Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air

This has to be my third or fourth review about Seatown but I cannot recommend them enough. I was having power fluctuation issues. As a video game streamer i had many consoles and electrical equipment hooked up to one outlet.I just needed more power! I had the pleasure of working with Thomas and Jayden. They were great to work with and made some great recommendations. They did such a great job there was no damage done to the house after they put in 25 outlets! They also had a great rapport with each other and I enjoyed their company! Seatown is great and has a really awesome staff. We’ve had lots of work done between plumbing and electric and they may cost a bit more but the quality of work is worth it. You get what you pay for!

James did a fantastic work for us. We first hired other company to install the gas pip for us, and it kept being leaky and failed the inspection for three weeks. Then we hired James to fix the issue for us, the moment he showed up, he diagnosed where is the issue and he has very professional knowledge on the gas piping. We feel so relieved that James fixed the problem in only one day and pass the inspection. We should have hire him in the beginning. James is amazing and thank you for helping us!

Sean was the best. Very upfront about all the work. Did an amazing job. Also I gave them short notice and they were able to come same day. Been using sea town for years and always been the best. I'm an electrician and been in the trade for years. Recommend them for sure.

Just had new HVAC installed by Seatown finally will be able to enjoy a cool home during the increasingly hotter summer months. All of the technicians were prompt and professional. Highly recommend

I am delighted with Seatown! My A/C unit crashed right before we had a string of very hot days and I was eager to get a repair scheduled. A friend recommended Seatown and I was able to get an appointment right away. Between the initial diagnosis and the repair, it required three visits. Extremely impressed! I called them late Friday afternoon. They were out Monday morning with a diagnosis and a cost of repair. They completed my repair on Tuesday. Along the way I was consistently updated via email and text as to the status of everything including that their people were on their way to my house. Can't imagine how it could have been better. Everyone was professional and personable. The receptionist who took my call - Ryan (diagnosis) - Angelo (installer).

Everyone at Seatown is dedicated to their craft, and to making sure their customers understand exactly what’s being done and why. Not to mention their logistics staff is so communicative and helpful. They make everything feel like a personal white glove service and it’s fantastic. We won’t go anywhere else.

I really appreciate the excellent support and customer service. The whole team worked together to resolve my issues. I live outside their normal service area (they only visit once a week) and they went out of their way to assist me. During each step, Clay and Ellie explained what they were doing and what to expect. Sarah is dispatch was super helpful in scheduling and coordination for all persons involved. Absolutely amazing company. Highly recommend.

Our water heater went out, after being on borrowed time, and we wanted to switch to an electric to replace our gas one. Seatown was a company highly recommended to us. We went with it. I am so glad we did. Quinn, Ryan, Jordan and Joel were amazing- so professional, patient, kind, thorough, and you could tell they all took pride in their work. They left the area more immaculate than it’s ever been. I give them 11 out of 10 because they went above and beyond to make us happy and do the job right. I am sure we will have more things break in our house and this team really set a high bar. Wish there were more Quinn’s in this world.

Technician Chris was on time, communicated in advance, very thorough, and did a fantastic job installing a high voltage car charger system in my garage.Communication from Seatown was prompt and accurate. Costs were clearly shared up front and didn’t vary.Highly recommend them for electrical needs.

I was so impressed we were serviced the same day I called Seatown for our leaking hot water heater. When the technicians were replacing our water heater, they noticed our heater vent was eroding and leaking C02. They were so thorough, and thoughtful and did an amazing job fixing everything! We feel blessed in a way that our water heater broke, or we may have missed the leak in our vent. A big shout out to Andrew and Wyatt who did a fantastic job. Thank you so much!

Seatown has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish!James initially came for the estimate and to go over the project of installing a dedicated circuit for our window AC unit. Was very thorough and explained options very well. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. Left me feeling confident about the work to come and how it would be done.Brody and Brett then came to preform the work and were stellar. Showed up with smiles and knew the work that had to be done as well as still making sure I understood the work. Worked quickly and efficiently, while still being courteous to not only me but my pets. Even giving me a heads up to close my door to my office before drilling to make sure I didn't have to deal with the noise of a drill. When the work being done is already great, it's the little things that stand out.This is our second time working with Seatown and both times (furnace replacement in the past) have been nothing short of stellar! Both Jacky W and Zac B were very professional and walked me through the process of what needed to be done, why and cost. They were very thorough in their worked and was done in less than an hour - a work that past contractors did thrice longer. These gentlemen did a fantastic job and Seatown was very easy to deal with as well.

The person who did the estimate for us listened to what we were requesting and patiently updated the estimate as needed. The 3 installers were polite, efficient and worked well as a team. They did an excellent job of installing our new lights, new fixture and dimmer switches.

We had an emergency situation, and SeaTown was able to come out and assess the same day I called, and had everything fixed within two days after that. Everybody we spoke with was super helpful, professional, and friendly.Brody and Brett did absolutely fantastic work. I have never seen such a clean, tidy electrical panel! They were friendly and considerate of our requests, left the house cleaner than it started.

I am not a customer of Seatown, but will be in the future should the need arise. We had a slow leak from our water heater and within 72 hours had someone come out, assess solutions, offer some options for us and in our case replace the tank. I really like how professional and responsive everyone is from the actual technicians themselves to the scheduling and administrative services. Would recommend and have used them for my plumbing, heating, sewer and electrical work.Also, note that even within these google reviews they respond to reviews and feedback. They obviously are paying attention and care about the experience that their customers have. This is the exact type of business that I want to support, especially when there are so many poorly run contractors out there.

Had Seatown service our HVAC about 3 times now, our technician, Michael, has always been very professional and throughout. Their annual service program is great, for about $40/month they come twice a year, I'd say it's super worth it! Again, shout out to Michael for always providing excellent service!

SeaTown was the 3rd company I contacted for a quote for heat pump and installation. They clarified why I need the particular unit to avoid using supplemental heat if the temperature was below a certain point. 5 stars for helping out with that information. The technicians did a 5 star job of insulation and clean up along with answering question during the work. The cost of the system is worth every penny after a few days of operation. The electricians who did the connection of the heat pump were 5 star in there work and answering questions with installation location. Thank you Kyle! I also used SeaTown plumbing services for replacement of a kitchen sink disposal a month ago. Thank you Adrian for 5 star work as a plumber. SeaTown is now my go to company for heating and plumbing needs.

Adrian and Ryan were pleasant to deal with upon first arrival. Once at the house they were quick, efficient, and able to complete the job which allowed me to turn the water back on in my house and have clean clothes. Gage and Hayden did a good job of installing our wall charger. I learned a lot about our existing panel, what to expect and what would be the best case for it moving forward. The quality of work that they did is superb.

We had Seatown rewire our house at the beginning of a bathroom/kitchen remodel.Bradley Mesalsky was the lead on this project. He and his crew were polite and courteous at all times. Bradley made sure we were apprised of any changes as the work progressed. Since our house is old there were some obstacles to overcome. Brandon and Gregory were fantastic! They answered all of my inquiries about the upgraded electrical panel, bathroom fan, and outside motion light fixture installation. The completed work met our expectations. If a need arises in the future, we will be calling on Seatown again as we’re very happy with their work. The folks at Seatown are top notch. Super quick to respond. Show up on time or a few minutes early. Straight forward purchase process and detailed on differences between furnace options to get just what we needed. In less than 72hrs went from dead furnace to brand new furnace up and running!!! I got my ev charging station installed by Seatown Services. Estimation, scheduling and installation was all completed within a week. While it was a little bit pricier but given the complication of electrical panel being in a different garage than where I wanted the outlet to be installed it was reasonable. The technicians who did the installation were professional and nice. Overall I am satisfied customer.

Repair a leaky spigot on our patio. Punctual and so professional and considerate. Explained the work and showed us exactly what they did. Laid down towels for their toolboxes so our carpet would stay clean. Put on booties while inside the house. Vacuumed up the drywall mess. Left a card for a recommended handyman to do the drywall repair. Clear communication all the way through.

I have used Seatown for Electrical and Plumbing. What sets them apart is the quality of their people. The are all 10 out of 10. Tyler D my electrician was beyond knowledge and efficient. And just a pleasure to have in my home. Equal to him was our Plumber Quinn K. Also extremely knowledge professional and super guy to chat with. Had an emergency where the power to my house had to be cut and the entire electrical panel had to be replaced. SeaTown was able to come out same day and determine what was needed. They replaced the old deteriorating panel the next day!

I was initially wary of using Seatown because my general rule is if a company advertises heavily, it could be a warning sign, at least that was my experience in the past. But they were super quick in getting back to me, and Griffin C. Trey L. and Steven M. did a fantastic job replacing my old knob-and-tube wiring with the modern stuff, with creative wiring re-routing and good post-job cleanup. Professional and personable as well!

I had a few things needing to be done: repair a leaky connection, fix a toilet running and replace the outside spigot with a frost free spigot and add an inside shut off. Clay and Ellie did a great job sizing up the job and offering options for the spigot. Their work was great and they completed everything in short order. Clay has been out here before and always does outstanding work. As usual, another great job. Thank you Clay and Ellie!

Austin and Patrick installed a new AC system, which involves removing our furnace, installing new condenser coils, reinstalling the furnace with new ducting, and installing a new unit on the roof above. Their craftsmanship was outstanding and they were great to work with. Excellent job.

Recently had my heat pump checked. After several attempts and no call backs from Kathy's heating and air who installed the equipment 8 months ago. l reached out to Seatown. They arefriendly, punctual, communicative, and knowledgeable. Seatown has services geared towards customer support. A little pricey but worth it. Seatown is a solid, reputable company. I highly recommend Seatown.

I was surprised at how quickly they sent someone out to fix my heater. Chris was knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed, I am having Seatown come back to do some canned lighting that I was told by another business it would not be possible! I hope Chris gets assigned to this job. I highly recommend Seatown.

Long review but worth the read: Our hot water heater located in our attic chose to blow and non-stop pour water all over our house. I called and they got us on the schedule same day and even connected us with a supervisor who helped me over the phone to try and find the water shut off to the house. Thanks Clay!! Life saver - the damage would have been sooo much worse without your help!The crew (Bubbs and Chris) made it out within the early side of their arrival window same day, were very friendly and diagnosed the issue relatively quickly. We decided to look into changing it out to tankless instead of swap in a new unit and they were able to quickly verify the new system could work, validate our electrical panel had sufficient load, and put a quote together. We got it scheduled, received approved financing, and got temporary water solutions set up probably within 30-45 mins of their arrival.I have had other providers out who talk down to me as a woman (despite my years facilities management experience) who ask for my husband or mention they’re “surprised” at my understanding of building systems. This was absolutely not the case with anyone I interacted with from this team. This is huge for me.Seriously easy process, very nice, professional and awesome team!

