Best Emergency Drain Service in San Jose CA

A kitchen/laundry room job that consisted of replacing four values, two for the clothes washer and two for a small kitchen sink was estimated to cost approximately $4000! That figure is not a typo. I had the work performed by another plumber for $390. That value is also not a typo. Also, when discussing plumbing details with MC Plumbing workers, who are always nice, it is quickly apparent that they no essentially nothing about corrosion when they use terms like electrolysis when they should be using the term galvanic corrosion. (I am a registered profession corrosion engineer in California. I even offered to teach their crew the fundamentals of corrosion, but never heard back from them.) Bottom line: Their work is good, but their prices are unacceptably.

Crown Plumbing have been my go-to people since I bought my house 5 years ago. They always do outstanding work at reasonable prices, whether its emergency, repair, or full remodel (and they've done all of it for me!)

We've had Victor and his plumbers over several times for a variety of jobs. (Plumbing seemed to be the weak spot in the construction of our home.) They've been reliable, courteous, and have done good work for us. Plumbers are never cheap, but their hourly rate seems about right.

Evan came out to our office and did an amazing job! He was very professional and not to mention he went above and beyond of what we needed him to do (he is also a real nice guy as well). These guys were great!

Kevin was fast and responsive. He quickly installed a temp fix to save water while the larger project was underway. He documented all of the steps they took, and finished the work fast. Will hire again.

Omar and Juan have helped us in the past and this time was just as amazing as last time! The whole crew did a very quick and excellent job redoing all our pipes in the entire front of the house. It was a huge job but their crew finished exceptionally fast and at no inconvenience to us. They are always so polite, courteous and friendly as well, which makes any process easier. We switched our plumbing service to rooter hero and have used them several times now and have such a great experience every time! Recently had the pleasure of using Genmor Plumbing for some much-needed drain cleaning services. Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough.

They completed the job very professionally. It was a very demanding clean out sewer access manhole and they kept at it until the line was clear of roots and cleaned.

These guys were awesome. I own a local preschool and one of our toilets started backing up. I called them to see if they could schedule someone that day or the next, low and behold they sent someone immediately. Chris (the owner) personally came to make sure everything was okay. On time and on budget ! Had a few minor quality issues.

Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

The quality of work done by this company is top-notch. They use high-quality materials and their workmanship is excellent. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Great work and I am very pleased with their service. Bay Area Plumbing started work on the sewer line out in my front yard right away (it broke right where my sewer pipe meets the city sewer pipe). Roots had grown through from a tree in our front yard. They started work the same day and Bay Area Plumbing handled calling 811 (Underground Service Alert) for me; they handled the permit needed with the City of San Jose (I did not know that a permit is needed when repairing the sewer line), which saved me time from filing one myself. They had to dig 7+ feet down in my yard (due to my raised front yard) in order to get to the broken sewer line. I was only without water for maybe an hour or so during the process. The longest wait was for the City Inspector to approve and sign off on the work. The work was finished a lot quicker than I expected and done correctly. I was kept well informed of the progress, and the next steps in the process (I've never had a sewer line problem before). Bay Area Plumbing always brought me outside to explain the situation as their work progressed, also taking pictures of the progress and sent them to me for my records (before, during and after pictures). His entire crew was very friendly and professional. Thank you for a great job.
