Being a first time customer, I had a great experience from start to finish. For an emergency clogged toilet issue, I called the plumbers from 2 sons and they sent Dave within an hour. And I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with his service. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He is an expert in plumbing and was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Dave for any plumbing needs you may have!

I just had Seattle Sewer Company install a new sump pump for my basement and I am very impressed. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The project began on time and was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The work was clean and they paid attention to every detail. In addition, they gave me a quote up front with no hidden fees. Overall, I'm very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a sump pump installed.

We had David come out to quote and then install our new kitchen sink and faucet (and fix some old bad plumbing pipe mods). Terrific service and well priced. Even took care of disposing our old sink I had removed and resolved our tub spout pressure problem. Would definitely use again and reccomend.

Had an AC repair that needed to be done and the Seattle Sewer Company did a fantastic job. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and at a price that was within our budget.

Justin came out, gave a reasonable quote, and finished the pipe repair in no time at all, even finishing off the faucet install that I had been working on prior to discovering the damaged drain pipe that needed professional help.

UPDATE: We’ve since had 2 Sons come out for a water heater install (Joey) and help with ductwork on a furnace (Josh), and will turn to them again the next time the need arises! They’ve been great to work with and the scheduling folks do a great job keeping you updated on status.

I recently had the Seattle Sewer Company repair a sewer line on my property and I am extremely happy with the job they did. The whole process was completely hassle-free and the team of technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to identify the issue quickly and got the job done efficiently and quickly.

Their technician came to my home to clear a drain clog. The technician was professional and courteous, and gave me a detailed explanation of the process before starting the job. He started by conducting a hydro-jetting method to clear the blockage. During the procedure, he tested the line afterwards to make sure the flow was restored. He was thorough in his inspection, and even left the area much cleaner than how he found it. I was very impressed with the job.

We had a leak emergency and 2 Sons Plumbing contacted us very quickly and had someone out to help within the hour. Steven was our technician and he did a wonderful job. Would definitely use them again.

The company was great about keeping me updated on the arrival window. Technician Dave did a great job of explaining the options and estimate and was able to complete the work same day. My sink, faucet and plumbing are really old but he didn’t try to push unneeded stuff on me which I really appreciated. He also worked very carefully to remove the old faucet, which had rusted so much it was pretty much welded on there, without causing any damage. The new faucet looks terrific and works perfectly too. No more leaks and the garbage disposal works great too.

Old house Water leak in the crawl space …and new faucet Dave ( super chill and matter of fact )gave us lowest cost options and his recommendation..we want with his recommendation which after all said and done reminded me not to try DIY …short cuts do not save time or money in the long run. We had a poor experience with a prior company when looking for an A/C unit. We reached out to Seattle Sewer, Plumbing & Heating and were immediately impressed. Alec, our technician, was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. The work itself was very well done, and their attention to detail was above and beyond. Had a water leak on our two stage gas furnace. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by 2 Sons Plumbing. Scheduling was a breeze over the phone. A couple days later, an earlier appointment opened up and I was called to see if I was interested… I said yes and the reschedule worked perfectly.

The day of the service, 2 Sons kept me apprised via text messages where within the given time window the technician was likely to show up. Then 30mins before, I received another text with the name and picture of the technician. That made the subsequent interaction so much more personal.

Our tech Josh was great. After initial diagnostics, he took his time to explain the issue and suggested remedies. It turned out we needed a special part that was backordered, so Josh did a temporary fix (which held up well) and promised a follow up in a few weeks. Fast forward, and 2 Sons reached out that the parts arrived and were suggesting a time slot. Josh showed up again and completed the job.

Overall, to me, this experience was the definition of outstanding customer service. I felt in good hands from the beginning to the end.

In order to install a new water heater in my house, I chose Seattle Sewer, Plumbing & Heating. I had the impression that everything would be handled expertly, from the initial chat through scheduling a time and date to the job's completion.

I called Seattle Sewer Company in the middle of a panic when my basement started flooding due to a broken pipe. They were easy to reach and came right away when I called. They have an amazing attention to detail and really really knows their stuff. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pipe quickly and easily. I'm so thankful I called Seattle Sewer Company before I tried to do the job myself.

Dave was SUPER! I had a bunch of DIY questions, and he was very helpful in educating me on options to improve my plumbing issues to avoid future interruptions of service. He was easy to talk with and very friendly.

