We had a hose outlet strip and needed immediate repair. Jafco was there the next day as promised and did an awesome repair. I mentioned we were in need of a sewer liner for our 1957 Broadview Rambler. Within 30 minutes, Allan arrived and, with 1 hour, gave us the video assessment and a bid. We did not get any discounts and didn't use coupons etc. So I believe it was full retail but they could show up the next day and I believe it was a reasonable price. The bottom line is that the Jafco team was awesome. Efficient, professional, and organized, and they left our area cleaner than it was before their arrival. Jafco knows this business solid, and they are 100% customer focused. I am rarely impressed these days, but they impressed me big time. The post job video shows a perfect lining job 👌. Go, Jafco. Having an older home, we are, unfortunately, in need of all kinds of trades and have dealt with quite a few companies. Jafco has consistently been the easiest company to work with and given us the most quality work for a competitive price. Blaine and Brian were super efficient and very friendly, even with our dog trying his best to join the crew and getting up in their face (sorry) .

Jafco's team picked up our call after working hours, they sent out a crew almost immediately, and even called to notify me when they were running ahead of schedule to give me clear expectations. They provided me with a estimate, which proved to be precise, in the initial call and before anyone arrived on site.

Their team arrived and were professional from the very start. Diagnosis of the problem, and mitigation for a backed up drain were extremely quick, just under one hour. They brought all their own materials and tools and explained their process and what was detected along the way.

Though a high price for just 1 hour of work, I think it was fair and of good value considering the immediate dispatch, after hours, and being able to resolve the problem thoroughly.

10/10 I would call Jafco for any future plumbing emergencies - hopefully I never have to!

I have had multiple companies work on my sewer over the years. Jafco (and specifically Josh) was the most thorough in their estimating process. They were very communicative and detail oriented. No surprises during the replacement/repair/lining process. I had 3 competing bids for the project, and Jafco was slightly more expensive, but well worth it considering the attention to detail and the 25 yr warranty.

We had Allen come out to take a look at our sewer line, where our house has a bit of a complex/not quite typical setup. Other plumbing inspection companies didn't have the right tools or expertise to help, but so glad we contacted Jafco! Allen was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and motivated to help us! Jafco just completed a big sewer lining job at our condo building in Lower Queen Anne. They saved us money buy recommending the latest pipe lining technology that will last us up to 50 years. Their team was professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. They were accessible by cell phones and text on site daily. Several years ago I had Jafco repair a failing sewer lateral. Jafco performed that job wonderfully. Finally work required replacement of the concrete roadway.
On my recent project I again needed replacement of the concrete roadway. The City of Seattle installed a new water meter per my request. I had to replace the damaged concrete roadway. I reached out to Jafco.

My sewer line main drain clogged on a Friday afternoon. They dug it up and they fixed it on a Friday night. They do good work but they're very expensive they charge extra for everything that they do. They had me at a weak moment in retrospect I would have went to a hotel and and bit it out and got a better price.

We had a sewer line issue while I was at work, sewage backed up in our basement bathtub, and my wife called Roto Rooter. We had Roto Rooter come out to clear the clog. after the clog was ceared Roto Rooter sent a second franchise owner to scope our sewer line for $500. After scoping our line we were given a hard sell emergency $18,000 quote for a sewer line spot fix. later the same evening we discussed how to proceed and chose to do due diligence and get a second opinion/quote. Jafco came out the same evening to rescope our line and found no issues, our sewer line is in excellent shape. I appreciate honest people Jafco is just that in my opinion HONEST!

Like many homeowners in Seattle, we finally had to bite the bullet and replace our 75 year old sewer line from the basement all the way to the street. Jafco was by far the most professional and straightforward bid we received. They were the least expensive for the work to be completed. Other contractors offered a bit lower prices, but would not have replaced all of the parts that needed replacing. Once the work started, they were on-time, professional, and very tidy. This job was messy! It involved a lot of indoor concrete cutting and hauling, but at the end of each day, everything was clean and organized. The workers were nice and polite. Our Project Manager, Max, was great. Super clear in his communications, responsive, and easy to work with. (Plus our dog loved him.) We would highly recommend Jafco and Max!

