Scope: The feed line leading from the water main cracked and was flooding the front yard.

Communication: Top notch. This was an emergency appointment and they communicated every step of the way. There was a slight delay in getting here, but they were true partners and kept me in the loop every step of the way. A quote was provided in a very timely manner.

Service: Top notch. Michael showed up on time and completed the line replacement. However, upon completion he noticed one of the city's lines had cracked from the tree roots as well. He contacted the city and they were on site within 30 minutes. He stayed with them and even dug a trench to keep the water from entering our home. They went above and beyond and I am extremely thankful.

I cannot thank you and the entire team enough. You have earned my future business.

These guys rock! Honest and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I’ve been using these guys for several years now at my old house and now my new place. Matt is awesome! The last guys who were out and did my hot water heater replacement were great too. They’re definitely A+, unlike their counterparts with the same name (A+ plumbing, electrical,). Weren’t too bad on time, as were busy and had a previous job that took longer than expected. That’s the name of the game with house repairs. I totally get it. Highly recommend these guys.

*Update: we used Puget Sound Plumbing again for a second time (for a separate issue). Tyler was our technician again. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The price seemed very fair. He worked quickly and did a great job solving the problem. We really appreciate him. We will continue to use Puget Sound Plumbing in the future.

We had to have our sump placed replaced last week. The technician was professional and explained our options clearly. The price seemed fair based on average rates for this type of work. He did a great job. We will use Puget Sound Plumbing again in the future.

I do not recommend. We called and made an appointment and they no showed the appointment. Then when we called them they rescheduled for 2 days later. Then rescheduled again. They no showed that one. When they finally showed up, they said there was no leak and didn't fix our problem (drinking fountain sprayed water everywhere and was leaking from the fountain onto the dry wall..... which was all visible). I called another company to fix the problem and wished I would have not wasted two weeks waiting for PSP&H to show up.

We really appreciate his work and cleanliness! We decided we no longer wanted our Garbage Disposal system, and he took it out and fitted our sink with all the right stuff. He was friendly and professional.

I feel that considering the time spent, the quality of service, and the distance traveled, that the bill was a little more on the pricey end, but still with reason.

Tyler was very Polite, Respectful, thorough, & informative. Answered any & all questions I had. He also worked until 10:40pm after arriving at 5. Due to not having any hot water for last few weeks, & my toilet constantly having problems, I was really wanting both replaced asap. I was very greatful he was willing to work so late to get it all taken care of for me. Defiantly will be a returning customer & id recommend Puget Sound P & H, specifically Tyler to anyone needing some plumbing done. 10/10! Thanks agian Tyler!!👍🏻

Use this company for a clogged kitchen sink drain. The crew was knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Took care of the clog, offered some suggestions to avoid this from happening again. My only complaint was the price seemed pretty high, but I would use them again if I need a plumber in the future.

This company preys on the elderly. They wanted to charge my 87 year old mother an law $602.70 cents to replace a refrigerator shut off valve. It only took 10 minutes and a $12 dollar part. DONT USE THEM VERY DISHONEST

The crew from Puget Sound Plumbing was right on time. Our garbage disposal had been leaking water and flooded the area under the sink before it was found. A diagnosis was made and a new garbage disposal was installed. The guys on the crew were friendly and very polite.

We always use PSP. Workers are always punctual and professional. They explain things so dummies like me can understand. I highly recommend PSP.

Wonderful experience. Derek was on time, identified himself and was very thorough evaluating our problem. Could not fix it but gave me an estimate and we will most likely have him back for the repair job.

We had an urgent problem that needed attention. Matt and his apprentice showed up quickly, assessed the situation and fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner. We were very happy with the results. Thanks guys, it was a big relief!

I wanted a second opinion on if a full repipe was necessary on my home. They were prompt in coming out but instead of going in the crawl to check the state of the existing piping I was just given a quote for a repipe due to my home being 27 years old and having CPVC piping. Needless to say I called a 3rd plumber and they did do a more thorough inspection showing me why they thought I should proactively repipe. They pointed out prior repairs were leaking again or were done improperly and emailed me pictures. I went with them.

Wonderful people; heart stopping by-the-book pricing. As much money in parts/labor to repair as cost of new toilet. Same approximate price to install user provided toilet. No win situation. Can't afford at this time.

Some of their competitors are cheaper, but the unmatched professionalism, knowledge, and speed make Puget Sound Plumbing worth spending a little extra on. You get what you pay for!

Went to their website and submitted a request via their online form. They never got back to me and it's been a few weeks. Why have the form if you don't respond? Never even sent an automated we got your request and will contact you eventually type message, and that's basically standard nowadays. Get with the program guys. You wasted my time.

I had a valve break under my kitchen sink and had to turn off the main water. Called and they said they'd have someone out between 1-3, I then called them at 3:15 and they wanted to reschedule me for the next morning. So I wasted over 3 and half hours from the time it happened for them to let me know they don't think they'll make it. I called another company and they were able to come out and fix it. Terrible communication.

The wife, who was home while work was performed, would like too add on.
I called & talked to Chris on 9-12 in the AM because I couldn’t shut the water off.
Old house, not shut offs under the sink, main shut off wouldn’t move & looked fragile. Didn’t have proper tool for outside shut off.
As promised Derek & his apprentice Michael showed up within a few hours. Chris called me back to let me know they were on their way.
I called this company because A) I liked the Val-Pak ad with the “clogs” (Wooden Dutch Clogs) in the sink.
Advertising with a sense of humor helps. B) companies I’d used in the past wouldn’t work on my original Farm Sink, circa 1928, & I wished to preserve it.
Derek immediately assessed our entire plumbing system from the outside in.
Didn’t want to hear that size of pipe was not up to code but good to know.
I explained how I felt about my sink & he said he’d try.
The back splash is separate from the sink itself & had to come off.
I’m sure it hadn’t been removed for a very long time.
After wrestling with it mightily he succeeded. It was a mess back there. He had to do a lot of customizing to build it back up but did so working with the galvanized pipe.
Replaced the faucet & also the bathroom faucet. I had a Kohler that was 25 years old. The water pressure is so great here I had stopped using the sink altogether.
They were at my house all day but maintained good attitudes & were very courteous to a Senior lady who’s slow going up & down the stairs. They showed concern for my safety which was very appreciated.
They also kindly removed 2 dead rats that were in the area they were working in on the ground floor/garage.
Other, non-exterminating companies have charged me a “bounty” for removing rats they found while doing other kinds of work. I offered, they wouldn’t hear of it.
Unfortunately the next day, the 13th, I had to call them back because the bathroom faucet was dripping. After trying hard to repair replacement was the best option. They waited for me to go get the faucet from Home Depot as it wasn’t something on their truck.
The next day the 14th there was rust running onto the sink from the faucets. Couldn’t do it that day & I wasn’t available until the 20th.
I was asking how much they were charging on Tues.& Wednesday but was told company policy was to get it right!
On Monday the 19th Derek had to tear out the back splash of the kitchen sink AGAIN only to find out it was my porous counter that was creating a moisture problem & causing the rust.
Still wouldn’t take anything extra for all their time which wasn’t their fault.
Had them come back on the 20th to reseat the toilet & replace the wax.
Just about had to pitch a fit to get them to take some extra pay which I thought they more than deserved.
They were courteous, hardworking, patient & determined. All super qualities. It’s a good feeling to hire an Iraqi War Vet with 8 years of service.

just called to get some information about our project, they couldn't help us even though it says on their we website that they do. I asked to speak to the owner but they wouldn't even give me his name. I do respect the fact that they could not do our project but they sure could be nicer about it.

Service performed was ok but it was way overcharged. 600+ dollars after getting 60 dollars discount - service performed was - ‘pull and reset toilet’. It didn’t take even 30 minutes to do it. For quotes even the serviceman couldn’t figure out what was the issue and suggest multiple ways to fix it - leaving for us to figure it out. Whats the purpose of paying 99 dollar if I have to figure out everything. Anyways - lesson learned and I wouldn’t recommend there service to anyone.

Overpriced and poor communication. They have a $99 fee to show up, which was never disclosed on the phone. However they will waive this fee if you agree to letting them complete the work. How convenient. I (embarrassingly and regrettably) paid $650 for a clogged sewer line cleared; note they also wanted to charge me an additional $350 for scoping the line with a camera before/after.

Of course when they ran their auger they only used a small retrieval tool, didn't properly clear the pipe, and the clog showed up a few days later. I got another company to properly clear it AND scope it for $300.

