What seemed to be a simple unclog drain is turning out to be an in-depth project. However, Kevin Bueno has been the consummate professional, consistently updating me on each new curve he was thrown. There is more work to be completed in the coming days, but I feel Kevin and his crew will handle the rest in an equally professional manner.

Tech came to my home for an issue I thought we had with our toilet lines. He inspected all toilets and found no issues. He explained that the toilets where doing what they were suppose too and proceeded to show me and give details. He could have easily pretended to do some work and then charge me. Cost for today $0, but they found a life long customer.

These guys did a great job removing galvanized pipes and re-routing the water lines in my 100 year old house. He was responsive via email, phone, and text; accommodating to various requests from me and my wife; and got the work done as planned.

Could not be happier with the service.

I requested a plumber on Thumbtack to fix my broken sprinkler valve pipe since it was causing a leak. Kevin arrived on time between the 8-10am window and gave me the estimate. It was surely on the higher side and much more than we expected but since it was an emergency, we decided to go with Kevin on the repair. Kevin did a good job explaining the issue and answering my questions. Because he was able to complete the work quickly including replacing the affected valve, he offered a small discount which I appreciated. Overall, he did a very good job and gave a limited warranty on the work done.

Fast, friendly, efficient, and good prices! We price checked with three different companies when we had a serious plumbing crisis (tiolets weren’t working and sewage was filling up both showers). They guarantee their work for 3 months, and they wouldn’t even accept a tip from us! We’ve found our “go-to” plumbers. They are definitely our heroes!

Once again I had the same problem as several weeks ago with toilets backing up into tubs and showers. Robert Garcia did a wonderful job the first time and had to come today to do it again. It seems the issue is the main pipes under the house the park is responsible for. But, Robert got it all cleaned out again and hopefully it won’t happen again. He’s really good at what he does!

Tracey came and checked my sewer line for blockage. It's a big job but the quote seems fair.
The job ended up costing more as more issues were found upon digging. I agreed to deal with it sooner than later. The entire crew were fantastic. Answering all my questions and just being genuinely nice guys. I totally recommend them!

Needed the water heater replace.
The technicians name was Arnold. He was on time, very professional and informative. Before long the work was done and he left the place clean and tidy. Will call here again if I need more work done.

Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again.

Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given.

About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated!

Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... oh, you're gonna want more than that... so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :(
