I called with an odd job to fix my toilet. They picked up right away, agreed to do the work, set an appointment for the next day. Sal showed up on time and was compliant with social distancing guidelines. He was a nice guy, very helpful and professional, got the job done and everything is working great now. Price was reasonable too.

Came out promptly on a Saturday at no additional charge. I called probably half a dozen plumbers and they had the most reasonable quote. Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. I called on the morning of Christmas Eve with a major clog in the drain that blocked up the entire house. Bueno plumbing was there within 25 minutes and took care of the problem. I would definitely use these guys again. I think the technician was Edgar. He was very nice explained everything. Then he got to work and did the job. Five stars!!!

Ours was a multi-day fix and install of 2 cleanouts (one front of house, and one in back.) After several attempted maintenance trips over 3yrs, the roots were taking over so badly that it was causing damage to the old clay piping. After 2 failed snake attempts and then a camera run, the Elite guys found sitting water in a damaged area, and pinpointed the exact location to dig. Carlos from Elite was extremely kind and professional, and worked over the Thanksgiving holiday, in the rain, by himself. He took special care to make sure the area was clean and secure before leaving. I appreciated the communication from him each day about what work was remaining. If you’re reading this, I’m sure you can relate to the terribly unpleasant and aggravating experience of seeing raw sewage rising up in your shower, while the laundry washer drains during the spin cycle. Anyhow, in the spirit of the holiday season, our landlord was gracious enough to handle almost the entire experience, so I can’t speak to the initial call and dealings afterwards. However, I can say Carlos showed up each day, and got the job done. The relief of knowing the line is fixed and clear is a true blessing for the holidays. Thank you Elite and thank you Carlos.

My review is based on scheduling and fees. JENNIFER scheduled my non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I promptly provided all requested information. After coordinating with my landlord ($55 fee if you're not the homeowner), I provided my credit card information; AMBER would not take my credit card information before connecting with my Landlord. I received a call back from STEPHANIE to tell me that there is a $100 emergency fee for my appointment. I asked her why JENNIFER said there is no emergency fee for my appointment. STEPHANIE told me that their staff GAVE AWAY MY APPOINTMENT and I have to pay the fee. She said that it took a long time for my landlord to call back. This long time is less than one hour. If this is Mr. Rooter's perception of time, how much will they bill for their TIME to work on job? After expressing my disappointment, STEPHANIE was merely accepting of it. She never apologized at all. It would be better had they told me about the additional fees BEFORE they took my credit information. She didn't even give me a new appointment time. There is NO VALID EXPLANATION for the additional $100 fee. Nothing else changed since JENNIFER gave me the non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I do not recommend this business due to lack of transparency and honesty.

For my large older apartment complex in San Jose, Genmor plumbing replaced all the interior water lines and a lot of exterior in ground water lines to new copper lines. They also replaced the smaller sewer lines in the buildings and some outside main lines. to ABS. And took care of some other repairs needed in the buildings. Genaro, the boss, was working at the site with his crew most of the days under the buildings and in the units and keeps his crew on track. From the Betty in the office and Genaro on-site they were a great coordination team to get this difficult job done. I highly recommend Genmor plumbing for this type of work.

Called because kitchen sink was backing up into garage sink. Judy was so warm and helpful on the phone, she said they were busy but she would add me as a floater appointment. Soon after the call I got a text saying Joel would be there between 5-7pm He showed up at 5:30 very professional and friendly. Fixed the problem for less then the first company I called was going to charge me for after 5pm labor!!! Thank you so much Judy and Joel. Next time I need a plumber I will definitely use your service!!!?

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

He is very professional and a great communicator. Always stays in touch with his progress and goes the extra mile to make sure the work is complete. I would never use anyone else!!! Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.

If a wonderful plumbing experience is a thing, this is it. Professional and courteous. I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service.
