Team Rooter is the best. My garbage disposal broke and I called Team Rooter at 730am, and by noon, Steve had come out and replaced the disposer. It was no hassle, and Steve is a super friendly guy. I highly recommend them.

The service technician did a great job. He was very friendly, and he knew the stuff very well. After I raised the complaint, they sent the technician within 12 hours. Even though it was a weekend, the technician came right on time. Thank you so much for your timely service.

It was great having the technician that installed my exterior gas line return to hook up my outdoor firepit! David was excellent from the phone call of when he was on his way to trying to work out issues with a faulty lighter on a piece of equipment which I purchased from an online vendor. He wanted to make sure everything was in perfect working condition and cleaned up. I have used Powers plumbing for the last 6 years and regardless of the change in ownership, continue to receive great service and will be calling them for future plumbing/gas line issues.

Kevin did a great job explaining in detail the problem with your A/C unit. He came in a timely manner from when we received the phone call of when he was expected to arrive. He was thorough with his assessment and took his time with what he recommended. We did not feel any pressure to move decide or move forward right then and there. Both Steven and Grayson were efficient and responsive with the Job. They were communicative on what may need to be done if the first issue wasn’t resolved and we’re back the next day to make adjustments where needed (at no fault to their work) recommend the service and the company!

Highly recommend using Bill Howe plumbing. They were able to send a plumber out in less than 24 hours which was great. We had a window time of 1-4 and received a text that our plumber was running a little behind. I appreciated the communication and totally understand things happen. Our plumber Robbie called shortly after and showed up promptly. He was super professional and friendly. It was great he knew what was exactly wrong told us how much it would cost and got to work. He was still done by 4:00 which was great. He went through a run through of everything we had discussed before he charged us and went on his way. John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

We asked Almco to come out and do a sewer inspection on a property we are in the process of buying. Vlad came out right on schedule and did a very thorough inspection that found some issues that the previous homeowner didn't even know about. Miguel was fantastic installing our tankless water heater. The company itself? I'd rather just deal with Miguel. He should go into business for himself. A great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. The company does not trust the client or the employee. After we signed the authorization with Miguel, we were forced to speak with a company rep in Quality Assurance who made us repeat back everything Miguel had just told us, like they didn't trust that Miguel explained things properly. Also, we were told when I made the initial inquiry that the estimate would be free. As Miguel was on his way over, a company rep called and said the estimate would be $98 dollars, doing a bait and switch. Like I said, Miguel was great. The company? I'll just call Miguel directly from now on...

Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. Brian cleaned it and the system returned to normal operation.Brian and Cameron worked very professionally and quickly to solve the problem, which I greatly appreciated.
