Zach and team were truly excellent - they repiped our shower, kitchen sink and put in a dishwasher line all in one day and working with a complex older building. They were professional and genuinely lovely people, would recommend and will be getting them back for the rest of the house!

We had our first experience when we first bought our house a few years ago. They recommended an outside company that did additional work. The company they recommended butchered the job so bad that we had to have an another company come in to fix it. I was livid with Ally Plumbing, even though the work they did was exceptional and the mistake came from the company they recommended. After contacting Jane (the owner), she more than rectified the situation, she was really sincerely empathetic with the situation which put my mind at ease.

Since then we have used them numerous times, and each time they get better and better. From the friendly accommodating person who takes appointments to their very skilled plumbers, they are top-notch!

Today we had Devin as our plumber and something that should have been a simple fix turned out to be a problem that required careful investigation of the pipes. It was from a bad install installation job. He was friendly, very informative, and let me know what he was doing every step of the way as he investigated and solved the problem.

Very impressed with Ally Plumbing and our technician Ryan. He explained everything, he updated the location of our expansion tank so it would not cause wear on the copper. I appreciated his quick and professional job to replace our expansion tank!

I needed the kitchen sink unclogged, which is something you always want done quickly. Ally showed up on time, texting and emailing me to let me know when they were on the way, and included photos of the tech. He worked quickly and pleasantly and the sink seems to be working 100% again now. :-)

So this is the second plumbing job we have had Ally do on our house. This time the bathtub faucet was leaking. Isaiah was both the plumber who gave us the quote and was the one who came back and did the work. He was professional, friendly and got the work done a lot faster than I thought possible. Since this is the second time we have had great service and great pricing from Ally my wife and I are thinking of just making them our default plumber to call.

I called Ally because of a leak in my crawlspace. It was hard to even find plumbers who work in crawlspaces. Ally confirmed this is something they do and got me on the schedule quickly. Paul came out to give me a bid and was very thorough, very professional, and very nice.

The pilot light went out on my water heater, and Ally was the first company to respond to me out of three. It was easy to get an appointment. I received reminder and update texts. The technician Devin arrived as expected and quickly was able to get the danged light lit! He explained how to monitor over the next few hours and put together an estimate for replacing the heater (it is over 15 years old). Great experience.

After a disastrous (and expensive) experience with a “plumber/ handyman” sole proprietor yesterday, I was fortunate to find Ally Plumbers, who sent the expert Devin over on the same day to fix what the guy yesterday made worse in my leaking shower/tub and water main switch. Ally provided awesome, fairly priced and professional service. I am so relieved and definitely will use this company again. Thank you Ally team! Highly recommend.

Paul R. was our plumbing technician. He was excellent: arrived promptly and suggested different options and replaced our old toilet with a great TOTO toilet. Installation and removal of debris and old toilet was speedy and efficient. Great job.

Zach was able to come out the day I called. He stayed in contact and called me to get pictures of the water heater and talk about the issue to help diagnose the problem. Zach picked up a new water heater on the way to the house. He is knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. This is my second experience with Ally Plumbing and I would recommend them to family and friends in a heart beat!

Had Shawn as the technician in the Tacoma area. He came to our place due to a leak in our garbage disposal. Shawn was very professional quick to remove and install our new garbage disposal. We had a nice conversation during the installation and I had a nice time talking to him about the parts and his hobbies.

I was dealing with some really bad water leakage out of my faucet with no luck of figuring it out, after calling ally plumbing I was quickly assisted by an associate named Robert. He quickly figured out the problem and explained very well of the cause and solution, overall he was very kind and responsive and solved the issue pretty quickly for me. My water heater exploded, and a pipe burst in my kitchen and both times I called Ally Plumbing and Robert came out and helped! I was understandably very very stressed, but he was calm and quickly and effectively cleaned up all the water and dried out everything! He really saved me lots of money and prevented further damage!

I had a pipe burst in my crawlspace and was able to have immediate services from Ally Restoration. Robert came out to provide an estimate and we were able to have the work scheduled immediately. The technicians who came to do the work were also fantastic and we were able to have my crawlspace restored.

We had a water leak from the outside water spigot and water came through the wall and under the flooring. They removed all the wet wall board and the flooring and dried out the room. They tented the living room in such a way, I could still go into my office and work. They cleaned up after themselves in a professional manner, which I was pleased. I'd use them again if need be,

I had a leak in my kitchen that I could not find and had Ally Restoration out to do a moisture assessment. We found it to be in the walls behind my refridgerator and Robert using his specialty tools was able to locate it. They provided an estimate on site for the required repairs and I was able to get it quickly scheduled.

Ally came out to help me with my water heater replacement and we’re so great! I had most interactions with Katelynn from their office and she was so nice and patient! Will definitely go back.

