We had a leak next to the washing machine and the pipe had burst so we called Mike Council Plumbing... Wow. They were so professional and got right back to us from the get go. Mario came to take care of the problem and was so awesome. ON Time, so nice, and did an amazing job!!!!!!!!I will honestly not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. These people are awesome. Thank you Mario you are the best!!!!!!!!

I just had Ernie from Crown Plumbing to replace a faucet, he arrived on time was polite and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

We hired Local Rooter to fix the toilet in my main bathroom the same day and the rent was called shortly after to thank me for finding such a professional, efficient and reasonably priced company. Thank you, local Rooter, for taking care of them!

He did a fantastic job diagnosing, getting the new water heater and installing it all in the same day! Very professional, clean and knowledgeable.

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

not recommended. 1. wanted to charge more for what was included in original bid for water heater R&R. and 2.not knowledgeable to fix a clogged sink issue suggesting the pipe needs to be torn down and replaced and asking for more money when another plumber took 5 mins to resolve the issue the next day. 3 charged credit card on unauthorized charges. beware!

They did a great job in installing a new water heater and water softener at our house.

Hector the technician was nice and communicative but they promised to come out the same day and then a few hours later called to say they could not come till the next day. By then i had stopped calling other plumbers expecting to have my problem fixed that day. i asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would within 48 hours. Nobody did. Next day they fixed it and i told them i wanted to speak with a manager and again, nobody called. The same issue with the same piece of equipment happened the next day after they fixed it and i called them and they could not send somebody to fix it until the next day. Again, i asked to speak with a manager and nobody has called back.

Allstar Plumbing just repaired our water heater. They responded very quickly to our repair request. When Jesse got here, he dug right into the repair. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he came fully prepared. There was no stopping work and running out to get parts.

Guy was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He spent time to go over all the tasks along with providing his expert opinion for everything. Thank you for your service!

Wilver and his crew were so amazing. PG&E came by to turn on our gas and told us they would not turn it on as we had a leak. I called Wilver and he came over pretty quickly. They diagnosed that we had 3 leaks. They quickly fixed 2 leaks and capped off the gas to that went to our outdoor gas grill and fireplace. We were able to get PG&E turn on our gas. The next day Wilver and his crew came back and laid new gas pipe from our house to our gas grill and fireplace. They did an amazing job, and even patched and painted the opening to our fireplace. I was super impressed with Wilver he was upfront and clear about what needed to be done. I will use and recommend him for any more plumbing issues I have. Five Stars for them!
