Just had a wonderful consultation, they were on-time, willing to go into the crawl space, and gave a comprehensive list of services needed.

Called on a Saturday and was told that someone will be at our place by 5PM. Duy actually showed up before 5.
Our problem turned out to be a broken sewer pipe instead of just a clog.
We reached an agreement on what needed to be done. People were there the next day (a little later than expected but not too bad) to work on the repair. The job was not 100% completed until for a couple of weeks but it was due to the city not being able to send out inspectors soon enough. (Thanksgiving week probably didn't help.)
Overall: good communication, easy to deal with.

Kevin promptly located the problem and installed the fix. He thoroughly verified the fix.
I highly recommend Kevin to all who have the need of plumbing issues.

Technician (Marco) was competent, clearly wanted to do a good job, and pleasant. Based on this, and previous, experiences with Rooter Hero drain service, I am a fully-satisfied customer.

I only gave them one star because I had to. This company is so disrespectful. I booked and appointment Thursday between 4pm and 6pm. 6:05pm no one showed yet. I text the owner no response. 7:05pm I left the owner a voicemail stating no one showed. It's now Saturday and no one has gotten back to me. I also looked up bad reviews and found a few one stating this company over charges and one where they stated work was needed to be done but was not needed. This company is not in the BBB. Please do your research before hiring this company.

Genmor Plumbing - San Jose is a reliable company that offers affordable and affordable services. I had an emergency plumbing leak and they got to the call quickly, fixed it quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

Miracle Plumbing was dispatched to our house within an hour of calling— thanks Judy! Joel came to help us understand what was causing our standpipe to overflow with sewage. He was able to root cause the problem within 30 minutes of arriving at our house. He was the third plumber we had called in a span of two weeks and the only one who was able to offer us a clear explanation of what was going on, as well as a solution to mitigate the issue (short term and long term). We agreed that a property clean out was needed and he started the job that same day! Thank you to Phil as well for helping Joel. We have not had any issues since. Highly recommend Joel and Phil for all your plumbing needs.

They canceled on Monday because someone twisted their ankle, they canceled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because they had no parts, (a toilet handle and a seal) they cancelled on Friday because they had no plumber available. We fired them. They NEVER phone you to say they are not coming, you sit at home in a 4 hour window day after day waiting. Then you phone them for the latest excuse.........

They were very fast! Next day appointment and they found me a slot despite sending request late at night. They came in and did the fixes quickly and professionally and with very short lead time. They were very courteous and professional. Henry was very professional and Jose did a great job with very high quality and professionally.

They are straightforward about the cost and will not nickel and dime you. If you say you can do the job they will help you and not just try to make cash out of you.

I Called up RPS for a normal faucet leak and turns out I had a lot more problems then Expected but that wasn’t a problem when Erine got to my house he had very extensive knowledge of what the problem was and how he could get the job done I’m very pleased with the work and how he explained everything to me as he got the job done. The technicians name was Arnold. He was on time, very professional and informative. Before long the work was done and he left the place clean and tidy. Will call here again if I need more work done.

Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. Thank you for a quick and excellent service. The kids will have showers before school tomorrow!

Really happy with Anthony Morin’s service. We called him as our sump pump did not work during the recent rains. Anthony checked and determined that the sump pump is working fine, and the issue is just with the electrical breaker that keeps tripping . He advised us the sump pump can run for some more time even if it is old and saved us from a costly replacement. He gave us advice on long term maintenance. Thanks.
