We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

I got a problem at home that sewage-alike smell came out from AC/Furnace vent. I called my regular plumber who has no idea what happened. So I searched up Yelp and found Local Rooter & Plumbing and decided to have a try. Duy picked up the call immediately and agreed to send technician the same day. Paul showed up earlier than scheduled and he was so great! He carefully checked house and diagnosed the problem. And talked to me about why it happened. I did what he told and waiting for two days and now the odor seems gone! So appreciated!

I will ask Local Rooter & Plumber for all future plumbing work!

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

A little late on the review. But I would like to thank Antonio M he was really great and professionalI had a problem with the bathroom toilet a few months back. I called a few companies they did not fit my schedule. Than I called Rooeter hero, about an hour later Antonio showed up at my door step he was very patient with all my questions he gave me a price that was more than what I thought it would be but after watching the way he performed I knew it would be all worth the spending.Than you rooter hero I will definitely be calling you out with any further plumbing issues.

I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking. I called David from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. He is very reliable and easy to work with. He listens and always gives great fast service. If there were more stars I would place them. :)

Abel and the best bay plumbing crew are really stand up guys. They put a lot of effort and care into fixing my leaking shower and were very honest and accurate about their quotes and recommendations. I will certainly be calling best bay if I have any other plumbing issues

I called Miracle Plumbing on the suggestion of my contractor. We had a sewer smell coming from our shower. Judy was wonderful to talk to and sent Phil out immediately to assess the problem. He explained possible causes for the smell and then went to work to fix the issue. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

The job ended up costing more as more issues were found upon digging. I agreed to deal with it sooner than later. The entire crew were fantastic. Answering all my questions and just being genuinely nice guys. I totally recommend them!

This review has been due for some time now. I had Giovanni come to install a Pressure regulator valve and replace older faucet that was leaking in the bath room of my house. Gio was on time, courteous and did an excellent job (as usual).

He even gave us tips on bathroom remodel and few other items related to it. Gio is quite knowledgeable about the work he does I would recommend him for any work. He is priced very well as well which is extremely good for my pocket. Great service at very good price. Thanks Gio for the excellent work.

Ben Franklin Plumbing has been out several times this year for various jobs. They have proved timely, reliable and experienced. Their plumbers are pleasant and patient , do a thorough inspection, and explain what needs to be done and why. Their work and materials are good, and they clean up afterwards. They may be more costly than other companies, but so far they have done quality work at our home. I am satisfied as plumbing has to last years, so it is worth the investment and peace of mind.