Had water damage to my home from a washing machine issue so I immediately called Ally out to my house. They set up their machines (heaters/dehumidifiers/fans) for 4-5 days and then told me that everything was dry. Over the next few weeks we felt squishy spots under the floor so had a contractor come out to look under the floor and there was TONS of water underneath the vinyl flooring.

Hopefully I never need water mitigation services again, but if I do next time I will go with a different company.

Ally did a great job repairing a plumbing leak in my home. They were fast, easy to work with, and were a great value compared to some of the other quotes I received.

We appreciate the plumbing assistance provided a couple weeks ago. What outstanding, professional service we received. Three toilets had to be replaced and lines cleared, among some other maintenance issues. Not a fun process, but they made it easy for us both were efficient and friendly.

Their drivers are highly unprofessional, careless, reckless, and aggressive. One wasn’t paying attention, merged into my lane, and drove me out of my established lane into oncoming traffic. I did nothing but drive in my established lane, and i had a young child in my car. There was no one infront of either one of us and I had a full lane of traffic behind me. He didn’t use blinkers, and merged into me right after we turned into MY lane from an intersection and continued to swerve and drive aggressively towards other drivers after the fact.
when i reached out to the company(i also have a dash cam to prove everything) they ignored me.

His work looks beautiful which is a strange thing to say but it really does - the copper piping and just they way he was able to configure everything looks amazing. This review is five years in the making, but better late than never. We’ve used them several times and each time they came out, they were courteous and punctual and the work was well done. The first time they came out, the tech went above and beyond the original scope of work at no additional cost to us. There was a slight problem with a cover they installed and the main office was understanding and remedied it immediately. Today Gabriel came out and worked quickly on our imminent hose problem, just in time for spring yard work. Each time they came out, they gave us full detailed descriptions of their work and were willing to work within our budget. We’ve always been satisfied with the work and would recommend them and will likely use them again in the future. It’s nice to know we can trust their work and their techs so if we ever have a plumbing problem, we can just call them up instead of wasting hours or days looking for bids.

Mana came and installed my hot water tank. He was great to work with and really handsome. I highly recommend and will most definitely have him come back to fix my sink!

I was Very satisfied with ally plumbing. Mana and Isaiah were very professional handled the work at hand and performed at the highest level. I highly recommend Ally Plumbing and I am very appreciative of the work Mana and Isaiah did for us.

I have worked with Ally plumbing a few times and it has been good. The most recent job was with Gabriel and he was honest and gave a good suggestion to the problem and it was addressed quickly.

I called to have a copper fitting installed on the end of my PVC pipe to hook up to a new dishwasher. Something that should have taken 30 minutes. Three hours later and after cutting a hole into my back wall, leaving the PVC pipe hanging with no good stability, I was charged nearly $1,400 and the large hole (8”X8”) left. The plumber said I would need to call a contractor to fix the hole. He called a “colleague” who came and fixed fixed the hole and charged me another $600. Also after the plumber left I had a leak in the PVC pipe that connected to what he worked on. In 6 years here I never had a leak before. When I called him to come back, he disavowed any responsibility for the leak.

Kordell and Crimson came out to replace our water heater and were amazing. They explained all of the options thoroughly and took their time answering our questions. They were so quiet with the installation (I was working from home) and considerate (taking their shoes off when they entered). They even put a pad under the water heater at my request for no additional charge which was definitely more work for them. It was dumping snow the whole time they were here and they were still able to get the parts they needed to get the job done same day. I know they had to get crafty with which roads they took to get the parts and make it back here. I felt like the service was above and beyond. Thank you Kordell and Crimson!

Our tankless water heat broke on during the recent cold spell in Seattle. Isaiah and Tristan came out to our property on Capitol Hill on a ridiculously icy day in which most of the city had shut down. We were amazed that they braved the ice and hills, basically sledded the water heater from their truck to our house, and got it installed and working promptly. They really went above and beyond the call of duty!

Kordell ran all the plumbing in our bathroom, to our washer/dryer and also installed our water heater. Super friendly and great price. 5 out of 5!

Mana came to help us with a leak in our crawl space. He went above and beyond to get through a challenging crawl space to find and fix the leaking T joint that was spraying hot water.

Ally Plumbing has been our favorite plumber since buying our home in 2015. We’ve only needed to call them twice but each time was a great experience. They were able to come out within a few days of calling and fix the problem the first time. Very nice workers as well, on time, courteous of our home, and up front with costs and options before starting any work. 10/10!

