The pipes were broken at night, and I needed to fix it immediately. Found Local Rooter on Google and described the situation. Duey came by after 30 minutes. He locked the water line to avoid the water leaks and located the broken part. Because he couldn’t buy parts at night, he said he would come back the following day to replace the pipe. He came back early next morning with new pipes and replaced the broken pipes quicky. I'll definitely contact Local Rooter next time I need plumbing work done.

Chandlers Plumbing installed a new water heater for us. They were very professional, efficient, responsive and informative. I had many questions which were answered very patiently and timely. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.

I have been using them for a few years now. The service is great and the customer service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs drain cleaning or plumbing repairs.

They are double to triple the cost of any other vendor just to do a simple snake drain unclog. They did the job, but it could have been done at one-third the cost. Very sad. I can't pay any of my bills this month as it wiped out my budget.

$15 sewer and drain plumbers are the best. They have very competent plumbers. Customer service is top notch. They are honest, sincere, high integrity, reasonable and competent. I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

They were very fast! Next day appointment and they found me a slot despite sending request late at night. They came in and did the fixes quickly and professionally and with very short lead time. They were very courteous and professional. Henry was very professional and Jose did a great job with very high quality and professionally.

I had a plumbing emergency and needed help within 24 hours. My friend Lisa who has lived in San Jose her entire life is always a great resource when I need a referral. Several years ago she hired Water Quality Plumbing so I called them for help. They were able to get someone out to help me because it was a leak and knew that it was important.

Jason came out and gave me the options I had with my water softener/filter system. I could just disconnect since I wasn't using it or the other option to continue using it. I didn't think it was still in use until it started leaking so I said let's disconnect it! He was thorough with what the cost would be of the various parts right off the bat.

I asked him if he installed these systems, since this one was old, and he told me yes. He mentioned people can ask $5K-$8K for these systems so to be careful for that. He handed me a brochure and said since I was living alone in the house I didn't need anything fancy.

Right away I had a good feeling about Jason and knew he was trustworthy. I know everyone is skeptical of mechanics and plumbers so not only did I appreciate the referral, but also how honest and upfront Jason was. I definitely recommend working with Jason and will in the future when I have more plumbing needs.

Giovanni was the third plumber we called to diagnose a tricky problem in our pipes, as we were not confident in the assessments of the previous two plumbers. Giovanni took great care to diagnose the problem and clearly demonstrate and explain it to us, and he earned our trust. He is passionate about his work, and his price was reasonable as well. Highly recommended.
