Came out promptly on a Saturday at no additional charge. I called probably half a dozen plumbers and they had the most reasonable quote. Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. The coupon on yelp is extremely generous!

Excellent value, excellent work. This is a quality local plumbing company that we highly recommend. Their quote was reasonable and did a great job. They installed new pipes and a tankless water. Duey was knowledgeable and responsive. It feels good to know a reliable plumber.

I noticed a leak today coming from my shower wall I panicked because I’ve never had a problem before just did a random Google search and found the wonderful people at chandlers they came out super fast found the problem spot quickly and they were in and out in no time flat and their pricing was incredibly reasonable I’m very glad I randomly choose them today and I’ll definitely use them again when the next crisis arises!

These guys were prompt and professional. Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me a new faucet; first looked to see if they could correct the issue. After assessing the corrected faulty handle at a fraction of what others were quoting. If your looking for a team that will assess before pricing (which was fair by the way) then they are the way to go. We will use them again.

Once we found out that we lost the water in our house to a burst pipe, I was really worried! We began seeing leaks like crazy and were afraid of the damage. However, after getting three different estimates from different companies, it was clear to both of us that Genmor Plumbing had taken care of all the drains in our house. They did a great job and were there for any questions or needs. We definitely recommend their services!

I had two experiences due to an emergency leak in both of my bathrooms. The inspectors, supervisors, and journeymen were really nice and accommodating; They understood that this is my first time dealing with house repairs and explained the situation as clearly and concisely as possible. I appreciated the phone calls from the dispatchers as well to let me know when to expect the journeymen. All those such repairs are expensive, I appreciate the customer service and care more so.

Judy is amazing! Very kind, thorough, and responsive. Was able to answer the multiple questions I had pertaining to the possible work I was going to need done. Although I ended up doing the work with a friend, Judy gave me a follow up call just to check back in. Their customer service was much appreciated!

Henry & Martin were prompt & easy to work with. Tub & Shower fixture installation was completed to my satisfaction. Suggest researching & purchasing all fixtures and having them pre- approved by plummer for your installation before the job is scheduled.
There is some variation in metal finishes between manufacturers,
worth the effort to pre-purchase and compare with other fixtures in home
before plummer installation.

RPS said they did drainage. When I asked for a bid, then a down spout and subdrain were 'outside their scope of work.' Tell people initially on the phone that you only install faucets, don't waste their time on site as well.

Please get your facts straight! I said I reached out to twenty, two replied with reasonable bids, and the other eighteen wanted to do landscaping as well...all told me on the phone up front (didn't waste my time showing them, discussing, so forth.) It's ok if the experience isn't there, but making excuses instead of just saying so is just unprofessional. I hope better choices can be made going forward.

This company is super awesome.
The service individuals are always so polite, efficient and knowledgeable, and I find their rates to be very decent.
I wish other service companies made me feel that I was a person, not just a $$$ sign.

I had a leak coming from my garage. A plumber came right away. He explained the problem, issued a quote and scheduled the date to come back and fix it. Parts needed to be ordered. They came back promptly fixed the leak and installed the new parts. Their knowledge and expertise saved me a lot money. The plumbers are professional friendly and completed the work quickly. Very happy with their work.