Just had Ally Plumbing complete a series of small projects in my home and could not be more pleased!
Originally requested a quote through Yelp and they were very responsive, calling the next morning to schedule someone to come out. They were booked a week out but that was not a problem for us. We received an email when the plumber was on his way and when he arrived, which was unique and kind of nice. After running through the projects with the plumber (who arrived COVID safe with surgical mask), we felt very comfortable with his plan and had all our questions answered. He took the time to estimate where holes in the drywall would be cut and gave us a very realistic outline of the parts needed and associated costs. After receiving bids from 4 other companies, Ally remained the lowest bid and had the plan we felt most comfortable with. Even better, we didn't have to call them back because they followed up the next day to make sure we received the quote and answer any questions. We confirmed quote receipt, scheduled the work, and placed the deposit (50%) all in the same call.
Fast forward a week to the scheduled service day and they arrived an hour earlier than the window (not a problem for us and a relief after other companies who showed up after their window). Agreed upon work was completed expertly and also answered questions surrounding the project. He made recommendations as he worked, which was super useful, and allowed us to check in and make sure everything looked good. He cleaned up all areas he worked in and was very professional, even apologizing when he needed to step out to provide a quote for another job.
I would highly recommend Ally Plumbing and will contact them again for any future projects.

Please do consider Ally for on time, on budget plumbing work. To replace our kitchen sink and faucet Kordell worked through a lot of obstacles and obstructions. Kordell was professional and amiable, explaining and making good on all the issues in our old kitchen plumbing. We would give Kordell five star if Ally had prepared all that in one trip. They did follow up right away to completely satisfy our requirements.

When I called Ally plumbing, Erika was very helpful with answering my questions and getting me scheduled asap to help me fix my leaks.

We called these guys last minute while renovating our bathroom when we decided that a pro would be better suited to move and replumb our toilet. They came out the next day, gave us tons of great info and a very reasonable bid. They did the work within a few days, and also set our cast iron tub. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, Travis was super great, and we were 100% satisfied. We would absolutely use them again without hesitation and are glad to have a good plumber on our radar.

This company is simply unprofessional and extremely rude. We have several apartment complexes and we were looking to take on a new plumbing service being that our current plumber retired. The first appointment, I was given a four hour time window. They showed up an hour and a half after that window. The second time, I had plumbers come repair a toilet seal. They made the situation worse, and the toilet ultimately needed to be replaced. I talked to the manager to get the appointment expedited and he placed me on the schedule. Again, waited around for four hours and no plumbers showed up. I called to inquire their whereabouts and I was told they were never scheduled. I was then given to the field manager to solve the problem. I was told I was the one that made the mistake and that their receptionist (which I didn't even schedule with) is, and I quote, more credible than I am so he's taking her word for it. I explained that I had talked to the manager and was placed on the schedule a week ago and didn't understand the error. I was then yelled at for wanting to understand the error and was expecting a plumber for a leaking toilet. He then went on to explain that he didn't have anything for another week and he didn't want to argue with me about who made the error and he didn't care if I remained a client. There is ZERO concern for their clients. This company lost a very, very big, repeat client. Also, your hold music. I would highly recommend Ally Plumbing! Had an issue with a leaking water heater, causing water damage all over my floors. I called multiple companies and Ally Plumbing was the only one able to get someone out same day, they replaced my water heater at a reasonable price. The office was polite and helpful and the technician they sent our was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be using them for all my plumbing work from now on.

We had our gas water heater replaced by Ally Plumbing. Armando was our plumber. He was very professional, on time, called when on his way and gave us accurate time estimates. Worked with our home warranty company to get approval. I've had experience in plumbing and watched Armando as he worked. This guy is a fantastic plumber, really does great work. Before he turned things on he double checked all connections. When all is said and done, not a single drip. I can't say enough about his professionalism and attention to detail. Ally was assigned by our home warranty company. We recently had 2 water heaters replaced (a few months apart) After the 2nd tank replacement, water took about 2 minutes to even get luke warm. The other company came back out to evaluate, determined the temp at the tanks were fine. They determined that one of our single-levered faucets had a bad valve and was allowing cold water to get into the hot water line. They did a full write up back to the home warranty company and emailed us the same info. Home warranty filed a new claim but assigned Ally instead😔 When the tech arrived, he was very condescending with a chip on his shoulder. We explained what had transpired and he did some assessments and said the problem is that the pipes inside were not wrapped and that's why it was taking so long to heat. We have lived here over 3 years and never had issues of this nature. He refused to review the report from the other company and all he did was turn up the temp to over 135 and we can only get 114 at the faucet and it takes about 1.5 minutes of running the hot water wide open to get that. We are wasting water like crazy! I would not recommend this company. Luckily we only spent $75 to the home warranty company.

This review is for a waterline replacement. I had been trying to get several companies to come out and replace our waterline which required trenchless services since I live up a hill with 4 rockeries and a driveway. After several companies declined to bid, one agreed to do the job but never contacted me after the initial bid, and one priced the repair so high, it was outrageous. Ally Plumbing came out to our site in 2 days to give us a bid on the spot that was 30% lower than that other company. Plus they were on the job within 2 days to start the job. Within 1 week, I received a bid, and had a new service installed. I would highly recommend this company!

