heaters within a few hours of calling in for help). We highly recommend them. The professionalism, high quality of work, and responsiveness cannot be beat.

Wow! Called Raymark at 10 AM about our water heater leaking (it was 13 years old!) - Ty was at our house within a little over an hour, and by 12:15 pm, the team (John and Nick) was ready to replace our water heater. All done by 3 pm. They did such a good job! Left everything ship-shape too. We've used Raymark before, and have always been pleased with the results, and they're still living up to their great reputation! Very professional, personable, and efficient.

I have used Raymark for several projects from simple toilet replacements to a complete water line replacement that required a small boring machine. In every case they were great. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process. The plumbers were professional and the office kept me appraised of scheduling details.

Raymark Plumbing recently replaced the old galvanized pipes in our 1925 home. The job was done on time and within budget. Their team members were very professional and the job went off without a hitch. We are very happy and highly recommend the company.

A leak detection company located a waterline leak, located in my driveway.
Raymark Plumbing was contracted to dig down, find the leaking pipe and fix it.
After digging 4 feet, they could not find the water pipe and claimed they could dig no further without special equipment, which would have greatly added to the job’s expense.
Unfortunately, they did not alert me to this potential issue (4 ft. trenching depth limit) before the job started or would have reconsidered the entire project.
In the end I ended up spending over $2000 and receive no results. Raymark refused to adjust the bill.
I would never do business with his folks again, and I certainly would not recommend them.

Had a great experience with Raymark. Looked at reviews, and found them to be a customer friendly local company. Worked with Marissa to get the information they needed to get a quote. She was professional and a great communicator. Ty, the tech provided the quote as promised. Was fortunate to get scheduled the next day. Ty and his assistant John were prompt, professional and did great work. Was actually relieved when Ty suggested replacing our water pressure valve (that was not functioning) and main line shut off valve. This was added to the job on the spot. Ty provided great explanations for all of the work. Took them less than two hours to do everything with minimal impact to my family and with quality work. I will for sure be contacting Raymark for all of my future plumbing needs. Bravo!

Had Andrew with Raymark Plumbing at my house today. Our Side Sewer is broken. He was able to open the clog, and identify the broken sewer pipes. He was professional and very pleasant to have on site. I have more work coming, but this 1st phase was done perfectly, and I really appreciate the excellent service from Andrew and Raymark Plumbing. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing. Camera work, snaking the pipes and then locating the breaks with paint on the cement. The cost for the clean out and inspection was a very fair price.

Called Raymark to schedule work on a small leak coming from the base of our toilet - no rush. Was told they couldn't help us with our leak and to use a different company. I've never heard of a company picking and choosing business like this.

We had a great experience working with Raymark Plumbing. I had an unusual need of having to replace a water pressurizer in my unit that was over 15 years old. I called around and either no one worked on these or wouldn't bother with the project since it was in a Condo building in Capitol Hill. Raymark came out quickly and got me a quote for the work. It took longer than we all expected to get the part in, but once it was in they got my scheduled quickly.

Ty, their master plumber, that quoted the work handled the install and they did a great job getting it installed quickly and cleaning up after themselves.

I have used Raymark for many years for everything from sewer work to minor kitchen faucet repairs and have always been happy with the service and the results. The crews that come out are particularly pleasant and knowledgeable and are a pleasure to to deal with. Recently I had an emergency water tank replacement that needed to be done (it happened late afternoon) and Raymark scheduled it within hours and was out the first thing next morning with the work being completed before lunch. The tech even left the house in better shape than they found it and the hot water felt great. Recommend the company and their super staff to anyone looking plumbing work.

Ty's solution to my service line leak was the most elegant. His idea: instead of boring a hole 40' across your property, how about we come in through the garage and run the waterline parallel to your gas line. This solution: A) did not require breaking up a section of 100-year-old sidewalk next to my house that would be replaced with shiny new concrete; B) would not block the public sidewalk with a large boring machine; C) would not bury the line under a concrete driveway and up to 6' of dirt, which means that in the unlikely event it leaks again I might at least see puddle (there was no visible sign that 36,000 gallons of water dumped on my property over a 2 month period, average usage is 6,300); and, last but not least, D) was $2000 cheaper than the other two bids that wanted to use boring equipment to run the new line next to the old leaking line. Ty himself earns 5 stars for thinking outside the box! Not to mention that he managed to coordinate completing the work the day after I accepted his bid. Kudos also goes to John and Gabe on the work crew for executing the project efficiently and engaging me to address decisions that needed to be made along the way. After the excavated soil levels out, there will be no sign that I had a service waterline leak. Elegant solution and excellent execution.

Ty and the team at Raymark were terrific. They replaced outdated steel pipes throughout our home and provided us with a new intake line (the prior one was corroded). They were thoughtful about our budget (we elected to keep some older fixtures around) and worked hard and quickly. And the disruption to our house was minimal. I was impressed and will absolutely use again.

Super responsive and helpful. Had a failed hot water heater on Saturday morning. Called at 1p. Raymark was over at my house by 4p (same day). Didn't have to go without hot water over the weekend. Also they were recommended by a friend of mine who is a General Contractor. My go to for any plumbing issues!

Excellent service! Early Sunday morning water heater began leaking and Raymark responded immediately and had someone at our place within the hour. Ty could not have nicer and was an absolute professional, replacing our old water heater with a new one on the spot. Highly recommend!

We’ve used Raymark a number of times and have always been pleased and completely satisfied with the service. This time it was to replace our hot water heater with a new tankless heater. I called Monday morning at 7:30, Joe was at our house by 9:30 am and the work was complete by the afternoon. They are a great team!