Plumbers installed a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They arrived early, worked swiftly and efficiently and when finished gave me suggestions about more durable products I could buy the next time. I was very grateful for all -- and then, I suddenly needed them again, asap, as I had raw sewage backing up in the toilet and bathtub of my downstairs bathroom. He came out immediately, diagnosed the situation and suggested a repair. He also offered to implement the repair a few days later at the beginning of the next week. His quote for the repair was beyond reasonable, very low. Proposal and they both said that it looked good and made sense and was a great price. Plus, I have collected many estimates for this job and diagnoses for this problem recently and proposal was in line with the view of other plumbers but he gave a more lucid explanation. Unfortunately I cannot report on the work he did because my upstairs neighbor called and threatened him, saying she would call the police if he went ahead with the job. She did not view it as an emergency and I did not want to endanger him in any way. He had already deposited a debris bin and cleared his schedule for the week to do my job, but he didn't charge me for his lost client time or retrieval of the bin. I hope to use him when I manage to get this job done as I have a retrieving the bin and his cancelled jobs on my behalf.

Anthony arrived within the time frame. The office staff kept me updated on their ETA. The price was quoted accurately, and he explained all my options. I had to decide whether I wanted a delay or a matching faucet. It was nice to feel in co trial of the situation. He was very professional and tolerated my dogs I’d definitely use them again.

We were very satisfied with the leak repair service that Tyler K. provided. He was very professional and did a great job in no time. He explained the work, made sure that everything works as expected and provided instructions on how to protect the pipes in the future. 2Sons was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to visit our home the next day. They diagnosed the issue with our kitchen faucet and returned in a timely fashion to do the install once I had the new faucet. They have a great communication system as well. Austin did great work.

After our approval, Josh and his team installed the new Furnace and Heat Pump system efficiently and with an attention to detail. In addition, they took the time to evaluate the flow and balance the system. Then, without rushing, they trained us on advantageous optional ways to utilize our new thermostat and system. Had Josh out to service a furnace before putting my place on the market. I was very happy with the work done. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. After unsuccessfully trying myself to unclog my sink/garbage disposal, I called a plumber who could only come the next day. When I asked if he would recommend another plumber who might be able to help me, he said to try 2 Sons The gave me a time slot of 2-5 the same day. When 4:00 neared, I got a phone call from them to reassure me the plumber would still come. As the time neared 5:00 I got a second call saying he was running late but would I still like him to come. I appreciated the updates & certainly was happy to get my kitchen sink back in working order that day. Alex was friendly and efficient even after a long day. He explained what he would be doing and how much it would cost before starting to work. Fortunately the problem was not difficult to solve, and the bonus was I got the senior discount! Robert did an amazing job and was very personable. He explained each step he was taking and talked me though the ways we could prevent this in the future.
The company overall was extremely communicative which was amazing given the amount of work they had on their books due to the extreme cold weather. We have some longer term work needed to prevent this from happening again and we will definitely be calling 2 Sons.

The sewer system in Seattle is outstanding. They have now been utilized by us three times, the most recent occasion being for an HVAC repair.

Swapped out half the parts on my furnace. Josh was knowledgeable in the diagnostic and thought ahead to order a part I may or may not need, which I ended up needing. I will certainly call them in the future.

Anthony did an amazing job. He was able to fix our broken outside faucet piping very quickly. He diagnosed in about 10 min and it took him only a little over an hour to fix it. I am very pleased with his service because the water for our home was only off for a very short time, which means a lot having kids. I reached out to a number of local companies to get my gas furnace checked up for regular maintenance. 2sons responded within minutes with very competitive estimates. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and appointment reminders were sent day before and the day of. I also got updates on technician’s name and the eta on the day of appointment. Very smooth and professionally run operation.
Josh was our technician. Apparently HVAC unit is a relatively new unit at 2sons (which explains lack of reviews about their HVAC service), but they have years of experience. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to interact with. In addition to doing the furnace maintenance, he also answered a lot of my new home owner questions, explained how this particular furnace works, and helped diagnose issues we were experiencing. Overall, I was very happy with the overall experience, and with Josh. I’ll definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them.

Angelo was great; he seems like a good dude. Our kitchen sink was clogged. I called at about 9:50am and he was here same day by ~11:30am. He was courteous and professional. He provided an estimate ahead of the work and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. He then unclogged the sink in short order.

Our technician Dave came out for a backed up sewer emergency same day when no other local company could make it that quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a sewer scope and clear recommendations for the additional work we needed. While we didn’t move forward with 2 Sons for the larger job, Dave and everyone we spoke with were exceptionally professional.

I hired 2 Son's/Joe's Plumbing to rough in a new kitchen sink valve/drain, laundry valve/drain and relocate a hot water heater. All the new plumbing was done well, efficiently and at a fair price. The laundry valve was leaking after the installation but was not due to the work completed, rather the valve was faulty. I called that morning and they sent someone out same day free of charge to swap out valve systems. Everything working as intended. I'd like to thank Andy for great service!