They were the best repair service we ever had for plumbing. When i called they were great : explained the process: talked about possible costs: scheduled a date to come and bid the job and did what they said The best part was the plumber they sent to me. His name was Jimmie and he was the reason I went with the company . I trusted what he said and he explained what was needed and I was sold. Called Ally Plumbing’s office and Erika was so nice and professional the whole time we spoke!

I genuinely feel like we got ripped off. We had a blockage in our pipes that was clogging the kitchen sink. The first time Ally Plumbing came out the guy replaced the Studor Valve and said it was fixed. When I did the dishes I realized it was still clogged and the issue was not fixed. We called them back out. The second time they came the guy was at our house less than 5 minutes. He went under our house (crawl space) and knocked on the pipes told us that were blocked and that we needed to make a third appointment for them to fix it. Keep in mind it was about a week between each appointment because they're booked up. The third time they came out the guy used a Jetty to try and clear the pipe. Said it was too bad of a clog and that they would need to come out a fourth time to cut the pipes out and replace them. They told us the fourth appointment would be around $1200.00 and at that point we wanted a second opinion. We had another company come out and fix the issue with a cable, stayed until they fixed it and got it fixed in ONE appointment for $330. I would not use Ally or recommend them.

Ally plumbing did such a terrific job on our Hydrojetting and sewage line repair. It was a huge project and they were responsive and communicative the whole way.

EJ was the project manager and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST. He came out for a quote and explained the whole process. I had several other quotes and his was the best. He had a team out within the week. It was a major project that took several days. He was clear about the timeline and his team was on time. There were delays with the project, but he was very communicative about what they were and when they would be resolved. I wish all managers were as professional and capable as EJ is.

The day I was going to do the final check, we had problems with something not being sealed quite right and hot water not working. He had a plumber out within an hour.

I have complete faith in the job having been very well done. And they offered a fantastic warranty on their workmanship and the materials. Because they have faith in their capabilities and in the quality of the materials they choose to use.

I wish every company worked like Ally. And I wish every project manager was as competent as EJ! I will be using Ally for all future plumbing projects and any other projects I can talk them into doing for me!

My toilet's shutoff valve was malfunctioning, and after hours of trying to fix it myself I just got overwhelmed and decided to call a plumber. Ally was quick to reply back with an appointment the same week to help me out. I worked with Anthony who truly made a stressful experience as painless as possible. The highlights were how professional and clearly Anthony was with communication while also respecting the house and my personal safety given social distancing happening right now. I can't stress how much he focused on being professional and efficient with my problem to help me out. The whole household now knows that if we ever have plumbing issues again, we won't hesitate to ask for Anthony to come back anyone.

We have used Ally for two different plumbing projects. The first was new plumbing routed for a new laundry room and they did such a good job (about 1.5 years ago) that we knew we had to call them for a bid on our sewer cleanout and lining project.
When we called to get a bid on our sewer, they were able to schedule a free consult with project coordinator EJ for just a few days out and when we accepted the bid - they started the project the very next day! The team (Oscar, Jerry, and Tony) was quick, efficent, clean and quiet (my neighbors greatly appreciated this!). The project only took 1.5 days and we needed to wait an extra day for city sewer inspection, but they handled that as well. Oscar even re-set a small brick area at the base of my porch steps - the area actually looks better than when they started.
EJ was very communicative - I had his number to text him with any questions and he was quick to respond.
The end result was a completely lined sewer, two external cleanout locations, and a USB video to prove it. Thank you Ally Plumbing!

Very happy with the service I received from Ally Plumbing, from initial scheduling to the actual work done. During the process of selling our home an inspector found a leak from the tub. I called Ally and they scheduled a service call for the next business day, showed up when they said and were able to fix the issue while on site for the free estimate. 5 stars for Ally, I will use them again when needed.

Contacted Ally for an emergency plumbing issue. They could schedule us for the same day (really grateful). Christopher actually came earlier than the appointment. The job was much bigger than anticipated and Christopher could solve the issue on site within 3 hours. He is also very professional to communicate with and taking pride of his work.

I recently had an issue with a pipe leak in my crawl, I had a few different companies come out to determine the repair needed. Ally Plumbing was one of the first to come out and they were extremely professional and I had great customer service from the plumbers and the office staff. I chose to go with Ally Plumbing not only because if their customer service but also they are the only one to provide me with options, they went into the crawl space (there were companies that didn’t even go down there) to diagnose the issue and explained everything to me in a way I can understand. They gave me options on what I could do to resolve the issue and an estimate for a complete repipe. I had them repair my leak and when I’m ready I will definitely be calling Ally Plumbing for my repipe. I highly recommend this company.

Crimson did an amazing job clearing the line for my kitchen sink. He even cleaned up after himself.