Jafco switched us over from septic to sewer and did an excellent job. Job finished on schedule with no unexpected costs or complications.

I worked with Josh and the guys at Jafco for the lining of our sewer and replacing our external piping, which required trenching out a portion of the front yard, and they were great the whole way through! I really appreciated how thorough and communicative they were for the process, and all crews involved worked to get the job done quickly for us. Jafco is our go-to plumber. Way more responsive and professional than any other plumbers I've dealt with, and I've contacted a lot in the area. They're not the cheapest, but we went with the cheapest for a previous job and will never do that again. Jafco is worth spending a little bit extra on. Everyone was super informative and helpful. The plumbers were thorough, friendly, quick, and professional. We've had them out now for two large plumbing jobs and one small one; they did an absolutely stellar job each time. They even answered the phone late at night when we had a surprise leak, and they came out to fix it the next morning! I really can't say enough good things about Jafco. I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend this company to anyone in search of a good quality plumber.

Jafco exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and very up front about my situation. There was a blockage in the sewer line that caused a back up and it was difficult to determine upon initial examination if it was on my property or the city's. The crews they sent out were friendly, communicative and very hard working. The cause was not on my property so Jafco did not do any repair work however they did expose the sewer line so that it could be determined where the blockage was. I was very pleased with their services and everyone that worked on my issue.

Jafco came out to replace the sewer line at our 70 year old house. They did a great job maintaining our established landscaping while digging the holes required to reline our sewer lines. Communication was great they kept us informed and were clear about what was happening and when it would happen. They finished on time and were great at restoring our yard.

Jafco was great! Our sewer lined collapsed the day before Easter which were having a party. Jafco came out immediately on a Saturday and got us up and running for our party. They were able to handle all aspects of the repair which was huge. This was a big expense but when I saw all the heavy equipment and the many people involved with our repair I realized the price was fair. Wow. I can't say enough good things about the team at JAFCO. We bought a house and had our basement flood on day 3 of living here. Come to learn we had cracked pipes going out to the main city sewer.

We had 4 different companies come out and take a look to give us estimates. We were so impressed with Brandon from JAFCO - he took the time to empathize with our situation, explain to us what was going on, and give us a detailed idea of how they would go about fixing it.

Once we agreed to work with them, he helped us get our finances figured out and text/called us daily to make sure we knew what was going on with the project.

The entire team that came out was also incredibly helpful and professional. They kept us informed of what was going on, kept the job site super tidy during the week of work, and were just friendly folks.

We hired Jafco to install a new drain for our yard. It was a complex job involving soil testing, an exploratory dig, trenching, piping, installation of a pump, and restoration of terrain afterwards. The job was handled very professionally – we were consulted regularly about progress and next steps; when we had concerns, they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. The crews were smart, knew what they were doing, and worked hard. The work was done very carefully, and at the conclusion, our landscaping looked almost exactly as it had at the start of the job.

Jafco installed a sewer and water line for me involving extensive digging, old pipe repair, laying of new drains and water lines. The project manager, Josh, was on-point, very receptive to my specific requests and completed the job ahead of schedule for me. I have no complaints and will use this company again on future projects. They even planted grass for me where there wasnt grass before, since they knew I planned to add it.

Water heater stopped working late on a Friday - everybody was unavailable for weeks (if at all). Jafco was easy to contact and they were able to send David out the very next morning. Our window was between 10am and noon - he arrived a few minutes early. Very friendly, honest and showed me what he was looking at. After a bit of troubleshooting, he was able to solve the problem and showed me how I could look out for it if it happens in the future.
We have a bigger, unrelated (non-urgent) project we've been looking at and we'll be calling them once we're ready to move forward with it.

We had Jafco out to partially replace and then line our aging sewer line. They were professional, efficient, and able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Our primary point of contact was James and he was easy to contact, prompt in response, and just generally an affable guy. Would recommend them!

