I had a clogged toilet that I couldn't clear with a 6 ft auger. Called them as they had a coupon for $79. Eddie came and somehow cleared it with the same length auger--clearly expertise helps! In and out in 10 minutes. Awesome service--will be my go to from here!

Used RR in a professional capacity at the commercial building we take care of. Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

Henry is a very professional plumber who can figure out how to fix my shower without enough hot water coming out, just change a part of the shower and no need to break the wall LOL, I am very happy with his work, thank you Henry!

Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.