Tyler was courteous and conscientious. He did a wonderful job.

These guys fixed a leaking pipe for me. 6 months later, the ceiling is leaking again through the patch. I called to get some warranty work, and they said it's only a 90-day warranty. I won't be hiring them again.

The problem has not been resolved yet. Awaiting a second appointment which was delayed for 2 days

Summary: this place was over priced for the work that I needed done. I wish the dispatchers would have been more proactive

My water heater went out so I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating on a Saturday afternoon and got on the schedule for Sunday morning. They called (during their arrival window) to move me to the afternoon. I told them that was fine. During the afternoon window, they ask if they can move me to Monday in exchange for waiving the dispatch fee. I hesitate, ask if they’ll be able to do the repair immediately on Monday. They say yes so I consent figuring I can just continuing staying at my friend’s house. Monday rolls around and before the technician even fully enters the garage, he know this is a particular water heater model which is notorious for failing and advices I contact the manufacturer about warranties, otherwise, just replace the water heater ($2k)… so not quite the instant fix I was promised. I wish the dispatcher had asked me for make and model info, then I suspect I could have started ordering the parts sooner (I mean really it took the technician 5 seconds to know what was wrong). Anyways, I try the manufacturer and they ship out replacement parts. Once I have those in hand, I call to get back on the schedule to have them installed and get quoted $960 to install the two parts which I already have in hand. That seems a little outrageous. I call around to competitors and find another company to do the work for $150. Turns out it was only a 30 min job… now to be fair, Puget Sound Plumbing is heating is reputable, certified, etc and was going to offer a much better warranty if I had decided to replace the new water heater. If it had come down to that, I would have picked Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and paid the premium for their premium product but for the small and simple repair I needed done, I felt they were overpriced

So we love these guys. We've had them out a few times for random projects in our house but our kitchen sink has always been our problem child. It likes to plug up and then get me in trouble for using Draino before admitting defeat and having to call these guys for help (and then apologizing again that I used Draino even after they told me there's better options to use).
Josh is our normal guy we get out here and he has always been courteous and polite, even when I didn't listen about the draino. He went under our house and repositioned our pipes to the correct angle so our sink has been running great since he's left.
Highly recommend these guys.

This is the most unprofessional company I have experienced. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and a third time again without even informing. Worst of all, the receptionist at the Seattle location was the rudest person ever to talk to, and to top it all, she slammed the phone while I was speaking. I called back in great shock, and she did the same thing again! Would recommend staying away from this company.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment. The team arrived timely and they were friendly and helpful and did a great job. They gave me a repair vs. new toilet quote quickly and even checked on a small leak we had underneath the house. Service was great and I would have given it 5 stars for just that, but the price itself seemed double what it should be. I feel like we got completely ripped off.

Charged over $2,000 for roughly 2 hours of work. Said the bill was based on their reference book for repairs. If I was willing to write a positive 5-star review, they would provide a 10% discount.

I wrote the review. No discount. Called on several occasions to receive the credit. Never happened. Eventually, I just gave up.

Sad that a business operates in this manner. Wish I could give a 0-star rating.

Terrible experience. They showed up to fix a broken toilet handle ($10 part) at my disabled mothers house and told her she needs a new toilet due to slight rust in the tank. They proceeded installing a toilet for $1500 before calling me for approval. When I asked for a break down between the cost of the toilet and labor they refused to give it to me. They claim they charge per job and don’t give a break down. A new toilet is $200. How is labor $1300 for a 30 min job? When I told them didn’t have approval for the job, they proceeded to argue with me when I told them not to do the job because a “caregiver” gave them permission. A state caregiver does not have authority to approve work.

They took advantage of a disabled veteran

Josh and Robert went above and beyond. Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service they both provided. We requested Josh after a previous service call he came out on. Sure glad we did! He took great care of our home, performed the projects with very little interruption and was respectful, professional and friendly. Also considerate of our twin infants nap schedule and did exceptional work at a fair price for what was quoted... Plus threw in a couple of simple fixes at no cost to us. This was surprising and much appreciated! We knew we were hiring someone we trusted, but were very grateful for the additional care that was shown to us as customers. If you have a big or small job, make sure Josh is on your call. Don’t hesitate to request Josh and Robert, they will take care of you.

Before I begin on about Steve, Which he was courteous and Diligent. I would like to address all the 1 star ratings. Most people with common sense will take the one star ratings with a grain of salt. It is correct you can all have your own and say you have your right to complain about what you want to. Most if not all of the 1 star ratings were complaining about cost and not the technician themselves. Here you are supposed to be rating the work that was done. You can complain about the price all you want. The price of replacing my hot water heater may have been high but I did my research and it was well within the local acceptable range. As for the lower reviews most I can see they feel entitled to freebies when they have done nothing to deserve them. So for all the technicians that get those bad reviews from those people that say you did a bad job or the prices were too high just don't get it. As to my experience today with Steve it a pleasant. I am not rich by far means and I get and fully understand the costs involved. All of you all keep up the good work and just remember if you get bad reviews at any time 90% of the time it is the customer just trying to get money so they can feel entitled. Thank you very much and I will definitely share my experience with friends and family on the job that was done today. KUDOS to you.

Customer service and professionalism was great all the way from my initial contact, to the arrival of the technician and in getting the job complete. He was on time, very responsive to my comfort level with the current COVID-19 situation and explained everything in detail. Super helpful in informing me about brands and available replacement parts, was upfront about the price and not pushy at all. The work was able to be done swiftly and with care. I would definitely use this service again.

Josh and Matt were exceptional. We needed to install our new toilet and ran into problems with our existing floor/plumbing. We called and within three hours they were here and fixed everything perfectly. They were efficient and professional. We would definitely call them again!

Their window to show up was 11am to 1pm. They showed up at 3:45pm. $99 to show up and $420 to clear a slow draining tub. Shocking they did not waive the $99 fee given they showed up late and that is the absolute top tier price. Would avoid.

The communication was excellent from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was professional and nice, he got someone out to us as quickly as possible. We received a phone call when we were next in line, and again when they were on the way. The plumber that came was really nice, very professional, courteous and he communicated everything he was doing and did a really great job. I'm very happy with my experience.

They showed up when they said they were going to and that’s a big deal first of all. They were professional and very experienced with my issue. They told me exactly what to do and gave me options for solving the issue. I recently have had a lot of medical issues. I’m just now getting back into life after almost 3 years. So when it took a while for me to get to the door and things like that they were super kind and considerate. Joseph was my technician. I just want to say he was so amazing that I will be calling you for all my plumbing issues. I have a plumber that I normally use but after my experience with Joseph I’m definitely switching all my stuff including at work to Puget sound plumbing and heating. That is because of Joseph and the way he handled my Issues and special needs because of my situation. He was just beyond fantastic. I would give them my highest rating and would recommend them to everyone I know.

I called Puget Sound Plumbing for water heater inspection because I received a $59 off coupon from them. First appointment, no one came and I received a call for rescheduling at the end of the two hour arrival window. The customer service was polite and professional. So, I gave them a second chance. A technician came 30 minutes late for the second appointment. He did nearly nothing as he thought the water heater is fine and they would charge $200 more for a real inspection. As the other reviewers mentioned, they charge $99 dispatch fee. A dispatch fee makes sense but their charge is a bit too high. I assumed that I could use the coupon to reduce the dispatch fee, but the technician didn't accept the coupon. I told him that I need to call their customer service to confirm. He immediately lost patience and became very rude. He said I was wasting his time. He threatened that I had refused to pay the fee and there would be consequences. He jumped in his truck and was leaving. I was scared by his reaction and stopped him to pay the fee. Puget Sound Plumbing has totally ruined my weekend.

Scheduling: The scheduler is very prompt and communicative at the timing to expect the service technician to arrive and the technicians arrived on time.

Diagnosing: Within one minute of explaining the issue, Josh knew what happened and connected us with another company for drywall repair. Josh was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and the solution for plumbing as well as drywall repair.

Overall, if we have another plumbing issue Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating will be the first people we call for service. It was fast, easy, and they were very courteous.

Josh and his apprentice Billy rescued my family from a plumbing emergency with professionalism and humor. We had a nasty back up from a clogged drain and Josh troubleshooted the problem and solution, communicating with me the whole time. He considered the most time effective and cost effective way to fix the issue and then went out of his way to make sure everything was fully fixed and my exposed drains were capped properly. Finally, he went above and beyond, looking at my leaky kitchen sink and providing a simple fix for an issue that had been going on for too long. Both plumbers were extremely conscientious of wearing masks, keeping safe distance and respecting home and property. I will keep their awesome octopus magnet up for any future plumbing needs!