Needed a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) and a p-trap under one of our sinks. Our plumbing technician, Mario, was excellent. He was professional, communicated well, and did great work. I had a problem with water leaking into my basement due to a blocked storm drainage system. Raymark was highly recommended by a neighbor who had drainage work done last year. Kevin came to my home and discussed several options and provided me with a very detailed written estimate at less than half of what another company proposed. The gentlemen who performed the work, Juan and Kyle, were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work Raymark did and will definitely call on them for any plumbing, sewer, or drainage issues I might have in the future.

Raymark was the best plumbing service I have used in Seattle. I would choose them again and again. I had a sewer issue and I happen to be out of town. They got on the phone with me, assessed the situation, and determined the best path forward. They had stellar communication and I felt like they were on my side to get to the best answer. In the past with sewer issues, other companies send someone out to assess and then send the sewer tech. Raymark assessed over the phone and send the sewer tech on first visit. This made things efficient. They also helped with a toilet leak and knew exactly what to do. They were respectful and as a single woman, I felt very comfortable with them in my house. To top it all off they were reasonably priced and such a good value. This was the best plumber experience I have had. So grateful for them!

Raymark has exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. Beginning 2 years ago with an emergency sewer back up into my basement, Levi worked tirelessly to snake the line and even called in a favor with a water jetting company to further clear my lines when snaking couldn't dislodge all the roots. The company did an evaluation of my sewer and explained exactly why I was continuing (and would continue) to have the issue and backed up their analysis with video clearly showing the problem. They have just completed replacement of my old lines with new ones and lined pipes to prevent future issues. From scheduling (Tonja) to estimating (Kevin) to the actual digging, replacing, lining and repairing concrete sidewalk (Juan, Dave and crew), everyone has been stellar. I highly recommend!

Had them come out to inspect an issue. They diagnosed an additional leak we had not noticed. They were able to fix both as part of the new toilet install we then scheduled. They were very responsive and fit our smaller job in around their larger ones. They arrived on time, were very professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. We would work with them again.

Mario and his partner were on time and very professional.Mario explained everything they were doing and they got the work done quickly. They replaced a hose bib and installed a new toilet along with replacing the toilet shut off valve. It’s been a few years since I’ve had to use Raymark and I was pleased to see that they still provide quality service.

If I could give Raymark more than five stars, I would. They have helped me over the years multiple times. From fixing a dripping shower head, to installing all the plumbing and fixtures for a new bathroom. From the people answering the phone like Michelle or Morgan, to the technicians helping you, Joe, Jose, Mario, John, super star Ty, among others, I have encountered nothing but kindness and professionalism. They have always taken the time to explain problems and challenges to be addressed and have proposed creative solutions to difficult tasks. I have never felt pressured to accept a proposal, and I have always felt confident to ask for more information or clarification. And I have always been satisfied with the end result.

After moving into our new house late last year, we started receiving super-high water bills from SPU. The city's water meter was bouncing back and forth, even with the water shut off to the house, attributing thousands of unused gallons to our account. Joe from Raymark came out - after we had a leak detection specialist assess the situation - and he put a new check valve on our main water line. Apparently, expansion from the water tank can throw off the meter if the check valve isn't working as intended. The new valve seems to have remedied the issue, and we are thankful to Raymark for the support!

We had a toilet where the connection to the sewer line had failed and had to be replaced. It is very difficult to find a plumber in Seattle, especially for a job that may take a couple of hours to complete. Raymark was able to schedule a time when I called them. They missed their original appointment time due to an emergency at a previous job. I appreciate these things happen. Their dispatcher was extremely courteous and apologetic, and promised they would get to me the following morning. They were true to their word. The technician, Mario, was very courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me with an estimate, and completed the work that morning. Raymark charged a very fair price.

I will definitely choose Raymark for my next plumbing job.

Solid work but yes it was expensive. $600 for toilet flange repair and re-install of the toilet, about an hour's worth of work. But it was done quickly and no leaks so far. I was a bit annoyed that they played games with the schedule - tried to schedule me two weeks out and when I said that wouldn't work a tech was magically available 30 minutes later. And annoying that the tech kept pulling out silly excuses trying to sell me a new toilet (it's old? An o-ring is wearing out so I need a new toilet? Sheesh).

We met Levi for the second time today when he came to help us with a clogged sewer line. He was just as efficient and personable as on the first visit. He communicated extremely well and methodically worked through the problem. He found another inside clean out access that I had forgotten about. He left with our line clear and ready to use. We had called Raymark last night when the second toilet overflowed (long story - we thought the block had been cleared). He was able to come this morning which is much appreciated. We could not ask for more efficient courteous service. Thank you Levi and Raymark.

Joe came out to replace a clogged old piece of piping in a 100+ year old Capitol Hill building's basement crawl space. The clog wasn't allowing a shower to drain and it was in a section of the plumbing where there were 3 elbows, so a snake couldn't get through it. We received 3 bid's and Raymark's was reasonable. Another companies was thousands higher, whereas the 2nd was around Joe's, but Joe was able to repair the following Monday when he could come-out with a 2nd guy (it was Saturday at the time). He even vacuumed up the water and left the shop-vac, so the tenant could take a shower in the meantime.

Really happy I called Joe/Raymark and will definitely do so again when the need arises.

I've used Raymark for plumbing repairs for years and their work has always been reliable. Staff is courteous and responsive. They are quick and efficient and provide helpful info about a the service needed.

Raymark repaired a broken water main that was spewing water onto the street. Owner is responsive, and picked up on a Saturday morning, explaining that he will show up first thing on Monday to quote the job.

The quote was very fair for the work, an entire water line replacement, and roughly 60% of the cost quoted by a prominent, local 24 hour plumber. Work started the next day, the crew used directional boring at the jobsite, and cleaned up the trenches extremely well.