The technician, Austyn, was timely, courteous, professional and took the time to explain what had happened, what the fix would entail and tips to prevent repeat and how to do repair myself going forward. He was great about clean up as well as entry to the home. Top notch customer service and interaction skills and repair was done quickly.

Justin was a pro, saw right away what needed to be done to fix the outdoor faucet that had froze and detached from the pipe. Fixed it, and installed a shut off valve so if it happens again we won’t have to shut off all the water to the house. I was very happy with the work, and Justin has won this company my future plumbing needs.

I had the unfortunate experience of having broken pipes in my home that needed repair. I reached out to Seattle Sewer Company and they were able to promptly and efficiently get my issue taken care of.

2 sons plumbing. I hired them to find a leak under kitchen sink and replace sink, faucet, garbage disposal. Had massive leak after. They claim it's not their fault or liability. Tyler owner says he will not take responsibility.

Beware, the company answering the phone and coming out to do the work is not the company listed here. Seattle Sewer and Plumbing has 40+ years of experience and over 225 reviews. The company coming out is a much newer company with way fewer reviews called Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing.

They came out and had me sign an estimate of over 400 dollars to clear one drain in a bathroom. The young man they sent not only did not make the repair, but he tried to charge me the 400 plus dollars anyway.

Apparently it is common for companies to send out young inexperienced technicians who are not there to repair, but to upsell. Often these technicians do not know how to repair, and are given incentives to sell homeowners on projects that will cost thousands of dollars.

I called around after he left and found someone who knew exactly what to do. They fixed it and charged me half of Joe's estimate.

I was pleased with the work and attention to detail provided by technician Tyler with the installation of kitchen sink aerator sprayer. It works great every time and easy to use. Next plumbing work needed will request Tyler to provide those services.

Could not have been happier with my experience (even if under unwanted circumstances)

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called that evening and they were able to schedule a free-of-charge site visit to give a quote. Turned out to be my garbage disposal. They were able to give me a quote for a new one, including labor and even had the part in their truck. Less than an hour later I had a new disposal and no more leak. Price was exactly as quoted. Both gentlemen were friendly and easy to work with.

Davie was our technician that came out to our office and repaired our bathroom sink. We are a pediatric dental office, I called on Friday and they offered to come out as soon as Saturday but I chose Monday since we were closed Saturday. He was extremely efficient and got the job done. Very nice technician with a good personality. We will be using them in the future!

We have used them for 2 projects now. Had Conal do the work both times- we asked for him specifically the second time since he did such a great job and was such a pleasure to work with. Did a great job with second project as well, very responsive, focused on perfection. About to use them for 3rd job, will ask for Conal again.

Called in the morning before 9am and they got me on the schedule right away!!! Plumber arrived by 10:15 am job fixed before 11:30am. Super impressed with fast prompt service!! Milton was amazing and got the job done fast and clean!! He told me why my kitchen sink plumbing wasn’t working right for 8 years since we bought the house! I even have more space under my sink now! We had a situation where our shared line was clogged and it was causing backups in our neighbors unit. They sent Tyler out within a few hours to fix the situation, which he did in less than 2 hrs. It ended up being resolved and he let me know some tips for prevention. Highly recommend!

Conal (plumber) was out to fix a leaking pipe in the crawlspace. Whist here I shared that I had a frustrating problem with the water pressure and I was not able to shut off the water to the house from within garage. He shared that it was the type of shutoff valve used in these houses when built and the issue with water pressure wasn't related to new construction, as I thought, but because of the pressure regulator which was now failing. I very much appreciate his taking care of all three issues. Running the faucet and showering is now possible again! I can turn off the water in garage again and the leaking pipe has been addressed I could not be happier with the work and getting these issues addressed in a timely manner. Our hot water heater quit working and upon inspection had leaked. Our technician Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of our call and promptly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate. With our approval, he located a new water heater system that fit our needs exactly. He drove and returned with everything we needed within one hour. Our heater system was more complex than most as it was a gas heated system and had a fan exhaust. Jordan had the old system removed and a new one in place with all new piping, connections and fittings completed efficiently and quickly.
Jordan was professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The scheduler at “2 Sons Plumbing” went out of her way to take care of our emergency quickly for which we are deeply appreciative. We strongly recommend “ 2 Son’s Plumbing”.