I can't rave about them enough! Our hot water heater went out in early June and we had contacted several companies to get it replaced. For almost 4 weeks I was either hung up on, ghosted, or told the project was too big. I finally called Seatown and not only were they VERY responsive but they were the only company willing to send an actual person out to look at our tank and problem solve with us. They sent someone SAME DAY and we had a solution, estimate, and service scheduled for the next day.Everyone we worked with was amazing! I highly HIGHLY recommend this company. We will go through them again when we need our furnace or AC serviced!!!!

From my initial call to the resolution of the issues, we had outstanding service from Seatown! We needed same day emergency service as we had no heat, no power, no working appliances for 1.5 days. Smoke had even come out of our oven vent! It was scary. The temperature inside our house was 56 degrees! I had tried to reach another company who had come earlier because of dimming lights, but they never returned my calls for 1.5 days They actually referred me to Seatown since Seatown has emergency service. Thank goodness they did! Aaron Olson, from Seatown, was at our home shortly. He did an entire walk through, assessed the electrical panel, asked many questions, checked all our outlets and appliances, checked for hot spots, and more. He concluded that it had been a power surge, a Seattle City Light problem, from the power pole to our house. I called City Light while he was here. He also talked with City Light to explain his findings. Later that day, Aaron checked back with us to make sure we had heat. Aaron Olson was exceptional with his knowledge, experience, and customer service! He was like a guardian angel. We talked with Aaron 2 or 3 more times during the following days. An absolute pleasure to have had Mr. Mark Jay Poore Jr. come and do our annual cleaning and repair to our AC systems in our home. Very respectful of our property and home, cleaned highly efficiently and left nothing out of place, I have a feeling that my summer is going to be much better! knowing that our homes AC will be working just fine, pushing out nothing but clean, fresh, dustless air. All thanks to him. Highly recommend any services done by him.

Seatown recently completed an electrical box upgrade and heat pump installation at our house. This work was a major upgrade for us and since we were unfamiliar with the modern technology were pretty anxious about the whole project. Seatown was very professional and highly responsive to our needs. The final work was completed today. We were most satisfied with Seatown and would recommend them for their excellent customer service and the professionalism of their technicians. Cost was high but in line with bids from other companies. Overall, our experience with Seatown has been a positive one and we would highly recommend them.

We had a giant tree in our neighbor's front yard fall over ripping our and their power masts and cabling to the meter completely off and out of the houses. This happened at about 5:30 p.m. on a beautiful sunny Saturday. By the time we started calling around for anybody with electrical experience to get the power masts up and cable to the electric meter properly, there was no chance we were getting through to anybody until Monday morning. On the 14th business I called Seatown Services and left a message with their answering service. Unlike all the others, they said they'd call back as quickly as possible and did.I received a call back with insurance. They would follow up in the morning letting me know when and if they could have someone out. I also received other callbacks the following day but none that would offer to come out on Sunday. Seatown requested a fairly high fee up front to get the technicians to come out, but later folded the charge back into the rest of the work. When they found the right technician I was supplied their and a bio letting me know that he enjoyed board games among other interests.When Kyle arrived, he was very professional and very straightforward, listing my options, setting my expectations before having me sign anything. The Seattle City lights inspector arrived directly behind them and okayed our repair current system instead of bring up to standards work plan. So, Kyle and his partner Alex could get to work right away.Some of the work was fairly difficult involving removal of drywall, augmenting joists, and prepping an unusual anchor for the main street power to come in on.I'm very appreciative of their very clean and complete work. They were worth every penny on a Sunday and I suppose any other day of the week. I have no problem recommending Seatown Services to anyone.

We had a great experience with Seatown. Zach came out to give us a quote for services only days after we initiated the request and ended up not only providing us a quote with all of the options we wanted which allowed us to completely customize the work - he also was able to answer our other questions and help us setup a plan to solve our other issues. We said yes and they began the work the next day. Just to make sure that last sentence isn't missed...THEY STARTED WORK THE VERY NEXT DAY. It was incredible. Joel arrived exactly on time, was awesome to chat with and did an excellent job. There was a minor cosmetic issue with our outlet cover plate (the houses fault, not theirs) and Joel immediately figured out a solution. It was such a minor thing he did - that could have easily been ignored - but made a huge difference to me! Blake came around later in the day and assisted with the project, and in what is clearly a Seatown Trend - was another amazing person to work with. (There was a 3rd guy who was here and he was great but I forgot his name and feel terrible about that. I'm sorry sir!) He and Joel considered the finished look of the project just as much as the integrity of the project. They needed a different outlet than what they had and Blake said he would be back tomorrow to fix it. (To clarify: they had an appropriate outlet but wanted to give us a better one.) Sure enough, he was back the next morning and changed out the outlet within minutes.In conclusion, work with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

We hired Seatown for a full house rewire to get rid of our old knob and tube and they exceeded our expectations at every step of way! I truly couldn’t have asked for better people to work with and would hire them again without hesitation.During the estimate process, Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and endlessly patient with all of my questions. I had already met with 2 other estimators by the time he showed up and he pointed out many things about how our house was wired that were completely overlooked by the other companies. Not only was he knowledgable, but he genuinely cared about the success of our project. Unlike other companies where you never see the estimator ever again, Aaron took the time to stop by the house on the first day of the project to ensure the team was on the same page before getting to work.The team of electricians who worked on the rewire were also nothing short of exceptional. Brody and Brett were knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient in working through our large week-long project. It’s clear they know their stuff, as everything looks like it was done flawlessly. Nothing was too complicated for them and all of the choices we left in their hands (like placement of our recessed lights) were handled better than we could have imagined. Brody made it clear at every step of the way that he was available to answer questions and was quick to respond to every text I sent him. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!I’ll be recommending Seatown (particularly the group of people we worked with!) to anyone I know who needs electrical work done. James got here quickly the morning of service, excellent rapport, easy going, understood what our issue was immediately. Got the work done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up all the debris afterwards in a thorough manner. Good to chat with while working, but also let it be when I myself was busy. Used the company for a sewer line inspection. Scheduled and came out in less than one week. From the people who took our phone call to the technician, the staff was friendly, attentive to our needs, professional and courteous. We used them because of the ads we’d seen at the Everett Silvertips hockey games. As season ticket holders, we see it often. So very thankful the service they provided. Would highly recommend them for your service needs.

Our Seatown team was OUTSTANDING. Incredibly communicative, professional and trustworthy. They treated our repairs as if it were their own home and we appreciated the direct and honest communication on our situation so we knew what to expect. SeaTown service is unbeatable. The gentlemen who installed our AC were efficient, thorough, and clean. Their team is great with communication and everything was booked rather quickly after we knew what unit we wanted. While Seatown is not going to be your cheapest option, they are a company you can trust to get the job done right. They also installed our furnace a couple years back and it works great.

We’ve used Seatown for everything but air conditioning so far (we get service through the installer) and each time they have been great. The techs are personable, professional, and competent. They’ll give you advice and won’t try to suggest you get things you don’t need. They will present you with options when they can, so that if you want to do a bit of the work sourcing materials you could save a little on your bill. One of them even followed up with me to send me a link to a product we were discussing.Their quotes have never been any more than exactly that amount, so it’s really nice not to worry about extra costs that might pop up. We’ve had them out on at least 3 occasions for 6 different services (they’ve multitasked with multiple techs and knocked out 2-3 separate services simultaneously) and plan to continue calling them for our home’s needs.

I am delighted with my minisplits! My family and I are so relieved to be cool this summer, even in our upstairs bedrooms! And we look forward to having an alternate heat source this fall and winter. Seatown did a great job, friendly, professional and responsive and got the job done swiftly without delays, even though our house had several complicating factors that meant they had to switch routing plans in the middle of the job!

Seatown is wonderful! I have used them for garbage disposal repair and a backed up shower drain. Scheduling was very easy. They texted me the name, photo, and an introduction of the technician roughly 30 minutes before the technician arrived. The technicians were polite and very professional. My issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend Seatown without any hesitation.

This is the second time I've used Seatown for a plumbing emergency and they were awesome again. Arrived same day and in just hours from my call. They scoped and cleared a backup in my sewer line and gave me an estimate to hydrojet the line. They sent out Jason both times and that was wonderful. He was familiar with my house and is a straight up great guy, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I know who I am calling for plumbing work, Seatown.

Another AMAZING job by Steven and Tre. They were fast, made sure my switch and light were working, left my defective light and parts so I could return it and these electricians are always a pleasure to have in my home.When I ask questions, Steven is terrific about answering them. I want to learn about how my electrical works or why it doesn't work. Steven is an outstanding educator and he will also give me examples of electrical issues and what may be causing them.It was a bit pricey, but the switch and outlet came with a year warranty. With Seatown, I know they stand behind their work and the job will be done correctly.I always recommend Seatown for generator work, electrical work and plumbing work- even to people that don't own homes yet!

Mark at Seatown went above and beyond! He spent the time informing us how we can better upkeep our air units in each room and pointed out the specifics on the outside unit that pulls in air.After servicing each unit he left the spaces cleaner than her arrived and took the time to make sure everything was working to optimal levels. Any future services we know where to go!

I'm really happy with the work that Chris did today. They replace the hose bib on my back porch and replaced all of the angle valves throughout the house. So it's a big job and they did a great great great job. I'll I'll be definitely using them again if I ever have any plumbing that needs to be done.

Stephen Fry worked hard and completed the work with high quality to accommodate my personal schedule. Daniel Hoyt also did a good job on following up regarding the sewer issue, he was patient and considerate. This is my 2nd and 3rd time working with Seatown technician and they are just friendly and productive. Loved the experience and I would come back again.

James arrived on time the same day I scheduled the visit. James quickly found the issue and offered alternative solutions and fixed it. We have a great piece of mind again. Without all the high tech equipment, this would have been impossible for me to figure this out.

Scheduled visit 2 days after I called. Electrician was on time, explained issues, fixed 2 outdoor GFI outlets, replaced an outdoor box and got rid of some live wires no longer needed that were hardwired into my house. Gave some welcome advice on other potential future upgrades w/o any pressure. Done in about an hour & under $500. Very satisfied.

Adrian and his apprentice came in and assessed the situation and gave me some different options to pursue and we went from there. He noticed something wrong with new part that was damaged and someone delivered a brand new part instantly and they went from there. They were personable and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Happy!!

They came on time, today, did a great job and now my sink is draining as it should be. I recently had a new ductless HVAC installed for my home office/gaming room, which my first big project using Seatown. I was very apprehensive about how everything would unfold by the time it was completed, but in the end there was nothing to worry about. From working with Chelsea at the very start to schedule the appointment and line up financing to when the team of Casey, Tyler, Isaiah and Jay showed up at my house to do the work, it was all very smooth. Everyone at Seatown have been friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The only problem of note was on the day of work when the weather decided it needed to act up; however, the guys didn't cancel, powered through it, and totally delivered. I definitely won't hesitate to reach out to Seatown for future projects.