My landlord has brought Steve Durham from Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating out to our house three times to address some...creative plumbing done by the previous owners. While I don't know anything about the prices (all on the landlord's dime) I can say that Steve did a fantastic job. He walked me through each of the issues, told me about the proposed fixes and why they mattered, and did a very clean install when we got the go-ahead. He was extremely patient and willing to explain anything I asked about. The plumbing gets about an order of magnitude better every time he comes by.

Highly recommend these folks, and particularly steve.

We called this Puget Sound Plumbing last June 2021 in WA and my husband inquired if they know how to install a FLUSHMATE TANK and they said, Yes! Their office sent their guys. One is the main Lead, Matt and his right hand guy. Before Matt installed the Black Tank, I ask for a quote and he quoted me $1,000 + just to install it. I thought it was a ripped off but I still hired him just to install it since it’s a brand new one sent by the company (FLUSHMATE) . He followed the instruction in the box. So happy , our tank was install . I asked how long is the guarantee . He said, 3 months.

After 1 month and a half, our Flushmate tank is leaking and could not hold the water inside. In the contract, the labor said , a 3 month job warranty but not the parts. I understand , it doesn’t cover the parts but if you are professional , your job would last at least 10 years because, he charged me $ 1,000 to install it. That’s a lot of money !! The tank is brand new one fresh from the box!!

This afternoon, I called for their service again and inquired about the guy who came last June because, he installed it, anyway! Their labor is supposed to be 3 months warranty but it didn’t fulfill their contract. That same guy who installed it, my nephew said, “ he only looked at it and didn’t even check it or something. My nephew asked him, how much would it fix ? The Plumber said, to fix it, it would cost us $1,400 to buy a new one again and install it! My nephew didn’t accept it because… it’s a rip off!!! I called their office again and talk to their Manager, Chris!! He said, I had to pay their technician if they fix my black tank! He said, our tank needs to be replaced! What???? That’s a brand néw one ! Did the technician even bother to check the inside of the tank or the handle? Nope!!! I was so upset with this company and not happy how this Manager try yo rip us off too!!! Never will I recommend their service!!!

This company is a con. They asked me more than $1000 for drain cleaning. I paid the $100 visit fee to send them away.
Note that I didn’t call this company, they had proxy companies that collected business for them.
I called another company and only cost 25% to get the job done.

The technicians showed up and had a thorough explanation of our plumbing issue within a few minutes. Very well explained and worked to get as reasonable a price as they could provide. The team had our issue sorted out in less than a couple hours after showing up. Would recommend for anyone needing a fast response and a team willing to work with you for in home plumbing issues.

I believe the work I had done was done correctly, however for the amount of time they spent here and the amount of time they actually spent working in my bathroom, they grossly over charge. I would consider other options before going back. $1,900 for 2 hours of work is not reasonable.

This review is a long time in the coming. On 6/16/15 we were moving and had a slight water leak at our water heater. Service tech Ben shows up and tells us that we just need to have a new elbow joint installed . No big deal. But since we had a moving truck in front of our house, he gave me an estimate of $586.70 to fix it. I told him that was crazy and he said, maybe, but what am I going to do as he turns and looks at the moving truck. He showed what kind of person he was and what kind of company this is by taking advantage of someone in a situation like that. Go elsewhere! They will screw you! The reason this review is 3 years after the fact, is I was just going through a stack of paperwork from our move and found the receipt from Puget Sound plumbing and got mad all over again. Since we were in the process of moving when this plumbing company screwed us, it wasn't until I found the receipt and it reminded me that I needed to write this review.it

Don't be fooled by the rating on this website (4.2) They have 2 sites.. The other one has a 2.2 rating. I am reposting my comments from the 2.2. website. Called in request spoke to Rachel who gave me a day and 2hr window when tech would be on site. I arrived one hr early on day of schedule service which was between 12 & 2pm. At 2:10 Rachel called and said tech was running late and she would get back to me when he was leaving job site. At 3pm Rachel called and said he was still on job site, that I was still on the schedule, and she would let me know when to expect him. At 4:35pm Chris called said the tech would not be out that day but would be out the following day between 8am-10am. I told Chris I had wasted 6hrs waiting on the tech to arrive plus another 3 hrs drive time. I asked Chris if I authorized the work, how long it would be before someone would be out? Chris said the tech could start immediately if I authorized the work, it was after 9am when the tech showed up the next day..There were two employees on the truck. Matt was the driver and I didn’t catch his helper name. Matt was on site for all of 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes was him just sitting in the truck. When he got out, I explained what I needed done, had already purchased the part and excavated the hole, His first comment was it w/b expensive. I told Matt what Chris had said about starting right away and asked how the estimate w/b structured. Matt said he would give me a couple of options in the bid and headed back to his truck. I went around the house to set a sprinkler and when I returned Matt was gone. The next day I called spoke to Rachel who was surprised I hadn’t seen Matt’s bid, said she would call Matt right away to find what happened, and get back to me. Rachel never called back. Later that day I called and spoke to Chris, told him what had happened and ask for an explanation. Chris became agitated, said Matt was in the building and I would get the bid either later that night or the following morning. It’s been 2 days since I last spoke to Chris and I have yet to receive Matt’s bid. I will not be calling them back, as it just dawned on me that neither Rachel, Chris, or Matt asked for my mailing or email address. Don’t be fooled like I was with their promise of quick service. You are wasting your time dealing with this company. I will certainly make sure I tell all of my vendors not to waste their time dealing with this company and certainly not to recommend this company to any of their customers.

We had outstanding service from Rick and his helper, Jeff. They were both was very careful of our home in taking care of cleaning the drains. Rick took time to explain what needed to be done and showed us what the problem involved. He has a wealth of knowledge and gave us advice on how to take care of our drains in the future. Wonderful service - highly recommend them.

Wow Puget Sound Plumbing is the way to go. I called up to have a sink fixed and got service within a couple hours. Josh V. was knowledgeable, friendly, and had the job done within half an hour. The price was great and I'm happy with the service. Will definitely ask for Josh V. again the next time I need something fixed.

I just want to Thank Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for going out to my moms and taking such good care of her issue. My mom's name is Barbe Goodman and she had a leaking connection to her washing machine under her house. Mike came out to help get that fixed. She called me and told me how he had fixed it right on the spot for her and she said he was a really nice and friendly guy. She had a much more expensive quote from a plumber that came out earlier but Puget Sound Plumbing charged her a 4th of what the other plumber had quoted. Thank you so much!! It is so nice to know that there are still honest and helpful companies out there. We will definitely be using them again if we have any other plumbing needs!!

Today we called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and asked for a plumber and Steve was here within a few minutes.

Upon arrival he immediately assessed the 2 different drain issues we had; a clogged drain in the bathroom and an old copper drain pipe from the kitchen sink and dishwasher that had split open. He also addressed corroded piping to a outside hose bib that needed repair. He gave us a fair estimate, had all the necessary parts on his truck and completed all 3 jobs in a few short hours.

This guy is truly into his game, knows what he's doing, is fast, courteous, has a great sense of humor and very respectful, not only to us, but our home and our pets; but also to Tyler, his apprentice. Together they make a great team!

I am a retired home remodel carpenter and have worked in the past with many plumbers, and I have to say that Steve is the cream of the crop.

Had an emergency on Thanksgiving. Chris answered the phone quickly and Rick was at our house within an hour. Great, friendly service at a reasonable price for a holiday emergency. Upfront service pricing was explained even before Rick arrived. His quote for the work was comprehensive and reasonable. I’ll use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Horrible experience. We called to fix an issue with an overflowing tub. The guy they sent out went in and diagnosed the problem and quoted us a price. We signed off he began working. Halfway thru the job he says he needs more money to fix the issue we initially called for because the first quote was an attempt to fix the problem. The second quote is the solution. So we felt ripped off and decided to let him leave. The guy they sent out clearly had mental issues and stated he hadn’t slept in 2 days. Not at all professional. We had someone else check out the issue ( a different company) and they not only let us know what was wrong but also how he clearly left work so he could come back and charge us more. I tried calling the company and only met with hostility. The manager Chris would not provide me with his journeyman license number for a complain to L&I, nor would he provide me with the contact info of his owner. Not at all happy with this company and would only advise others to steer clear. They are overpriced and untrustworthy.