Raymark is simply the best at what they do in the greater Seattle area. We have had to have them out to our home 3 times in the last 7 years, and every time they are fantastic to work with. They have extremely qualified people working there and everyone is friendly, on time and dependable. my neighbors went the cheap route with other plumbers and had an awful experience, so you get what you pay for. We were extremely impressed by Juan and Levi and their entire crew, instantly getting to work with a smile on their faces while it rained on them and they repaired by sewer. they were responsive and a great value. They took a great amount of care and pride in their work and kept my home clear on the inside. they also had their masks on when inside my home. when they had to cut my paved deck, they used extreme care and you can't even tell they cut it open to replace a sewer and drain pipe. the job they did is masterful and simply incredible. they also stayed within their quoted amount for what the job would be and called after the job to ensure my satisfaction was met or exceeded. I realize Raymark may be expensive to some but I consider this an investment in my home and I don't want a bunch of clowns coming over to do serious sewer work if they simply don't have the training or skills. Raymark is #1 in our family and we will use them time and time again due to how professional they are and the quality experience we received. just a great bunch of people who take their jobs seriously and know what they are doing. I highly suggest them for any plumbing or sewer issue.

Raymark has always done good work for me and at very reasonable prices. Years ago I used Raymark for a variety of repairs and installations but for availability reasons was forced to use a couple of other companies for work on my rental house. None of the others were as good and I have now come back to Raymark. No nonsense, quick response, go-the-extra-mile service, and I think they are cheaper than their competitors who spend so much on advertising. This last time, on the same morning I called to check out a suspected water line leak that my tenants thought had occurred, Kami kindly worked me into their schedule and Joe actually came over to my rental house on his lunch hour to take a look. Joe diagnosed the issue and there was no water leak after all. Raymark didn't even charge me for their time communicating with me and for Joe's same day inspection. Raymark is reliable. I plan always to call Raymark first because in years of experience, they have been the best.

This is the most well-deserved 5-star rating that I have ever given a company. In our very complicated situation, Kevin Flynn at Raymark came up with a creative solution that saved us money. He could have easily proposed the most expensive option as the best; however, he clearly enjoys creative solutions and customer satisfaction over unnecessary expensive solutions. On top of that, Kevin was a joy to work with - so professional, friendly, and responsive to customer needs. He also facilitated work needed with a gutter company that was necessary to the job. When it came time for the work to be done, the team of Juan, Taylor, and Sergio were incredible. They got the complicated job done in record time with no disruption to my routine or schedule. I was able to be home the entire time and they were independent, thorough in their work, professional, and friendly. I am 100% completely satisfied with my use of Raymark. Raymark replaced our main water line from the street to our house. The result was extremely successful as we now have excellent water volume in our 100 year-old Capitol Hill house. Yes, we can now take showers and flush toilets simultaneously! Joe was our service tech and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Marissa handled all our logistics questions and she was nothing short of exceptional and professional. I contacted Raymark after hours when I noticed that my 16 year old water heater had a pool of water around it. Raymark was very responsive and was able to come out the next day and replace the water heater for a much lower price than I expected. “Joe” was very professional and also helped identify some issues with the wiring in my garage that needed to address as well. Definitely will hire Raymark again.

Dart and Joe provided very good service. I really appreciated that Raymark was able to respond and send someone out to my house on a government holiday. Dart was polite and courteous. Joe was also very courteous and friendly the entire time he was at my house. I am so thankful to our plumber Joe and the rest of the Raymark team. We had water leaking through our kitchen walls as a result of an installation error made before we moved in, so a drip leak had been going for years. Joe was able to quickly identify the leak and thought through a number of options. The end result was a less invasive and less costly fix than it could have been, thanks to his thoughtfulness and ingenuity.

Highly recommend! Raymark has been taking care of my home for 12 years. I bought an older condo and as the original equipment has needed repairs or outright replacements since day one. They have been prompt, reliable, solid workmanship, competitive and so professional. The materials and equipment they use is high quality and still appropriate for my budget. Reputable billing. Never once stood me up, and stand by their work. Never a callback. And they are careful with my home. My go-to company. I’m a very happy customer.

The Wolverine brand pull out kitchen faucet broke Sunday afternoon and we went to the Raymark website to send email requesting service. We were contacted Monday by Raymark and supplied photos of the misbehaving kitchen faucet per their request and asked for repair/replacement of the product, as Raymark had installed it in 2011. We said we expected it was out of warranty. Hayden of Raymark located a replacement part and arrived Tuesday afternoon with part. He replaced malfunctioning part and advised it was indeed under warranty, so no charge for part and no charge for labor. We were very impressed with Raymark's, and Hayden's prompt, efficient resolution to our plumbing problem. This event simply reinforced our continuing satisfaction with services big and small that Raymark plumbing has given us over the last 20+ years. We do not hesitate to recommend them to all and sundry.

We had a water main break and needed an emergency plumber. We called Raymark's 24/7 line. They responded right away, were extremely helpful, and had our major issue resolved in a matter of days. They were so focused on helping us, that they forgot to ask for payment! I felt like the plumber was so sincerely focused on helping our emergent issue, it was incredible.

Wish we'd gone directly with Raymark Plumbing, (had some unfortunate services out prior to finding them). They were incredibly efficient and very pleasant folks to work with. It was a big job and they handled every stage perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

As a new home owner, I'd never hired a plumber before and was a bit daunted about how to find good service. The scheduling process with Marissa was easy, great customer service, and the technician Hayden was great as well---on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions and made quick work of removing a leaking garbage disposal that turned out to have been improperly installed. I recommend Raymark for plumbing newbies like me, or anyone looking for great service.

