Heber and Anthony were great! They came within the time window as advised, followed safety protocols (mask, gloves and social distance) introduced themselves properly and were very professional. After they made the initial inspection; they told me whats going on and how they will fix it and a time frame. We agreed on a price to do the job which is very reasonable. They left to gather materials, came back and finished it. I highly recommend these guys!

I had a great experience with Local Rooter's plumbing services! My kitchen sink was clogged seriously on Sunday, and Local Rooter was the only company that responded promptly in the morning. Duey helped diagnose the problem and informed me that two guys would need to use a pressure tool to fix it the next day. On Monday, Jorge and Jaime arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue within 2 hours. I highly recommend Local Rooter for any plumbing needs! .

Technician was on time and very polite, quickly realised the valve underneath the tank was the culprit of the leak and had it fixed in 20 mins. Great service!

Our plumber Steven was such a nice guy - the guy you hope they will send out. He was willing to go above and beyond clearing roots from the drain to making sure it was draining into the septic tank. He explained what he found to me, and then again to my husband over the phone. He was on-time, perfectly polite and patient with me in my ignorance of plumbing problems.

Prompt response, courteous. But they don't do electrical work for our electrical water heater installation. So we can not use their service.

Came home from vacation and water heater started leaking like crazy. We turned off the water and, based on previous positive experience with a bathroom toilet repair, we knew to call Giovanni first. He walked me through the issue and luckily no repair was needed this time -- thank you, Giovanni! You can bet we're going back to San Jose Drain and Main when an issue requiring repair comes up in the future.