Our water was out and we got dogged out twice by another company. They came the next day and a window that didn't require us to take time off work and then replaced everything tank and pipes in 3 hours. I was impressed and so happy to have water again. I highly reccomend them and will be using them again.

I received some marketing materials from Puget Sound Plumbing so when I found myself I need of a plumber, I decided to give them a call. It was simple to schedule with them and they were very responsive. The workers were nice and seemed knowledgeable. They went beyond my expectations in their service and answered my questions sufficiently.

I'd prefer to leave zero stars. We had our counters replaced and needed the plumbing under the sink reassembled. First, they charge you $99 ($108 after tax) just to make an estimate. The plumber who came out advised we needed to replace all hoses and piping, plus labor, wanted to charge us over $1,000 . . . to put a sink back together. We thanked them for their time, paid $108 as sent them on their way. Called Green Planet Plumbing out of West Seattle, they came over same day, told us that we didn't have to replace everything and got right to work. Final bill, $189.

I should have read the online reviews first, after getting our outrageous bid from PSP, only then did I check reviews. They average a solid 1*. Oversell and overcharge. Nice business model.

They sent out a team the same day we called! Can't beat that! Joseph and Billy came out and they were super friendly and professional. They did a great job installing a new bath faucet. Best local plumber I have used by far. Highly recommend.

We were doing remodeling in our bathroom and we needed a plumer to modify the pipes so we can change the existing bath tub with a shower.
We called another plumer prior to contacting the Pudet Sound Plumbing, and did have chipper rate, but he didn't know how to do it, and he also didn't have the supplies!
So , we did reach out to Pudet Sound and requested Josh V. ,as we read a lot of good feedback of him.
They were already booked up, but they still were send our way, and start working on it right way, soon they arrived.
The problem was the price , it was to high for our budget, and we let them know about it.
They did give as a fair price, and they came back in the next morning and complete the job!
It was such relieve on my husband, who was in the middle of completing the bathroom, but he couldn't move forward, without the plumbing part.

Steve McCaden and his helper arrived on-time for the work. Both were very professional and courteous by putting on their shoe covers in order to protect the carpets. Steve is definitely very knowledgeable with his job and was able to finish the job very quickly. Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating were really good in fitting us in last minute without charging emergency rates. Steve and Matt were amazing as we had a lot of different issues going on from

I called them on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday to fix a leak in what we thought was the main pipe from our home to the hot water heater. They called with a cancelation and they were able to come out the same day! Rick showed up, reviewed our issue and it turned out it wasn’t the main pipe after all and would be an easy fix. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to work with me on the cost of the repairs too and got right to work. Everything was finished in just over an hour! I was charged $464 to replace a hose bibb that had a slow leak. I looked the part up online and the cost is less than $20. So the plumbers 15-20 minutes to unscrew and replace the part cost almost $444. Totally outrageous!! They don't charge per hour--they charge by the JOB so they can charge excessive amounts and take advantage of the customer. Before the plumber left my home I was assured that the problem was resolved. That evening (within a couple hours of the plumber leaving) the faucet started leaking again! I contacted the company the next morning and was assured that the plumber would be to my home between 2 and 4pm that day. Of course, the plumber never showed up and when I called, I was told they were backed up and would have to come back at another time. I will NEVER EVER use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. The company uses deceptive pricing and gouges you! My recommendation to you--call someone else!! They should have zero stars.

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed my furnace serviced so I called them and set up an appointment. I was provided a two hour window of when they would arrive and promised I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. After the 2 hour window had already passed I did receive a call saying nobody was going to be coming. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. The next appointment the exact same thing happened; two hour window passes and I receive a call that nobody is coming. Shame on me for rescheduling a third time, but guess what....not only did the two hour window pass, but NOBODY EVEN CALLED. This organization is clearly unprofessional and poorly run. If they treat repairs and servicing the same as they do their customers prepare for your heating and plumbing systems to be neglected and treated like garbage.

Appt was between 11:00-1:00pm. Arrive at 2:30. My faucet was leaking and needed a new Faucet. Cost for job was $550 NOT including Faucet. He said he had a Wolverine faucet on his truck that would cost $650. I said forget it - I will run down to Home Depot and buy my own. Long story short I bought the wrong one and when he came back 2 1/2 Hrs later said he would just give me the $650 faucet for free so he wouldn't have to waste more time. The Plumber and his apprentice were very nice - but I really feel like I got ripped off. $550 to do a faucet replacement?

Had an issue with installing a new toilet because of a damaged flange set in concrete. Called Puget Sound Plumbing, and Josh came out asap, evaluates the issue and was able to fix and install the toilet at a much lower cost than originally quoted by other plumbers. Great service and quality of work.

Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and we called PSPH. Steve M. and Tyler V. arrived sooner than the scheduled time; they were thorough with their assessment of the situation - to repair or to install new; they patiently worked with our budget constraints and were knowledgeable about the product options available for our specific situation. They began the work with our confident approval immediately.

They were able to dispatch a plumber out same day which was great. However, they charge a $99 dispatch fee (which they were upfront with), then charged me $400 for a 10 minute search to find the water leak, then charged me another $900 to fix the leak and by the way, they don't repair any of the damage they do after they fix the leak. They were in and out of my house in less than 90 minutes and charge me $1500!!! Do not call these guys unless you want to get bent over.

They did the job alright but I was a bit fast to accept the service. The price they charge for replacing a garbage disposal is over $1,000. Even with a quality disposal comparative disposal installations were $400-600 dollars. I was embarrassed when My brother said he would of done it for free... don’t know what their justification was for such a high price...

This company is a price gouging company! This company Charged $900 to unclog a sewer line. Jordon Ruby was rude and took advantage of a situation. The sewer line is still clogged!! I called back to say its still was clog and not working Jordon tried to tell me it was my brand new toilet that was causing the problem!! DON'T EVERY USE THIS COMPANY. You should only have to pay $300-$400 to unclog a sewer line. This company is a JOKE!!!

I feel very disappointed and give this company less than one star. Their charges was breathtaking. It's so expensive like a scam. (1) The technician charged $1,200 for inspect main sewage and use machine to clean. (2) He charged $750 for inspect and run machine to clean my two bathtubs. (3) He charged me additional $210 becos he said I used the drainage cleaning liquid that would hinder his work. It came out the total $2,160 (not incl tax). Honestly I would not hire this company again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

We just bought our house and knew we were in need of some plumbing updates. We hired a different plumbing company that weren’t that reliable and had screwed us over. Then we called Puget Sound Plumbing. Steve and PK Came to our rescue!! Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner they were so friendly and professional. Repair was correct and looks fine however price was outrageous for less than an hours work ($921.84). Manager Chris was very unprofessional on phone call about price. I honestly thought there was a mistake in pricing because there is no way it should be that high. Highway robbery at best. Never will i use or refer this company. Steer Clear of these overpriced plumbers.

They did a simple installation of a kitchen faucet and a basic laundry tub faucet. Not only were they late by 4 hours but they charged $935 for the kitchen faucet and $646 for the laundry tub faucet. After taxes this minor job was $1,839.00. This company overcharges and takes advantage of people. Talking to Chris about the ludicrous cost he kept saying this was the standard cost based on their books but refused to provide proof of standardized pricing. There was not breakdown for labor cost or material cost. Based on my experience and other reviews I recommend you find another company that is trustworthy or do it yourself.

We have dealt with Josh on 3 occasions. He and his assistant are very professional, trustworthy and courteous. They took care of the problems we had quickly and efficiently. We give Josh the highest reference. He earned our respect and trust. Thanks Josh!

I was very disappointed with this service but what was even more disappointing was that when I reached out to the business to try to rectify the situation, they never responded. They quoted me quadruple the price that another company quoted so I did not have them do the repairs and they also broke my shower head during the consultation.

I made an appointment with Puget Sound Plumbing for an estimate. Scheduling was prompt and while the dispatcher was nice and communicative, they rescheduled with me three different times. I was not given advance notice and each time I was called that other more important plumbing emergencies had come up and that they would not make it that day unless I could wait another ~5 hours. These calls came towards the end of the service window I had scheduled which means I wasted several hours of my time waiting around my house for the plumber to come.

