We discovered a leak in our basement and Ben’s Plumbing sent Jerry out early the next morning. He was extremely professional, respectful and friendly. He found the issue quickly, resolved it and thoroughly explained what he saw and how he fixed it. Highly highly recommend Jerry and Ben’s Plumbing.

We have been working with Ben’s Plumbing (now HD Partners) for years. Our house is old with a lot of plumbing issues. Ben and Brian have been wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. It’s a pleasure to have them in our home even in stressful situations! They are the best.

Excellent work! We wouldn’t use any other plumber. Ben has been working on our rental house for over 10 years. All his crew are top notch and do amazing work. the pipe work is absolutely beautiful when they’re finished.

I live in a new build, and HD plumbing were the guys assigned to fix issues we found after moving in. It took a couple tries to sort out all the kinks, but Nick and Bryan have been the friendliest, most professional plumbers i've had. They were courteous and happy to answer all my stupid questions. Each visit took an hour at most. I'm happy to continue with them if I ever have any need.

We had a great experience with HD Partners Plumbing. They were very professional and communicative. They showed up with great attitudes and were very experienced. Michelle their coordinator went above and beyond to help us meet our timeline.

HD Plumbing and Nick were great to work with! Nick installed a new drainage pipe for our washing machine (so it doesn't have to empty into our sink anymore!), and Nick installed a new garbage disposal for us. It all looks really good and there are no leaks! Also, Nick was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing.

They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting our shower fixed. From being able to quickly set up a time to have someone come out, to corresponding on texts ahead of time. Michelle and the plumber who they sent out were great to work with - he was in and out within an hour!

We've turned to Ben's Plumbing/HD Partners several tines and will be coming back whenever we have a plumbing issue. Ben and Brian were both extremely helpful, professional and skilled and were both obviously concerned with providing value and keeping us informed of the tradeoffs in every decision. I'd also call out that Michelle in the office went above and beyond to help us.

We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didn't end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house).

All in all, the team was great an be will be getting plenty by of our (and our friends'/neighbor's) business in the future!

Ben is my go to plumber. He is one of the best. He is extremely experienced and responsive, and always professional. I have used him for many years and highly recommend his services. He has helped me resolve both big and small plumbing issues; the same quality and attention to detail for all.

Nic was absolutely fantastic! He actually was the only one who figured out what was causing my $1500 water bill. I had multiple plumbers come out and they couldn’t figure it out but Nic did! It saved me so much time and money. He was upfront that repairing the toilets might not be the most value vs just replacing them. He gave great recommendations for toilets and explained everything so it was easy to understand, since I know nothing about plumbing. He showed up on time and was super courteous the whole time. He also cleaned up everything after which was really nice!

Ben has performed the annual back flow safety test on our radiator heating system required by city of Seattle since at least 2015. When the pressure on our overflow tank requires replacement, his team took care of it.

He’s always been highly professional and reliable, which is why we come back year after year!

HD partner's are always a pleasure to work with. Brian and Nick are both kind, responsive and knowledgeable professionals. They always arrive when they say they will and work quickly to get the job done. They have been my go-to plumbing partner for years, and have always delivered on their promises.

I have used HD Partners and Bens Plumbing for years on my projects. I am a general contractor doing my own development work, high end remodel and multi family service work. They ALWAYS do top notch professional work, they come prepared to meet any task head on to get the work completed on schedule and in budget. I have never seen a change order from them unless the work ventured way out of scope and the change was agreed upon. All the staff under the HD Partners umbrella from scheduling to the technicians even their parts suppliers go above and beyond to make me shine for my customer base. For instance I called the office on a Friday 2:30 pm with a water main brake on a 24 unit building, by 4:00 I had trucks and plumbers on site assessing the work. I had locate there before 5:00 to find huge amounts of fiber optic and high tension lines over my 2” main. The HD team did not leave my site and completed the work by 11:00 the next morning getting water back on for all the families in the building. There parts house even opened for them at 3:00am for the parts we needed. Pipe was 5 feet under grade and a huge tree on top of it as well. They pulled an all nighter with me and not one complaint from any of them standing in knee high mud five feet down in the trench. They always do what the say they would, always full on pros and they are just good people to boot. They are always my first call when I need anything plumbing.

The City of Seattle requires an annual testing of backflow assemblies to protect drinking water from backflow-related contamination. HD Partners Plumbing & Heating, Ben Foster in particular, performs this annual service for us. He is excellent, trustworthy, and highly skilled. He is always available to meet testing deadlines. He repairs and retests our backflow assembly and submits the report to the City of Seattle to ensure we are in compliance. He is a very competent professional. I recommend this firm highly.

Ben came to my triplex which had multiple problems - gas, water temp, drainage. Within 2 days he re- fitted water pipes, re-placed a water tub for washing machine, cleaned the sewage line, took a video of sewage line, change a valve on gas line in basement appt. All done to perfection. All debris removed. I highly recommend this plumbing operation and , of course, Ben. Sorry no before and after photos. A new basement. Thank you Ben!

We have a radiant floor heating system from Triangle Tube. HD partners is the best company we have found in the area for service and support. We have used them for years on annual maintenance. This year we had the system fail on New Years day and they came out to try to fix it during the holiday and a day before the required part was even available.

I had an after hours back up of the side sewer and Nic (the younger one) came out promptly and did a thorough job and friendly and was informative.

I recently had Doug come by to service my Rinnai tankless water heater. Super knowledgeable and friendly - he walked me through all the work he did and helped me understand my system better. He also saved me a lot of money - previous service providers were unwilling to clean out the unit and only wanted to sell me a much more expensive setup. I will definitely be working with HD Partners again for any future plumbing/heating needs that come up. Thanks Doug!

Doug (Senior Technician) came to service my Rinnai tankless water heater at home today for CODE 10 error. He pulled and cleaned fan(dirty), replaced igniter flame sensor, flushed system, and finished services within an hour. He also gave me advice to take care the unit. I am very happy for the services with reasonable price. 😊👍
