I totally recommend Chandlers Plumbing. The tech Ismael came out within 1.5 hours of our call and fixed a waterline leak near the water heater. I called other plumbers and he was the lowest price on Saturday and did great work.

Kevin came out within the scheduled window time and did a fantastic job installing a new mixer valve for my bathroom renovation. He walked me through all steps installing the finishing pieces once the tub and surround is done. His friendly demeanor was a plus too.

Company has integrity and honored their warranty. Had a great experience initially with Juan and Adam a year or two ago when we had our install/replacement of existing piping, and when we had a minor issue recently, they came free of charge to fix it, and even helped with an issue that wasn’t their responsibility (we have uneven floors and our toilet was wobbling, and they added something underneath to level it out for us until we can get out floorboard fixed). Just to help us. Still no charge. The only negative was we had a hard time getting someone the first two times we called the office (more recently), but when we did get through today, they came out the same day and the field super (Sal) gave us his card and said we could call direct anytime and he’ll get someone right out if we ever need them again. Good company, great employees.

My experience with Elite Rooter was so amazing. We reached out to have them provide a quote for unclogging our bathroom sink. Their quote was very competitive, much cheaper than any of the other companies. They offered a same day appointment and were extremely flexible when our plans changed. Edgar gave us a call when he was on his way and was polite and friendly when he arrived, even wearing booties to not scratch our wood floors! He fixed our sink in less than 20 minutes, took photos for our reference, and talked us through future maintenance. I would definitely used this company again for any of our plumbing needs.

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

Put in a request and they got back very quickly to setup a next day, on-site appt to provide a quote. Tech called the morning of, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled due to an opening. He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm still collecting other competitive bids, but have been impressed by their professionalism and pre-sales service.

Giovanni was extremely helpful in diagnosing a broken drain pipe at a rental property. He diagnosed the problem quickly and advised about the best way to proceed in replacing the broken pipe. He was knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and the challenges entailed in accessing the pipe, which was under a concrete slab foundation in a newly remodeled kitchen. He replaced the broken pipe and added two new clean outs, and his plumbing work was high quality and very professional. I highly recommend him. He provided outstanding service and patiently walked me through the entire process.