When the plumber finally did make it out he was nice but quoted me $1200 to fix my leaking bathtub faucet and said he would need to go through the drywall. He also said that this price would not include repatching the drywall after the plumbing work was done. He mentioned that he may be able to do it for $600 by replacing a part, but that he would need to order the part and could not guarantee this would fix the issue. He told me that even if it did not fix the issue, I would have to pay the $600 and then do the other technique which would cost an additional $1200. I also asked him to take a look at my dual shower head while he was here which was dispensing water from both shower heads at once. He told me I would need to replace a part and that it was an easy fix but after he left I began to notice that every time I took a shower the shower head would spray from the pipe onto the ceiling and several other directions. This is really what I called about afterwards as something the plumber did broke my existing shower and I requested a refund of the cost for the trip out. They charge $109 for an estimate and put it towards the service if they end up servicing in the same trip. Their quotes for service were so high that it seems like a scam and my feeling was that they were either going to charge an arm and a leg for the service, or come out for 15 minutes and simply gather their $109 and be on their way. I was able to have my bathtub fixed by another plumbing company in 30 minutes for $300 without going through any of my walls.

Derek showed up on time. He was very professional, clean and friendly. He was very careful with his work and resolved the issue with little trouble. He made sure that all of the other drains continued to work without any problem. Most importantly, he was careful and clean during this time where that is particularly important and he left the bathroom where he was working spotless.

What a nice change to have someone show up on time, do the job and do it right. Thank you.

Rick and Mike came today with only same day notice. I was instilled with confidence as they reviewed what I needed to have done. I asked about other options for shower apparatus and Rick gave me good advice on how to do that economically myself. Their service was fast and efficient. Very pleasant employees. I called on Monday 8/3/18 and was told that they had no technicians in the office. The person who answered the phone told me she would a tech out between 8-10 am the next day. They showed up right at 10am and looked at the problem. Told me what they would need to do to fix it. We sat down they went over estimate and had me sign off on agreed amount. Both techs who came out where professional and friendly. My one cat who doesn’t really care for other folks actual allowed them to pet him. Happy with work they did and will be using them again if needed.

The technician had to come back 3 times to fix the BRAND NEW water heater he installed. He spent probably 15 hours total. They do not itemize their costs...because they are nearly double what you pay on your own. We asked for the cost of the water heater for home warranty purposes and were turned down, because “we don’t give out our costs”, even though they were informed we needed it before he began work. When they give you a time frame of 2 hours, expect them to be there at the tail end of the timeline or late, or not that day.

*update- the invoice clearly states the customer wanted a breakdown for home warranty. This company does not divulge their prices to the customer. You have to ask yourself why...the answer: to hide the price gouging they do. Criminal to do that any time but especially in a pandemic with people of minimal means.

Can't say enough good things about Joshua and his courtesy and professionalism. His advice was great, the project went according to plan and I have a new water spigot for my patio plants and garden! As a single woman who needed to feel comfortable with a person in my home all day, I would recommend Josh and PSP!!

Well it was the unfair price i had to pay for a 45 minute repair, 750 dollars plus tax. I seems that the Steve can just make up any price he wants for a repair. Make sure that you ask what it cost before they come out. I am 76 years old and I do not have a lot of money. I had a leaky pipe and I needed it repaired that day. So be careful when dealing with this company.

Bath tub was leaking horribly, Josh came a little earlier than they estimated, and even in the snow! He was thorough and gave a price if the repair could be made and a price is a complete fix had to be made. We are extremely happy with the work, the service, the technician and the company.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! I recently discovered that on 1/3/17 my elderly mother in law (83) had repairs completed by this company. They repaired two shower valves and one facet that were leaking. The repairs were completed by Joshua C. and he apparently had an apprentice with him. They were there for approximately 45 minutes. The parts for the repairs cost less than $100.00 (not itemized on the bill), yet they charged $1,486.55 plus tax. I contacted them on 2/20/17 and spoke with Shawn who identified himself as the Customer Service Manager. I explained to him that surely there must be some mistake. It seems unreasonable to be charged over $1,000/hour to make a simple plumbing repair. His explanation was that they have a book that they use to price their services and don't charge by the hour. I asked him if he would be happy paying the prices listed in their book at over $1,000 an hour. He would not answer that question, but kept referring to his book. I'm not sure what book Shawn was referring to, but perhaps the book is what is wrong in this situation, or perhaps it was interpreted incorrectly by Puget Sound Plumbing.

Josh V. Came out and took care our problem on a Sunday at 9pm! Wow we really appreciate him coming after what I know was a super long working weekend. He was super friend and professional, we will definitely call him again recommend him to family and friends.

These guys aren’t cheap. But I am impressed at how fast they were able to get here, and the speed and quality of their work. I am particularly glad that I brought them in for this job (replacing a toilet and properly hooking up a dishwasher) because Rick checked up on our electrical system while he was working. As it turns out, the plumbers that had replaced our metal pipes with plastic a couple of years back had neglected to re-ground our ancient electrical system properly, or alert us to the danger. Our house could have burned down, and our insurance could have declined to cover it due to the improperly-grounded electrical system. Thanks Rick!

We have used Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for our plumbing needs over the last 8 1/2 years. They are always professional and courteous and quick to respond to our needs. We had a water leak develop this afternoon and they were out within hours and had the problem resolved. I highly recommend their services.

Kitchen garbage disposal stopped working in July. Found Puget Sound plumbing and heating online, called them and scheduled for them to come out and fix it. The plumber said it can’t be fixed it has to be replaced. This may have been the case since he is the expert and I know nothing about garbage disposals however there seems to be a trend in the reviews for this company that they recommend replacing parts instead of fixing. Maybe a reset would have worked. The plumber quoted $904 to replace the garbage disposal. We went along with it, we did not know what a garbage disposal actual cost is. After the work was done we realized we now own probably the most expensive garbage disposal on the market. I called the company to inquire about the $904 bill, they were going to call me back once the plumber submitted the invoice to the office. They never called me back. I remembered about it yesterday and called the company to get some clarification, I didn’t ask for money back. Spoke to the manager who seems to spend a lot of time online apologizing to unsatisfied customers and I found him to be quite rude. It’s my fault the work was approved based on the quote we received, it’s my fault I had no idea a garbage disposal costs somewhere between $60 to $200, it’s my fault I allowed for them to rip us off, indeed it is. This company’s mission is to be a one hit wonder, rip you off good the first chance they get because obviously they are not the people to call back for more work.

Josh and Johnathan came by to assist me with an ongoing problem. They immediately located the drip in my wall and took care of it. However it cost $700.00 to change a water Spigot and the recommended me to 1800waterdamage for repairs. It has been over 1 month and I am still without the complete repairs. No one returns phone calls or complete projects as promised. Do not use these guys.

Josh Cole and Elias performed plumbing services at my residence in DuPont, WA on 2 different occasions. Last week and today December 28, 2020. They were absolutely professional and provided phenomenal customer service. They went above and beyond and performed all work to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating.

Joseph came out to repair the heat in just my shower which was quick and he was clearly knowledgeable, polite and kind. While he was there I had him look at my toilet which had a small leak, he was able to fix it quickly but we had missed a step and the leak continued. I gave him a call and he came right back and took care of it no problem.

Here's where Joseph really becomes a hero. Turning the house water off and on cause my old hot water heater to spring a leak. I discovered this around 6 o'clock and he had already gone home. I gave them a call and my man came out after hours, at 10 o'clock and did an emergency replacement of my water heater with a new one, that same night. He could have easily just told me it needed to wait until morning but instead he came out to help me. Not annoyed or frustrated for having to do it. Just super high quality service all day and night. He was thorough and communicated well and I cannot thank him enough for the long day I put him through! So much appreciation and respect for him!

I thought I had a leaking pipe in my ceiling as water was gushing everywhere in my garage above my water heater. Derek was able to come out promptly. He identified that it was actually not a leak in a pipe but instead my water heater which was leaking and thereby successfully diagnosing the problem and saving money from tearing a hole in my wall or ceiling. He was able to quickly repair it at a fair price. He was very thorough with his work and explained what he was doing. After the work was done, he tested the system several times to make sure the issue was fixed and no other problems exist.

Matt was super professional and friendly. He and the other plumber came into my home and were nice with my kids, wore shoe covers, and addressed the problem immediatley. They informed me on the plumbing that was installed in the house prior to me purchasing it was very poor quality and was actually subject to a class action lawsuit in the past! Two gentlemen came out, (John and Josh) and as I was explaining the situation and problems I was having, They already knew what was going on and where to look. These 2 gentlemen (The Tag Team J's) was very knowledgeable and very confident. It's amazing that prior plummers could not locate the problem. It took the J-Team less than a minute to locate the problem and fix it. They explained to me every step of the way of possibilities. I contacted Puget Sound Plumbing for a job. Without going into unnecessary details, there was a misunderstanding concerning the price quoted. As a result, I posted some negative reviews as well as sending them a copy. I was contacted by Chris and they resolved the issue to my complete customer satisfaction. Kudos for their customer service. I retract my complaint and can recommend them.

