I hired Local Rooter to conduct an analysis since the water bill had increased more than twice as much as in previous months. They promptly discovered some water leaks beneath the ground and advised replacing the pipes because they were too old. They supplied me a video depicting the leak's position along with information about the parts that would need to be fixed and the materials they would employ. The plumber, Duey, was knowledgable and accommodating. He and his group completed the project in one day. A reasonable price and professional service.

We were in an emergency situation where the water was leaking from the water heater like a waterfall. We called several plumbing companies in the area and decided to schedule an appointment with Rooter Hero because of their 4.7 review. We waited and nobody came. We had to follow youtube videos to learn how to stop the water & gas etc. We called them again and they said the appointment was never confirmed. That is how we wasted our day.

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.

Wilver and Eric helped installing a copper pipe in bathroom and fixed a bad leaking issue. We are so happy found this plumbing service team! Wilver explained every details to me. Jamie and his team performed a difficult leak repair underneath the slab of my townhouse. They worked with the leak detection people and determined where it was, and were very prompt in their appointments and took care of it within a few days. Plum tree Plumbing’s courteous and professional crew arrived on time and efficiently identified the cause of the foul smell emanating from under a bathroom. They identified the problem, completed the work within the timeframe and cost estimated. While they were under the house with access to the main line they showed how things looked, where potential stress points existed. It’s VERY old plumbing in my 94 y/o mothers house. They gave her information needed to make decisions about just fixing the immediate problem or doing some preventative work too. There was absolutely NO attempt to “sell” her. The goal was to inform, educate and make sure she was 100% satisfied. She is. I’m her daughter, I was here during the process, so I can attest to this. She will use Plumbtree, as will I for all plumbing needs. She’s already given their number to her neighbors. She used a Rooter service before- what a nightmare. 2 hrs late, the cost went way over. They left mid job to do another job came back at 7 pm to finish. It was nearly 10pm before they left and one of the young men asked me out (gross). Real plumbers do rooter service too but these Rooter people are not necessarily actual plumbers. We learned the hard way that it makes a difference. So grateful to have found Plumbtree! Save yourself money and headaches- and go with the Pros.

I highly recommend this company. I dealt primarily with the owner Cory, and he was all over my job. We had a very complicated set of circumstances, including a brick driveway that needed to be excavated in order to fix the leak. They handled it really well.The plumbers were very experienced (Keith and Andrew did the work), and very professional. Good guys. They completed my job in a quality manner, Even the concrete guy they used (Ken) did a fine job! Overall a good, neat job. My only issue (which is small) was they were really busy, and sometimes the plumbers had to leave to evaluate another nearby job, but this didn’t affect the work too much. I would use Advanced Quality Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!!!
