I have used Prima Plumbing for over ten years and am happy to report that this is a small business that is extremely skillful at assessing and fixing all of the plumbing issues I have encountered. It can feel like a rare thing to find a business that you can trust these days....Prima has been that business for me. 4 + plus stars for Prima!

Prima Plumbing does fantastic work. They are honest and on time and professional and always get the job done. They also advise us on a better way to fix things for the long term, how to save money with a better set up. Everyone that works there is fantastic!

Called to have a toilet replaced at one of my businesses. The guy who helped me was friendly, but misquoted the cost. Initial cost was $700, then he called back to say it was closer to $900, then I get an email from someone else, Greta, saying the cost is now $1100 without tax. No explanation. When I initially called, they booked an appt for me the next day. They didn’t show up so I call them to check on the status. The lady who answered was extremely rude and said she thought my appt wasn’t until Monday. I tried explaining to her that my appt was for today, but she cut me off before I could explain. No apology, nothing. Just rude attitude. I cancelled the appt and she said “good!” So much for customer service! Never using this place.

We are now repeat customers of Prima Plumbing; they will be our go-to for future needs, and we recommend them to our friends. Their pricing is fair; the time-and-materials model allows for several little fiddly items being covered in the same service call. Pete is friendly and informative and a pleasure to work with, and Alexander in the office makes you feel like an old friend. Very glad we found this outfit!

Great experience! They were easy to schedule and worked very quickly, and they solved what we thought would be a difficult problem in an efficient and professional way.

I have worked with Prima on several occasions at (2) different homes (one in Seattle and one in Edmonds). All three plumbers that I have worked with have always completed the work on-time and for the amount quoted. Work completed for me:
- Natural Gas Piping (2) different homes
- Washer Rough-in (2) different homes
- master bath renovation - full redesign
- guest bath renovation - all new fixtures
- Kitchen fixture replacement - sink, DW, added water for ice maker, added pot filler, new gas cook top
- new gas hot water heater install
- hose bib replacement

*While in Seattle, my plumbing inspector would rarely even review the work that was permitted because he knew Prima and commented they always do first rate work.

I will only use Prima as my plumbing contractor.

I called Prima to install some new water lines and a hose bib because they were close to my home. They were super friendly and had a quote and timing to me in one day. They also came out within a few days and not only did a great job, but were very pleasant to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I liked Prima Plumbing from the initial phone call. They answered my questions and explained my options. They're a time and materials shop, so you know you won't get screwed over. Their estimate was significantly better than what a competitor quoted me. Professional work. Left the kitchen clean. 100 percent recommend. Pete was wonderful!

As a landscape designer and project manager of 30 years, I have a select team of trades people that install my client’s landscapes. I rely on them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable, tidy, resourceful, work well with other contractors and clients and be fairly priced. Prima Plumbing is my go to plumbing company. They have installed gas lines for BBQs and fire tables/pits on several of my projects. Jake and Wayne are efficient and a pleasure to work with, as in Greta, the owner and Alex, their in-house coordinator. Over the past many years, I have worked with several plumbing companies and having finally found Prima, I will work with them again and again. Highly recommended.

Totally pro, thorough and affordable job. I wish I had called them first. I can’t express enough how solid their service is. They took the time to answer my questions over the phone. They were able to identify problems another plumber missed. They fixed a complicated system as they kept me in the loop with the progress. They arrived on time and did the work as agreed. I’m very happy and satisfied with the work done at my place. The work and customer service was top notch. I normally don’t write reviews but I was just impressed with my overall experience so I wanted to share.

I pick-up Prima Plumbing's scrap metal. I have always been treated fairly with respect and dignity. The staff at Prima are always helpful , knowledgable, insightful, and easy to be around. Greta runs a tight ship there with Alexander as a back-up. I am sure they'll be able to take care of all your plumbing needs.

I have contracted with Prima Plumbing for over 25 years, for my personal remodel jobs as well as other family plumbing problems. Unfortunately, most of their business is Seattle and north, and Kent is just too far south for them to respond. I had a water supply line leak between the meter and the house, and wasn't aware of it until the bill arrived. I had several plumbing companies come out and give me a bid. Their bids weren't just high, but extremely high. I called Larry at Prima, and he drove to Kent to look at what needed to be done. Larry accepted my job, contacted LineScape and by Friday of that following week, two of Larry's plumbers were there at 8:30 am and by noon, the new line was in with connections completed at both ends. Prima Plumbing is one of those businesses that are professional, have employees with integrity, and respect for your property, are fair to the client. When his employees left that day, you couldn't tell that anything had been done in my yard. Prima, above all, is the type of business that completes the job for a reasonable price.

I have used Prima Plumbing for both business and home for over 10 years and their quality of service is beyond exceptional. They are always on-time, knowledgeable, comparatively-priced and friendly. I would not consider going anywhere else. I'd give them a 10-Star if it was available!

Peter arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and the solution. He replaced bathroom sink drain and stopper assembly. He then replaced eight Moen 1224 cartridges in our bathroom sinks (4). He was efficient and very tidy and clean. He wore proper COVID-19 personal protective equipment. Prima plumbing will be my default plumbing service moving forward,

We needed to have water installed in our fridge which required flexible copper piping to be run from the basement. Pleasantly surprised how quickly and expertly the soldering was done, and new turnoff handle added. I know they put their customers first whatever time of day. When we had a popped out exploded faucet they we're out in a jiffy. Saved us frrom more water damage. They covered us even though we are out in rural area.

They are not reliable in terms of their commitments. I had an estimate with the company and it took 2 weeks for the report to arrive. When we finally scheduled the work, they came over and found the problem was more than they originally scoped. They went back and said they will come back with a new estimate.I called numerous times and after 4 days they said they will back off because there are too many previous problems and they don't want to work on it. You are plumbers. I hire you to solve my plumbing problems. It looks like this company is not competent.

As a contractor and a previous Project Manager of a residential remodel company, I have worked with many different Subcontractors. I have always found Prima's entire crew to be very professional and extremely careful when working on my remodel projects. I would refer them to anyone looking for quality work done correctly.

I am a property manager at a condo association and have used Prima for our needs a number of times and recommend them to the home owners here. They have been on time and do a great job. We are quite a ways away from their office but they always come through.

I managed to jam a measuring spoon into my garbage disposal this morning. It was not at all budging when I reached in to try to get it out. I called and spoke to Greta and instead of sending someone over, she told me exactly how to dislodge it myself. She just saved me a lot of money! Thank you!!!

Very friendly customer service and support. We were able to schedule a plumber right away and they came on time! Problem fixed. Will be using them again!

They are friendly and knowledgeable. Jake solved a complicated plumbing problem after another plumber couldn't. I will definitely be calling him again.

I have used Prima many times. They respond very quickly and provide great service, and if they can't do it, they know who can.

If you're hoping for a timely quote and friendly interaction skip this place! They are OVERWHELMED and don't hold to their committments