Dustin was great...did troubleshooting to see what the problem was, found it and fixed it in short order. The company kept in contact with me to continually update me on when he should be at my house. The communication was excellent, work was excellent, had the part on his truck so there was no delay in fixing my problem. Will use them again in the future.

Jon (as well as other service techs) has been to our building several times. The work done has been invariably excellent, and communication about the issue and the fix are straightforward and helpful. They're the only plumber I'll work with and recommend to others.

Can't speak to their quality of work as they never showed. Set up an appointment for a service of a gas forced air heating unit and asked them what time worked for them. They offered me a 2 hour time frame. They called an hour and a half into the 2 hour appointment window and said driver was called to an emergency. Rescheduled for same time next day. They called me 36 minutes before my time frame started which I missed because i was unavailable at that time. They never called me back. Once they appointment time opened up. I had to call them back 15 minutes before the time frame ended. Poor follow up on their part. I wasted 4 hours with nothing to show for it.
Also want to note that they have not improved their over the phone pricing. They would only tell me it was a $99 dispatch fee which would be built into the price whatever it may be...

It was Thanksgiving morning 2020. Humble home owner walks into his garage to start getting chores done early as to best enjoy the pinnacle of pandemic food glory. When to his dismay he hears the unmistakable sound of dripping water. Each plop hitting the cold concrete foreshadowed what he thought would a detriment to his holiday weekend. Luckily, the previous owner of his home had graced him with a small, rectangular, magnetic bat signal for plumbers. Within a couple hours Steve and his sidekick were in my driveway giving me the hard bad news like I was Police Inspector Gordon. My water heater had kicked the tank. But double lucky, they had a new one on board their grand hot-water mobile. Within 45mins they had defeated my leaky nemesis and sent it on to the great scrap yard in the sky. The new heater was so good that I've been taking a hot shower for the past five months straight. I only got out just to write this review.

Did a good job, but charged me WAY too much for the work done. For what I paid for them to fix my hot water heater, I could have bought a two new ones. Then I was pressured into leaving a 5 star review for a few bucks off. Should have never called. Good work, criminal prices.

They wouldn't give a quote until they saw the faucet. It was a simple replacement. Their quote was $532 plus tax. We sent them away without doing the job.

Absolute scam artists. After missing their appointment 3 times (and eventually pushing it to the next day, effectively making me wait for them for 24 hours), they proceeded to insult my house and threaten to report me for having a fitting installed backwards.

They quoted me $1800 to cut out and replace a 6 section of 2 ABS. Please avoid this company, and Rick in particular.

I literally just called at 2pm today to see if they had availability, and not only was I pleased to be fit in same day, but my plumbing issue was resolved within 3 hours! Super convenient. This company is amazing. Calling a plumber is one of the most stressful things to do as a homeowner. Losing your retirement fund flashes in your head. But not with these guys. They are honest, fair and do quality work. Josh C. is the best! We had to purchase a new toilet last year. We just recently had a clog and had to call for service. Josh was our plumber again and he remembered us from a year ago. He was super friendly and really nice to our dog, which goes over huge with us! He also noticed the main air vent in the hallway was dirty and told us the filter needed to be changed. Now that is what I call full service. When my home insurance company requested some information regarding the plumbing in my house, I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating. Josh Cole was dispatched immediately but due to an extremely full schedule and a number of emergencies, Josh did not arrive until a day later. However once on site he surveyed the plumbing that was requested and provided the documentation I needed. Once that was out of the way we discussed a number of other items that needed attention. The work was extensive in a couple of areas and Josh worked two full days to complete the work. He and his apprentice were respectful and considerate. I appreciated their help and would contact Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating again if needed.

Mr. Steve Durham did excellent job. He is very professional, efficient, service oriented, and accurate with knowledge. It is first time to meet someone like Steve, and I highly recommend him to everyone.

I called today needing an urinal fixed. It seemed to not be flushing correctly and leaking occasionally. Joshua and Jonathon came within 15 minutes of my call, were very polite, and educated me on urinals. They solved my leaking problem and taught me what was and wasn't normal for a urinal and how to properly clean it. Josh and Jonathan are THE BEST! We will be using them from now on!

Wow, Steve did an incredible job for us, clearing a very difficult kitchen sink drain all the way out. The job required a specialized tool, which ultimately did the trick! Steve and his assistant were both very professional and friendly throughout the experience. I'll definitely call on him again should the need arise.

We had a break in the caulking of our tub. We called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating. They arrived, took $40, and said they weren't the right people for the job (a mold company would call us). That call did not come. When we called a couple weeks later to ask about it we were told it was responsibility to call them and check up on it. We did that and they never showed up. Horrible company. Do NOT use them. There are several better options available.

I called these guys our to install a bbq line out back. I call for a next day appointment but was shocked when they said they could come say day!

They gave me a 2 hour time window but called when they were about 30 min away. I appreciated this because I need to run to the store and pick up my daughter so I was able to get home in time.

When they arrived they did the bid on the job. Used very good contractor grade materials and was able to do the job the same day!

I will be using them from now on for all of my plumbing needs!

The technician was good but the $99.00 quote they give to have a technician come out and look at your furnace is very misleading. The fact is $99.00 does not include the $470.00 diagnostic fee and the $99.00 is not really taken away from the charge. They just don't add the $99.00 on top of the cost. The other seems to be a bait and switch move. I would not recommend this company at all just for the facts they munipulate the truth and are not transparent at all with their pricing. I wish I had read the reviews before hand; and they really deserve zero stars. They need to be reported to the BBB and Attorney General for this scaming. Puget Sound Energy came out the same day and gave me a total different price 75% cheaper and one of the things they crooks Puget Sound Plumbing said needed to be replaced was not true. Warning : Do Not use this company!

We were incredibly happy with them, they came out the same day within hours of calling, figured out what was wrong, they werent able to fix it completely since they didn’t have the part so they came back right away the next day and finished the job. Both of the young men were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!

Stay away! I feel like I just invited a crook into my house. First off they charge a $99.00 discharge fee to show up. This is charged if you don't have any work done and also on top of any work you have done, as opposed to having a minimum you must pay that is applied to any work you have done. But the real doozy is that they write crazy inflated estimates that are absurd. And then you are stuck paying 3 times what you should, or paying $108 for nothing ($99 fee, plus tax.) I had a different plumber stop by to assess the problem with our leaky faucet earlier in the week. He told us to buy a new faucet rather than having him fix the existing one and he would fix the emergency shut off valve and change the faucet for $200 to $250. Unfortunately, by the time we got the faucet he was out of town on vacation and we were not comfortable with the faucet running till he got back. So that left us with Puget Sound Plumbing quoting $919.61 for the same job. Needless to say a I gave them their stupid $108 dispatch fee and sent them on their way. I feel like they could make a business out of just traveling around and collecting dispatch fees for crazy estimates and would never even have to do any plumbing. I feel totally taken advantage of and conned.

They arrived right on time to fix a shower that wouldn't shut off. Even though the shower make is a very specialized brand, they were able to help by getting us fixed up with a temporary solution while we waited for a part. We really appreciated their wealth of information.

Josh was very knowledgeable about my issues. Offered the best solution with a firm quote. Had all parts on truck and installed equipment immediately. Very happy with the results! Would highly recommend them!

I was very happy to have Rick and his apprentice replace my 18 year old rusty leaky water heater. They were pleasant, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I debated about doing this myself. I mean, how hard could it be? However, it took only a few minutes before I could tell that Rick knew exactly what needed to be done, what needed to be replace, and how to bring everything up to code. I am glad I left this to the pro and didn't go DIY!

It is an emergency when the water line from the main line to your house begins leaking and pours water out into the street. You need to get plumbing help immediately. With the help of Angies List, we chose to call Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating, and it turned out to be a terrific choice! Within two hours a very large truck from Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating arrived, with a highly skilled, competent plumber, Mike Sauget, and his excellent assistant, Junior Contreras. Fixing our leaking water line was incredibly challenging, and indeed required that we replace it with a new line. This is very challenging to do on an emergency basis, but Mike and Junior had every skill needed to put in the new line. They had to dig up a lot of yard and garden, they had to bring in special boring machine to bore under the driveway. The new water line was running perfectly by 7 PM the next evening. The portions of our yard that had to be dug up were restored to how they were before the digging commenced. The quality of line was vastly superior to the former one. Mike made several suggestions around our plumbing that were very helpful. Mike and Junior worked tirelessly, finishing up their work as darkness fell. Really really impressive.

