We used Mike Counsil Plumbing at our residence for several plumbing issues. Alex and Hector were very professional, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. They performed a thorough assessment of the issues we had and explained very clearly what our problems were and what our options were to resolve them. They provided us with a quote for the work that needed to be done and walked us through very simply and clearly what was wrong (including pictures they took from the crawlspace), what was causing the issues and exactly what they would be doing to fix them. They were very patient with us and answered all our questions without any pressure or heavy-handed salesmanship.One of this issues was more involved then originally anticipated. Alex and Hector kept working to try and resolve it. They realized they needed some other equipment and additional expertise from another crew who they dispatched to our home quickly. James and Ben picked-up the work seamlessly and worked diligently to complete the work – at no additional charge and no significant delay.The Mike Counsil crews also provided us with recommendations for additional work to help avoid further issues in the future. They did not pressure us with respect to the recommendations for additional work. They simply pointed out the potential problems that could occur and suggested we take care of the other issues to avoid further damage or expense later. They educated us so that we are now more knowledgeable about plumbing and about our needs. They provided us with a quote for the additional work and we have continued to discuss it with them in a very comfortable, low-key, productive and professional manner – which is a refreshing change from other services providers we have worked with in the past.We were very pleased and impressed with service, the results and the professionalism, competency and work ethic of the Mike Counsil crews. They were honest, forthright and dependable. We will definitely have Mike Counsil Plumbing at the top of our list to call with any future plumbing issues and will definitely recommend them to family, friends and co-workers. They were just simply great to work with. They made what could have been a very stressful and unpleasant situation a manageable one for us to deal with in a very short period of time. We feel like we have a real partner now with respect to the plumbing needs for our home.

Local Rooter and Plumbing was responsive and friendly. Andy (plumber) was a professional and did an excellent job repairing my pipe leak. He was a friendly and a pleaure to work with. He also took the initiative to buy kitty litter to spread around my crawl space to obsorb the moisture from the leaking pipe. Will call them again for my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Chandlers plumbing excellent service. After having my water heater replaced by chandlers plumbing is the only Plumbing service I will be calling from now on. Super fast, clean, and professional. Couldn’t be any happier and would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!!!

Our plumber was very kind and professional. It was a pleasure working with him (we almost didn’t even want to write the negative review because we liked him so much).Unfortunately the company he works for is not.Our issue with our drain was not fix and a new leak formed ( from the same pipe) after they worked on our pipe. Tony, the manager, wanted to charge us for the work even though it was not fixed and they caused a new leak. We were more than happy paying for the original work but we wanted the new leak fixed since it came from them. We told him we didn’t think this was fair to be charged hundreds more for them to look at the new leak considering that it started with their work.Tony started talking and within the first minute, I had a question. I admittedly interrupted him because I wanted to ask the question before he moved on. He was very rude and in a condescending way said, “excuse me I am talking. Please don’t interrupt me while I am speaking.”Tony was very unprofessional. He told us that we can’t prove that they caused the new leak. The new leak did not start until they worked on the pipe. He was extremely dismissive, not understanding of our point of view, and not willing to compromise or brainstorm solutions to the problem. He said it was our pipes fault (possibly old) and not theirs. Even if that was the case, the one star is for how Tony handled the situation. He seemed very angry and frustrated the whole conversation. Instead of deescalating a situation, he escalated it.He got extremely upset that we were going back and forth with him, called me crazy, stormed off and then said to never contact them again. We then said we’d still pay our plumber . Tony told him not to take our money because we would then later accuse him of robbing us!! I truly don’t understand how this person is a manager.

Great company with outstanding customer service. I reached out regarding a plumbing issue in my bathroom, they gave me an appointment within 24hrs and called to give an heads up before arriving.Ruben was the plumber assigned to me, he fixed the issue in less than 2mins and didn’t even charge me for it. I offered to tip him and he didn’t even accept that. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely work with them again and totally recommend.

Bruce and Henry came out to snake our drain, ended up having to do that twice, and installed a clean out. Someone, maybe prior owner, had flushed a bunch of wipes (a no-no!). Repairs were done on the rainiest, coldest days so far this season (Jan 2018). They were great to work with in spite of the conditions.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Genmor Plumbing. They responded quickly to my emergency call and had the owner on site within an hour's time. The plumber was professional, courteous and did a great job at a quick turnaround time!

Want to say that Steven Sowanick and John Locatelli provided excellent service and was able to diagnose and repair the issues that were occurring in the sewer line. Great, quality service that was done as fast as possible.

I had a sprinkler system stuck on that was flooding my yard. I couldn't find the shutoff valve. The technician came out and located it quickly. So quickly that they didnt ever charge me. Thanks for the great service!

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

Henry is a very professional plumber who can figure out how to fix my shower without enough hot water coming out, just change a part of the shower and no need to break the wall LOL, I am very happy with his work, thank you Henry!

I Called up RPS for a normal faucet leak and turns out I had a lot more problems then Expected but that wasn’t a problem when Erine got to my house he had very extensive knowledge of what the problem was and how he could get the job done I’m very pleased with the work and how he explained everything to me as he got the job done. Thank you Erine I really appreciate everything you did for me and my family.

This review is long overdue! We've used Water Quality Plumbing for several years in our property management business for maintenance work as well as repipes. We have always found that their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. For repipe work Marty is great, easy to work with and will discuss your options and ultimately make sure you get what makes sense for your home with quality workmanship at a very reasonable price. Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

Customer service is a priority for this plumbing company. From scheduling the appointment to following up after the completion of the job, they were responsive and attentive to my needs. Thanks to Fred and others.

I wish I could give 5 stars just for the result, but I really disappointed with their estimation price. I had a pipe leak near the water meter and it was the coupling which connecting the pipe the meter to the pipe going into the house. they said that they gonna dig in remove the water meter box to get some space to the pipe to do the fix and they'll put the box back in place and re cement the surface, but in reality they just dug the sand and cut the pipe then glued a new pipe to stop the leak. So in my opinion for others who will use their service make sure you know what they are going to charge you for, not trusting them fully because they make easy fix but make it seems so hard that going to cost you waaaay more money for the work they don't do. I hope this info helps.