I called to schedule unclogging a drain in my freezer. Ally Plumbing came out, charged me $165 and said scrap ice off floor of freezer, clean out ice tray and it will be fine. They would come back if it continued to leak. It continued leaking. I called back and they said they do not work on appliances. Only plumbing that leads to appliance. I was clear when I called what needed repaired. I feel I was just robbed of a service fee they KNEW they could not fix!!! Arrrrhh!!!

Worst company I've dealt with, with respect to home repair in any capacity. I made a claim through my home warranty company after I had issues with a gray water line that ruptured. Ally Plumbing refuses to conduct any testing on the gray water line that had already ruptured and is closing the case because the lines under concrete and they can't see the full length of the pipe (no pressure testing, no drain or flow testing, no scope, etc), despite providing proof that the pipe was ruptured. The service representative that came to diagnose the problem refused to stay and discuss options for repair and stated that he would tell the home warranty company there was no evidence of my pipe issue unless I contracted someone to dig up the concrete floor in my basement. I will be switching to a company that is capable and willing to test the pipe without tearing apart my floor.

Last Tuesday, Chris came out to take a look at our hot water heater. We were extremely impressed with the services rendered. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and not only resolved our immediate issue with the water heater but was also able to fix a separate issue with our fireplace. His willingness to help, combined with his knowledge of the job, made this an excellent experience! We will definitely reach out to Ally plumbing again for any of our future plumbing needs.

I called about a leak on a fitting for a tankless hot water heater. I was scheduled for the next day and they were a little late no big deal.

Two people show up and look at the leak, which is on the cold water side. I am told they would like to replace both cold and hot just to avoid me having to call in a few months. (I've heard these things before with sales but whatever).I say that's fine, and they said they will call their office and inventory company for parts and knock on my door when ready.10 minutes later they tell me it can be done today, 1 hour job for over $800! I told them no thanks I will call and get another quote.

5 minutes later they come out if their van and say they called someone and can get 300 taken off and do it for $500 cash. I declined.

Any place that charges 800 on 1 hour service for 100 part is wrong! Also, how did 300 come off the bill so easily? I'm positive this is a 200 job or in the range and will happily find service elsewhere

I had called Ally's plumbing for a free estimate on a leaky shower (dripping through the ceiling). Scott came over and diagnosed the issue to be some cracked grout which his company did not fix. I wanted to write a positive review for the honest and candid diagnosis of the problem even though they could not offer their services.

Fast service. Fair pricing. Great technician. Highly recommended!!

Our appointment was cancelled 40 mins after the start time with no explanation. Nobody followed up to reschedule or explain what happened. Our tenant, who had rescheduled all his clients to accommodate this appointment, now has to do it all over again for a different day. If you are in the plumbing business, you should know better than to delay the repairs for a water leak that too abruptly and without offering any backup.

Greg came out and reviewed the job after one of his coworkers had previously bid the job and was out sick. He realized the job was going to take more time so he adjusted the bid which increased the cost. Even though the cost increased his new bid was very detailed and a good value. He proceeded to work through the evening and got the job done. I would call out ally plumbing again but make sure the bid is very well defined in the future.

Run from this company!!! I would give them a negative score if I could. Very unprofessional, not helpful, and no customer service.
They do not care if you have an emergency or how sure your situation is. They schedule a week out for my water heater to be replaced. Then cancel that morning to schedule for another week out. My water heater! I have had no hot water for a week, right before Christmas. They don't care at all.

Previously, I gave Ally plumbing 5 stars because Andrew did an excellent work. And due to my experience I hired them again. However, this time we had such a bad experience I decided to change my review to 2 stars. The only up side is the Ally plumbing employees that came to correct the mistakes were very helpful and professional (great work Geno and Grady). I guess the experience and quality of work depends greatly on who comes to do the work.

My Mother In-Law needed her toilet replaced/fixed as well as a new faucet in her kitchen. Grant it, her home is well over 60 years old and Gino and Shawn came out and took out the old toilet and replaced the original faucet in the kitchen. Gino and Shawn were clean, professional and worked with great technique. I am always looking for good companies and if you are looking for a plumbing company you can count on, give Ally a call! Needed a kitchen sink drain that was clogged up. Allys is less than a mile from my home. $200.00 to come out ( service call ) after arrival another $250.00 to run a snake auger which didint unclog the line. Then said would need to come back the next day with a rented jet sprayer and was going to cost over $800.00 at that point I declined as to install another new complete line would cost max $150.00. Also was a sub contractor that showed up to do their work. If you like throwing your money away be my guest. As for me no thank you

Came home to water heater failure water leaking from unit. Thought I was covered by my home warranty(American Home Shield) contract states water heater covered: all components and parts. They contacted Ally Plumbing a technician came out said my out of pocket would be 1600.00 for modification to install water heater. My home is only 12 yrs old and up to code. Called Ahs they offered 345.00 cash out offer -125.00 service fee payout of 210.00. So much for peace of mind with American Home Shield Warranty.