We called JAFCO on a Saturday to come snake our drains because we were having flooding issues in our basement. A technician arrived within hours of calling to inspect our drains and quickly realized we had a bigger issue on our hands. He called his supervisor, Max, who responded that same day and found we had major issues with our old piping. They immediately got to work on solving our problems and didn’t waste our time or money with unnecessary diagnostic tests. The work they did was amazing and we have had no issues since. All the workers were professional and kind. Max responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. If your having any issues right now, I highly recommend them, don't wait!!!

They actually showed up and worked until 3 am on Christmas Eve on a burst pipe that was leaking in the ceiling and messed up the ceiling. It was during the before Christmas freeze and finding a plumber was impossible. We couldn't stop the water completely because there was an issue with the main valve that is own by the city (that's another story). So it was crucial that we get a plumber and they showed up, like supermen to save our ceiling.

For any job there are 3 things. Cost, quality and schedule. You should expect two of them. Jafco does good quality work and they did it quickly and made the process very easy. I'm very satisfied with my experience and will be happy to hire them and recommend them.

Sewer line broke on Sunday afternoon, they were here two hours later working to figure out how to fix it. They offered to do the job that day (staying out till 1a), but I told them next day was fine. Crew showed up early, dug out the sewer line and replaced it. I was able to use everything by lunch time Monday. On top of that they fixed a slow drain which wasn't able to be tested due to the sewer line problem. They came back the next day and tested it to make sure everything was right. Excellent service. Great staff

We needed to reroute a gas line to make its location compatible with our new stove. We hired Jafco because of our recent, very favorable, experience with their installation of a side sewer liner. Technicians David and Alex were knowledgeable and courteous, they performed the work in a professional manner, they completed the task on time, and the kept the work area clean. They encountered an unexpected obstacle that forced them to alter their planned approach. They quickly devised an alternate plan that worked to perfection, an accomplishment that speaks to their in-depth plumbing know-how.

From start to finish, their attention to the critical details, followup with our Sammamish Muni, & the Inspectors @conclusion was most professional. Lewis (on site Mgr) couldnt have done a better job. The install was minimally invasive as far as the yard goes. The closing of the Septic system, was most effecient..too!

I have used Jafco before and I will use them again. They actually answer the phone. They actually have someone come out quickly. They work quickly and efficiently and always their end product and service is done perfectly.

The tech came out and was up front and told us that he would not fix the problem because it would only be temporary. We had Patrick come out give us a quote on re-pipe the house, he was very nice and there was some delay in getting a quote due to a mistake in my email address but Patrick called me and emailed me to get me the quote

We had a clogged kitchen sink right after Christmas. We tried to use a plunger and run a snake but could not fix it. Called a couple plumbing companies and Jafco responded quickly.
Graydon was the one who helped us. He showed up after his 5th appointment of the day. He ran a really long snake into the pipe and unclogged the grease. He keeps work area clean and does not leave a mess behind. He also gave us tips on future maintenance on the pipes. He is professional and courteous.
We really appreciate Graydon's service and would recommend his service to anyone.

I accidentally called them instead of Skyway Water and Sewer ( where my water bill comes from). The dispatcher was friendly and I asked about getting a plumber out to fix a leak and a toilet. Miguel came out maybe an hour later. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was able to fix all my plumbing issues and didn't even mind while I obnoxiously watched from a distance and chatted him up while he worked. He expressed that he really liked working for this company and he gets treated well. I will definitely be calling for him again when something comes up. I like supporting companies that support their workers.

Can’t say how happy I was with Jafco plumbing and sewer! I broke a sewer pipe on Saturday morning called them. By 1pm Graydon was at my house, scoped the line and made a date for work to be done on Monday. Daniel showed up earlier than expected on Monday (a good thing in my books) and had us up and running in less than two hours!! Amazing service and professionalism form Jafco. I recommend them highly. Personal thanks to Grayson and Daniel for their time and hard work.

I didn't do the work with them because a) their price is almost double what I got and that happened twice b) because the gentleman who came in to assess the work wanted to take the waste of the shower to a non sewer pipe, it was a vent pipe and he mistakingly thought it is a sewage pipe and wanted to use it for the shower drain! If I didn't ask for another quote from another plumber, I wouldn't have known that. After all, he didn't even respond back with the quote until I called him to remind him 2 days after. When I knew about the wrong pipe that he wanted to use, it was really scary. Not recommended.