Great service today from Martin and apprentice Ellie. We had two pipes we wanted removed from a pantry but we’re unsure if one pipe was still in service. Martin explained what he would do to determine if it was still in use, found out it wasn’t and then removed it along with the other pipe. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I had Seatown come diagnose and resolve issues with my septic alarm. They completed their work professionally and the quality of work completed is high. I took off a star because the septic alarm went off the next day and upon my investigation I found that the technicians had turned off the breaker powering my septic pump and didn't turn it on again before leaving. Without the new alarm in place, it would have overflowed.

I needed a drain unclogged and Isaac and his colleague from Seatown came out to fix it. They were professional and quick and unclogged the drain. They also found a problem from the previous so-called handyman who messed some things up and they fixed that too. Seatown is very prompt and communicative. I knew when they were on the way so I didn’t have to wait all day.

I was in the market to add a mini split system to my top floor condo. I called Seatown and they were able to set up an estimate appointment that fit with my schedule. (One of three that I booked.)Colton was awesome! He listened to my ideas and walked me through each step, all while explaining each one and taking many photos to check back with those at the shop. About halfway through, he said, Stacee, do you want to have air conditioning in your whole house? I said, Is that even possible? He replied, Yes! That one word changed the whole plan.He gave me an estimate for a system using my existing ducts and explained their current financing options. Our garbage disposal abruptly stopped working so we reached out to Seatown to get an estimate and repair. Nicole, who set up our appointment, was friendly, professional, and efficient. There is an automated system that provides timely communication regarding the appointment. Joe Coleman was our technician. He showed up on time and was quickly able to find an object that was lodged in the garbage disposal in a way that we hadn't been able to detect it ourselves. He removed the object and advised us that we will not need to replace the disposal for another couple of years. Joe was very professional, highly skilled, and honest, saving us time and money. We will definitely use Seatown again in the future as a result of our excellent experience with them.

I live in a townhouse and wanted to add 2 mini split units to the 2 I already had. It was an especially complicated job because of the way my unit was set up. I chose SeaTown because they had installed 2 mini splits in another unit in my complex. Colton was my first contact with the company. He was extremely pleasant and was very patient working with me as I navigated the approval process with my HOA. He provided me with a detailed estimate and design plan for the work, which I needed for my HOA's approval. The installation team, Isiah, Jay and Austin, and the electrician, Jarin, were all very professional, efficient, thorough, competent and nice. They climbed and crawled on roofs, through bushes and crawlspaces and over stone walls to complete the installation, always with smiles on their faces. They problem solved some of the weird quirks of my home and fixed any minor things that went wrong. In the end, I have a wonderful HVAC system and will be the envy of my neighbors during any heat wave this summer or when they get their heat bills next winter from their less efficient heating systems. When I started this process, I didn't know who could handle such a complicated install in my townhouse, but SeaTown did an amazing job and I am so glad I chose them.I just wanted to add an update to my review to give a shoutout to 2 service techs that have been especially wonderful- Vince and Mark. With Seatown, you get assigned the same people so they get to know you and your equipment. No more having to worry if some new guy will understand the system as well as the last guy. Knowing who will come to my home is a big plus for me, and knowing it will be Vince and Mark is the frosting on the cake. Great team!

Although the technician arrived at the end of the appointment window without texting about the 30-minute arrival notice, he was courteous, answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. Had SeaTown install a heat pump water heater. They were one of the few that installed heat pump water heaters. While the installation cost more than I thought, they were the least expensive of the three bids and quickly answered all my questions surrounding the heat pump water heater. They also had to add a 30 amp breaker to my electrical panel to accommodate the water heater.

We had SeaTac replace our outdated furnace with a heat pump system. The team was extremely clean, polite and got the work done in less time that we had anticipated. There were two minor miscommunications between sales and our tech crew but the techs were able to accommodate and were extremely understanding.

I had three services performed by Seatown: drain cleaning, water heater maintenance, and replacing the bathtub drain mechanism. Jason and Adrian were very polite and respectful, taking the time to explain the work that needed to be done and answering any questions we had. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and skill.In addition to their exceptional customer service, Adrian went the extra mile and trimmed the hatch to the crawlspace because it wasn't closing properly and left everything clean once the work was completed. I called Seatown after trying a number of other companies that wouldn’t help. I had an issue with another company doing questionable gas line installation and needed a 2nd opinion and full inspection done. Seatown was great on the phone and with follow up questions I had before the gas piping guy came out. He was on time, nice and very knowledgeable and explained what he was looking at and why as we inspected everything. Am confident that there are no issues with my gas lines now! Good experience.

I was in the unfortunate position of having to rewire my house. The wiring was so bad, that every electrician I had come out to clean it up, all came to the same conclusion - it needs a rewire, and badly.The management of this project was excellent. The execution of the plan was steadfast and detail oriented. Angelo L. was the foreman/lead on my job, and I was thoroughly impressed with his determination to do a sound job, with as little impact to our family's schedule as possible.The crews that were here always cleaned up the jobsite at the end of the day, ensured power was on where possible, and were open to addressing any concerns before they left for the day.A rewire is a huge job, and there are a lot of moving parts. I can't say enough about Angelo's leadership with his team, and the professionalism displayed throughout the entirety of the job. During the entire job, there was only one fault discovered (a staple had nicked a wire), and that was quickly remediated.While I should never need a rewire again, any future electrical or plumbing needs, and I will most likely call Seatown.

Working with Seatown was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Every employee I interacted with was professional and the quote for their services was very good.

EDITED June 9:Seatown suggested that we needed a new air handler ($6K) as the final solution to fix all of our heating and cooling problems. We agreed to that and they came out and installed shortly after. After the install, it broke less than 6 hours after the team left. They came back the next day to fix it again and said the installer didn't provide the correct charge. It has been working since.However, we've now failed TWO city inspections on it. The first because Seatown did not secure a permit. They subsequently did so the inspector came out again (Friday, June 2). This time it failed inspection because the proper wiring wasn't used.Seatown said they would get the city's report on Monday and call us to schedule an appointment to correct their mistakes. As of Friday (June 9, one week later), we hadn't heard from them so we called ourselves. Upon calling they said oh yes, we've been looking to schedule an appointment for an electrician to come out. Glad WE reached out.The saga continues, but the theme remains the same: Once Seatown has your money, don't expect much from them.Would not recommend.---I will start by saying that our first work with Seatown, where we needed an entire circuit breaker replaced, was great. I also appreciate things like their appointment confirmation communication and sharing personal details and a picture of the technician who will arrive.However, since the first work we hired them for, we've had an absolutely terrible time. We purchased a brand new heat pump from them and had it installed. In the 6 months that followed the installation, the system has broken multiple times. During the cold months, leaving us without heat and now that it's hot, without air. Each time we call, we're given ~a week time frame to wait until they can come out and fix it. I'm not sure what constitutes an emergency, but not having heat in the cold seemingly isn't it. And in the hot heat without air conditioning, for a break that is entirely on them --- not an emergency. Zero urgency.Just today our air conditioning won't turn on and we're facing a 90-degree weekend. I was told the soonest they could come out would be in 5 days. And this is after paying to be part of their Partner Plan which states that being part of the program allows for faster appointments and is an absolute SCAM. Literally paying them money for.... not sure what?When I pressed, I was told they could actually get someone out in 3 days. They said that if it doesn't get fixed then, they'll send a Field Manager out next time to permanently fix it. So I'm not sure who they have been sending the last handful of visits who don't have the ability to permanently fix it, but I look forward to getting access to a Field Manager with an apparent magic touch to permanently fix this thing.We've canceled our Partner Plan (again, a total money grab scam) and are actively looking for a new company to work with.I won't recommend Seatown to anyone.

SeaTown blew us away with their responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency of installation. It took us less than 3 weeks from inquiry to estimate to installation of the mini-split heat pumps. We viewed this as a significant investment in the value of our home (and lives) and SeaTown delivered! Massive thanks to Isiah and Jay for their excellent customer service.

The tech that came, Zack, was very professional and focused on the problem at hand. Yet he took the time to ask and answer questions as well as, at the end, offer several options for some electrical upgrades and replacements. I was very impressed with his presentation and work ethic. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing help with their electrical problems.

Absolutely awesome. Called Seatown to give me a second quote to replace furnace that another company couldn't repair. Showed up to give the quote for replacement furnace, but also took a look at existing furnace. Wasn't what I called them out to do, but they got old furnace running in 30 minutes without replacing any parts. I'm now a loyal Seatown customer. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The technicians appeared to be knowledgeable and were very professional. The reason for only a three star rating is the pricing. I was quoted more than $1,400 to recharge the system with 5 pounds of refrigerant. Additionally to actually determine if there was a leak and then fix it was in excess of $4,000, for which price you could almost get a new mini-split system installed. While upfront about the prices, they are exorbitant.

Professional and friendly, they kept us in the loop about decisions and explained the options and we felt comfortable making choices with their help. We have worked with seatown for multiple projects with electrical needs and service has always been stellar. I have an older home and there are always surprises but we are confident in the quality of work and service from seatown and they do a great job educating us about the work being done.

Mark was very professional. He kept me closely updated on whatever he was doing. He did a thorough job inspecting all our split AC units, didn’t rush through it. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Outstanding job on water heater instalation. The only company who was able to fit new heater to my existing , very uncommon ventilation system. Prices are not higher than prices of the similar companies on the market but job is done on highest professional level.

After losing power in several outlets and light fixtures, Seatown performed an inspection, diagnoses and repair -same day on diagnosis and next day on repair. It was on a 1953 vintage house with 3 prior remodels -very complicated! The price was reasonable, the 4 technicians involved (Casey, Corbett, Steven and Kurt) very professional and personable, and the workmanship first class. We would highly recommend Seatown to any homeowner in need of electrical or plumbing services.

Update: They came back and found the root cause, fixed the issue. Turns out it was the water pressure regulator.I used Seatown to install a new thermostat and I was happy with the result. So when I started having issues with water hammer on some of our pipes, I called Seatown. But ultimately they did not fix the problem and charged me over 300 anyway.

I use Seatown for my home and my rental.I’ve had plumbing work done on my rental home. Scheduling was easy, the work was completed on time, and was high quality.For my home, we had major gas leaks. Our gas was turned off for a week! No hot water or heat in the winter time. Seatown’s Sean came in and got us back online. Quality work and professional service. I contracted them to upgrade my main panel and install a 125A sub-panel on the other side of my house. No surprises, things were exactly as their estimate, started and ended on time, very minimal impact to existing drywall, and the quality of both the materials and workmanship was very high. We needed a natural gas line capped off when switching away from a natural gas range in our kitchen. James was quick and professional to getting the job done. I could have probably done this myself, but it gave us a lot of peace of mind to have the job done right and have the capped off line tested for any leaks afterwards. Natural gas is really not something you want to leave up to chance. James kindly brought to my attention some rust forming on the gas line coming into the house and recommended that I paint it after we get a few dry days to keep it from corroding too much. Really appreciated the service!!

