I am so thankful that I found Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services! I received a call from my tenants that a new toilet I had installed by another company in October last year was leaking at the base. I tried calling a few different places, but did not find anyone available or the pricing was not clear upfront. I then called Ridgid Plumbing and they gave excellent knowledge, advice, and also the pricing was clear and fair. They also sent someone out immediately. Arash & Kevin from Rigid Plumbing and Drain Service came out to our house today to help us with some plumbing issues we had.

The sink in the upstairs master bathroom had a drip, and our toilet downstairs had rocked and moved slightly and broke the seal around the base of the toilet.

While they were fixing that, they discovered several failing parts in the tank of the toilet and were able to fix it all for us.

These guys are absolutely Top-Tier service professionals, very knowledgeable, very nice, and well-mannered.

They wore booties even though we didn't ask, and I discovered a roof leak while they were here, and Arash had a FLIR thermal imaging camera on his truck. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue, he still helped us out.

They both went above and beyond in every way and are such great guys, I would hang out with them outside of work. It felt like I had friends over instead of plumbers.

Arash (owner) answered my phone call on a chilly Saturday morning as an external hose bib on my house was failing from a freeze the night before. He arrived for a same day replacement. Arash was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

I am so happy with Armin and his assistant Jorge! I had a clogged bathtub and called Rapid Plumbing for help. They came over right away and assessed the situation. It turned out the problem was much larger than a clogged drain! They were so dedicated and stayed until 9:00pm to ensure the problem was resolved and Armin was satisfied that everything was working correctly again. They were very professional, polite, and very clean. They disinfected everything before they left. I felt so guilty for keeping them on a job so late, but I was so grateful for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done correctly. After calling more 6 or so plumbers on the eastside to help unclog my kitchen sink, I was really glad to have found Ridgid Plumbing. Unlike other plumbing companies, the owner of Ridgid Plumbing answered my call (no voice mail, no dispatcher) and told me one of his technicians should be able to get to my home in 20-25 min. Within 20 min, the technician Armin showed up at my door. He assessed my situation, gave me quotes for two options and described what each option entailed. Armin took a little less than 1.5 hours to finished the repair and the clean up. He was professional and knowledgeable. The price was higher than what I had expected ($425 before tax), but given the availability, promptness and the professional work, I was happy with their service.

I have used Ridgid Plumbing for years now and Arash has always been my go-to guy whenever we've had a plumbing problem.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing provided an exceptional response to my plumbing issues (leaking shower head, frozen main water valve to the house). He came out to my house quickly, managing to work it into other local jobs. It was reassuring to deal directly with the business owner directly (Arash), who explained the service and costs, ordered the non-standard parts required and tracked their delivery. When the parts had arrived, he sent out a skillful and conscientious plumber to perform the work.

Super glad I called Ridgid Plumbing today. We had a hot water leak under the house. Armin came out and knew exactly what to do each time a curve ball was thrown his way, due to some access issues. Can't recommend this firm enough!

I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater. I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive. His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours. Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

Our 16-year old water heater finally gave in and started leaking last night. After shutting off the water and cleaning up our flooded garage, I called the number on the tank only to be told that they can't come until Monday. This morning, I stared calling every plumbing service showing up on Google maps and was told the same thing, or even later dates. I finally dialed the number of Ridgid plumbing, Arash gave me the good news that he is nearby and can come over in 30 minutes, for a free estimate. So he did! He even came with a replacement ready to be installed. It's a Rheem ProG50 38N, good price and meets our needs well. The crew are very nice and professional. They finished everything up within a few hours and packed out the old water heater without additional charge. Highly recommend!

They were very professional and friendly. I used them twice and I was very happy with the work each time. They made it a priority to come to my house the day I called to give me an estimate - and without an annoying trip charge like other plumbers - and they sent professional and courteous people to do the work. They worked diligently and without a lot of breaks, and also left the job site tidy when done. If I have to a use a plumber again in the future, they'll be my first call.

We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

After several frantic calls to other plumbers and being told no one could help us, we called Ridgid. Within 30mins they arrived, figured out the issue, were upfront and honest about the issue and the cost to fix it—went and grabbed the correct tools and fixed it. We had our kitchen sink drain leak issues for a while which a handyman had installed previously. Armin was on-time, courteous, professional, and respectful. He was able to quickly fix the issue. I would definitely call on Armin for any future plumbing issues.

Arash, was out to our house in an hour after our pilot light went out and had it fixed shortly after. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and when he discovered it would take more time then originally anticipated he didn't charge extra and made sure the issue was resolved. Armin arrived today right on time to locate and repair a leak from our upstairs bathroom. He quickly found the problem and then efficiently and professionally repaired it, keeping us informed along the way. He was courteous and the price was fair. We will call Armin again.

I used Rigid plumbing to fix my water heater and install a water heater. I called 4 plumbers, none would make it out and my water heater was actively leaking. He came quickly, fixed the water heater within an hour and installed my mixer. Shortly afterwards my house lost water pressure, and I texted him just to see if there was anything i could check. That same day he came out and checked and realized the screens in the mixer were clogged (due to rust from the water heater) and showed me how to remove & clean them. Great timely service, would use again.