I ended up with Ally Plumbing through American Home Shield. The guy who showed up to my home was clearly overworked and behind schedule. He didn't even bring any tools inside to diagnose my water heater issues, just watched a YouTube video and then decided he should order a replacement part. Dunno what Ally's side of the story looks like, but my take is that these guys are in way over their head with anything beyond a dripping faucet. Call someone else if you need hot water help.

Very poor quality and incomplete work. I requested repairing a leaking bathtub faucet and the service was definitely incomplete as the handle was not placed back to the original location and the hot water was only lukewarm when I turned on later. Very disappointing as my first experience with this company was good. Homeowners are advised to test to ensure completeness of the work. Do not assume.

I used them for a gas line install and they botched it up. I tried to resolve it with Corey and he acknowledged that they messed up the job but he told me he had to contact the owner for a resolution. I have emails of our conversation because he refused to call me back by phone. Now he continues to ignore me when they took my money of $1100 and it has now been over a month since this first started. I have always been cordial and never raising my voice nor been confrontational.

Ally plumbing was prompt and professional. They took care of the garbage disposal issue, Mana the plumber they sent was friendly and effective. This was most appreciated. Thank you Ally!!!

Beacon came out to diagnose the issue and gave me an extreme estimate of $4886.00 for some made up repairs which after having a second opinion from Ally Plumbing found that the issue was totally different and was covered under my home warranty. Which I had no out of pocket expense other than my $75.00 service fee. Thank you Ally's.

Best plumbing company in the Seattle area. I am so happy I found this HONEST COMPANY. In the past I used Rescue Rooter and it was a big scam, because of that I had to look for a different alternative and I ended up using Ally Plumbing. The technician the company sent did a great job; he unclogged a bathroom sink and replaced the valve in one of our toilets in less than 45 minutes. So happy I found them!

As a widow on a fixed income, I had no idea where to turn to for plumbing problems, so I just put them off until I had a boatload that could no longer be ignored. After trying and mostly failing to get several companies to respond to my request for a guesstimate; Ally Plumbing not only answered all my questions, but gave me what sounded like a reasonable guesstimate (+/-). Due to the nature of all my travails (toilet, bathroom and kitchen faucets, as well as kitchen plumbing); my job(s) required multiple visits to complete as certain plumbing parts weren't available locally (having been married to a mechanic, I know how these things can happen). Jon initially came out and fixed my toilet problem at no charge! then looked at my kitchen and bathroom faucets and plumbing issues; gave me an estimate and then squeezed me in a week later to replace the kitchen faucet so I wouldn't have to keep reaching under the sink to turn the hot water on and off. Chris and Jess came back as a team and even took their shoes off at the door. While one tackled the plumbing issue under the kitchen sink (snaking- yuck! and new correct plumbing), the other replaced the bathroom faucet and water lines. Great job and what a relief to no longer have water running all over my counters, running non-stop, or have to reach under the sink to turn the hot water on and off... I am happy as a clam with legs! Friendly and reasonable... You guys rock! ....and have all my future business; thanks!

We had a small job, replacing a short stretch of pipe under the kitchen sink. Ally was one of only a few that responded to our request for assistance. The plumber, Devin, appeared within the time window promised and proposed a fair price despite the job being too small for other plumbers to deal with. The work was done professionally and quickly. We'd certainly call on Ally and Devin for our future plumbing jobs.

We didn't start off on the best foot. We called them out because we had some leaks under our kitchen sink and we were pretty sure our water pressure was too high. They came out and let us know they would be sending us a bid by the end of the day.

By 9pm I still didn't have a bid so a left a nasty -- frustrated -- review on Yelp. Within 2 minutes they were calling and texting me. Apparently they were having a problem with their email and didn't know.

Because of their quick response to correcting the issue of getting the bid, I ended up giving them the work. They were here on-time on the agreed upon date, with a phone call 1/2 hour out letting me know their exact arrival time. Gino got right to work installing the 3 shut-off valves and the new faucet. It felt like he was done with that in no time. Then he let me know he was going to go work on the water regulator outside and verified I was still ok with the water being off. He dug down, noticed the piping was different from what he was expecting, went to grab some different parts, returned, installed them, and turned the water back on. He showed me what they had done and what my water pressure was now. Gino walked me through all of the work and made sure to leave me the spare parts for the faucet in case I need them when we update the sink. They filled in the hole and were on their way.

I would definitely hire them again.

As an aside, Gino said that Ally had gotten him a bluetooth printer so that he could just print out bids at the site and wouldn't have to count on the email that was still not fully functional.

This is my first time using Ally and I am a very happy customer. Joe came over this morning to replace a leaking / damaged drain pipe and install a new garbage disposal. The quote, after his inspection, was straightforward. He was professional and efficient. Best of all, I no longer have an unwanted water feature in my basement and my garbage disposal is back in action. Thanks Joe and Ally Plumbing!

