Charles and his helper alex are the best. Very knowledgeable and communicative throughout job. Do more than I thought needed to get done but what to expect with an older home. Good guys would definitely use them again and ask for same guys.

These guys are great. I've had two interactions with them recently. They're now in my address book for future needs!
1. I put an offer on a house & had them come out for a detailed plumbing inspection. They found that the copper piping was bad and needed to be replaced. They were professional, friendly, and drew up a cost estimate immediately. Upon careful consideration, I decided to withdraw the offer and saved a ton of money as well as a big headache.
2. More recently, they came out to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink. Found the leak quickly and advised how I could fix it myself quickly and pretty easily. Of course, they said that they'd be happy to come out and do it themselves, if I'd prefer. I was impressed with their transparency.

I have the absolute best story as to why you should avoid Marti's Plumbing at all costs. With so many plumbers out there, trust me when I say DO NOT EVER give these people a chance. My main water line had broken and I googled and selected them to come do a pressure test and since they responded quickest gave them the opportunity to complete the replacement of my main water line. They took forever, abandoned the job, lied about the permit process, and took me to court to pay in full when they did not fulfill their obligations in the contract. The Judge obviously ruled in my favor because facts are facts, but the audacity, the lies, the inconvenience and the level unprofessionalism is something I have never witnessed in my life. Trust me when I say, do not let these people on your property or even bother working with them. They lied straight faced in court after taking oath. Please reference the photos for what they left my property looking like after the job was completed.

Duey installed my whole house water filter and softener. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and communicated well. His workmanship was excellent, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places I called. I will definitely use them again!.

I had originally yelped for plumbing services and came across Chandler's Plumbing. I saw the great reviews this business had and decided to give it a try. I had an after hours emergency so I thought they would upcharge me an arm and a leg. But luckily Chandler gave me a really good deal and dispatch someone right away. When Ray arrived he was very professional and wore a mask in 100 degrees temperature. Ray listened very well and figured out right away where the problem was. He was fast, effective, and reliable. Ray is truly a honest and genuine plumber and I highly recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Kitchen sink had a slow drain issue that I and another plumber were not able to resolve. Came as a team of two and gave a quick estimate and were immediately able to start working. They stuck on the issue and were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

We worked with Brian, who was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and did a great job explaining everything/answering our endless questions. He even worked hard to truly understand the root cause of our problem and identified that a cap was left in the pipes! We now feel confident in the decisions we made with Brian's guidance and were able to resolve the true problem. Would definitely call Mr. Rooter in the event that we have any more problems! Highly recommended!

Genaro arrived Sunday at 8am and in two non-stop hours of work fixed our broken water main just on our side of water meter box. He did this after hours-work at a fair price. I give him highest recommendation.

These guys showed up on time, came on short notice and took care of a job that another plumber could not. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward. I'd use them again for sure. BTW, Judy in the office is an amazing lady. So kind, such a big help!

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

They installed my tankless water heater in 2014 with excellent service. I just had them out to do the annual flush on it and I am extremely pleased with their work, friendliness, and expertise .

Great work and I am very pleased with their service. Bay Area Plumbing started work on the sewer line out in my front yard right away (it broke right where my sewer pipe meets the city sewer pipe). Roots had grown through from a tree in our front yard. They started work the same day and Bay Area Plumbing handled calling 811 (Underground Service Alert) for me; they handled the permit needed with the City of San Jose (I did not know that a permit is needed when repairing the sewer line), which saved me time from filing one myself. They had to dig 7+ feet down in my yard (due to my raised front yard) in order to get to the broken sewer line. I was only without water for maybe an hour or so during the process. The longest wait was for the City Inspector to approve and sign off on the work. The work was finished a lot quicker than I expected and done correctly. I was kept well informed of the progress, and the next steps in the process (I've never had a sewer line problem before). Bay Area Plumbing always brought me outside to explain the situation as their work progressed, also taking pictures of the progress and sent them to me for my records (before, during and after pictures). His entire crew was very friendly and professional. Thank you for a great job.

We had an undetectable water leak at our home. We had one plumbing company come out, and they were not able to find the issue. I called SWAGS and they came over the same day, discovered were the leak was, and had it repaired the next day!