I had an old tankless water heater that went out, and Ridgid Plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called, got connected to a plumber immediately, and someone was over in less than an hour. The plumber that came by tried to fix my water heater even though there are no available parts, and did some pretty incredible internet sleuthing to track down the manufacturer of my ancient tankless system. He found that they went bankrupt several years ago, and they didn't license their parts to be manufactured by anyone else.

So, my only choice was a new water heater. Ridgid was able to install same-day, and left the place cleaner than I gave it to them. The original price estimate was off by quite a bit, even though it was a fair price... the final cost was WAY BELOW that estimate.

He responded quickly to our call on a Saturday afternoon to unclog our kitchen sink and was able to come out in a timely fashion to unclog it. He found a gasket leak in our disposal and fixed that. He put in a proper drain/filter for our utility sink and it drains great now. Worked quickly and was knowledgeable about our problems. We would use him again.

We had a major plumbing issue on heavy snow day. Our toilet/sewer line was seriously backed up so I had to have my kids to stay at the in-law's house until the problem was fixed. I had an appointment with different company originally in the morning and the owner showed up and when my wife asked him about his methods he got angry and left. We still don't know why he left. We were in panic and called Ridgid plumbing and Arash and his colleague came right away and investigated our plumbing issues. They diagnosed the issue right away and suggested some options to us. The root cause of our problem was the roots penetrated into our sewer line and clogged the line. We had the 2 way clean-out outlet in the yard but we couldn't find it because it was underground and covered by the snow. Arash and his team used the camera and helped finding the spot where the clean-out outlet was buried. They even helped me with digging up the frozen land even though it was not their job and they were not paid. Arash and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and the most importantly customer centric. They took care of us very well and their rate was reasonable. I will highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.

Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

Sina and his team showed up and got the job done quickly and professionally. I made the “I can solve this like YouTube” mistake. They got us from shut off water at the main to back up and running in under 2 hours.

Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Owner (Arash) immediately replied to my after hours inquiry and sent the skilled and personable plumber (Reza) to quickly and correctly locate a cracked drain intersection in my crawl space. This required using multiple couplings to customize a perfect fitting replacement and adding hangers to support the joint better and prevent a repeat. It was worth the higher-than-handyman cost which was still well below what the big corporate plumbing outfits would have charged. When we need a plumber, it is usually an emergency.

Finding some urgent help can be extra challenging. My kitchen and laundry room were completely blocked after a mini flood caused by a major drain clog in the main pipe under the house. While I was able to deal with smaller issues in the past this one could not be solved easily by my usual tricks.

All that during the covid-19 lockdown with the whole family being stuck at home 24/7. And it had to happen on Saturday too (of course!). I called a few shops, but everyone was either closed for the weekend or booked for at least another week.

I was lucky to stumble upon Ridgid Plumbing on the internet and called Arash. He asked a few questions to do a quick assessment and promised to squeeze a visit between other jobs on the same day. He and his partner arrived a few hours later as planned, wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers. After another quick check they shared the plan and an estimate. And within an hour we were back in business!

While they were working on it I got a few tips and tools from Arash on how to prevent this type of clogging in the future taking into the account my house specifics. Both guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them if you need some professional help with any plumbing issues.

Great plumber. Thorough, communicative, friendly. Another plumber told me they'd have to do up the concrete to fix the issue. Rigid was able to clear it with their snake. My only plumber from now on.

Would compare them to the ER, Fast and responsive with a tried and true method, but a lot more expensive as a result.

Sort of 50/50 on this.
The good: they responded immediately when we had a sewer backup, the workers were kind and helpful, and went above and beyond trying to diagnose our sewer problem, they decided not to charge us more despite working longer on the job than they intended and damaging their snake.

The middle:
They dinged up our new floor a little bit, overall though they did clean things back up nicely.

The Bad:
They charged us about double the price that a snaking normally costs. This was not because of the problems they suffered, they just have a rate that is astronomical compared to other companies. They also failed to solve the problem (not their fault) but no discount was given to their rate, nor was a discount proposed to the cost to fix the other problem.

Reza and Arush moved a trap, hot and cold water valve, and installed our new vanity. They completed the job very quickly. They are both extremely friendly, and respected our home by wearing shoe covers and laying down protected covers on the all work spaces. We will be using their services in the future for any plumbing or drain services.

This plumbing team went above and beyond!!! They were willing to work with my warranty company as an outside reimbursement which was difficult to find. They drove to North Bend from Bellvue. They came on a Sunday. And they were knowledgable, friendly, professional and patient. I highly recommend their business and will be using them in the future should another issue arise. Thank you!

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing is very professional and nice person, my carpet is wet, he tirelessly squeezes time in between his jobs to drive over to review the situation, and explain to me that I need a restoration company to detect where the leak is, he is honest, and has integrity, will definitely

Armin assessed the problem...out of code piping during remodel causing back-ups and leaking. His solution...to cut into the wall and rebuild the piping system and install a smaller disposal that allowed better flow and no back-up....in and out in less than two hours.
