They are a rip off. For a part that cost $200, they quoted $600 and an additional $600 for the labor. Since the part was covered under warranty, i only had to pay the labor and that too just $60. On top of this, they recommended changing few extra things and gave an alternative which in their opinion is the best which is to replace the entire A/C unit for close to $10K. Well i got that fixed for $60. Very poor work ethics.

I was in contact with Nick who was very friendly and responsive. We exchanged messages and Nick came out to the same day to give a free estimate. A week later Nick came out and did a great job. It was also very convenient that Nick had extra Tesla wall chargers available so I didn’t have to go through and order one myself. Highly recommend Nick from Electrica for all your electrical needs.

AC unit stopped working and called Pacific Coast. They sent their tech super quick and he was able to solve the issue. He noticed few other issues with our system (15 years old now!!) and suggested actions to help prevent any future damage. Very professional and another important thing during these COVID times, always had his mask on.

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

Prompt, honest, professional. What more can you ask for ? I have used these guys for both furnace and water heater repair. Will absolutely continue to rely on them for all my HVAC needs.
