Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

We made the mistake of having Southwest plumbing tune-up our furnace...never call them. $300 later and still a furnace that doesn't work. They had no customer service guarantee. Fox fit us in even though their appointment times were full. Jeff came in and took care of the problems that Southwest had caused. He was professional and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it! The charge was less than Southwest and they actually replaced a part! We are customers from now on! Thank you Fox Plumbing and Heating! We give you 5 stars!

Conal (plumber) was out to fix a leaking pipe in the crawlspace. Whist here I shared that I had a frustrating problem with the water pressure and I was not able to shut off the water to the house from within garage. He shared that it was the type of shutoff valve used in these houses when built and the issue with water pressure wasn't related to new construction, as I thought, but because of the pressure regulator which was now failing. I very much appreciate his taking care of all three issues. Running the faucet and showering is now possible again! I can turn off the water in garage again and the leaking pipe has been addressed I could not be happier with the work and getting these issues addressed in a timely manner. Arash & Kevin from Rigid Plumbing and Drain Service came out to our house today to help us with some plumbing issues we had.

The sink in the upstairs master bathroom had a drip, and our toilet downstairs had rocked and moved slightly and broke the seal around the base of the toilet.

While they were fixing that, they discovered several failing parts in the tank of the toilet and were able to fix it all for us.

These guys are absolutely Top-Tier service professionals, very knowledgeable, very nice, and well-mannered.

They wore booties even though we didn't ask, and I discovered a roof leak while they were here, and Arash had a FLIR thermal imaging camera on his truck. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue, he still helped us out.

They both went above and beyond in every way and are such great guys, I would hang out with them outside of work. It felt like I had friends over instead of plumbers.

Peter arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and the solution. He replaced bathroom sink drain and stopper assembly. He then replaced eight Moen 1224 cartridges in our bathroom sinks (4). He was efficient and very tidy and clean. He wore proper COVID-19 personal protective equipment. Prima plumbing will be my default plumbing service moving forward,

I just bought an older home and Eco was able to come see me within a week while other places were quoting me 5-6 weeks. They even moved it up a day when a spot became open.Let me start with Miranda on the phones. She's always kind, patient and helpful. She is a great communicator. I am blanking on the name of her manager (Dorinda?) but she was also very helpful when I needed a supervisor to weigh in on my situation.The most valuable hand though was easily Brandon. Brandon checked my electrical paneling and installed a few baseboard heaters. He also replaced a thermostat. There were a couple complications along the way but each time we had an issue he came back to fix it with a smile on his face.He's a really great guy and even took the time to entertain my 5 year old who was so curious about his work and kept asking him questions.Thank you Brandon for being so helpful, answering my long-winded questions and being a great servicemen. He truly respected my house and property.Eco is great, I will use them for anything I ever need!

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Out to my house quickly. Very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. Will definitely use in the future.

Please do NOT use Beacon.

I had a very unpleasant experience using Beacon Plumbing. First my hydronic heating system failed one night, and I troubleshoot the system to the best of my abilities. I reasoned that the circulator pump had failed. Not knowing the system well, I opted to call a plumber just to confirm my suspicions, or tell me what was really wrong with my heat. I called Beacon since they were a 24 hour service call, and I had no other experience. I WISHED I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP BEFORE I CALLED! While on the phone I asked if they were familiar with hydronic heating and they were very quick to tell me yes, they were. When the service tech got there and I showed him the system, he was very lost. After a while he troubleshot the system and told me the exact thing I told him what I thought was wrong. He then proceed to tell me that I needed a $962 replacement pump, I bite my lip and said yes, because I did not want my kids to be without heat during the night. He then went through his truck and said he didn't have one and couldn't get one till tomorrow. I should have said don't worry about it and I would get one, but I didn't for some reason.
The next day he showed up and hour and a half later than when he said he would be there or call to update me. They installed the pump within 30 min and got the heat running. Later I looked up the pump that they installed and found out it retails for only $250!
I PAID $962!
I called Beacon and asked why a pump that retails for only $250 was $962 and they could only tell me that they include labor in the cost of the part. I asked why they could not tell me what the part actually cost and how much labor was and they refused. I was immediately transfered to someone else that would say the same thing and only would audit my case to make sure I was charged correctly. I do not understand why they couldn't tell me how much they charged for labor or the cost of the part.
These people are unethical, and do NOT deserve your business, time, or money.

Both technicians were very professional and friendly. They were very respectful of our house and property. I would recommend both of them to family and friends.

Shane was great! Called him up for a burst pipe that froze over the winter. He showed up within 48 hours, on time, and took less than an hour to get it done. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. Will be using him again for any other plumbing/water related issues.

Our water heater need replacing and the quality installation went very quickly. Not cheap, but a good value for the money.