I don’t normally post reviews but had to share how great Raymark is to work with. The city discovered a crushed sewer main for my townhome under the street and required me to fix it. I contacted multiple other plumbing companies and couldn’t get one to even come give an estimate. Finally I found Raymark. They listened to my issue, came out and gave an inspection, clearly talked me through my options, and ultimately fixed the problem to perfection. Though the whole process Kevin and Tonja were incredibly helpful and communicative and used their expertise and knowledge of working with the city to get the job done and provide lots of documentation to help me file a claim. I cannot recommend them enough and they came in and saved an awful situation for me! I intend to use them for all of my plumbing issues in the future and would recommend them to anyone, including family. It can be challenging to find reputable companies but Raymark is fantastic and a company you can absolutely trust to do the work well for a fair price.

I had contacted Raymark to come out and do a bid for gas piping and water heater on demand on our home. They were fast to reply and quick to schedule, so I really appreciated that!

Once they came over, I was told that I would have my bid by Friday afternoon. Monday comes and I am emailing over for my bid. It snowed over the weekend, so Marissa tells me that they are out of the office because of the snow, but I should be contacted soon. Well, a few weeks gone by and I still didn't receive it. We went with other company because we couldn't wait anymore.

It's such a shame, because they previously did great work in replacing a sewer on this exact same house! I'm hoping this is an isolated situation.

Mario spent 5 hours at my home. He cleaned out the kitchen sink drain line, which included repairing the galvanized drain pipe. He also installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal, which I provided. The new faucet was installed without any problem. However, when Mario began the disposal installation, he realized that the entire mounting assembly was missing from the new garbage disposal carton and he also discovered that the knock-out plug had already been knocked out of the disposal body. He maintained his cool and was able to successfully substitute a different mounting assembly and he plugged the knock-out hole. Mario was courteous, organized and cleaned up after the tasks were completed. Great job! I was very relieved to have a kitchen sink drain line that works and I have a fantastic new faucet and a functioning garbage disposal.

We have used Raymark twice for our plumbing needs. The first time we came across them was when another company never showed up. We called another company but their bid seemed too high for the small problem we had. Our kitchen sink water pressure was too low. We worked with Jon at the Raymark office and Ty was our plumber - these two are a great team. Then last month in Dec., we noticed our water bill went up 4X! There was no obvious leak around the house nor was there any extra usage. Jon sent Ty again. He did an inexpensive leak test using a simple dye in all of the toilets. There was a leak but not inside the house - the front yard water faucet pipe was leaking below ground, but it wasn't obvious because of all the rain. Ty scheduled work right way to cap off the pipe between the mainline and water faucet. It only took 2 hours to complete the work, and with fair pricing. We appreciate Ty's honesty in that he said this may or may not solve the problem, but we'll know for sure with the next bill. We have been very pleased on both times we used them. We highly recommend Jon and Ty for their promptness, honesty and professionalism.

I have nothing but great things to say about Raymark Plumbing! I've never dealt with a plumbing company before so was a little nervous about finding one I could trust. I got a bid from another company and it was much higher than I expected. I then got a bid from Raymark which was much more reasonable. And the best part was that they were available to do the work on my new bathroom when I needed them. All of my communication with Brittany was clear, accurate and I was made to feel like my small job was as important as any other. My plumber, Hayden, was friendly, thorough and very skilled. Great service. We had a new sump installed fall 2021. Very professional, tidy, and fast. They came back out several months later when we thought the pump wasn’t working, but it turned out to be a clog they cleared at no charge.

Raymark had helped us with plumbing problems twice in years past, and did so again this week. The most recent experience was like the others -- they were professional, effective and reasonably priced. Kami took the call and was quick to determine the exact nature of the problem. The technician, Hayden, arrived right as scheduled and did a fine repair. Highly recommended!

Raymark’s customer service is really great. Kami was super helpful on the phone and while I was scheduling for the next day, she saw that she had a team available right away and re-routed them to me so that they could look at the issue the same day.

Jose and his assistant were very nice and professional. They assessed the problem right away, showed me where the leak was and replaced the necessary pipes within 30 minutes.

Turns out, Jose was the same plumber who fixed our shower a year ago (which was a huge undertaking because of our strange old house plumbing) and he did an excellent job with that as well. We definitely recommend Raymark and will continue to use them.

We had two valves that failed at the same time, one on a water heater and the other on our washing machine. RayMark evaluated the cause(s) and corrected everything. This sounds easy but it was very complicated. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with.

We have an old house and I have had some difficult experiences with plumbers in the past so when the hot water stopped working in our shower and our hose bib started vibrating and making an awful when turned on I dreaded another frustrating and expensive experience and procrastinated for a week. I finally asked a friend for a referral and from there everything was great. I called Raymark and got an appointment within 3 days. They arrived, determined the problems, gave me a fair price right away, and successfully completed the work within a couple of hours. We hired Raymark to completely repipe our home (replacing all the old galvanized with PEX) as well as pulling a new line from the city meter. We could not be happier with the results! The work was done on-time and the crew was professional and friendly, and wow, the water pressure is now fabulous. At one point they discovered a potentially expensive problem with one of the side sewer lines, but were able to come up with a clever fix that saved us literally thousands of dollars.

We have been using Raymark for years to keep our 100-year old pipes free of roots, but finally the old clay needed to be replaced. Not an inexpensive job, and one wants as little physical disturbance to the property as possible as well as a job done right. Tonja was helpful in scheduling and communicating with us. The crew was terrific. Juan and Sergio kept a clean and safe site, let me see what they were doing and how the pipe-blasting technology works (as a homeowner I like to see what's going on sub-surface when a hole gets dug, plus the boring technology was cool), and were done on schedule. Even more impressive, they replaced the few pavers and flagstones they had to move and did such a good job that you can't even tell they were removed. They really paid attention to the details and the quality of their work. I can't compliment the crew highly enough for their care about the job. And this, folks, is why we use Raymark.