I needed a sewer blockage taken care of before my Thanksgiving guest showed up - the home warranty company first sent a different company to take care of the problem, but they couldn't fix it due to a lack of proper equipment. They then sent Ally - who 1) showed up despite the evening hours, 2) with the correct tools, and 3) within minutes of when they said they'd be here. Nick and Seth had the blockage cleared literally within a few minutes of their arrival, saving me from having a backed up sewer line during Thanksgiving! I can't thank Ally enough for their prompt and professional service!

Our home warranty company sent them out to clear out a clog. The technician that arrived did not smile or act like he wanted to be there. He also obviously had a very bad cold because he kept coughing and was very congested. He also didnt bring any towels to soak up water from taking my pipes apart so I gave him bath towels which I had to wash later! After trying the 40' snake twice accessing the pipe coming out from the wall under the kitchen sink he said his snake wasn't long enough and the warranty company would have to transfer this case to another plumber that could accomodate a longer snake. However after speaking with the warranty company they said that he told them that we needed a clean out installed! He never mentioned that when he was at my house or I would have shown him where the clean outs are. In Washington its required by law to have a cleanout. So the warranty company denied my claim! I kept calling them and telling them that he lied and that we already had a clean out. So then they sent out a second opinion plumber from another company and he was able to clear the clog with the same length of snake in under 5 minutes WITHOUT using the cleanout. He also went through the sink drain so that he could run hot water while snaking to clean out the pipes. Not only did he do that he was super friendly and not spreading his germs everywhere!

The plumber sent by our home warrantly was rude and snarky. He then left to get approval from our home warranty to do the work and there was no other follow-up because, as I found out from the home warranty, the plumber informed them we did not have a high-pressure water valve on the house and therefore our warranty would not cover it. So I had a different plumber come out who said the lack of a high-pressure water valve had nothing to do with why our shower head broke and the home warranty should have covered it. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

In need of replacing a bathroom sink and got a quote of $1800. I went to Lowe’s after and their sink installation fee is around $250, plus $100 for the sink which would be $350 in total. I had really good faith in this company because all the good reviews, now I’m just really disappointed. Look other ways if you don’t want to be ripped off.

I have had plumbing work done by Carl and Cory M. from Ally Plumbing. Both men where excellent, both where exactly right in getting to the problem and fixing it at the highest level. They used the best products. Both were extremely honest (very grateful for this!) and always had my best interest in mind. (By the way, my dog who isn't very friendly to strangers, took to Cory instantly.)

After dealing with a couple of companies who well were bad lazy glorified handy men at the end of the day.. Got Ally Plumbing out . Our Tech Geno top notch real people! Had it done in a fraction of the time the other guys spent complaining and making excuses.. Will be calling again. For help with some upgrades.. Thanks and be safe

We have used Ally Plumbing exclusively for the past year on several projects and emergencies. Our latest problem was a leaking hot water heater (So We thought). Our service pro was Tyler, a kind, respectful and intelligent young man, thoroughly knowledgeable about the plumbing field. Tyler conducted a complete inspection of our water system before he began any work. He discovered a cracked pipe to our master bathroom that was leaking and caused our water heater to burst. He repaired the leaking shower pipe and installed a new high efficient hot water heater with WiFi remote access. We dodged a bullet here as we luckily had just returned from a vacation in Cabo. A few days longer on our vacation and we would have had a disaster and a flooded home. He explained that he could install a bypass connection to our main water line which we could shut off our water to the entire house while we were on vacation and still allow our lawn sprinkler system to function normally. What a great idea. Tyler changed our water input to accommodate this new bypass system. He then discovered a leak in our sprinkler system that he repaired on the spot. Our house is 48 years old and anything can happen unexpectedly. There is nothing like peace of mind knowing that your plumbing system will work perfectly. A big THANK YOU to Tyler who did an outstanding job in replacing, repairing and improving our plumbing system. He is a rock solid plumber on the Ally Plumbing team and I would not hesitate ever to ask for him by name. Much thanks Tyler and Ally Plumbing. I would give these guys 6 stars if the option was available!

This business is not cheap. Charged me $275 for 20 min work replacing a shower knob. Claims it is their min charge regardless of the job. However they don’t disclose this when making an appointment, when asked. I find this practice disingenuous and dishonest. I don’t recommend this business.

I had a drain back-up in my condo due to an excessive amount of food (my neighbor's). I called Ally Plumbing after reading their great Yelp reviews and scheduled them to come out. Despite working many hours, they came up against a block and said they couldn't fix it unless they had a camera (which they didn't have) or the blueprints to my condo complex. I then called another plumbing service who performed the exact same task with no difficulties and cleared my drain for less cost. I was very upset by this and contacted Ally Plumbing, to which I never received a response. I would never use this company. To not even respond shows how they really treat their customers. Proceed at your own risk.

