Best Drain Repair in San Jose CA

our outside faucet has been leaking for awhile & noticed it couldn't been replaced due to the company that did my copper pipping awhile back soldered the spot to the pipe & they are no longer in business. My husband decided to call Mike Counsil Plumbing. Bobby Mata came out. He was very professional. While he was here my husband had him replace the shut off valve for the outside water & also replace the ice maker line to the water heater. Bobby noticed a problem with the water heater that needed to be taken care of. We felt Bobby was being very honest with us & a pleasure to talk to.

The plumber came out quickly and fixed our leaky hose bib.

They were available to come on short notice, quickly located the leak and repaired. Fast and efficient.

A plumber I've used in the past was terrible. He did not leave an estimate with me, charged me more than he should have, and left all the mess but the drain cleaning! Genmor Plumbing - San Jose is a true professional and I can't recommend them enough!

Sewer line was completely blocked at mid-day. I was able to get a tech to arrive by late afternoon and he worked into the night to unclog the sewer line.

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! We are so extremely happy with his work that we contacted him to install our new water heater as well:) Thanks Abel!

I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

The technician Macielle Rivera has very poor standards , he was supposed to physically come between 1-3pm and he called at 4:14 pm and seemed in a hurry and randomly quoting me some price , I was explaining him to come and diagnose so that he gets an accurate idea of the problem and then we can discuss price , he mentioned that was rude and got into an argument , I had to forgo his services because of the poor standards and disrespectful behavior

Good service but expensive.

Best plumbing company ever. We have used this service for many years. They are so prompt with their excellent staff and excellent plumbers with true experience and true expertise. They are so very responsive. We had a water pressure problem on Sunday and we left a phone message Sunday night. By this morning, Monday, they responded to our call at 8 am and by 9 am they were out here already and fixed our problems! That’s fast service. It’s wonderful we have such a terrific plumbing company in our midst. Their work is terrific and great attention to detail is given to every single problem. They will not leave until everything is perfect. We are so grateful to them.

Had a troublesome kitchen faucet issue resulting in low hot water volume. Saw the reviews and gave Giovani a call this morning. He came out the same day himself and in no time had solved the problem. Thanks to some of his own tricks of the trade, the faucet actually works better than when it was brand new. This is a person and company that excels at what they do. Highly recommend.

They are crooks. They changed out a water heater and didn't even install it with a pan. They ruined the wall in my bathroom they didn't bother to get a permit for the work and charged me a $1000 more than what they should have. Crooks.