Raymark did an excellent job replacing my aging sewer line. Jose, Sergio, Juan and Ermilo were very thorough in their work and left my yard and alley looking better than when they started. It seemed like a fairly complex job involving pipe bursting one section and pipe lining another.. but it was addressed in a very timely manner. The crew was very meticulous confirming that some old drains were no longer active and ensuring everything was flowing smoothly. Gabby in the Raymark office did a great job getting me scheduled and keeping me posted on the progress. They are a very experience and professional group and I would highly recommend them.

Called Raymark Plumbing when we discovered a toilet leak and they sent someone out the same day which was important as we were traveling the following day. The plumber was super nice and knew exactly what the problem was. Turned out it was only a couple bolts that needed tightening and he was totally honest that my husband could tighten the bolts himself or he would be happy to do it but he would have to charge us the minimum charge. We did end up fixing it ourselves but it was so great to have such nice guys help us out that we will always call Raymark for future jobs from now on!

I have used Raymark three times now and have been so happy with their services. The latest call necessitated all new piping and enlarging the water line to the house. We were also having basement water leakage. Ty assessed the leakage situation and contacted me personally to explain that the water mitigation was better served with a professional waterproofer rather than by a plumber. He suggested a respected waterproofer and saved us! He went beyond and above to make sure we had the proper work done and was looking out for us and our expenses. I normally don't write reviews, but Raymark's service was so impressive that I wanted to share my experience. Service rep (Tonja) was very nice, efficient, and accommodating. The technician (Joe) was both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'd newly bought an old house and was concerned about the galvanized plumbing developing leaks. Joe gave excellent advice and was very helpful.

After doing a bit of online review searching to replace my leaking water heater, I called Raymark over the weekend and got a call back first thing Monday morning from Kami. Shortly after she sent me an e-mail asking to take a few photos so they could send me an accurate quote. Later that day Ty called and gave me a quote ($1,700 for a 50 Gallon tank) and that he could book me ASAP. I was able to get an appointment the very next morning. John and Brady came out on time and could not have been more courteous and professional. I also had them check out a leaky external faucet they were able to replace too for an additional charge. They were in an out in just a couple of hours. Compared to my experience with a washing machine repair company that took multiple phone calls and a lengthy waitlist, this was a walk in the park. Time is money and having this addressed so quickly and with limited phone calls made me a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Juan from Raymark located and cleared a clog in my floor drain cleanout in under an hour. Very efficient and knowledgeable and would recommend this service especially to anyone considering Southwest or Beacon. Avoid the upsell tactics!

Had a simple job that I didn't trust myself to do and they got it done with minimal fuss.

As a preventative measure I had the old rubber hoses upgraded to metal hoses for my washer plus, installed new hot & cold faucet seats.

Tanya took my incoming call and she was most pleasant and professional. Though this was elective and not urgent, plumber Jose had time to come out same day. The office called me two more times to advise me Jose would be at my condo within 30 minutes.

Jose and his partner evaluated my request and gave me a quote. I elected to proceed. Jose completed the work perfectly in one hour. The space was left clean and tidy and my washer / dryer put back in place.

Cost? Well, let me just say this. Any young man floundering in college with no apparent purpose, racking up enormous student loan debt, consider a plumbing apprenticeship. You will have a most comfortable income. I appreciate professional trades people.

The pilot light on my 8 year old water heater unceremoniously went out while I was on vacation, so I called Raymark after I experienced a bracing shower and then unsuccessfully tried to restart it myself.

Tonja was very kind and knowledgeable over the phone and made sure she got all the information the first time. Ty called within a few minutes and after troubleshooting I sent him some photos of the unit and he said he'd be out the very next morning. I had an appointment but I left him a door code.

He called shortly after he arrived and said he got the pilot light restarted for me and there'd be no charge, and then gave me a quote for replacement if it does in fact die completely in the near future. I thought this was really nice so I can plan for it.

I hope I won't have to use a plumber much, but I look forward to working with Raymark in the future!

Update October 2019: the pilot light on my gas furnace went out. After being on hold with the furnace company for 15 minutes I called Raymark to see if they could do it. Jon asked around and said that's not in their scope, but that I could call the gas company and they should be able to reset it for free. It took two minutes but that's the kind of service that will keep me calling Raymark first for all my plumbing needs!

Ty and his assistant did a great job replacing pipes under our kitchen sink and attaching earthquake straps to the hot water tank. Ty was very patient in explaining the position of the straps. I would ask for him again in a heartbeat. Raymark Plumbing was recommended by the condo maintenance supervisor. They were on time and finished very quickly.

This is my second time using Raymark. I find the employees to be very professional, friendly and straight forward. I found their advice to be helpful with honest appraisals of the expected work. They perform as they promise. Will use in the future.

Our main sewer line get clogged recently and we had to call Raymark Plumbing to the rescue. Raymark was very attentive and were able to dispatch Dion within the hour. This incident could've been very stressful but Dion's professional and pleasant demeanor made it less so. He was prompt, courteous and very patient explaining every step as he scoped the pipe with video camera explaining where the tree roots clogged the line. This is our first experience dealing with the sewer line and now we know who to call if we ever encounter this problem again.

I've used Raymark for years. They are unfailingly professional, trustworthy, and responsive. I needed a plumber to look at a slow draining toilet the day before I had to go out of town. I went in personally to the Raymark office right when they opened and spoke to Jon, who was friendly and responsive. They mentioned that they would call me in about an hour. I went to run some errands and got worried when I did not hear back from after three hours, so I decided to call. I'm glad I did as the issue was the challenge of getting a technician (aka plumber) over the same day. They said that someone would be calling as soon as they got done with their morning job.

