I found a new go-to plumbing company! The service tech was extremely nice and loved both our dogs who were allowed to be outside their crates! We used American Plumbing recently. Initially I was intending to call a company I had used recently , which Charlie let me know in case I wanted to confirm the other company with a similar name. He had such great customer service and I was happy to work with a small business owner like myself that I went ahead and made the appointment. Boy am I happy to have done so. He is an excellent plumber serving San Diego area. He worked fast and has reasonable preces. I definitely recommend him and plan to keep him in mind for my future plumbing needs!

When I woke up the day after Christmas I found a substantial leak in my back yard. A quick inspection revealed a leak in my sump pump that was beyond my capabilities. I called Cole-Pepper and they had technicians to my property in about 40 minutes. I am flying out of town tomorrow and had errands to run. They ended taking longer than expected and Armando and Mitch had completed repairs and took payment over the phone. When I returned home, everything was perfectly repaired/replaces. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule.
