Had a leaky toilet flush. The team from Mr rooter turned up earlier than expected and were able to talk me through the problem, the various options available, and then managed to fix the issue within 1 hour. They also have a 1 year warranty for the parts they've fixed, which was reassuring

I needed this locksmith company after the alarm went off at my building and I got locked out of my apartment. I called them in a frantic state and they came to the scene quickly. They also offered me some great advice on how to prevent this from happening again, so I will definitely be staying with them!

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

Called them at 5 in the evening, they came out first thing next day. Took pictures of the broken part, then went to buy replacements. Got the part and replaced it.
The broken part had a stripped screw - i was afraid that we would have to cut open the surrounding parts also, but the plumber was able to remove it without cutting. That saved me a bunch of money.

The final bill was very reasonable, considering that they came out first thing in the morning, and the plumber was very professional and cleaned up after the replacement was done.

I would definitely consider miracle for my future plumbing needs.

This is my third time using R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services. I had a leak from my upstairs bathtub and sent in a request through Thumbtack on Christmas Eve. As expected from past experience, they were very responsive and gave me an appointment on Monday after Christmas. The technician, David, arrived on time and fully explained what he needed to do to diagnose the problem before and during troubleshooting. Once he located the source of the leak, he got me a quote on the repair. Due to the holiday, no plumbing supply stores were open, so he gave me an appointment for the very next morning. Another technician, also named David and his assistant arrived and, again, were very courteous, explaining their progress at various points during the repair, including dealing with having to go out and buy a part the plumbing supply had omitted from the kit. Once they completed the repair, they performed a test it to make sure there were no more leaks and instructed me to allow the supplemental caulking in the shower to fully cure for a few hours before using the shower. R.P.S. Ribbs provides quality service at a fair price and all the technicians I have dealt with the three times I have used them have provided outstanding customer service. I will continue to use R.P.S. for all my plumbing needs!

Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again.

Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given.

About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated!

Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... oh, you're gonna want more than that... so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :(

After calling and texting many for an urgent leaking shut off valve with no response. Wilver texted me back right away and schedule me with a quick same day morning appointment. Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. Thank you for a quick and excellent service. The kids will have showers before school tomorrow!

Horrible company! Doesn’t show up. Never use this company! When they showed up they quoted an insane amount for installation. Predator pricing!! Just awful