Within an hour after I called, Jose called me to say he was en route. Jose and Brandon came by about 45 minutes later and proceeded to fix the toilet, while also explaining some of the intricacies and nuances of a large toilet snake. Not only was their work good, I learned some things about toilets that day.

All in all, I originally thought I would not have a toilet for a week or worse, needed to buy and install a new one. Raymark came to the rescue and helped put both fears at ease. Most of all, they were fast (same day), cordial, and professional. Bottom line, they got the job done and I now know a little more about toilets.

I am a big fan of Raymark. This is the second time in less than six months they have come to my rescue. I called to get someone scheduled to come out and fix a leak under our kitchen sink. They were on it! They had someone out with a couple of hours, and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

Over the past 18 months I have used Raymark four times---twice for emergencies, and twice for general plumbing issues. They have always been very efficient, competent and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, or to recommend them to friends/family.

I am a general contractor working on remodel projects in the heart of Seattle. Raymark is my go-to company for side sewer work. They are honest guys who do great work. I have used them multiple times. On the most recent project Juan took apart a rockery to get to the side sewer and put it all back together like they were never there. They just came out to my U-District store this morning on short notice and repaired a badly clogged building sewage line and replaced a damaged drain pipe assembly all in one go and amazingly without disrupting or delaying our normal business operations! She checked back with me to see if the problem was being addressed, gave some hope, and stayed with me over several phone calls (which involved communication with the city as well). Two technicians then came out to scope my line, Dion (with Adrian) was very thorough, professional, helpful, careful, and spent time with me answering questions until I understood the in and outs of an ancient side sewer. I highly recommend Raymark Plumbing. They are a small-ish, lean company who remember work they did for me years ago. You will get a high quality job at a much lower price than if you call a company with fancy TV ads and famous athletes. Remember: someone pays the cost of those TV ads featuring celebrity athletes: you do! Raymark gets their work through referrals from satisfied customers like me. I have been using Raymark Plumbing since my first house, back in mid 1980's and they always do a fine job, even better than expected. I only used Raymark when I was a contractor because I knew they would do it right the first time (and they did.) Their plumbers have decades of experience, their trucks are well stocked and the office staff knows how to talk plumbing.

So don't hesitate to call them and make an appointment. Then do what I do: explain what you want and quietly stay out of the way so they can do their job. They know how to make things right for you.

Called in a panic when water was seeping into my basement. Cammy (sp?) was calm, clear, and, very importantly, transparent about the fact that the were unlikely to have capacity to serve me same-day (during a HUGE storm). I appreciated her honesty so much, as it allowed me to parallel process a solution. Shortly after, I got two calls confirming that they could come the next day if that was still helpful.

For me, great business management is about helping people, not stringing them along. I will absolutely to go Raymark next time I have a plumbing or sewage need!

We had a sewer backup that was cleared, but video inspection showed
degrading of our 60 year old lines.... we knew we were on borrowed time
and should reline or pipe burst to make the sewer safe for maybe another 60 years. We were able to wait a few months, which was great.

Raymark did the project in phases. At each phase we made a decision to stop or continue based on the information gained in the step.
The ultimate project was expensive and included the storm sewer as well. That being said we felt in control and well informed... like dealing with the doctor.

Several weeks ago, I had an underground water leak in my building in Seattle and noticed that I have a water bill that was 3 times higher than usual. I called Raymark plumbing at Lake City of Seattle. Call was taken by Jon, realizing my situation he right away set me up with one of their plumbing tech to come over as soon as the same day on a timely manner.

The estimate was within a reasonable price for replacing the underground water line from the sidewalk under my parking lot into my building. Their plumber said let me call the City to arrange site preparation and the next thing, Joe , the plumber texted me back after checking, having done a little more investigation and verifying with the City. He said it turned out to be the City's water line leaking and that I will not need to have my line replaced.

He was so honorable and let me saved thousands of dollars from having to replace an underground water line.

This is the second time I have used Raymark plumbing, and both times I have been very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their prompt replies. My old gas water heater burst spewing water everywhere. The cold water shut off valve for the cold water line to the water heater also failed. On a neighbor's recommendation I called Raymark and they were able to send someone out in a couple of hours. Their communication and work was very professional. The installation looks great. I called a couple of companies, before I called Raymark, to have someone come out and find a leak between my meter and house shut off. The first two referred me to a leak detection company. While waiting for them to return my call, I contacted Raymark and spoke with Kami who wanted to have a technician come out to assess the problem, at no cost to me. Ty, the technician, showed up shortly afterwards and spotted the leak just below my living room and he and his partner (can't remember his name but he had to LOW Crawl to get to the leak) repaired the leak. While they were working, the leak detection company called and told me it would cost $350 just to come out for two hours to locate the leak! I was impressed with Raymark from the time I spoke to Kami to the time I said good bye to the two technicians. Also, after Ty quoted the cost of the repair, he announced when they finished that he was taking $150 off because they were able to complete the repair in less time. Talk about honesty!

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Raymark. Our tankless water heater sprung a leak. We called on a Friday morning. Raymark was jammed, as were three other plumbing companies. But Raymark asked their tankless water heater guy to fit one more call in. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, and called the manufacturer to ship a new part. When that arrived, Raymark installed it, but then when that was installed, a different part failed. The system was outside its warranty. It was now Friday again. Instead of trying to fix that part, we decided on the spot to replace the system. Raymark got right on it, picked up the new system from a supplier, and installed it that very afternoon. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received!

Hayden arrived early, investigated the faucet issues quickly and recognized that they both had the same faulty part. He was considerate - removed shoes and had a mask on. He installed new faucets and replaced a leaky tub spigot. He even let me know how to address future plumbing issues in a 1940's house. I would definitely use Raymark and recommend Hayden to you.