Had a leak in my wall, spread to the floor, Derek crawled all around my home and checked everywhere he could and finally found it. Plus he stayed until midnight to ensure it was fixed. While searching for the source of the leak, he also discovered a cracked sewer line in my crawl space and repaired that as well. Definitely, a true professional! I highly recommend and would definitely use hm again!

Rick is very knowledgeable and I was glad to have his expertise when it came time to knowing new toilets where a necessary fix. Everyone I have talked to at Puget Sound Plumbing has been friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them in the future should the need arise.

My son was able to take apart the toilet that had been in service since the house was built in 1972, but found that the job of putting it all back together with the replacement part he bought was beyond his experience.
He called a plumber and was told we would have to replace the whole toilet if he came out. My son said no thanks. I found a magnet on my refrigerator that I had never used, and when I called Puget Plumbing, I expected a wait, which was ok since it wasn't an emergency. I was amazed when I learned a repairman would be at my home in less than two hours. He came as promised and brought a team member who was learning by watching and doing. Both gentlemen were not only good at plumbing, they were easy to talk with and interested in my home and family as well. The old toilet works beautifully and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The guys that came to the job were prompt and professional. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Their truck was like a mobile plumbing shop!
This estimate was to install 2 shower valves, glue a p-trap and test waste and vent (plug and fill with water).
Although the estimate was not to our liking they did give me the incentive to finish this project.

Had all of our drains 3 showers 4 sinks cleaned and had them fix our master bathroom toilet. We bought our house in may of 2020 and it's 40 years old. When the home owner replaced the floors in bathroom they didn't year out the old floor and set new flooring on top. He added a flange to make it level with floor and put a new wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. He also pulled 15-20 years of hair out of the drains. Yuck!!! So glad we had them come out and save us from much more expensive repairs in the near future. Definitely recommend having them come out and fix all of your problems!!!

PSE shut off our gas after finding a small leak around the keyhole valve of the fireplace. Puget Sound Plumbing came out quickly, rerouted and replaced our valve. We wouldn't have heat tonight since our entire system runs on gas. Professional and friendly service. They cleaned up after making an accidental (very minor) water mess with their shop vac. They were great to work with. Will sleep much better knowing that the repair is complete!

The office staff & on-site technician Josh C. are great and got the job done. They deserved 5 Stars for their service. However, The labor it's very expensive. $285 to remove/reinstall the toilet. $815 to replace the wax ring and $1000 to snake the clogged pipe. Total $2000+ to unclog a toilet drain pipe. I'm in the wrong line of work.

We were looking to have a garbage disposal added to our kitchen. Rick and Will came out to asses the job. It turned out our sink pluming would need some updating to fit a disposal as well as to get up to code. They explained everything that needed to happen very clearly. Will came back the very next morning and started the install. It was a nice clean install. I will definitely call Puget Sound Plumbing the next time I'm in need of a plumber.

These guys are a great Team of professionals for sure! It can be hard to find service contractors that you can trust today but these guys really come through when you need them, they're friendly courteous and fairly priced. I would recommend them to any family member or friend of mine.

Matt was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He came to give me an estimate on installing a 1” (inch) gas line for a Standby Generator. He seemed to indicate that he would send a quote via email however I haven’t heard from him. Its been nearly 3 days since his visit. I imagine he’s rather busy and hasn’t had time to put something together.

Had a problem with our kitchen sink being clogged. The only plumbing company that could send anyone right away was Puget Sound Plumbing. Josh was the plumber who serviced our kitchen sink and he was exceptional in his service to me and my wife today. We are very grateful for the overall quick response Puget Sound Pumbing gave us today and would use their services again if needed.

Please be aware that this firm charge ridiculouse amount of money for their service. I called the firm and made an appointment for a pluming tech to stop by and give me an estimate for a simple waterline leak caused by accidental drilling in to the ground.But when their technicians arrived, they estimated the fee to stop that simple leak to be shockingly close to $950. Yes they wanted close to an $1000 for a job that would take them less than an hour. A ridiculously high estimate I could never justify. In my opinion, that is a robbery.

Tried to get help on a Sunday, we called first thing in the morning. They said they could be there for us with an extra emergency charge which was fine. After several hours they called and said it would be a couple of more hours and then after that they said they could not help us with no time to find another plumber to help us in an emergency. I believe if you cannot provide the service then you should not accept the job. We had our water shut off and waited all day to be turned away because they were busy. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

Jon S came out on time. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace and explained what was wrong. He answered any questions I had and resolved the issue in less than half an hour.

I would give this less stars if I could. They asked me what time I would need to get someone out there. They said between 2-4. At 4 pm Jennifer, the scheduler(?) calls to tell me they won't be there until 5 pm. Then AT 5 pm, she calls to tell me 6:30 and then at 625, she calls to tell me that the person just got a flat tire. How convenient. After 630, the lines were closed and I could not reach anyone. My guess is that they had their last call and then she pushed me to the next day when Brianna would be working and basically leaving me to be her problem. I think this is awful customer service and a complete and utter WASTE OF MY SUNDAY. And for the record, I will be reposting this on every website that allows you to provide a review. After waiting 4.5 and half hours on a Sunday, what's another 30 min? Also, if you cannot get through to them, there is another number posted in one of the yelp reviews that you can then actually reach a human being. I used that number to call back and let them know to not bother sending Rick in the morning. There is no way that I was going to take off work to have these people waste more of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I received an unsolicited letter in the mail from this company containing a fridge magnet with their phone number. What a waste of resources, guarantee 95% of these end up in a landfill. 👎

Since my kitchen renovation 5 months ago the sink occasionally fails to drain and the garbage disposal intermittently fails to function. I called Puget Sound Plumbing when the drain clogged this morning because I was frustrated and had just received a coupon mailer. They showed up within a couple hours and replaced my garbage disposal. It works intermittently indicating that the problem is electrical. My drain is not fixed but these guys did what they do best...professional & responsive.

This company price gouges. We were wanting a simple valve replacement. The quote was for over $500. My fiancé has family in the plumbing business in California that we compared prices with, and she said that max it’d be around $230-250.

Rick and Mike came out from Puget Sound Plumbing and found and fixed the problem in 30 minutes! Explained the whole process from start to finish, in regards to the insurance company, and every possible obstacle or question we could have in regards to putting our home back together! I got tears in my eyes from the huge relief they gave me and can't thank them enough!! My home is safe! And its because of Puget Sound Plumbing!

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was quick and painless. I submitted my request around 10:45-11am, they had someone call me at 11:20 am about the plumbing tech's ETA and Joseph and his coworker arrived around 11:35-40 am. Joseph and his coworker replaced the leaking pipe, the bathtub faucet and above all both men were very polite. I will be reaching out to Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for future plumbing issues. Thank you, Joseph and coworkers for getting all of this taken care of in less than 4 hours!!! :)

My toilet was leaking into the office below. On the plus side, they came quickly for a same day repair, and repaired it quickly and effectively. On the minus side, they charged between 2-3 times what appears to be the national average for the job (charged me $600 for replacement of wax ring seal, typically a $150-200 job). I did not have time to research the cost as I was trying to get repair done between seeing back to back psychotherapy clients, and couldn't wait to get another bid as it was leaking into downstairs space. Only afterward did I find out this was highway robbery. I've called 3 times to resolve, have only been told that because it was a singular job it cost more (?), and am still waiting to hear back from supervisor. Not OK.

The Plummer's are very professional and knowledgeable. They appear to be skilled in their service. Having a 30 year old house has precipitated the use of new more effective and serviceable lines, which was evident to Josh immediately. I am very pleased with the service.

Jon quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our heater. He and his assistant were extremely courteous and helpful. We'll definitely call Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating the next time we have issues.

Use these guys are your own risk. 5K for a water heater? They gouged my elderly parents on extras that were unnecessary. Open system so no expansion tank needed and sorry but it does not take more than 5 hours to put in a water tank.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating replaced my Water Heater... in 20 years, this is the 2nd replacement both serviced by them. When I called this time, at 4PM... the Engineer was in my garage replacing the water heater within 45 minutes. Alex was the Engineer and he was the nicest, most professional, well trained, and certified Plumber that I have ever had the pleasure to work with... always, my first call for plumbing and heating is and will be Puget Sound Plumbing and you should call them too... ask for Alex, if he is available and you will not be sorry... just happy!