Had a leaky pipe in my basement. Ally got me in quickly. Jeremy came and diagnosed the problem. When he returned, he explained what he was going to do, and let me and my nephew watch what he did as he explained. He even cleaned up the mess after we told him that we would do it. Nick came by for an initial assessment to check on my washer not running cold water. I figured it was sediment buildup in the cole line filter but after 2 minutes Nick figured out the hot/cold lines were installed incorrectly and the hot line was connected to the cold line on the washer machine and vice versa...he switched the lines right then and there. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Top notch plumber and guy! At one point in time, I caught my pet approaching him to be pet (which, for a cat...never would do to a total stranger). If my cat trusts him, anyone should!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - NO SHOW! Writing review for my parent's experience with Ally & an incoming main water leak (costing them $$). They wanted a new water line, as this is the second leak in two years. Ally missed first appointment with a phone call to reschedule. Missed second appointment with a phone call (couldn't make it again) requesting a competitors bid via email, so they could bid off their description of the job and promised their bid by next day . . . they totally blew us off again. Did I mention this was costing $$$$$, because the water was leaking. Long story short, we dug up the pipe and fixed the leak ourselves. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & WASTED OUR VALUABLE TIME ~ if we had done that to them, they would have charged us big bucks!

Be aware that this company does not stand behind their workmanship. We paid Ally $1,000 to install a new water heater in our home 2 years ago. The plumber did not bring appropriate supplies to complete the project and was actually re-using our old copper fittings. We had to run up to Home Depot, just to get some common fittings so they could finish the job. We just noticed that one of the old fittings was leaking. Called Ally and found out they only warranty their work for 1 year! When the technician came out today, he told us it would cost $750 to cut off the fitting and replace with a new one. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This was or first experience with Ally. Our garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Tyler and Kendrick came out to help us. They were professional, fast and were knowledgeable. I would recommend Ally for plumbing projects!

We had Cory come out and fix a toilet for us. The company and Cory called and texted me when they were on their way - kudos for excellent communication! The job was well done and Cory's service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Called to have a toilet that leaks fixed, note- I was unable to use my own bathroom throughout this experience. I was told monday that the fastest a tech could come out was wednesday between 9am and 1pm. The Tech shows up at 2:15 (I leave for night shift work at 2:30pm) tells me that because I had to leave, the work couldn't be done in time. He reschedules me for saturday between 12-4, and charges me $300. I get a call friday morning and they tell me the tech cant show up until between 2-6 on saturday, I say ok, and cancel my weekend plans. Saturday rolls around and the tech calls me saying he cut his hand earlier and now cant do the work at all, and to reschedule. It has now been a week since I cant use my only bathroom. The OWNER then offers me a laughable $100 off and to schedule me for tuesday, I declined and asked for my money back.

All in all, pathethic customer service and pitiful scheduling. I will not recommend this business to ANYbody I meet.

Very pleased with the service from Devon. I had a slow leak that was proving hard to chase. Devon called ahead and arrived early, which was phenomenal. He did well to diagnose the potential problem and identify the best course of action. Not to mention, he explained everything to me so I could understand. I will be asking for Devon with future issues!

This company really cares for it's customers! From the office to the technicians the entire operation is top notch. We have witnessed their interactions with customers dozens of times and are always impressed by the professionalism and great attitude. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

We had an already exposed pipe with a leak. He was here for less that 2 hours and the bill was $750 plus tax which means $825 in total. I don't know - do plumbers here get $375 and hour? I won't be calling this company again, or referring anyone else, that's for sure.

They did a great job at getting my water heater replaced quickly and efficiently! Really appreciated them coming out so quickly.

Came in and installed a replacement hot water heater and a mixing valve. They were great about getting it done while I was out of state.

Doug was right on time and communicated with me on all phases of the work performed. The final bill was actually less than they quoted. I’ll certainly call again.

Do not waste your time, I had to call them multiple of occasion to get a quote and the receptionist just kept telling me I will provide your quote later today and that was the same case for four days. If they cannot do simple tasks how they are going to fix something major?

They are unable to send a licensed plumber to install a water heater and do NOT pull permits for Gas Water Heaters.... buyer Beware!!! It's the law in Washington and the refuse to follow the law!! They also make a policy of bait and switch, forced consumerism and are flat out unethical!!

Not only did our duo, Jeff and Mike, know what what they were doing, they also left our house very clean. We want them back for any future plumbing problems.

Chris came and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. I found everyone I talked to extremely polite. I highly recommend Ally Plumbing.

Less than 24 hours after “repair” the issue still isn’t resolved. Their response “we don’t guarantee that it’s fixed once we leave.” Biggest waste of $200.

The plumber replaced an angle stop, on 5/20 which he assured me was causing the leak, now 30 hours later it is leaking again.

James was incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking. You just don't see that level of expertise, dedication, and customer service anymore.

I was charged over $300 for the wax ring replacement. This is a rip off.