Raymark delivered when no other company would or could. I was turned away numerous times regarding my plumbing issue, and also had one company that I needed $10,000 of work. Raymark was professional, polite, and was able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes. A++ these guys will be the FIRST place I call the next time I run into plumbing issues.

Raymark Plumbing and Sewer replaced my aging sewer line three years ago. It was a tricky, difficult installation but every step of the way they excelled. It has continued to work well. I recently had two plumbing issues and called them to fix a leak in my crawl space and a hose bib. We have used Raymark for years with great results for issues major and minor. Significant are the quality and experience of the people they send to our home, but also the attention that the owner (Margaret) has given to particular needs we've had in difficult times. She was especially helpful over repeated calls when our kitchen faucet blew up. She helped us pick a new one that matched our rather unusual design, sourced it quickly, and got us back into our kitchen lickety split. Raymark has done jobs as for us as big as a major home remodel, through installing toilets, to little things like helping us find fixtures that have worn out or troubleshoot pumps that don't work. They have been a super relationship for us to have.

I called the people at Raymark about four times before somebody would answer the phone. They always just quick forward you to an answering service in Georgia or somewhere. When they finally did call back they were nice enough, we had a pleasant conversation about my job and they said they would get back to me the next day to make a time to come look at it. Week later, still no reply and I called them and they said well Gee, we are really busy, to which I replied couldn’t you at least have taken a minute to tell me that? I know everybody’s a little crazy in these times, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still be polite and professional, and RayMark was neither

When the old water heater went out at our rental property during last week's snowstorm, Raymark sent out a service tech after hours--on a Sunday morning!--to install a new one right away. I had a dripping faucet. Jon scheduled the appointment efficiently, Haydn diagnosed and resolved the problem faster than I expected, and explained what was going on. We woke up to our water heater leaking in our garage and were able to get it replaced the same day. Tonja scheduled a tech to call us back ASAP and when Joe called minutes later we were quickly able to use Facetime to show him the tank and he got all the info he needed to find a replacement. We learned that our tank was not sized properly to support the PEX heating system in our townhouse which explained why that never worked well. They gave us quotes for 3 options and we went with their mid-tier which is what Joe recommended. Within hours Joe was at our house with a new tank and installed it in less than an hour. He ran a camera down the line and also camera down my mainline too, at which time I had him clean that line while he was here. Dion is not only professional in his work ethic, but reaffirms you that he is taking care of business. I really can't say enough nice things about my experience. We had just purchased the house and hadn't paid taxes on it yet. They needed me to prove that we were the owners but they made the process very easy to manage and they were very quick. To help you understand Joe and Raymark's greatness, I have to share the backstory. A couple of weeks ago my 70 year old house with original external piping developed a leak between the main and my house. There were no signs of the leak on my property. Instead, Friday night, my neighbor came to me complaining of ground water on his property. I tried to call a 24 hour plumber immediately, but my neighbor took over the call I was having with the plumber, informed them that the problem was irrigation as opposed to plumbing and insisted on fixing the problem himself. After hearing from my neighbor, the plumber I called decided not to come out and instead, I scheduled an irrigation specialist for Saturday.

Over the weekend and on Monday, I had multiple irrigation specialists, general contractors and city water inspectors come out, all confirming my neighbor was wrong and the problem was not irrigation. Meanwhile Friday through Monday, my neighbor continued to insist on fixing the problem himself, called me every day, texted me non-stop, came over to my house unannounced, stalked my water meter, took pictures of my house standing on the street, left notes for people working on my property and called Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) on my behalf despite me giving him regular updates and telling him I had already spoken to SPU, generally just making my life miserable. At one point, the neighbor suggested I shut off my water main and go without water until the problem was fixed. At the height of COVID and rioting in Seattle and with two dogs, not having water would have been an extreme hardship. If not for COVID, the rioting and the dogs, I would probably have just stayed at a hotel for a few days to escape my neighbor.

On Monday, after SPU's inspector confirmed the leak, I called Raymark. Joe came out 8PM Monday night while Seattle was under curfew, shut off my main and worked with one of my other very kindly neighbors to bring water into my house using their gardening hose spout, all in the same night. On Tuesday morning, Joe gave me an estimate, to replace all the plumbing between the main and my house, that ended up being half as much as a quote I later received from another plumbing company. The estimate indicated the work would be done by Friday. Joe finished and had SPU inspect the work on Thursday. Joe took care of every detail including surveyors and city inspectors and went out of his way to handle the very difficult neighbor, at one point meeting with that neighbor to explain that everything was being handled, which thankfully finally ended the nightmarish micromanagement. The city inspectors coordinated by Joe approved the work and credited me for the leak on my bill, so I didn't have to pay any water overages from the leak. Joe and Raymark were professional, responsive and timely throughout.

Raymark came through for us again, as they always do. We needed to have our outdoor drain system cleaned out and the tech they sent (Levi) was awesome, let us look at the gross insides of our drains on his scope/camera, did a super job cleaning the drains and the price was right.

I had just had a very expensive interior re-pipe in my old home, that I had paid over 8800 for. When the dry-waller came in to replace the walls, he hit a new pipe and water was spraying everywhere. My contractor calls me to informs me of this and that there were no nail plates installed which is common practice if you have opened a wall and installed new pipe. I called the plumber office manager, and they said it wasn't their problem. I called the plumber directly and he said he couldn't get someone there til the next day. I couldn't have my tenants go another day without water, they had already gone 2 days without water. My contractor gave me Raymark's name. In fact he called you for me and you called me. You had a plumber out there within 90 minutes on a Friday afternoon of my phone call. I live out of state for work, so it is huge to trust that somebody will do what they say. Raymark plumber confirmed there was no nail plate installed. He installed a nail plate and fixed the leak. The Raymark plumber also said that there should have been a permit pulled for that type of job and there wasn't. My next plumbing job will be with Raymark.

