The plumber Gustavo Escamilla is very nice, professional, hard working, personable, and good with communicating about the homeowners plumbing issue. I rate him 5 star.My review is slightly less than 5 star overall because I believe that I was being up-sold to do work on my old house plumbing by them looking for issues under the house as well as scare tactics about what could happen when the road if I don't take care of an issue now. I had to be in my toes to ask questions to help me prioritize what was truly urgent.

Highly recommendable, extremely knowledgeable and very professional, the absolute top plumber i have ever dealt with in my 30 years of dealing with plumbing issues. Ive been a loyal customer for literally decades and i wouldnt trust anyone else with any plumbing needs. There really is no room for improvement, see for yourself just ask any questions and they will answer them immediately with no hesitation and give all options it's incredible. My houses keep changing but my plumbing company will never change!!!!!

Marti's is our go to plumber service for last 4+ years!  They hold a great work ethic and excellent customer service.  Honest, fast, professional and knowledgeable!  They've been very reliable each time we've had an emergency (clogged kitchen sink, main pipe burst, and leaking water heater and replacement), or just needed a repair (leaky tub) or install a new toilet. I've recommended them to family and friends, and they've have had the same great experience of getting good and honest service.

We had a problem with our toilet and the person who answered was very helpful in setting up a time. Didn’t give a crazy 8 hour window like some places do. He even asked me what time worked best for me. Nam was our plumber and he called about 20 mins before arriving. He checked the sink, the shower as well as the toilet to narrow down the problem. He explained the possible issues and gave an estimate before starting the work and luckily it did not require removal of the toilet. Overall, we felt like they were very professional and good at explaining things too. Please keep up the good work!

Chandler was punctual and quickly identified our shower head pressure issue. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Would highly recommend!! Professional service and great value.

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

Ricardo is an awesome gentleman he was very professional and friendly.We need more people like this individual on earth.He diagnosed our System and fix the Problem. Right on time before the holidays.We now have a warm and cozy home for our family, friends and furry kiddos. ;)

For my large older apartment complex in San Jose, Genmor plumbing replaced all the interior water lines and a lot of exterior in ground water lines to new copper lines. They also replaced the smaller sewer lines in the buildings and some outside main lines. to ABS. And took care of some other repairs needed in the buildings. Genaro, the boss, was working at the site with his crew most of the days under the buildings and in the units and keeps his crew on track. From the Betty in the office and Genaro on-site they were a great coordination team to get this difficult job done. I highly recommend Genmor plumbing for this type of work.

My service technician did a fantastic job clearing out a stubborn washing machine drain clog. He was kind, professional, and explained everything he did in case it becomes an issue again. He also cleaned up everything after he left. Highly recommend.

Benny was professional and knew how to solve the clogged pipe issue. Everything done in an hour. Would definitely use again when needed.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

Great responsive service

We had a rotten smell seeping into our garage. The PGE inspector confirmed it was not gas and assumed it was the main sewer so we called R.P.S.. Sara Anderson was nothing but professional and extremely responsive. They performed a full inspection including our entire crawlspace and confirmed the smell is from decaying rodents in the crawlspace…I would 100% recommend R.P.S. to anyone in need of plumbing services as they do what’s needed to get to the bottom of your problems.

Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.

Giovani and team are very competent and easy to work with. He takes the time to explain the options and has always provided good rates. I've worked with them several times and strongly recommend them.