Prompt, professional, and courteous service. Very explanatory, helpful, and thorough in getting to the root of our leak and immediately got us an invoice for our insurance claim as well as recommending a contractor for the water damage repair. Would 100% recommend.

We had a problem with our tankless hot water heater and the plumber came out and charged me $435.00 for being there less than 20 minutes and less than 4 hours later our hot water was at 60 degrees. I had to have another plumber come for $45.00 and fix the issue. On top of that they gave me an estimate of $900.00 and then knocked off a $100.00 for a service. The other plumber charged me $289.00 for service and my hot water heater is working fine now. I tried to get a refund for services clearly not rendered and was told no. Horrible customer service and extremely overpriced for literally nothing.

I had a clogged garbage disposal and had burned up the disposal in the process of trying to unclog it myself. I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Matt showed up within the hour. He cleared the pipes and replaced the disposal all within a short time. He was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company!

DONT DO IT!!!! criminals they promise you one thing and do another. They had overcharged a job that took 10-15 min they charged $400 for a simple job then promised to not cash a check till a latter date then cashed it anyways. And then the manager Chris blames me for writing the current day I wrote the check instead of the day I wanted it cashed when I had mentioned 2-3 times and the moment before I wrote it I did not want it cashed till the following week. Which he agreed to them they cash it two days later. I would give zero stars if I could I would never use them agian. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!

Although they had to reschedule a few times, they were good about calling and letting us know and they were very apologetic. Adam was one of the plumbers who came out and they were very efficient and friendly and our bathrooms look great and haven't had any more issues!

Wonderful, pleasant service from these guys. We called with an urgent request and had them working on the problem less than 2 hours later. We’re very happy with them and will continue to call on them for future needs.

I made the simple request of putting a mask on before entering my house. I couldn't care less about politics. I care most about my at risk child with asthma. The gentleman, Josh, stated that he doesn't do masks and stated an unspecified medical reason. I asked if someone else from his company could come who didn't mind wearing a mask. They left and I have yet to hear back from them. I'm using a different comany.company.

Thank you for your response. I'm no business owner but would suggest that if you have a company policy that requires your employees to wear ppe, that you make sure they do and hold them accountable when they don't.

We had a problem with a leaking sink faucet. Taylor Fehlen came out and looked at it and said that the leak was caused by our undermount sink coming loose from it's mounting. He did not bother to look under the sink to see if the mount was indeed failing. What he thought was glue holding the sink up was actually silicone caulk. He refused to ateempt to repair the faucet because he was concerned that the sink would fall on him as he attempted the repair. I had another plumber look to give me a second opinion. The sink mount is solid. He was able to replace the leaking supply hose without a problem. I have contacted the business and they have refused to refund the $108.41 dispatch fee. While I understand that this a a fee for showing up, the fact that he misdiagnosed the problem and refused to even attempt repair based on his incorrect assumption that the sink mount was failing is troublesome to say the least. I would stay very far away from these folks.

Water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. Called Puget Sound Plumbing and they were here to address the problem and replaced the water heater within a few hours after calling. Great response and very professional.

This is our second experience and both times its been very pleasant.

They just want the quote money. Guy came and quoted double than others and then demanded I pay the service fee for quote even though they said it’s free. What a scam. He was also rude and did not follow covid guidelines.

They came out 30 minutes after I called and quickly and efficiently resolved the problem we were having without toilet. Both of the men who came were great and they provided up front costs and options.

Rick and Wil came by to fix a leak for me. They showed up at the desired time, assessed the issue and got right to work. They made a stressful situation, not so stressful. They also gave me some estimates for other plumbing projects I requested.

I called them to check my furnace. The $99 ($108 after tax) flat fee is misleading and confuse. Technically, you get nothing for $99.

The technician will not do anything even basic diagnose(I paid $99 for driving to my home). I have to pay $289 to have him perform diagnose my furnace. So just to know the problem, I have to pay $289.

***NOTE: $289 plus tax is the minimum actual amount you would pay to have technician drive to your home and tell you the problem, not $99.

I have to pay more to get the it fix. The quot is far expensive than other company for the same service. I end up hire other company to fix my furnace with a lot cheaper.

We needed a Toto Toilet repaired and had purchased the replacement fill valve and flush valve. The plumber came to the house and tried to sell us a new lower quality Toto toilet, then said it would be $800 to repair. We said no. Another firm came ...identified the problem immediately...ordered one small additional part and repaired it one hour. Total waste of time to call Puget Sound Plumbing and they are just pushing sales vs. repair. Call someone else for repairs.

Came out for an estimate and told my uncle (who is an experienced contractor) that this one particular job that he was unfamiliar with would take about three hours of torching... the estimate he gave us was outrageous. Unquestionably reliable service. Dustin came right on time, and took care of the kitchen pipes rather quickly. Did not even take up to an hour. Reasonable rates, too. All in all, recommended.

Rick Braden arrived on time, checked my water heater thoroughly, explained his recommendations, showed me how to shut off the gas to my house and water heater, and service my water heater to make it last longer. He wrote up a work order and began the work immediately.

bathroom remodel, only had to wait 1day, knowledgeable, described the process. Talked me through what options I had. great experience check in make sure i was getting what i expected. will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Truck was sent out December 23rd to unplug a toilet. They did manage to get the toilet unplugged what they did a pretty poor job of resetting the toilet and they charge me $900 for it. Had to have them back 3 days later and they told me that the line needed to be repaired because it was buckled and gave me a repair estimate of $7,900 and said that they could get me financing on it. I called a local Septic company and they did the job for $895. Very unimpressed with their work.

Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude! Within the first 30 seconds it was obvious that this is NOT a company I want to give my business to.. and I have a lot of business they missed out on too!

This was the most exploitative and unethical behavior by a company I have ever heard of! A worker named Carlos H. came to my elderly parents home to install an old garbage disposal, informed them that the disposal was not working and that he would replace the unit with one of theirs for $900!!! When my 93 year-old father declined, he requested $434 for coming to the home and insisted on being paid. My very vulnerable parents paid him $274 for doing nothing!!

Google search said average national price for garbage disposal purchase and install $185 to $375. He wanted over $800. I declined to do business with them.

Needed a drain unclogged after a Saturday morning flood in my bathroom. They were able to come same day and take care of it - I even learned a few things. Very friendly, would happily use them again.

The plumber name josh and Ryan did an awesome for fixing my faucet they tighten only my faucet in my bath tub and it's only cost me 109.00 dollars for coming to fix it that quick I'm very impressed that its quick but the window time when you called to schedule appointment is from 12 pm to 2p.m did both plumbing arrive at exactly 2p.m and they only spent fir 15 minutes to fix my faucet to tighten it up,I will surely recommend this company, very professional people and great customers service

This is our second go-around Puget Sound Plumbing. They have been exceptional both times. Today we were visited by Josh and Ryan. They were professional, prompt and most important efficient. They touched based every step away providing a clear expectation of their work in repiping our space.

We can't speak enough of how happy we are with these two and will definitely call Puget Sound Plumbing again when/if I have any plumbing needs!!

Cost way too much for the work done.

The upside is that they are easy to schedule. The downside is that their dispatch fee is double that of other local plumbing services and they aren't able to diagnose the most basic plumbing issues - so you'll need to call another plumber anyway.

this is not from Shira but her mother. PSP offered to fix our sprinkler system and said it was $1,000 per value. Well I had our usual irrigation fellow do it; and together with parts & labor it was $400.
I had already paid PSP $5,000 for backflow also. Wonder how much I could have saved if my irrigation man was not in Mexico at the time.... :(

Poor communication with this company. The office was told we are having problems with our septic. They charged us $100 to come out and look for a service THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE. Why would you come to look at a job that you can't do??!! Just to make the $100??

On a Sunday my water heater stopped working. Jon came out and got it to work again. He was punctual and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Not great. But fixed our problem for the evening. Some how the same thing happened the very next day. Which to me says it wasn't fixed properly. So my husband went and bought the tool the plumber used. Now it's actually fixed. Our plumber hurried in , didn't make sure it was done fully. Also was not considerate enough to cover his shoes. Just wore them in my house. Gross. Show respect. We will not be using them again.
