I have the absolute best story as to why you should avoid Marti's Plumbing at all costs. With so many plumbers out there, trust me when I say DO NOT EVER give these people a chance. My main water line had broken and I googled and selected them to come do a pressure test and since they responded quickest gave them the opportunity to complete the replacement of my main water line. They took forever, abandoned the job, lied about the permit process, and took me to court to pay in full when they did not fulfill their obligations in the contract. The Judge obviously ruled in my favor because facts are facts, but the audacity, the lies, the inconvenience and the level unprofessionalism is something I have never witnessed in my life. Trust me when I say, do not let these people on your property or even bother working with them. They lied straight faced in court after taking oath. Please reference the photos for what they left my property looking like after the job was completed.

We had problems with getting hot water consistently in our rental property. I read many reviews on Yelp and Google, then decided to go with Local Rooter. Duey came by promptly and checked the water heater. He found that the issue was not from the water heater and said that we needed to replace the cartridges from our shower. We got a reasonable quote and agreed to do it. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced 2 broken cartridges. We're so glad we've hired Local Rooter Plumbing.

I called Chandlers Plumbing because I had a leaky water heater. They answered my call right away, came out within an hour and quoted me right then and there. I was happy with the price because it was reasonable and they started the job right away. They got it done in a timely manner and even cleaned up after themselves! I would and do recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

I had the absolute best experience working with this company from the first phone conversation. They met over and about any service I've had in this recent environment we are living. They were thorough every step of the way in explaining my options for repair, what is being done, theybhad cameras for me to see their explanation. Solved clogged kitchen sink problem on time.

Best plumbing company ever. We have used this service for many years. They are so prompt with their excellent staff and excellent plumbers with true experience and true expertise. They are so very responsive. We had a water pressure problem on Sunday and we left a phone message Sunday night. By this morning, Monday, they responded to our call at 8 am and by 9 am they were out here already and fixed our problems! That’s fast service. It’s wonderful we have such a terrific plumbing company in our midst. Their work is terrific and great attention to detail is given to every single problem. They will not leave until everything is perfect. We are so grateful to them.

Giovani is amazing and I'd highly recommend him and his company for your plumbing needs!! We've used his company a few times over the past year on a variety of projects like: replacing our water heater, repairing a busted pipe in our kitchen, cleaning out a few sink drains, and repairing our garbage disposal. Giovani is extremely communicative, personable, and trustworthy. After inspecting the project he explains the process he'll follow to fix/replace the item, the time it will take to complete the work, and the cost to do so. There are no hidden fees and Giovanni has always finished the project in a timely manner.

The response was prompt. The service man was competent and helpful. The job was completed successfully. My only negative reaction was that I thought the price was high--above the average prices quoted on Home Advisor.

Jerry and Greg did an excellent job for my house. They did a full house water repipe and installed a new water heater, new faucets, showers, and toilets, etc. They also installed a new 2-way cleanout on my sewer. My family and I are satisfied with the quality of their work very much. Also, Jerry was patient and clear when answering all my questions, and was very responsive even after work.
