Our water heater decided to spring a leak out of the top and was flooding our garage when we noticed it at 8:45 at night. Local Rooter and Plumbing (LRP) was the second company I called and they actually answered the call and came out within 30 minutes. Duy was professional, helpful and had extremely reasonable pricing. We will definitely be using him again when the need arises.

I called Chandler Plumbing with a water heater emergency for a rental property. They responded immediately, and set up a service call for the same day, actually within a few hours. The technician showed up on time, and was able to replace my water heater right away. They were fast, professional and took care to protect the area that they were working and while removing the old water heater. The price was exactly what they quoted and I would definitely use them again. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service.

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

My review is based on scheduling and fees. JENNIFER scheduled my non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I promptly provided all requested information. After coordinating with my landlord ($55 fee if you're not the homeowner), I provided my credit card information; AMBER would not take my credit card information before connecting with my Landlord. I received a call back from STEPHANIE to tell me that there is a $100 emergency fee for my appointment. I asked her why JENNIFER said there is no emergency fee for my appointment. STEPHANIE told me that their staff GAVE AWAY MY APPOINTMENT and I have to pay the fee. She said that it took a long time for my landlord to call back. This long time is less than one hour. If this is Mr. Rooter's perception of time, how much will they bill for their TIME to work on job? After expressing my disappointment, STEPHANIE was merely accepting of it. She never apologized at all. It would be better had they told me about the additional fees BEFORE they took my credit information. She didn't even give me a new appointment time. There is NO VALID EXPLANATION for the additional $100 fee. Nothing else changed since JENNIFER gave me the non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I do not recommend this business due to lack of transparency and honesty.

Genmor Plumbing is the best company for any plumbing services. They have been my go to company for more than 3 years until I didn't need their services anymore and started using a different company. Their customer service was always there when they needed it, even if they had to call me at work. They're very friendly and always willing to help in any way they could.

Tim Vu came out initially to work on our sewer line which was clogged and also needed to install a new clean out. While he was out he also found some leaks and potential problems in our system. All was repaired in a timely way. I was so impressed by him and the company that I signed up for their home protection plan which is a wonderful security and not to mention offers discounts on service. Part of the plan was his draining the water heater. I highly recommend the company, Tim Vu, and their home protection plan.

They did a great job in installing a new water heater and water softener at our house.