Miguel came by and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even identified another lurking leak in our water filtration system that I had failed to notice. Very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend hiring him for future projects.

We had a blockage and water coming back into the house. Very long story short, we ultimately needed the full side sewer line to the main replaced due to more than 20 feet of crushed/blocked pipe (1928 cement). It took 2 companies and a bunch of money before Jafco finally stepped in with more competitive pricing. Aaron worked with us and our neighbors on strategy and was honest, kind, and straight forward. Instead of stringing us along one section at a time like the first two very expensive companies, he saw the risk of not finding the source of the crushed/blocked pipe, and structural risks due to the long trench, and recommended we replace the line, an approach that guaranteed an end to the madness. The crew were awesome, fast, state of the art, and respectful with John provided excellent and timely communication throughout once the work started. All said and done, 45 feet then a liner to the main from our neighbors tie-in. Because of what we'd gone through with the two previous companies and then replacing the full line, they were kind enough to subcontract a fence company to button it all back up across the three properties (ours and two neighbors) at no extra charge. Even after we'd finalized invoices and payments John was fast to research, plan, subcontract, and execute the fence work. Super impressed and grateful.

I've used Jafeco on 3 different occassions, from a minor faucet repair, to a blocked drain and now replacement of my water heater. All 3 technicians were friendly, professional, fixed the problem, were on time and their rates seem reasonable.

Water heater was replaced within 6 hours from the time the leak was detected and the technician stayed past 7pm to ensure everything was working.

We cannot say enough good things about Jafco! After months of having an unusable shower due to a cracked shower floor, we shopped around for quotes and were dreading the process of having to rip out an old shower and replace with a new one. But Jafco came along, explained the process, eased our concerns of a rather big/noisy project in a shared condominium building and scheduled our project promptly. All while being so flexible and accommodating to my crazy night shift/sleeping during the day schedule. Everyone from the customer service reps to the installation team was wonderful, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. And our new shower is amazing! We will be using Jafco in the future for all our home plumping projects.

I contacted jafco because my main line was draining very slowly, after having another company come that was unable to get a camera down my sewer line, Brandon came to my house and was able to get his camera down and locate the broken sewer pipe which connects to a common sewer on my neighbors side, I felt very comfortable during the process, everything was explained and shown to me in great detail of what they found after excavation, they started at 9 am and I had a working sewer again by about 2 pm, everyone was very kind and helpful during the process, as you can imagine having sewer issues is every home owners worst nightmare, everything works great now! The price for the most part I thought was reasonable, the hydrojetting process was a lot more than I had been quoted from other companies, but everything else was comparable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in the future if needed (hopefully not) :)

They had the highest quote and high pressure sales. I got three quotes: first quote was $500 less that’s theirs. Second quote, unfortunately didn’t get to me until after Jafco high pressure sales person came over. They did meet the first quote, but in the end I paid $800 more for the same work. Make sure you shop around and don’t give into high pressure sales. Not like sewer repair is a fun way to spend money in the first place but $800!!!!!????

I had a sewer line backing up in a lower unit of an apartment. Jafco came out promptly and ran a camera down the line to assess the problem. They were prompt, on time and the bid came in below what other companies in the area had estimated. Start to finish with scheduling they had my job done in a very timely manner. They worked seamlessly with my tenant as well. Repairing a damaged sewer line shouldn't be this easy but Jafco came through for me. Long story short I was very happy with the work and Jafco are my go to sewer specialists in the puget sound area.

Jafco came through for my partner and I when we learned about a major issue with our old concrete sewer line. We found out we had to have a full lining done and soon. Knowing it would be pricey we received bids from multiple companies, finally choosing Jafco due to their professional nature and competitive bid.

Dewayne was our main point of contact and he made sure everything on the job went smoothly and on schedule. He was also able to work the job around a guest we had in town (not wanting to shut the water off for too long while they were staying with us). The lining job only took two days and now we basically have a brand new sewer line. We would definitely recommend Jafco to anyone needing a new liner.

