Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Bellevue

I had a leak within our walls and called Fox. They came out right away and repaired it, as well as some other minor problems. Also, I had them walk me through preventive maintenance to help to avoid similar situations in the future. Recently, I needed a new furnace, which was installed quickly and easily in one morning! I'd recommend Fox Plumbing & Heating to everyone - they are honest, reliable, friendly, and do great work.

Fox provided excellent customer service from the first time I called. I was able to speak to a friendly and informative technician who was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about our ductless units prior to sending someone out for a service call. Chris, the technician that came out for the call was also very friendly and informative, on-time and got our heat working again. I would highly recommend Fox and will call them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues that may arise.

Another great experience with Fox. We had them out for a sink/disposal clog that we couldn't unblock ourselves and had a solid experience with the plumbing technician. Beyond that Fox had excellent customer service afterwards, which led us to call them out again for sewer maintenance clean. Friendly, informative professionals on site and on the phone. Highly recommend.

Good service. Helpful and explanatory. Four stars due to price difference in a smaller bathtub repair - originally said $60, then said it should cost $130, but that he would charge $90, which is right in the middle. Overall, good referral from two friends prior to us calling Fox for plumbing repairs! Will definitely recommend - especially for those emergency jobs like when your toilets don't flush, back up into your bathtub, and you have a 6 month old baby at home. =)

My furnace just stopped firing on cold Wednesday this month (Jan '17). I called half a dozen places who said they could help me sometime between 7-10 days after I called. Fox was only place that could come out same day. Of course it cost extra, but it was worth not freezing in my house. The technician was professional and took care of the problem quickly.

Leak in an upstairs condo forced water through my light fixture. David from Fox Plumbing showed up the next day and was patient and kind and professional while talking me through my options and being reassuring about next steps and the process. He came back the next day and was able to work with the upstairs unit to find the source of the leak and correct it- he was then able to recommend another person for drywall repair and give me what I needed for neighbors insurance paperwork. Will definitely use again!

I've had to call Fox twice now, both times when something went wrong and I needed help fairly quickly. They have an emergency service that's come out both times and saved the day. The work was well done and thorough, and the techs were pleasant and helpful both times. I'm very pleased with their service.

5 Star Service - Service Tech was prompt in the first part of the appointment window given (3:30 for a 3-5PM window) and was very personable. We have an older furnace, and he was very thorough in finding the problem, since it was not an obvious fault.
Gave only 4 Stars as it seemed a bit expensive. Don't get me wrong, we really appreciated the very good service and getting our furnace going again, but it was pricey.
I would recommend them as not too many provide service to Condo, but be prepared for the cost.

So happy to have had a pleasant experience with a plumbing company! Fox was prompt and courteous and did a great job. It has taken us years to find a plumbing company that will be our go-to for future needs and I'm happy to say I would call Fox again if needed. Thank you!

I used Fox to repair a sewer line and add an external cleanout based on the recommendation of a contractor friend. Fox communicated well, arrived on time and finished on time, despite some unforseen small challenges. They were very polite and professional and I am really happy with their work and would recomend them.

Chris Hall was great! His card says he's the HVAC Foreman and I was impressed with how he diagnosed issues with our old furnace including a blown fuse and a disconnected wire and fixed them quickly.

He also showed me how to wash-out the filter and answered a bunch of my questions about heating and cooling options to replace the old system.

We had a water leak and of course it was under ground though the driveway and yard. One call and Jose R came out gave a bid and was able to fix the leak the same day without having to break out the driveway or damage the yard. Jose was extremely professional and the job was done as promised. Thank you Jose and thank you Fox.

Ryan was here within 30 minutes after our 1st floor condo toilet and shower drain overflowed with raw sewage due to a downstream blockage of the common sewer 3 story drainpipe stack. Ryan cleaned up the mess, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it (at least until the HOA comes up with a needed permanent fix). He's got a crappy job but was 100% pleasant and clearly enjoys using his knowledge and talent to please distraught customers. This was our first time using Fox, and our HOA will likely use them now for all our plumbing needs - because our after-hours call was the result of our regular HOA plumber failing to show as scheduled 6 hours earlier. (I'd post a photo, but you'd probably throw up.)

Technician Daniel called ahead to say when he'd be here, and he showed up right on time. Very knowledgeable, and he replaced a cracked lighter unit in our furnace like a skilled surgeon. Courteous, professional, and made sure everything was working just right before he asked for payment.

I recommend Fox Plumbing. Corey came out first thing this morning to see why my toilet was running and was able to fix it quickly. Not only was he here quickly, he replaced the broken part quickly which kept my bill very reasonable. Thanks Corey.

Fox came out next business day to service my water heater and furnace. They were professional and quick. Very pleased with their services.

Jerrod with Fox Plumbing came out to my home to help re-install a toilet and repair a refrigerator water line. Jerrod was pleasant, quick and very thorough in solving my problems. We ran into a snag when looking at how to solve the water line connection due to the construction of the home and he came up with a wonderful idea on how to solve it.

My favorite part is their clean policy. They put booties on when they come in the house (even though, at the moment, mine is a mess from lack of flooring) put a tarp on the floor to catch any dust and even wiped out the cabinet that he was working in!

I am extremely pleased with the work and service. I look forward to having Jerrod come back to do some other minor items that need updating!

After 2 plumbers didn't call me back, and a third failed to show Fox responded right away. They were helpful, efficient and organized. I would definitely call them again.

Child #1 threw a bath toy (small rubber ball) into toilet and child #2 lacked the foresight NOT to flush, hence a big clog in toilet. I called one other plumber and they couldn't come for 2 days and Fox Plumbing said they'd send someone this afternoon...they then called a few minutes later and said they could send someone in the next hour - perfect! The guy came and was friendly and professional, he fixed it in an hour or so. I'd call them again.

Punctual, efficient, very friendly people. They explained our problem and offered several solutions they could provide for us. Our mixing valve needed replacing and it was done in a couple of hours. They arrived exactly when they said they would. I would definitely recommend their services.

They were very prompt and friendly when they arrived. Jose and Luis were very informative on how they were going to complete the job which they completed in a very timely fashion. I was very impressed that they put down a tarp inside my house where they would be walking and they did a very professional job that I would recommend to anyone.

Came home from vacation on a Monday night to a broken water line. Had the leak detectors out on Tuesday and Fox on Wednesday. Finally and shower and laundry. Thanks to them I did not have to wait days.

Way too expensive. Make sure to check the yelp reviews instead. Fox plumbing will give you tons of money to remove your bad reviews on google, so buyer beware, check yelp for reviews

Corey came to check out a leaky tub and sorted it out quickly and easily - he was a delight to work with. I'll definitely be going to Fox for my plumbing needs from now on.

Fox did a great job servicing my on demand hot water heater. The plumber was cordial and knowledgeable.
