Best Repair in San Jose CA

With in 24hrs a plumber was at my house and installed my new kitchen faucet that I bought.

From first call to finished repair took 53 min. on a weekend. Now if only the insurance company was this responsive! He was friendly and efficient, and I thought good value for the money. Thank you Crown!

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

We decided to go for Local Rooter and Plumbing company as they quoted us with a reasonable price for faucet and valve replacement. After calling them, they send Jaime to give a quote. He's very professional and able to answer all my questions. He also cleaned up the place after finishing the job. Great communication and responsiveness!

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. Had low water pressure throughout the house for both hot and cold water. Giovani was very responsive and asked detailed questions over the phone regarding the issue.