Very positive experience working with 2sons plumbing. They made it out quickly for the estimate and 2 days later they were back to do the work. Both Robert, who came out for the estimate, and Joey who did the work were profession but friendly as well. The office kept us informed of when they'd be coming so they all did their job well. Tyler was friendly, quick, and respectful of our space. He put shoe covers on, a mat to cover the floor while he worked, and noticed I had a mask and offered to wear one in the house no problem. I very much appreciated that gesture alone as well as his honesty regarding the work that needed to be done. Our plumbing failed and we had a very large leak develop. We called Two Sons Plumbing and they immediately put us on the schedule for 8:00am the next morning. The next morning we were greeted by a smiling young man (Tyler)! Tyler was very energetic to crawl under the house and fix the problem. We called 2 Sons for help installing a garbage disposal that would require some pipe rerouting.
They came out for the initial estimate within a couple days of our first call and had an estimate promptly to us. We needed to do a couple things before so we reached back about a month later. They were able to update the estimate for us and come out within 2 days!
Anthony arrived right on time and got straight to it. He had the pipe rerouted and the disposal installed within the timeframe they promised and thoroughly tested all the connections, including the dishwasher, for leaking.

Fantastic service! Drake came out the day after I called for help with my kitchen sink, which was slowly draining and leaking from the trap. He was able to effectively fix the slow drain immediately, but the initial fix he had for the leak turned out to be insufficient. All it took was a call and he came back later that day. After some more troubleshooting, he was able to effectively fix the issue, which turned out to have multiple steps of complexity. Drake even provided multiple options that I could choose, outlining the pros and cons of each. Lastly, I also greatly appreciated how willing Drake was to educate me; he answered my many questions, and taught me some plumbing tips as well as how to prevent these issues from happening again.

We first used them to repair a leak in our upstairs tub. Then we thought we should replace our 2 toilets as well. Called on a Monday and they got me on the schedule the very next day. Robert replaced old water heater for more than $3,000.00 but the new water heater make really bad noise, i couldn't sleep the plumber told me the noise will be go away in one or two months I called and They came to install a expansion tank it didn't fix the problem After 3 months still making noise called again for warranty and They say the water pressure is to high they want another $2,300.00 for pressure reducing valve. I called another plumber for second diagnostic. Thanks God because this plumber know exactly what going on.
He told me right away water heater is defective product should returned to supply house and replace for a new one I will fix the pressure water for $500.00 but that it's not the solution for the water heater noise.

Amazing service. This was the third company, and the second plumber I had out to fix my hot water tank and Mike was the only one who was a) able to deduce where my backflow issue was coming from, and b) informed me that my current install, was in fact, illegal. and c) provided me with a number of solutions, and were ready, willing, and able to swap out my gas tank for an electric tank without a hitch. I'm thoroughly impressed.

2 sons is now our designated “go-to” plumbing company. Booking was easy and quick. Robert and Trung were outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable, didn’t wear shoes in my home and provided us with options for the two services we had complete.

1. Full sump pump re-do. This wasn’t easy and Robert and Trung didn’t leave until the work was up to their standards. They made a last minute tweak to the outdoor plumbing point, not because they had to, but because they were not completely satisfied with how the water was exiting with a splash.
2. We had a drain repaired in one of our showers that was leaking.

Top notch team. I can’t explain enough how important it is to have good, honest and reputable plumbers on your side.

Had a leak late last night and 2 sons was able to come out today and take a look. I called a bunch of other places and no one was able to come out anytime soon. We had shut off the water, not knowing where the leak was coming from. Austyn was able to come out, assess the problem and let us know it wasn't the water heater but the pressure. He explained to us what needed to be fixed and that we didn't need to replace the water heater. The price was reasonable for the work. Within a few hours he was done and all is good in our home. I would definitely recommend 2 sons and Austyn.

Tyler was a joy to work with. He is super friendly, detail oriented, and a natural teacher that wants to explain every step of the process. The excavation crew was also very good at what they do, and had our front yard back to normal as close as they could get it, down to the detail of raking our rocks and physically seperating the colors (we had grey and red rocks in our front yard). It actually wasn't even a problem, just a fix and a proposed problem that never existed. I will be doing anything in my power to NEVER recommend South West Plumbing and continue to support Joe's 2 Son's and especially the work of Tyler and Kua. Even after showing the estimate of work South West Plumbing quoted, Tyler said we could do the same work for 1/3 the price but it absolutely wasn't necessary.

I am so happy I called these guys! So my water pipe in my yard somehow blew up, yeah... BLEW UP. And the whole yard started flooding, I don't even want to get into the amount of plants and bushes I lost due to this issue. I remember I had a buddy of mine that told me he had pipe blow up too and he called these guys. I called them, they were at my house within 20 minutes. They stopped the leak, fixed the pipe.