I have had the absolute WORST experience with Seatown. I hired them for a substantial job (new heat pump, new ducting, tankless water heater, electrical work) and their work has repeatedly failed inspections. (The inspector just came out for the THIRD time today and failed the safety mechanisms again.) They are the MOST expensive way to get things done, and although their trucks and uniforms are very cute, the range of competency is astounding. Their plumbers left the condensate from the tankless heater draining into a coffee cup which overflowed onto the floor, did the gas line incorrectly, and had the entirely wrong venting system installed. After spending more money than I'm comfortable sharing here, they offered me a laughable $250 (which was far less than 1% of the job) as compensation for the amount of time and energy I've spent (am STILL spending) getting this done correctly so I can move on with my remodel. The two stars are for the couple of employees who were very polite and kind. I DO NOT recommend Seatown at all. STAY AWAY.**Update: Ryan did reach out and take responsibility for my horrible experience with Seatown. They compensated me 5% for the many hours (over many months of waiting to get this done) I've spent on this aspect of the remodel. He was kind - as many of the employees are - and horrified, once he looked through my file. All Seatown work has finally passed inspection - though it failed two more times along the way.

I trust Seatown to do a high quality job. They communicate well and are professional. They have completed multiple jobs for me including a new heat pump. When ever o have had an issue they resolve it quickly.

Our garbage disposal gave up on us and started leaking last night, rendering our kitchen sink un-useable. I called Seatown, because I saw their van driving in our neighborhood the next morning. Spoke with Rosaline, hoping to get a same-day appointment. She was quick to understand our situation, and inquired some technicians in the field for their availability. However, the earliest availability was 1 week away. As our situation was more urgent, I thanked her for her help. About 5 mins later, she called back and let me know one of their technicians could fit us in between 12-2pm the same day! Mitch and Saiff showed up within the arrival window. They were professional, efficient and polite. Our garbage disposal required to be replaced as we were expecting. They gave us options, estimate and quickly partnered up in the job. Replacement was done within an hour, and our kitchen sink is back in business with a much quieter garbage disposal now! James Cash did an amazing job installing city approved gas line to my kitchen and hooked it up to my stove. He went through the entire house to check for any leaks and waited until everything was back on. He went above and beyond educating me how to shut off gas supplies to the house as well as to different appliances. I would give him two 5 stars if possible.

He got it sorted, determined no damage, and then we got a whole-home surge protector in place (wasn’t required when we did the panel, but is current code). Would give 0 star if I could. I had a very bad experience with this company on a water heater installation project. The staff I have communicated with, from technicians to their managers, are dishonest and arrogant. They charged $4,000 for a regular and simple 2-hr work of installation. The equipment itself is only worth $900, which means they charged almost $3,000 for labor and other miscellaneous. This was actually 2-5x more expensive than other company' quotes. However, their tech made a dishonest statement to me saying theirs is only a bit more expensive than others. As a result I was misled by him to accept their price. Later when I realized that I called their customer service and their manager shamelessly insisted that 2-5x more can still be intepreted as a bit more. Moreover, he groundlessly alleged that their price is fair, and all the other companies are not sustainable or have hidden fees which is obviously not true. When I said I was dissatisfied with their service including bad customer service experience, missing insulation and improper placement of the tank, and wanted to get my money back as promised in their 100% Money Back Guarantee for customers dissatisfaction policy, they refused that because he thinks their service was good. What is the point of such a policy if it was them but not customers who can define customer dissatisfication?Update: Thanks for you response Bryan. But I have to say you were misleading people here again. You can always say like this apple is not from my apple tree so its price is not comparable to those from my apple tree. Actually other companies (like Home Depot) have very similar service to yours but charged much less while still making reasonable profits. I have never seen a company like yours whose managers defame other company's business like their business is not sustainable, they have hidden fees and use these false statements to deal with customers. Also, I tried to provide you with prices randomly sampled from the highest I can find (like Home Depot) to low, and the highest is still much lower than yours. How you misled people here about what I did looks exactly the same as how you made groundless comments on other companies. Other misleading words from your reply include 1) I wanted a full refund (I wanted a partial refund to just close the price gap but you refused, so I had to remind you the return policy because I was not satisfied with your service and how you dealt with your customer, but again you told me that customer's satisfaction can only be justified by you), 2) I signed with my happiness (I had to sign because the work was already complete, and I was misled by your technician about the price using the phrase a bit more expensive after I doubted the price). You offer to send your tech back is just a make up to your incomplete work, especially given such a high price I paid. You deliberately misinterpreted what I said, and is this is what you called honesty and integrity? From my experience, how your company runs business is actually not sustainable.

We chose Seatown for our new AC unit in our home. They were easy to schedule, had great communication and were very knowledgeable. They took the time to sit down with me to explain all systems and options available along with upfront pricing and a price guarantee which is HUGE. They even have a very fairly priced yearly maintenance plan. We were deciding between Seatown and another company and Seatown helped do a line by line analysis of the other bid which further solidified our decision.While on site installing the AC unit they found some damage on our furnace and were prompt to point it out. They were careful not to pressure us to purchase a new furnace on the spot but took the time explaining what they saw, what would happen with continued use and what rough time frame we were most likely looking at for the life of the furnace. We ultimately decided to have them replace the furnace same day. The new furnace is substantially quieter and works great! I'm not sure if I'm more excited about the AC or the new furnace now.I would highly recommend Seatown to anyone in need. Overall they have great customer service, upfront and reasonable pricing, and polite and knowledgeable team.

Seatown replaced a leaking elbow on my water line that goes from inside basement to outside lawn spigot, and also replaced the line that goes through the brick wall plus a frost free spigot. A hidden GFI was tripped in our basement, which took out a few plugs, one of which impacted our home office. Craigan was the electrician Seatown sent and he was professional, friendly and effective. We couldn't isolate the cause ourselves after checking the breaker and metering the outlets. Seatown was recommended to us by a neighbor and within three hours of calling, he arrived to check the whole house and located the GFI behind a wall panel under the stairs to quickly resolve the issue.

First, I want to “Thank you, Joe!” He was very patient and tried to figure out my old three faucets in my bathroom. The previous plumbers could not figure out the problems and the idea of solution was to change the entire faucets costing about 3,000$! However, today, Joe fixed the problems just changing few things. The cost was very reasonable! (About $100)!!! Only company that connects me directly to a live person and scheduled an appointment quickly. Made a specific request to replace a faulty breaker in an older electrical panel without running a full diagnostic to avoid the extra cost of what I knew was the problem. They did as I requested so happy with their service.

Electrician had only one job. To install all 7 smoke detectors in the house. They started malfunctioning after two years. I'm shocked to find out one of the smoke detectors was not a 9V Battery but it was using A4 batteries. I was told they last 10 years and charged me $817.47 which is a lot for 7 standard smoke detectors. I honestly feel cheated and scammed. When I had to check the failed smoke detectors, I can clearly see they were not even $10 quality that sells at popular home improvement stores.

While the service was outstanding, their business practices raise some questions. The biggest question that I have, and I have presented it first person, is how/why does a Seattle permit fee of $90 get upscaled to $540. What backroom operations justify a 6x surcharge?

Seatown’s customer service and technicians are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. When I needed to replace my gas tankless water heater, the technician provided three options for replacement and once I decided the option that suited my situation, the replacement was scheduled the following Monday.Since the installation, I’ve had Seatown maintain the unit and also come when the unit displayed a “friendly reminder” service code that didn’t make sense and caused my water heater to not produce hot water. The technician listened to me and found the solution in the model installation manual and adjusted a setting to stop the reminder as I get the unit serviced yearly.

Awesome service! They installed our EV home charging system and fixed our electrical panel/wiring that was not up to code. They handled all the calls to PSE and the city and scheduled all the inspections for us so we didn’t have to manage any of that which is very helpful and time saving for us. We also asked them to look at some interior lighting that wasn’t turning on and they identified that the original Installer had used the wrong transponder so they ordered the right one and installed it as well. We are very happy with their service; they are very professional and Colby, Josh and the rest of the team are expertly qualified to tackle any of our electrical issues, which in an older home can be extensive! They replaced my old bathroom vent fan and light with a fixture I purchased at Costco. Very fast, efficient, and thorough installation and arrived on time. Everything was ckeaned up and the old equipment abd trash was taken away. The price was higher than other companies I checked with but opted for this service for their reviews online and they did the service on the spot.

While I appreciate them mitigating the issue, I just want to point out that it’s not just a miscommunication as the owner described. They failed to apply for a permit prior to installation, and they probably would’ve continued to ghost me had I not left this review. Their techs are capable, but if you need to get something done well, you probably need to pay close attention to details to avoid them cutting corners.——————Stay away from this place. I had them replace a fully functional almost identical tankless gas water heater (meaning that they did nothing else except for taking the old one out and swapping in the new one). Total installation and q&a time was 2.5 hours. And they charged me 4300 for just a 5.5 GPM heater. Translating that to hourly labor cost, is a whooping $1320/hr(labor only). That was not the most absurd part. Little did I know that they, despite their advertisement, did not include permit in the cost. The installer should request inspection within 48 hours of inspection, but they didn't do that. I reached out to them but they have ghosted me. Avoid this business at all cost. I thought you get what you paid for, but this was not the case. Premium price for tons of trouble that I don't have time to sort out.

Junior and Tyler installed a new pendent light on my very very tall ceiling quickly despite running into wiring issues that a previous owner ran incorrectly. They came up with a work around and were very informative along the way! I also had a dusty old curtain that I couldn’t reach so I asked them if they could remove it while they were up there and they happily did. Could have charged me but just did me the favor! Very happy with the service and level of professionalism!

Our heatpump is 9 years old, we have had 3 different companies service the heatpump, and none of them found a setup error that was made o. The heatpump when it was installed. We have had a leaky shower head for months. Beacon Plumbing came back in December and the plumber (who mentioned that he had decades of experience) told us that he could take a look at it but couldn't predict it wouldn't be a big repair (i.e. tearing out the wall to get to the root of it, etc.) which he warned could be up to $6,000+! So he basically said to live with it. Of course, the drip became much worse (like a full-on steady flow) so we called Seatown. The technician came in and simply changed the cartridge for less than $500. He was courteous, professional, and even put on bright orange booties to cover his shoes before he stepped into our no-shoes-inside home. :D I only took one star off (and really it would only be a half star) because we were actually scheduled the day before but they were running behind. Such a relief to not have a waterfall in the bathroom anymore. THANK YOU, SEATOWN! You've made us new customers today.