They communicated very well with regard to when they would arrive at my house. When they first arrived we all thought it would be a simple fix. But the cable machine struggled getting down the clean-out pipe. The relatively young technician realized the struggles and called his boss for help. The boss not only helped but came out to the house and, with his 25+ years of experience, was able to get the cable to the problem spot. They worked the problem for a long time to make sure it was properly cleared and then thoroughly tested their work and cleaned up. And when they gave me the invoice, it was still the price they quoted me over the phone. Thank you George and Isaac. Incredibly helpful all around. Kudos to Patrick and Ron both! I had a water main nicked while a fence post was being dug late on a Friday afternoon. I called about 20 local plumbing companies for help. The first company I tried because they have advertised with some of my favorite football players over the years and I was Freakin'.

Freakin sent two guys out that looked at pipe from above and said no one can fix this because of the type of pipe it was and then they walked to the truck to see if he could find a part to fix it ‍ He then returned a couple minutes later with a quote for $12,500 to run an entirely new water main to the street. I laughed as this was just a quick repair needed. He then had the nerve to ask me for $100 for coming out for the 5 minutes to do nothing but give me a ridiculous quote. I laughed again!

I had two others come out that also didn't have the part on hand and said no one can get the part until the wholesalers open on Monday. It was a Friday evening. That's understandable but I needed help ASAP or I would've gone 3 days without water waiting until Monday. They both also quoted me to run new line to the meter but at least their quotes were literally half that of Freakin!

I then called Jafco as they were up the road from me and had good reviews. A gentleman named Patrick answered and he was so far above and beyond any of the other plumbing shops I had called. He understood my dilemma and although it was already late on a Friday night he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and said he could send someone out the next day but he would also have to find the same part.

He said he was pretty sure he could find the part on a Saturday morning and he did. He also assured me that he was going to buy a bunch so they wouldn't have this problem again. He did what he said and had a guy named Ron come out that afternoon. Ron was great at what he does and had it all permanently repaired and working great within 45 minutes. A simple repair as I had expected and he never once tried to sell me on a complete new line being run to the meter.

I had a series of backups in my sewer line and needed to find someone to replace part of my side sewer. Aaron was professional and a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed each day and sent me video updates.

I was getting ready for work on a Wednesday morning when I heard a weird gurgling in the sink. After a moment it stopped, but shortly afterwards what appeared to be sewage started backing up into the shower. I immediately started searching for a plumber. Aaron from Jafco responded to my inquiries almost immediately and gave us a reasonable quote. He was able to come that day and run a scope down out main line and clear the blockage. He also explained what was causing the issue and gave us a quote on that repair. He was very professional and there was no hard sell. When we are ready for our next repair, we look forward to working with Aaron at Jafco again.

I called on a Sunday for a drain clearing, and since it was not an emergency Andrew came out Monday morning. He was on time and courteous, and cleared the drain quickly. He was even nice enough to patch together a different drain I was going to do myself. He made a stressful situation go away, and for that I thank you!

I had a power wash and liner installed in my sewer line. It backed up every year and this time I finally got a reasonable bid for the liner. Now I don't have to worry about those pesky tree roots anymore. I don't usually leave reviews but everything went so well I want to let others know that this is a great company.

I highly recommend Aaron! My basement sink overflowed each time I ran my washing machine. Aaron was extremely responsive and came out right away to check on the problem. After running a scope down the pipe, he found a break in the line and LOTS of tree roots. Aaron opened up a small area in my patio, ran a hydro Jett down the pipe to help get rid of the roots and then added a pipe liner. The job was started and finished in a few days. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Aaron. He’s honest, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Now my washing machine works without causing the basement sink to overflow. A million thanks Aaron!

I own a home in Ballard and was very pleased with the work and cleanup. I called several Sewer companies and Jafco Sewer Repair was not only the first to respond but also the most reasonable in cost.

Charged ~$900 for 30 minutes. I had 2 clogged gutter downspouts. They were not able to fix. Price too high for 30 minute visit.
