It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Randy responded to my call shortly after I left a message late on a Saturday afternoon. He promised to help first thing Sunday morning, which he did with an estimate. Once approved, he came right over and quickly resolved the problem with the hot water heater pilot. As a bonus, he also adjusted a leaky toilet valve while he was here. He was polite, friendly, efficient and a very good communicator.

I had a plumbing backup in my bathroom main line. They came out and told me they would need to demo my toilet to fix the issue. The total bill came out to $5,670. Would not attempt to snake out the clog through my shower drain, which was also backed up.A friend referred me to another plumber. He came out and used a snake along with some sodium tablets and hot water down the shower drain. He charged me $220. Let me know if you need somebody who isnt' going to price gouge you.