This service was for complete water line replacement from meter to house. Stephen and his crew did an exceptional job in a very timely manner. They took exceptional care of the house interior where the pipe is attached to the main shut-off. They kept the yard area as accessible (they needed to dig a hole in the driveway) to us during the entire process. The work was exceptional. The clean-up and finish work (filling in the hole inside the house and then filling in the concrete for the cut out foundation) was neat and well done. I could not be happier with this work.

Seatown was very responsive leading up to the sale of my heat pump, during the install of the system but now that I’ve received a failed inspection I’ve received radio silence. Had previously used Seatown to install an AC unit in May of 2021 which went well - competitive pricing and good result. I had Seatown come out to try to figure out an issue with our furnace that cause the furnace to constantly recycle. I had previously had the contractor that originally installed the furnace 10 years ago but after 2 hours and $400 dollars, they couldn't figure it out. Devon from Seatown came out and diagnosed and resolved the issue. He was also very patient on explaining how he was resolving the problem and clear on costs. We had a bad experience with a prior service and Seatown came recommended by our realtor. During the initial diagnostic appointment he quickly identified the issue and clearly articulated the possible next steps. The day of the actual fix, I really appreciated the clear communication at each stage of the process, backing up each of his claims using data and showing me the results from his diagnostic procedures throughout it all - not to mention the level of professionalism and clear documentation of each step from the entire team at Seatown from start to finish. They also had parts readily available on hand which removed any stress of needing to wait for delivery on additional parts for follow up repairs. My daughter got an estimate from them for installation of a water heater and I told her $800 an hour for installation was ridiculous and that they saw her coming. She had already signed the contract and they told her they would charge her 10% of over $5,000 to install a water heater to cancel the contract so she felt bad and she went ahead and had them do it people do your homework The estimate from Lowe's or home Depot was $2,700 cheaper.

I had some repairs done at my home and everyone who worked on my issues were great and courteous.Chris and Jeremy were super nice and did a fantastic job with moving my pipe to where I wanted it, as well as remove a pipe. Chris even taught me about some things with my toilet that I didn’t know and I’m able to do some things for myself in the future if anything ever arises!Tyler was really great with replacing my sewer pipe as well as Devon and Isaac with ensuring my driveway/garage were filled in.Everyone was really nice and really great to me and I’m really happy with the service I received.

Was told on the phone it would be a free estimate and would not be extra for being a leak in a crawl space. Ended up charging my 300$ for the estimate due to it being in a crawl space, and charged me 3 times as much and said it was more for being in a crawl space. The guy doing the fix specifically said it would have cost less if it was in the wall. Had to fix it either way.

I was told by another business that we would have to dig up concrete slab. No one went into the crawlspace. When Seatown came out they went into the crawlspace and found pipe problems and fixed them the same day. So glad I went for 2nd opinion. Everyone was so nice and professional. Will be using them again for other home repairs and updates. Today I had a 2nd repair from Seatown. They replaced my water heater along with updating plumbing and equipment to cover new codes. Again the workers that were sent were efficient and knowledgeable. Such a pleasure to work with these professionals. Since I have an older home they are still my pick for repairs and updates to come. They went above and beyond working until 8 pm on a Friday to make sure we had a functional bathroom for the weekend.

We were having some issues with our septic tank. A few weeks ago we had an emergency service from another company to have it pumped and inspected after some back up into our showers, toilet gurgling and clogging, etc. Fast forward to yesterday now the tub wouldn’t drain and the toilets started to gurgle again. Seatown came out next day and found that the previous company didn’t even fully inspect the tank and basically completed the work the other service should have. We are new home owners and learning about our septic tank… They were informative and clearly take the work serious as they were not going to cut any corners like the previous company did. The other company only dug up two of the lids and left the third covered and didn’t tell as anything about it. Thanks Seatown for your honest work!

Hands down amazing response, arrival, and work! We had an electrical issue with our house side water heater power, SeaTown was available on the weekend, a day before the Super Bowl. Being told by the water company that you have a slow leak in your houses 50 year old plumbing is not fun.Initially, we were just asking for a check valve at our water main.But Quinn with Seatown identified that our old galvanized pipes running from the water meter to the house, and to all of our faucets would be a major problem and could lead to higher water, bills or leaks in the house in the future.Anthony and pubs in four days replaced all of our old pipes, gave us modern, shut off valves, shower, faucet, and fix the terrible sink drain piping in the kitchen.The work was done under budget and on schedule. Anthony showed us the improvements, and was completely open and informative about the entire process.

I had a day of their professionals visiting our house: electrician, hvac, plumbers. All did great work, were very polite, and their option for financing was a nice surprise as well!

Avoid Seatown and save yourself some major anxiety and grief… lacks basic customer support. I spent over $6000 in a project and was harassed and given runaround by an estimator, which almost turned into legal dispute based on his attitude: a written/signed estimate from Seatown was not being honored as this person stated: “was done by a scheduler”! Any court of law would honor a written estimate …his attitude prevented him from seeing. Avoid Seatown till disciplinary action is taken and do not want any other customer to go through the pain - dozens of electricians out there, wonder how Seatown can stay in business with employees like this!

Extremely Expensive. We had them do the rewire for our home with biggest concern about how copper and aluminum was mixed and how when something trips, half of the house would lose power. Not sure how miscommunication happened, but apparently the option selected didn't include replacing the aluminum wires. Now it's been almost 3 years and still experiencing issues because of the aluminum and things aren't considered as under warranty. We spent over $12,000 thinking it would be a while before we'd get issues. I regret not checking out more rewire options.

Adrian and his assistant, I don't recall his name my apologies, were excellent. It has been a trying day for me, and it was just one thing after another, but the both of them was so patient with me, and non judgemental. Hopefully my issues will get solved soon.

We had a considerable amount of electrical work done, due to a kitchen remodel, and some additions and repair work done in our basement mother-in-law apartment. Our technicians were Thomas and Caleb, both of whom were very professional, personable and helpful. You can see from the pictures below that they replaced our panel/fuse box…and what a difference! They labeled the fuses well and it is better organized and easier to use. They were very neat with theirmaterials and respectful of our property. I appreciated their letting us know about when they would need to turn the power and/or water off, so we could plan our activities accordingly.We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

Initially had Seatown come out to look at my panel because I was having an electrical issue at my house, lights flickering and major power problems. Kurt figure out the problem immediately and explained why I needed a new panel. After scheduling, Kurt came out again and was very knowledgeable and was also very considerate to my requests. Also worked around a few issues with my current panel. Did an excellent job! Can’t be happier with the work. I had a few other electricians come out as well as Seatown for bids but Kurt and Seatown were by far the best in my opinion. If you value high quality work, Kurt and Seatown won’t disappoint!

After a snowy storm in the area, my furnace, which is 15 yo, suddenly stopped working and I realized that it's the time to replace it with a new one. I called Seatown in the morning and they sent someone in just 30 minutes to my home!Jeff came to my house and walked me through the available options and the cost, he even got my gas fireplace working in a few minutes with no charge. I was already have done research about the best furnaces and price ranges. Jeff gave me the best price for a very good model and I signed in right away.A few hours later, an amazing technician, Justin Hardmann arrived at my house to install the new furnace. He did a very good job installing the furnace and making sure I understand the process and explaining the features of the new furnace.I’m glad I chose Seatown to replace my furnace and I totally recommend it for everyone I know.

Colby and Jeff arrived on time, and did a great job of installing new thermostats. One thermostat was defunct and I feared that the others would go, too, because of age. The old ones were also ridiculously complicated. With two technicians, the job was done expeditiously. Now I have four new thermostats and reliable heating for the winter. Colby and Jeff were both personable and professional. They were also very skilled, knowing how to figure out the complicated wiring in this condo. I would be happy to have them work on similar jobs in the future.

My family and I have historically been very happy with electrical services from Seatown, but I felt compelled to leave this positive review since I was thoroughly impressed with our most recent contract. Our most recent project involved installing hardwired Nest Floodlight cameras, and Stonney was our technician for this. I cannot recommend him enough. I am impressed by his professionalism, courteous attitude, patience, flexibility, and transparency. Prior to project start, Stonney was thorough in his inspection and provided solid professional advice with regards to what I was envisioning. He had my and my family's safety in mind. During his work, and despite the heavy downpour, he prioritized in making sure that minimal damage was done to the brand new James Hardie sidings when installing the new outlets, conduits, and the security floodlights. Also, recognizing that some family members work remotely, he was generous in giving ample time to notify us when power needed to be shut down for safety, which allowed us in notifying our employer that we will be offline for a few minutes. Power offline was also kept to a minimum, which is always wonderful. Stonney was methodical, but efficient which allowed his work to proceed very smoothly and without issue. If you ever have the pleasure to work with Stonney, be comforted in the fact that you are in the hands of someone who is extremely skilled and capable in their trade.

A Seatown team installed a new furnace quickly, efficiently and perfectly. Curt explained everything in detail and gave me some excellent tips on how to keep my furnace in top shape. He also carefully instructed me on how to turn use the new programmable thermostat. All of his instructions were clear, helpful and excellent. These guys are great. Seatown is going to be my new go-to company for everything.

Installation of a Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system. James came first and did a check of the gas line discovered a leak that he fixed. (great job James). Then Justin and Zack came in a took out the old furnace and installed the ERV system. They were great. Justin is an expert with these systems and we appreciated his expertise. A good team and a job well done. I would definitely recommend Seatown.

Hired Seatown for a home rewire in Seattle and they definitely exceeded expectations. Bradley and his crew were on time, respectful, and the communication was great. Rewiring a home requires technical skills and creativity and Bradley clearly excels at both of those things. The job was done on time and they helped with little things a long the way like installing my new light fixtures. The panel itself looks great and is partially recessed with a little light switch on it that controls a fixture above the panel so I can see at night. Stuff like this isn't required but it's a nice touch that sets them apart from competitors. Highly recommend Seatown for home rewires.

I detected a small gas leak coming from my stove so I was referred to Seatown from another shop. I gave them a call at 12:30 in the afternoon. Fast forward one hour later and Sean had already arrived. He was super patient, walking me through everything he was doing, explained how the problem occurred and what to look out for in the future - which offers a huge amount of peace of mind. Sean was super friendly and helpful throughout. After about 20 minutes, things were buttoned up and he was on his way. What could have ruined my day (or week) ended up barely being an inconvenience. Really happy with the service - thank you!

