Great service, would definitely recommend to others. We called discount plumbing & rooter for a leak that we had in our main water line and they managed to get somebody out that same day a couple hours later.Jose arrived and he was very friendly and asked us about the leak we called about. He told us that he recommends calling the city before he went ahead and did anything as the leak was in the service box for the main water line. The city would be able to pump the water out and determine if the issue was coming from our side or from them. So we called the water department they sent somebody out and they determined it was an issue coming from them.Jose managed to save us time and money and from his quick visit, he was able to identify the root cause of the problem and get a good idea on how we could proceed to fix it. Will definitely recommend if someone ever asks us on who to call for any plumbing issues.Thanks!

Luis did an outstanding job replacing a broken water inlet valve to our washing machine. He, also, replaced all 3 valves that I requested on our shower. The valves now operate very smoothly. He was very fast and efficient and completed the task within a reasonable timeand cost. We will definitely use Power’sPlumbing in the future if any plumbing problemsoccur. The service from this company was immediate, extremely reliable and Alan spent the entire day fixing my overflowing toilet and clogs in various pipes throught my house. He also recommended a clean up crew that also came within hours. Alan also educated me on a variety of plumbing issues and solutions. Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!

Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. Christian was amazing. There was a miscommunication on the time and he waited an hour for us to arrive. Wow! I felt so bad but certainly best customer service I have recieved.

Although his company did a good job, it was overpriced and no breakdown of the pricing. We feel we got ripped off
