Great job by Jerry Biondo who came out to troubleshoot clogged kitchen sink, identified and cleared the obstruction near the P-trap, and provided some recommendations for the future. He even double checked our system from the crawl space to ensure everything else was intact. Thorough explanation of services and pricing along the way. Professional demeanor and timely service.

Received notice that plumber was arriving early. I had asked that plumber bring a cold water shut-off valve for 1/2 copper pipe. I showed plumber where main water shut-off was and then took him to bathroom where faucet was leaking. Explained about valve for recirculating pump and that cold water shut-off valve would not close completely. He told me is was completely shut and that drip was from water left in pipe after turning it off. He quoted price for repairing leak and said it would be $127 to install the shut-off valve. It appeared to be a fixed rate regardless of what else he was doing. Since it was a 15 minute job or less to do this since other pipes would already be disconnected and he said it wasn't leaking it said no to price. After he fixed the leak, he told me the cold water shut-off would not shut down completely. I guess he didn't think I knew what I was talking about. The charge for a 45 maximum time to repair leak was $227. I won't be calling them again in future.

We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

My first experience with both Duey and Jaime from Local Rooter were great! They were very polite, professional and responsive. They came to my house promptly, found the leak under my house in 10 minutes, and had it repaired in 30 min. The price was reasonable. I will call them again with the next issue!

Chandler’s plumbing is awesome! Spoke to Ishmael at about 2:15 PM about an emergency broken shower manifold. We were trying to replace a cartridge on an old 20 year old Delta shower. Snapped it off. Ishmael sent Mario out and he arrived within 45 minutes with new replacement unit. Mario quickly remove the old unit and install the new one in under an hour. We are back in business. i will happily recommend them to anyone in need of professional and fair service.

I had an excellent experience with Bueno Plumbing. Started with a toilet leak fix and then added a couple lingering problems, which they fixed in short order. Highly recommend this business.

Armando was professional and courteous. He clearly explained each step of the work he had to do to clear what started as a backed up toilet and ended up with replacing our sewer pipe. We still need to get the work signed off for permits, so I am expected Armando and his crew back tomorrow to fill in the giant holes in our front yard.

Everything was great and the technician was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The feedback I have is to implement better training to technicians on the cdc guidelines during a pandemic. Technician wasn’t aware of maintaining appropriate distance and removed his face mask completely or had it on improperly multiple times, leading me to feel concerned about my health/safety during Covid 19.

Giovani is amazing and I'd highly recommend him and his company for your plumbing needs!! We've used his company a few times over the past year on a variety of projects like: replacing our water heater, repairing a busted pipe in our kitchen, cleaning out a few sink drains, and repairing our garbage disposal.