On garbage disposal replacement: Service was good, price was extreme. Over $1,000 for under $300 in materials and 4 hours of labor.On hose bib replacement: Service was good, price was extreme. They were one of the few companies that had plumbers working during the ice storm just before Christmas. $495 for showing up on top of $502+tax to replace a hose bib. I am thankful for their service and glad insurance paid for it.On toilet flange replacement: I requested an estimate and Seatown provided an in-person estimate of $1,086.39. The next highest in-person estimate I received was $700. On the phone, several quoted me $300-500. I did not use Seatown for this service.I would not recommend Seatown for plumbing unless your insurance is paying.

I decided to install a ductless mini-split system in my condo after the last few summers of heat and smoke in Washington. I previously hired SeaTown to install a few ceiling lights with a good outcome, and so added them into the mix for this project. The service was outstanding. Colton S. Came to the initial consultation with a plan, clearly explained all options and left it up to us to decide. We contacted them next day with a decision and a few weeks later they arrived to install which took two days. The work was done really well, efficiently within the two-day timeframe, and the HOA approved of the exterior elements of the system without any issues. The main project manager, Shaun Hensler, is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. It is hard to imagine anyone that knows more about installing these systems than he does, and with the passion he has for this type of work. His assistant Jaime was great as well. Shaun was a good communicator through the project and handled a few after-install tweaks immediately the next business day first thing in the morning. Seatown has a no-interest financing program that I opted for 24 months for payment flexibility, and using that service was seamless. I liked everyone and everything with this experience and therefore signed up for their bi-annual service plan as I expect that we will be very happy with this as well. I would highly recommend SeaTown for installing mini-splits, and any other home services that a homeowner might need.

We scheduled support with Seatown Electric to come to our home and figure out an issue involving outlets in our kitchen. After trying to diagnose the issue on my own with our breakers, I had Gage Donovan from Seatown Electric come to inspect the issue. His diagnosis involved a super quick test and fix that in total took about 5 minutes. I was really worried that such a quick test and fix would cost a ridiculous amount of money but thankfully, he didn't charge for anything else so I only had to pay the cost of his visit (roughly $50), which is way better than what I was worried about paying. I really appreciate the professionalism! If any other issues involving electrical come up for our home, I'll definitely contact Seatown again!

Seatown did and excellent job on our panel upgrade, EV charger install, and old baseboard heater removal. They were super on top of communicating with us and spent the time to really find the right solutions for us in estimate process. The team executing project was also outstanding in delivering the project on time and with quality craftsmanship. Thomas Fuller and installation team even went above and beyond by removing a bunch of old wiring on outside of house, adding new outlets for us and taking out an old rusted pipe that connect led old garage power to help keep our kids safe even though they weren’t directly in scope. My side sewer line, the 4 concrete pipe under my front yard, was cracked and had root intrusion. I got quote from three contractors and Seatown's quote seems to be the most transparent and provide the best value, so I went with them. They did a spot repair at the cracking point, and replaced that section of concrete pipe with PVC pipe. They also recommended lining the entire side sewer under my front yard, which I did. The entire project originally was estimated to cost about 12k, including 3.8k for spot repair, 640 for permit, 500 for lining set up and 6.7k for 45ft of lining. After they began the work, they realized Shoreline requires the lining to terminate at the ROW, as the city is responsible for the pipe after the stud. So the actual lining distance is reduced from 45' to 15'. At first Seatown said they still needed to charge me 30' b/c this was their minimum starting price, but then the great project coordinator agreed to charge me just for the 15' they did. So the entire project costed me a little bit less than 8k. What I appreciate the most about Seatown is their transparency in communication and pricing. They sent me scope footage inside the pipe after each repair. They are not the cheapest, but that transparency means a lot. I was also told the reviews will affect the team members' bonus. Devin was AWESOME!!!! Sam was great! These two took a very simple approach to installing a gas heater and made it so there were no weaknesses in any part of the water heater. One of those items was the installation of the overflow tank, something as simple as that could be overlooked and they ensured especially Devin that it had enough support to not break off from the copper pipe. The crew at Seatown installed a new tankless water heater and a ductless HVAC system for me. They were detailed and spent a good amount of time scoping out the projects to avoid any unforeseen dilemmas. I was always in the loop with the status of the projects and city inspections, I never had to call to ask what was going on. Ultimately they made both installations easy.They were also very kind to my dog who suffers from a serious case of FOMO.

He also got the plumbing manager on the phone to talk through other possible causes and he again gave me advice that helped me avoid unnecessarily spending more money. So we have had a list of different things done so far, with about half done so far and we're SO HAPPY with the services. Every single technician, or supervisor that's been here has been great. My smoke alarm system has one alarm positioned above a stairwell. Replacing the battery would require me to risk a fall down a flight of stairs. The battery cover was also stubborn to remove. The technician, Ryan Dundas, has serviced my system before and has been very pleasant to work with.

Great experience today with Seatown. Vince came to diagnose a problem with our heat pump, a system we hadn’t dealt with since moving into our house. He was able to find and fix the problem in one appointment, and he took the time to walk us through how things work, potential future repairs, and maintenance considerations. He and the customer service folks we interacted with were all super nice and professional. Will definitely be using them for maintenance and repairs going forward!

Really disappointed, booked a very simple job to install 2 heaters and 3 thermostats. The team showed up two hours before the scheduled appointment and after installing the heaters they realized they only had one thermostat. They tried to get the 2 devices missing but they couldn’t and left the job unfinished. Nobody got back to us to inform us when they would be back and we had to text and call several times, only to find out that they will come back in a month to install the missing thermostats. It is very frustrating and definitely not the service you would expect for the price they charge.

Way too expensive. Sea Town plumbing came out to replace an outdoor hose bib and troubleshoot and fix two master bath sinks that don't deliver hot water. They estimated $1,500 and I agreed to this estimate. They (one plumber and one journeyman) came out and fixed the hose bib and replaced the gaskets under the sinks in one hour. Replacing the gaskets did not, however, fix/resolve the hot water issue, and they suggested I replace the faucets to address this. For this I asked how much it would cost if I bought the faucets and they did the install...to which they provided a follow up estimate of over $1,000. I understand Sea Town bids by the job but to me $1,500 for two hours of work is insane. So now I have paid $1,500 to have a hose bib replaced which took about 15 minutes! I since purchased two new faucets faucets and paid a friend $150 to install them. The hot water now works. :)I'll end on a positive note in that the Seatown gentlemen who came out to do the estimate and the work were very professional and affable. It's just how much they charge that warrants the poor star rating.

They are expensive but do excellent quality work. Their technicians are a pleasure to work with and scheduling is always convenient and easy.

Good communication about service visit - they needed to reschedule with technicians out, but were very responsive. Knowledgeable technician gave patient explanations about my system and helped me make informed decisions. UPDATE after using them for plumbing: I would not recommend them if you are interested in a timely repair or a reasonably priced one, however the work was competent and the workers courteous. I had installed some copper plumbing and was unable to get some minor weeping at threaded parts to stop, then one fitting had a pinhole leak and I was unable to redo my work due to my dayjob, time constraints and an injury. I called SeaTown and asked for information on minimum prices and they won't provide that over the phone. The technician has to see it and give you a bid then you can decline service if it is too much. Since I knew what the required parts were and could estimate how much time it would take a professional, I thought I had a pretty good idea of how much it would cost. Unfortunately I could not/did not secure a back up bid as I had worked with SeaTown before and been satisfied with my HVAC repair job on my air conditioner. I was expecting a $400 job, but figured it would be more (because it always is). They missed the first appointment which was before the tenant was to move in which put me in the position of inconveniencing the tenant (yes they let me know an hour ahead). They spent 30 minutes working up a bid - I have no idea what could have taken that long, but it may have been training. The bid came in at $1476! I did not want to inconvenience the tenant with declining, having them out a washer/dryer and trying to find someone else to come in later so I accepted it even though I was almost apoplectic at the cost - knowing that the required parts cost me less than $40 when I bought them at Home Depot. They explained that they had to replace much more than the pinhole fitting because if they touch it it is warranteed (though I can find no evidence of this guarantee on the paperwork they sent me). It then took them another 2.5 hours (there were two of them) to complete the job. In the end, all looks to be in order except then I had to call the company to get the invoice and to see that they charged me 1 hour just to do the diagnostic ($148) - something the first person on the phone might have answered when I asked her directly, but she declined. Anyway, this is how they conduct business and you can take it or leave it, but I will go elsewhere in future.

I thought he was only going to come out to make an estimate, but he ended up doing the things he could do today, such as restoring power to our bathroom, and installing 4 dimmers. That was exciting. He talked me through what he suggested doing, giving me options, before doing anything.

Brandon was very professional very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I had paid another electrician $400 to look at the issue and he incorrectly diagnosed it. It was an older breaker that had not been reset correctly so it was simple but Brandon found it right away and checked a few other things while he was there. He also gave us a quote to replace the old panel if we should ever need to. My impression of SeaTown electric is that they are very professional and their technicians are very knowledgeable

We called Seatown based on a referral from a family member who had a great experience and we were impressed right away. They were able to have someone at our house next day and our technician, Colby was fantastic. Seatown brought us an extremely professional electrical technician named Christopher Owens. He helped us with everything that needed to be done and even found other things we must do in the future concerning upgrades to our old electrical panel. He was funny and kind and patient with us. He worked very hard and even noticed things that the power company missed. Chris saw the wire was rubbing against a tree and told the power company technician. Chris even helped pull the heavy cable. He didn't have to do that but he did because he's a class act, and goes beyond his job description. He's the kind of person you want in charge of your electrical projects. There were two other technicians working with Chris: Blake and a 26 year old young man. They were excellent as well. We had our sewage pipes fixed, they had considerable root damage and wear and tear due to being installed 60 years ago.Manu and Stephen did a great job fixing the problem and they were extremely professional. They walked us through the process, gave us frequent updates, made sure our plants nearby the fix site were not damaged, and left everything cleaned. The fix was a multiple day project and they always made sure we could still use our services while they were not working.

From end to end -- proposal, purchase, scheduling and install -- was pleased with the service from the guys at Seatown. Only downside - was a log wait for equipment to come in -but my sales guy Colton was up front about this and set expectations. And there was no delay beyond what he promised. Also, Justin and Zac were outstanding in installation. Arrived on time, were efficient and extremely professional. We were planning to install a new A/C system for our single family house. We had two similar bids but decided to use Seatown. After 3 months of waiting Seatown sent a crew to our house with a big truck. Exciting! We talked with them and they seemed to start working. After about an hour we went out to check if everything was alright, but to our surprise, the whole crew was gone, with the truck! We called Seatown and were told that they made a mistake on the bid so decided to cancel the project.Months of waiting, canceled project at the last moment, no communication. Good job seatown.Edit: Seatown came and right the wrong. The A/C unit works fine for now.

