Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. If you ever need a great plumber call and ask for Sergio. You won’t be disappointed plus he’s nice!

I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. I could not be happier with these guys. We have an older home with issues. APG have always been polite, helpful, honest and great communicators. We only call them when we need plumbing help.

Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!

We garbage disposal-ed my diamond earrings and they got here same day and found both diamonds even though I shredded the metal by running the garbage disposal before I noticed they still found some of the metal too 10/10 highly recommend the guys who came out were so polite and really seemed to care

Jorge from Almco Plumbing came right on time with a text and courtesy call. He was able to repair a leak from the bathtub spout and repair all 3 faucets and show us exactly what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Almco was referred to us by my sister who also used them just last week and they did a great repair job for her leaking toilet. I would absolutely recommend them and would call them again for any repair needs!

Garth Widdows, project manager for Easy Flow was great. They were recently contracted by the City of San Diego to do sewer line repair work in our neighborhood and in the process, some of the boards on the fence that lines our front yard were damaged. Garth, who was managing the project, personally came to our house and replaced, repaired and repainted every piece of board and even painted another one that my son had broken which I'd repaired but not yet repainted. Says a lot when a guy will do something like that. Would definitely recommend these guys!!
