We had a back flow from one of drain sinks gave them a call and they where able to send someone with in about an hour. They uncloged the drain/pipe and where able to find the main root of the problem.

I went online to find a new plumber, read the reviews, called and was met with a friendly, caring person at Bueno Plumbing, who I knew wanted to help get me the service I needed asap. She even offered to call if there was a cancellation. I was given the first available timeframe and was kept apprised as to the arrival time. Work was explained, handled professionally, quickly and for a very fair price. I will use them again and will be a customer for life.

We had a serious underground leak at our commercial building, the San Jose water company came out and shut of ALL water without informing anyone! They were able to fix my toilet and unclog my drain. Every other plumbing service in the area was charging me $100+ to do the same job. The guys at Genmor Plumbing did it for a fraction of that cost, with no fuss or muss!

They are double to triple the cost of any other vendor just to do a simple snake drain unclog. They did the job, but it could have been done at one-third the cost. Very sad. I can't pay any of my bills this month as it wiped out my budget.

Henry is a very professional plumber who can figure out how to fix my shower without enough hot water coming out, just change a part of the shower and no need to break the wall LOL, I am very happy with his work, thank you Henry!