The only reason I gave this service 5 stars is because there was no option for 6 stars. Quinn King arrived on time, was friendly and had a positive attitude, was respectful of the house, and diagnosed and fixed all that I asked of him from leaky valves, to wobbly faucets, to broken drains, and he did it rapidly and efficiently. We had a complete breakdown of our heat and ac serving 2 units. We survived the hot weather and they got to ours earlier than promised. The team that did our complete replacement was impressive right down to the trainee. You can tell when somebody is competant and it showed. Finished in one day, no mess left behind and most importantly, explained why the previous unit had failed and how they had corrected the site selection. I highly recommend this business.

SeaTown came out to assess our electrical to run a 40 amp circuit for our new induction stove and cap the gas line for our old gas range. Craigen the electrician checked things out and gave us options to just run the new stove circuit or replace the whole panel. Since the panel is 50 years old and one of the circuits started buzzing when he pulled the cover we opted to go with the panel replacement. Craigen was very good at explaining the scope of the options and he was able to get us on their schedule in a reasonable time to do the work.Shawn the gas guy was courteous and quick. He was able to pull the stove out, cap the line, and also remove extraneous piping from an old gas hot water heater location and cap that line, in a total of 20 minutes. So far we are very impressed with SeaTown’s technicians’ professional manner. Looking forward to getting the panel work done.

Had somebody come out to fix an outlet not getting any power. They were unable to find the problem, but gave me a 400 dollar bill and a 20k bid for a bunch of unrelated work they thought I should do.Called out another shop, they found the problem in a place the other electrician looked and fixed it quickly. Looked at the other recommendations and told me they were unnecessary upsells.After I posted this review (now edited), a manager reached out to me to make things right and I was refunded the initial service fee. I was told that he knew about this event and had already told the electrician he cant charge when no solution is found, but if that is so I am left wondering why he didnt reach out until the review?In the end, all I lost was some time, but given all the above I cannot recommend this place.

Arrived on time and sent text prior to arrival with photo of crew lead. At one time there were four skilled employees on site for our AC install. All were very professional. Area was cleaned up when they finished. Brandon spent time explaining the new thermostat set up and helped us set our program. Highly recommend this crew.

Mark and the entire team from SeaTown Plumbing was fantastic. They replaced an outdoor gas line for me and the entire experience from diagnosing the problem to estimates to scheduling and actual work was top notch. I had several gas plumbers come out to quote on the job but I found SeaTown to not only be fairly priced but also the most honest in terms of diagnosing the problem and providing repair v/s replace options. Even though Seatown wasn't the lowest quote I got (although it was half what Done Right quoted) I was eventually sold because Mark who came out to assess the project came across as honest and friendly.The team was very helpful with scheduling and even offered me an earlier spot when one opened up. Answered my questions regarding my Cadet heaters and has ordered the part to repair the one not working correctly. We called Seatown to diagnose and repair a wiring problem. The workers were prompt, polite and quickly assessed and repaired our wiring. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Spent $50 to have Seatown come bid adding a single outlet in a wall with existing power and my circuit panel on the opposite side. The internet gave a range of $200-500. They wanted to charge $1400. When I questioned the price, they shrugged and said they had 'minimum charges'. Would have been great if they had mentioned that upfront to save me the money.

A good bit of the work was in a very crammed and hard to navigate space that has turned away many HVAC techs before them. They assured me they could get it done, and they knocked it out of the park. 6/24/2022 Update: We had such a great experience with Seatown Electric a few months ago that when our hot water heater appeared to be leaking we immediately got ahold of them. We had another great experience with this company and absolutely recommend them to anyone with electrical, heating or plumbing needs. The communication from every aspect of the job is handled so well, from the initial service desk response to their fabulous technicians, everyone is prompt, and professional, but with such a friendly quality, you immediately feel like you are in the hands of folks who care deeply about the quality of their work. They were considerate of our home even dealing with the tight spaces under which they had to do their work. We had a clogged tub drain. We tried everything to no avail. The SeaTown technician. Had it clear within 20 minutes.

We needed to have new natural gas service line for a cooktop and fireplace insert. This would be a new installation and needed tying into an existing gas service. Three companies came to give estimates. Seatown was the first to arrive. Mark Pooro (sp?) from Seatown listened to our request, looked over the existing gas service and spent considerable time explaining how he would do the work, why it was done this way, and how it allowed for customization for our further remodel. He was polite, articulate, and answered our questions. When he left, we had a solid understanding of the work and cost.The next two companies were not impressive. It was obvious to us that Mark at Seatown was our man, even though Seatown estimate was more expensive than the other two. Mark's demeanor, candor, and confidence made the decision very easy. We scheduled the service, Mark arrived on time and went to work. He worked a solid six hours plus and kept us informed of his progress. Mark had us check his work to make sure we were getting what we asked for. He could have blazed through and have been done, but he wanted us to understand why things were done a particular way and we approved. In the end, the work was impeccable and very neat. He cleaned up the construction debris. He double checked everything, completed the safety checks and then he made sure we were completely satisfied. He explained all the warranties and made sure we had his number in case anything needed reworking. Mark did a fantastic job and he is the reason we used Seatown. We were not disappointed in our choice. Very few companies offer gas piping service. We heartily recommend Mark at Seatown Electric Plumbing and Heating.

I have always had good experiences with Seatown Electric (previously for electric work), and their plumbing service is great too.Sarah, in Seatown's customer service department, is also fantastic. I had scheduled a follow-up appointment for a larger job, but we ended up not needing it, so Sarah made sure to get a me a refund for the deposit paid. When I forgot to submit the form for the refund, Sarah followed up with me multiple times to make sure I received the refund. It would have been very easy for her to just let it go (and for Seatown to pocket the deposit money), but she made sure to do the right thing and kept following up with me. That experience won me over as a customer for life. These guys are great.

Seatown installed a whole new heating system for us which included an Air Handler (to use with existing ducting) and a new Heat Pump. With that new heat pump they also installed a ductless mini split up to our 1/2 story attic which had never been heated or cooled before (due to no ducting up there). We are very happy with the new Mitsubishi system and with their level of professionalism throughout the installation process. The project was on time (3 day install) and on budget (it did not go over the quoted estimate). In addition the whole system is SUPER quiet. Thank you team!

Mark and Marcus were here to provide an estimate on re-routing gas pipe to gas range. They were very professional and easy to work with. The estimate was very competitive, and they were also available to do the work immediately. The work was completed in short order, and I was very happy with everything they did. I couldn't be more satisfied, and would recommend them, and Seatown to anyone.

Isiah, and his partner Jayson did a great job installing the unit and cleaned up afterwards. Explained how my new system works. So far very happy and impressed with the new furnace system.

We had a frozen pipe burst leading to our backyard faucet. The bags over the faucet weren't able to help. Trevor was able to come out on the same day I requested an appointment. The pipe running through our kitchen wall was exposed to the air vent that allowed cold air to blow onto the pipe. The pipe was in a poor location so they were able to run a new pipe away from the air event to a new faucet and insulated the pipe so it wouldn't freeze again. Trevor was efficient, responsive and friendly. Same as Sam. Really appreciated getting info on Trevor and when he'd be at our site through the texts and email from Seatown. I would definitely go with them even though it cost $49 plus tax to come out with an estimate. They just applied the money to the repair work and I was just happy to be able to get a plumber to come out with all the frozen pipes out there. Excellent work!!!!UPDATE:Because of the great work from the above project, I requested some work for our upstairs bathroom to get the shower head replaced, the bathtub plug assembly to work, new flapper for the toilet, new sink & faucet. I was expecting it to take 6 hrs but Caleb and Sam were able to get it done in less than 4 hrs. There were some missing items on the work to be done but Caleb was able to clear it up with Trevor to what was discussed. Excellent work and plan to use them for some other bathroom work in the future.

Got a recommendation from a neighbor on my street that used Seatown for electric work. Slick website, has services for several projects I need done, great! Fill out their form with my most pressing projects HVAC and troubleshooting some electrical in my kitchen. They promptly called me at 9:15 in the morning eager to get me scheduled for estimates. HVAC would be free, electric would charge $289. Oof. Well it needs done. I spent 10-15 min on hold while the phone agent found a date 3 weeks out and missed an important call from my doctor. In hindsight I should have taken the doctor’s call. 7 hours after booking the appointments and getting multiple confirmation emails and text messages I get a random text from Seatown that we don't service your area call this random company in Tacoma with really bad reviews bye. No explanation if it's for HVAC, electrical or both. So if you live in South King County don't waste your time. Pro tip to Seatown: put a map on your website. Your commercials are everywhere on TV and billboards. If you're too good for South King County then maybe make that clear and don't waste my time making appointments.

Our heating has been having issues, so our first floor is always freezing these days (the heater is in the attic). We've contacted Seatown due to their good review and we were able to get an appointment in 2-3 days. We've scheduled a diagnostics with them, and I confirmed it via text 2 days before the appointment. Somehow got another email about confirmation, so I sent an email as well. They said they'd give you an estimate of time for arrival, but we've never received it. They will text you to tell you that they are at the previous visit and you'd get another text 30 minutes before they arrive at your home.The technician, Michael, has an apprentice with him. They first checked our thermostat really quickly, then they went up to the attic to see the issues. About 1 hour later, they told us the heat was building up there, so they adjusted the temperature down and also did some tune up here and there to make sure things are smooth. They've also talked about the airflow and filter with us to make sure we stay on top of exchanging these filters every 3 months.The cost is slightly more than $200, which is pricy but they were super informative and helpful so we thought they were worth the price.

Seatown charged me about the same as M/M Comfort and yet cleaned my outdoor A/C Heat exchange better than anyone else. The technician was friendly, smart and efficient. I really think Seatown may have a good employee culture that resonates through their service technicians.

