My break down for my service.Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation. He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge. He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

I've been using Powers for years and their service is always outstanding. Gail made an appointment for me and within an hour Jonathan, the technician was at my door. He is a delight to work with, personable, courteous and knowledgeable. He worked steadily on the disposal, got it fixed and cleaned up within an hour and a half. Powers never disappoints.

Wonderful from start to finish! The company called 30mins before to let me know when they would arrive! They also texted a picture of the man coming to fix my shower! When he arrived he had a clean mask on an put booties over his shoes as he walked into my house! He was good with my dogs. He did a very good inspection of my shower wall and found the leek behind the broken handle! He gave me options on fixing it with different prices so I could make the best decision!! Super professional and I will use them again!

Shower was filling up and not draining like usual. Called and within a couple hours Elite was on the job. I saw two trucks pull up and was completely impressed by their attention to my problem and quickly resolving the issue. Great people, great service. I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.

I called EZ Plumbing USA last Friday night as my tub faucets and shower controls were leaking badly, and it needed urgent attention to fix the leak. They sent their team even during the night and fixed the leakage issues. They repaired the faucets and told us that replacing them with new ones is unnecessary. We had a surprise water leak late on a Friday. We called Exodus and they took the job showed up on time at 5pm and resolved our plumbing leak. The team was courteous and made sure to take care as they went about their work. We had them come back several days later to reinstall our appliances after the remediation work, again, they were on time and courteous.Highly recommend them.

Vic and his team at Ascend Plumbing are lifesavers! My tub in my apartment stopped draining properly shortly after I moved into this unit 4 months ago. We’d been dealing with the tub/shower taking 40-60 minutes to drain every time for a while and I started to panick thinking that maybe my toddler dropped a toy down there and that’s what was causing the problem. I finally reached out to Vic and he and his team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He brought out his handy dandy cable with a camera on the end of it, saw that it didn’t look like the trap in the tub was obstructed, but saw that the tub was still draining slowly. He brought in another machine that sucked a bunch of stuff out and voila! My tub is good as new and I was able to enjoy a glorious shower in which I was standing in ankle deep water almost immediately. The Ascend team was very friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely call them anytime I am having a plumbing issue. Thanks Vic!

Our issue was further complicated by having a rear-assembly toilet, which are not easy to find—they helped us source this. Actual service of installation was timely, fast & professional.