Outstanding Service. Glad I found this good neighborly, local plumbing outfit right here in North Seattle. I had a leaking water line that I want to get it replaced as soon as possible. I had several companies come by to give their opinions and bids as it's a job that costs thousands and will take days to schedule and/or do the work, which was what I had been hearing, so my humble question/request was just how do we stop the leak in the meantime, while they give me bids and schedule the work. Joe was the only one to give me a good bid on the spot AND able to step right in to stop the leak RIHGT NOW, so life could be back to normal while they work on replacing the whole line. To review, I called his office on a Wednesday morning at 8:30am, he showed up around 10:30am, gave me a good bid, patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, and within 20 minutes, he started the digging himself. And literally within minutes, several people showed up and were making marks, taking measurements, moving in supplies ..etc. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. They will continue the work tomorrow and so far, I have been thoroughly impressed with their work.

I called for service to help evaluate a water intrusion problem in my basement and for a sewer scope. The technician who came out was helpful and thoughtful. He really tried to help me figure out my problem, and he was willing to scope from both the inside and outside of my house, which I very much appreciated. For context, I had called another plumbing/sewage company to come and help me evaluate my problem, and that person was not very interested in helping me once he saw what I was facing. We had a galvanized pipe with a valve on it that had been buried underground for who knows how long. Raymark fit us into their schedule, called as promised, arrived when scheduled and replaced the rusted frozen valve quickly giving us a clean, working water line. Will use again.

I used Raymark a year ago to have a supply shut off valve installed when we had the wall opened up in our kitchen. They came out a few days later and installed the valve. For what ever reason they came out with 2 guys and my charge was over $800.00. I was shocked by the price because of how little material was used and how quickly they had finished the job, but I had no idea what to expect as far as pricing as I had not asked for an estimate before hand, I didn't think too much about it after that -after all, they did a good job. The guys were very nice and professional.

This morning I awoke to a small lake in our utility room and discovered that our water heater was leaking... a lot. I contacted Raymark and asked about scheduling & pricing. I wanted to be sure I had an idea of what to expect as far as pricing (If the shut off valve was $800 the water heater is sure to be substantially more expensive, I want to make sure my credit card can handle this). 50 gal. gas water heater in an accessible spot in the house, pretty strait forward, as far as my untrained eyes can tell...
They were unwilling to give an estimate over the phone even a vague ball park estimate.
To Raymark, my concerns in any service industry include quality and pricing, I won't sacrifice quality for price, if the price is too low that should throw a red flag, if too high, also red flag. I simply wanted an idea on price. They flat told me No pricing over the phone, if you want the cheapest I suggest you call _________. I'm already frustrated as I'm standing in water in my utility room, now I'm being discarded as a cheap client. Cool. Ill find someone else.

It was very expensive, but they came right out when I called and stayed all day until the job was done. Also my new sewer pump has a three year warranty which I never had before. They had to install the pump and clean out my very long sewer line to the street. They were very thorough and I appreciate how they handled everything.

Joe and John came to my house to repair a malfunctioning garbage disposal; the issue was a simple jam, which they showed me how to repair on my own if it happened again, and since it was so simple, issued no charge. I have used Raymark Plumbing for many years and they have always been available when I needed them. They assess my plumbing situation (usually clogged sewers) and often run a video camera through my sewer to identify the problem (usually roots from the rockery) and then they clean it up. For years I have called them before my basement flooded and after they assess and clean out the drain they put a root-killer down the sewer. This is so effective that I now only need to call them every 2 - 3 years. I have also had them install new toilets.

No matter what the task, they come on time, work efficiently and are always pleasant and kind about explaining the situation.. I would never use another plumbing service.

Ty did an outstanding job in connecting our new washer, identifying problems with our hot-water heater and installing same. He went above and beyond by pointing out that the washer/dryer delivery guys had messed up in their set up, fixing a problem with the dryer they hadn't properly diagnosed.

I had them come out for a shower system installation estimate.... I felt the job would have been pretty straight forward since I had all the fixtures laid out and ready to be installed.. Then I received an email estimate from Joe for something astronomical around $2500 + parts.

I found another plumber that did the job in a few hours for $450.

I found this company to be disorganized, not transparent on their cost, and potentially dishonest on their quotes.

I sent this company video of our plumbing problems and they gave me a quote for $7,200. When I explain to them that I would be doing some of the manual labor they then sent out another person to look at the job. The quote more than doubled to $15,000.

When I went to the office to ask for a breakdown of the quote they refused to break down the quote. They had no problem ignoring my phone calls, my requests for transparency on the quote.

I recommend using a company that cares about you as a customer and not just a blank check they hope to write and cash.

No word from them since I last contacted them so I decided to call again this morning to see when they would be out only to find out that they don't cover the area where I live. Earlier this month, Mario and his partner installed a new garbage disposal to replace the older equipment which had failed. Mario identified a problem with the existing kitchen faucet and he replaced that faucet with new equipment on a subsequent visit. Mario was very professional and answered all my questions.

While we were out ot the house, our water line started dripping at the shut-off valve. Raymark responded within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the problem at no cost! Major shout-out to Raymark!

We had Hayden come out for a simple fix on our shower hot water mixer. Very responsive and even stopped by a day later to help me with a question because he was in the area. Not cheapest but good service.

$188 for 5 minutes of work and a $4 part. I told them ahead of time the problem, sent a photo. I still got charged this outrageous price. And a week later, a leak further down the same pipe required my cutting off the whole thing. So it was literally $188 for nothing. NEVER calling them again.

They came out to check a project they did 4 years ago, that was flagged by another co. as having a problem. They confirmed that all was well, showed me conclusively it was functioning fine. no charge. Jose and his assistant were very professional