We needed to update the electrical panel and outlets throughout the house we purchased last year. Although Seatown was the more expensive of the three their responsiveness and the professionalism of the technician that came to do the estimate made it seem like the extra cost would be worth the quality. The whole process of preparing to do the project went smoothly. Once the electrician and his team arrived they gave me a good review of what they intended to do over the course of the next three days. The electrician was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to any of my concerns and questions. The second day didn’t go as smoothly. When they had to turn off the power to the entire home it seems they did not go back to assure everything was working prior to leaving. The new GFI outlet for our fridge kept tripping after 10 mins and the switches to the lights throughout the house were not working correctly. The garage lights could not be turned off at all and the laundry room light switch had to be left on in order to have power reach a couple rooms on the other side of the house. These were issues that we discovered after Seatown left, not issues that they notified us of. My partner was at home and did not realize the issue with the fridge until 5pm. After attempting to troubleshoot, we called the electrician around 6pm who said he could not make it out at that time and suggested we try another outlet. We did so and the fridge tripped the different outlet as well. We could not keep the fridge powered on and lost all the food inside (we had just gone to Costco and the grocery store the weekend before so it was an especially large loss). When the electrician arrived on the third day we showed him the issues and asked if Seatown could do anything to help us regarding the lost food. The electrician spoke to someone and showed us the different tests conducted to show that the issue was not the outlet but the fridge and that they would not be able to help us. From then on it felt as though I had to constantly follow-up with the electrician about the work as I could no longer trust that they would address all the items we agreed to. Additionally, the electrician mentioned needing access to the attic area on the first day. I showed him the only way we knew was by removing tubes from the furnace. He removed those tubes that first day and when I walked through the house on the second day I had found they had not been replaced potentially letting out gas the whole time. Fortunately this was in the garage. On the day after they left I went back out to look at the the new panel and mast they installed and saw they had not filled the space between the pipe and the roof that they cut even though the electrician stated they would cover it up before leaving. I text the electrician about the issue that day, Friday, and did not get a response. I called the main office on Monday and they offered to have the electrician come out on Tuesday. It was during that conversation with the operator that I asked if Seatown requires technicians to check on their work at the end of each day or just at the end of the whole project. The operator said that they expect techs to review the work at the end of the project to which I provided the details of how we lost the food in our fridge because of that expectation and that they should consider changing it to checking at the end of each day. The operator then said that they actually expect techs to check their work at the end of the day and at the end of the project. I asked the operator to relay the details of our experience to whomever should know about it but that our electrician supposedly spoke to someone that already deemed Seatown was not at fault. As of today, exactly one week from the completed project, we have two outlets that have stopped working and the earliest they can fix them will be in 3 weeks. The cost for the quality did not meet my expectations, I had to be more involved than expected and was not provided even the slightest assistance after the fridge issue.

Kurt Hodge was super professional. I created the mess I got myself into, he very carefully and quickly got me out. He had that old time respect and customer service attitude. Even wore booties into my house. He is now my personal electrician!!!

I contacted so many plumbers and Seatown was the only one who was able to make time to come out same day to unclog our sewer line. They helped us with a bathroom addition by installing the plumbing and fixtures for a full bath in our basement, which was no easy task!The electrical team came out and installed the electrical fixtures in the bathroom addition and updated the electrical panel too.We inquired about a heating system quote as our system was inefficient, expensive, and just not doing the job. We live in an older house, which comes with some challenges— the experts at Seatown really took the time to problem solve the best system for us and the best way to effectively heat the whole house evenly and in a way that install was minimally disruptive. They came and installed the system and associated ducts and we are so pleased with the overall experience and outcome.Most recently, the Seatown came and upsized the pipe leading from our well pump to our home and repaired some internal plumbing. We were dreading this job as we thought it would tear up our yard, maybe kill some trees, and be hard to coordinate an excavation crew and plumbing crew— but then I found out that Seatown has an excavation crew! I feel silly for dragging my feet on this one, because they made it so easy. Every dollar spent was well worth the final product.EDIT: Seatown continues to impress in 2022.When we had a faulty kitchen sink faucet along with disposal drainage problems, Seatown was able to get folks on-site in the same week while other shops were quoting 1 month minimum waits.As always, the final cost is a bit pricier than other shops but was done quickly and done right the first time.

Seatown Electric recommended and installed a heat pump system that replaced our furnace and will allow us to have AC as well as heat. They were innovative in their solutions to accommodate our HOA’s requirements. It took months to get the HOA satisfied, but our Rep Sarah stuck with us.When it came time for the install, Sarah had obviously fully informed the installers of the quirks and requirements of the HOA.All the installers were polite, personable and seemed to enjoy their work. They kept us informed during the install about the process and their progress. They did a great job! The unit works great so far. We can’t wait for some warmer weather so we can try out cooling.There was an issue with the wireless controls the installers discovered, but Seatown scheduled a Technician to come in to fix it immediately.We could not be happier with our experience with Seatown Electric!

Excellent all around! I would definitely use Seatown Electric again. They were very accommodating in getting this job scheduled in the time frame I needed. The day the technician was supposed to arrive, unfortunately he ended up having a family emergency and had to cancel. But Seatown was able to find another technician last minute who could come do the job, rather than reschedule for a later date. I was so happy they went to the effort to still get the job done on the day I had been scheduled because rescheduling to a different day would not have worked well for us. The technician, Thomas Fuller, was excellent from beginning to end. Very friendly, polite, professional, communicated well, and did the job perfectly, and the total cost is what I expected, so fair pricing. Great work!

For a little extra money, they came out on a Saturday to install a ductless minisplit for A/C. They were very courteous, explained everything they were doing and completed the job in 5 hours. They cleaned up all the work areas and didn't leave until they had tested the new system and explained how to work the remote. I definitely recommend Brandon and Kyle.

I had some minor work done in an external gas line. Sean was prompt and professional, and working with Seatown was super easy. I especially appreciated all the appointment confirmations/reminders being done through text instead of phone calls!

Seatown was very professional,courteous and easy to work with. I would recommend them and use them for future projects.

The person who did the work was fine, however overall this experience was straight up highway robbery. $1100 to install a bathroom fan I bought, in a job that took less than an hour. They start by charging you in advance just to get someone to come out, with no indication of how much the job is going to cost. 4+ weeks later it's either pay an exorbitant amount or continue trying to find someone else. Explicitly not warranted work either. There was a bit of added difficulty in removing the old unit, and I have some drywall fixing that is needed (through no fault of the person doing the work) but I will avoid Seatown Electric in the future at all costs.

When our old electric range died, that was it. We made decision to replace it with gas. Seatown was wonderful to work with for getting the gas extended as well as changing the outlet to accommodate the new range. They were also very easy to coordinate with in regards to the delivery of the range and the necessary inspection. We will definitely be calling them in the future when the house has a need.

I have used Seatown in the past and been very happy with the results. Malik is a great rep for the company and if I choose to have the work done, I will likely contract with Seatown again.

We had gas installed in our new home. James Cash walked us through the procedures and made sure all the permitting was done through the city. He even came out and fixed the gas leak that we were having from a different contractor.

It was great to see Thomas, our original installer. . He knew exactly what was doing on and promptly repaired it. Since it was a faulty breaker, Seatown replaced it at no cost to us.

I have received a couple of estimates from Seatown in the past and they are usually very near the most competitive. On one occasion I did not choose Seatown and I regretted it. Seatown has been nothing but professional and dependable, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Stephen and Devin arrived ,came to the door to make sure they were at the right house before parking ! Both came in started right away, one went to the outside unit, one started on the inside. Both explained what was going on, both communicate very well. Our ductless needed a new wheel. They said I would have to make another appointment, then in just a few minutes they came back asked if I had the time they would fix it now !!! Brillant!! They saved me the time for waiting for a new appointment, they saved themselves time and travel. I had tied up my dogs so they were out of the way, but within reach. Every once in a while when they passed the dogs they got a pet!! Stephen and Devin were great !! I have been very pleased from the installation, maintenance and speaking to office staff . I've used Seatown half a dozen times in my home for HVAC and plumbing. They're the only company I will turn to for these needs because everyone who works for them is professional, efficient and kind. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but you'd be hard pressed to find a company that does it all and is as flexible and accountable as Seatown.

Overall, our experience was good, but we want to highlight two issues that were disappointing.First, we want to be clear: the quality of the installation - that is still 5*. You will have top notch work done if you choose Seatown and we still recommend them for this.But, we are reducing our rating by one star due to the following.a) Sell-sell-sell attitudeIn the past Seatown was fact-based in explaining our options/ answering our questions.There was never any pressure, unasked for sales pitches, or used car lot salesman-type attitude (condescending, pushing unwanted products, repetitions of empty patter).Until now. Even though we'd already made our purchases, the lead installer was determined to sell us more - it felt like a Vanna White situation. He actually left the installation to come give us a presentation, complete with brochures, example products, etc. He also pushed us to post a review - to the point of saying we're in a competition to get the most good reviews by the end of the year - help us out. Well, here you go. ;-/b) Left a messUnlike before, trash (wire clippings, etc.) was left around and tracked-in fir needles, etc. were poorly cleaned up. We asked the last guy on site if he was going to clean, and he was flustered - said it was the apprentice's job, but he gamely asked for a broom and set to work. At the same time, it was clear we were still going to need to sweep again afterwards, so when our neighbor sharing our driveway needed Seatown to move their truck out of the way, we just sent the guy home.Additionally, we were dismayed to discover the electricians left two unfilled holes partially drilled through our garage floor to the basement below before they went ahead and used the existing hole for wiring that they made last spring and which we had requested they use again this time. We had to refill the unused holes ourselves.The above were disappointments because the respect shown for us, as well as our home and the pristine condition it was left in after past work, were part of the reason we returned to Seatown for further work.We feel let down.*******************We're very happy we went with Seatown when we needed to replace our hot water heater. We got bids from 3 companies, and even at the bidding stage, Seatown was by far the most professional. This impression held true throughout the entire process of having our old tank-style water heater replaced with a tankless.Specifically, we liked:*You can ALWAYS get through to Seatown on the phone*They are responsive, regardless of communication tool you choose (I used phone, email, and text during the process)*They are knowledgeable and also patient in answering questions till you understand and are satisfied. Our air conditioning in our home went out over a week ago. The company that we have been using for years and provided maintenance to all of our HOME needs for years was not able to help us out. I scrambled around and stumbled, thankfully, onto SeaTown . The customer service I received from the start was exemplary. They were able to squeeze us into their extremely busy schedule in a timely fashion. Brian, our service tech, was absolutely fabulous. We hired Seatown to install a Generac generator for our house. All around the experience was fantastic. Prompt courteous service that was professional and high quality. Highly recommend for any electrical work, big or small.

We had some flakey circuit breakers in our electric panel. Colby arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the problem breakers. He was very professional, and also cleaned up some messy work in our electric panel from a previous (non Seatown) electrician. I will definitely call Seatown for any future electric work and ask for Colby!

Charged double what I was quoted from another company that I would have waited a week to receive service. Came late enough in the day that I couldn't go with another same day service. They Spent most of the day doing a list of tasks that we needed done with our electrical including a new charger for an electric car, power to a lawn decoration Replacing and installing some outlets and adding a couple of circuits. They were Friendly and efficient and left the house cleaner than it was before they came

Zack was prompt and professional. He determined a possible problem with an outlet that seems to have fixed the issue. He also spent a little time educating us about wiring and loads.They were upfront about pricing and stuck to it. He also made a recommendation about future upgrades I will keep in mind.

This has been my 2nd experience with Seatown. They were prompt and I was kept informed of the technicians arrival time. The technician was very personable, and took the time to troubleshoot the problem and solve it when another company did not. I will certainly utilize their services in the future.

Quinn was very friendly and professional. However, not 4 hours after he left, the same leak emerged, which shows that what he thought was the issue was clearly not the issue, and we have now paid $272 dollars for what is basically an incomplete service.I would like a refund or for someone to come and completely fix the toilet's leak.
