I have the absolute best story as to why you should avoid Marti's Plumbing at all costs. With so many plumbers out there, trust me when I say DO NOT EVER give these people a chance. My main water line had broken and I googled and selected them to come do a pressure test and since they responded quickest gave them the opportunity to complete the replacement of my main water line. They took forever, abandoned the job, lied about the permit process, and took me to court to pay in full when they did not fulfill their obligations in the contract. The Judge obviously ruled in my favor because facts are facts, but the audacity, the lies, the inconvenience and the level unprofessionalism is something I have never witnessed in my life. Trust me when I say, do not let these people on your property or even bother working with them. They lied straight faced in court after taking oath. Please reference the photos for what they left my property looking like after the job was completed.

I am glad I found this company a few weeks ago when the main sewage line of our house got blocked (it later turned out the main line 6 feet deep under ground was broken). They came relatively quickly and worked non-stop for a few days until the problem was solved. They also took care of the permits and the inspection with the city. Both Duey and Jaime were a pleasure to deal with.

We had a leakage issue through the supply valve and supply line in the bathroom on a Saturday. We initially called another 24 hours company and quoted us $500 for the repair after checking the problem. That sounded ridiculous since the work wasn't as difficult. We rejected the work with that company and turned off the main line so that we could stop the leakage while we looked for few other options on Sunday.
I found the $15 sewer & drain company via Google and the reviews were good. Their rate was $115 for an hour and it sounded reasonable. The service person who fixed our leakage was Luis Gonzalez. He was very genuine and helped fix the problem pretty quickly. He provided bit of general information as well that helped us better understand how to prevent such problems in future.
I would recommend the company if you are looking for plumbing work to be done and definitely recommend Luis. Thank you team for helping us over the weekend since we were getting frustrated with not being able to use water for almost 1 day.

First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. Giovanni was extremely helpful in diagnosing a broken drain pipe at a rental property. He diagnosed the problem quickly and advised about the best way to proceed in replacing the broken pipe. He was knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and the challenges entailed in accessing the pipe, which was under a concrete slab foundation in a newly remodeled kitchen. He replaced the broken pipe and added two new clean outs, and his plumbing work was high quality and very professional. I highly recommend him. He provided outstanding service and patiently walked me through the entire process.

Their tools have a special camera to let you know exactly what the issue is in your pipes. He was very professional and provided such a relief for our household.
