Job started with a sewer back-up and ended with a sewer replacement. The plumber on the job (Richard) was very helpful all the way through the job. He explained what needed to be done and how he proposed to do it. Glen is the salesman (has you sign the contract). Glen told me the sewer line was 75ft. that didn't seem right, I measured it and it was 52ft. The job is priced by the foot, so double check! If it wasn't for the plumber Richard I would have found another outfit!

Tech came to my home for an issue I thought we had with our toilet lines. He inspected all toilets and found no issues. He explained that the toilets where doing what they were suppose too and proceeded to show me and give details. He could have easily pretended to do some work and then charge me. Cost for today $0, but they found a life long customer.

Great experience! I called for an urgent shower stopper issue, and someone was at my house within 3 hours. It was a tricky job and the tech was having some issues getting the part installed so a manager came out on his way home to provide some additional support. The matter was resolved in the same day. I reached out to Genmor because my mom had her pipes installed with them. When the city came out to inspect, they asked her who did her pipes? She told them Genmor and the inspector stated, they did a great job. For my place, I not only had my pipes completely re piped but, had the shower heads in both bathrooms raised. I am super happy with they sealed up the walls even with the job after. I also installed a water filter at the main. I can already fell a difference how my water feels to me. I love love it! They took their time, explained thoroughly to me the job. Also the sheetrock came out awesome. Would highly recommend them! :)

I have used Abel V's services three times to replace leaking water heaters past 12 months. I found them on Thumbtack app & very happy with them. The job price & customer service was exceptional and will use again! Their communication from start to finish was excellent. I paid by credit card over the phone upon completing the job. By the way they are a CA licensed full service plumbing service! So they do more than just install gas water heater!

Judy and Joel were great. Their system sends you reminders by text and email many times, whifh I appreciate because we have a packed schedule. They even sent a picture of Joel so I knew what he looked like and could greet him properly. Joel was very courteous and professional, fixing my frozen shower cartridge quickly. He even offered some advice for a smaller issue I had after looking at it real quick. Can't recommend them enough!
