I requested a quote through Yelp to several providers and Team Rooter was one of the first to respond. Scheduling was a breeze. Our technician, Andrew, was able to come out the same day later that afternoon. He did a comprehensive analysis of the plumbing problems. He was honest, personable, and thorough. We received a fair estimate without upselling and once we agreed, he completed the work quickly. He also gave us estimates for other work we inquired about that didn't need to be done at that moment, but in the near future. I would highly recommend Team Rooter and will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs

I got up yesterday and thought I would be like Mr. DIY and replace my shower valve. HAHA! This was a nightmare and I blame youtube for making it look so easy. Thanks PIC Plumbing for doing a great job and fixing what I completely destroyed:)

Ken, came out to figure out why our Toilet was not working right, he answered several plumbing questions and was so professional and neat.Extremely nice and polite person.He said I needed a new toilet which I had already bought and was told by another plumber it was the wrong rough in measurement.I was sure I measured right and Ken confirmed it and installed the new one I had really wanted.He was so nice, and removed the old one as well.I have already referred Elite to a nieghbor and put their phone number in my Favorites.Excellent company, gives Plumbers a whole new reputation.Thank you KenThank you EliteRon Miller

We were very pleased with Bill Howe's workmanship and professionalism of our slab leak restoration. They handled the entire restore project from beginning to end. Their project managers were on top of the project the entire time, to insure that schedules were met.Additionally, all of the Bill Howe employees were prompt (showed up when the said they would every time), neat looking (uniforms were clean every time at the start of their task we were very impressed with this feature) friendly, very polite and helpful.We would definitely use Bill Howe again for future work and highly recommend him to others.Thanks again to all the people at Bill Howe that got our house back together once again.

I cannot think of any company who has provided me with better all-around service than what Mr. Rooter and its representatives recently provided me.We were having a significant sewage back-up at our home. Based on an acquaintance recommendation, I had a company respond to assess the situation. That company identified the issue, provided two options and a quote for each. With my limited knowledge of the problem, and the amount of money to complete the repairs, I chose to get a second opinion.By chance, I saw San Diego 10 News does a short segment called Approved Home Pros, where they profiled Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs. I called Mr.Rooter to ask about their services. The phone representative was extremely friendly and informative, and offered to have one of their professionals respond to my home as soon as that same afternoon.I actually met with the technician, Luis Contreras, the following morning. He arrived and after his quick assessment, requested a supervisor with a camera. Javier (unknown last name) arrived within minutes and after a short evaluation, he confirmed the same problem that the previous company had reported. The solution he suggested was actually a more thorough fix to the problem, and what surprised me most, was the cost of the repairs was significantly less than what I had been previously quoted by the first company. When I accepted Javier's service offer, I expected that he would tell me a crew would be out within the next day or two to begin the work. To my surprise, Luis immediately grabbed a shovel and began working on the repair.Over the next couple days, Luis and his work partner, Angel Rojas, worked diligently on the repairs. My experience with prior work crews was that there seemed to be alot of down time, and little interaction. Luis and Angel not only worked tirelessly each day, but took time to explain what they were doing and they were both incredibly friendly.The repair required significant digging across the front of yard of our house. I was amazed when I came home after they finished, to find that there was virtually no sign that they had even been there. The lawn was replaced with no signs of digging, and the entire work site had been cleaned, swept and void of any marks or debris.I could not be happier with the response and the work that the team from Mr. Rooter provided us. But, for me personally, the positive attitude and the friendly, personable approach that I received from every member of the Mr. Rooter team is what I will remember most. My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

The technicians were very professional and thorough. Although the work took quite a bit longer than expected, I would much rather have quality over timeliness. This was an emergency insurance repair and I was very pleased with the work. However, if you are looking for a bargain deal, they are not cheap. But again, the quality is very good.Dave

Fantastic job. Called in the morning, gave me a window only 1.5 hours later. Showed up on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Fix was completed in 20 minutes and the fee was better than competitors in the local area. I will 100% use Exodus again in the future.

We had a faucet that had been leaking and needed replacement (bad valve, not cartridge) since moving in. I'd put it off because I was worried about the cost of not just the work but tile replacement. Ascend came out, performed a minimally invasive replacement without damaging any tile, and at a much lower rate than other estimates I'd received. Excellent work, fast, great price!

Needed new taps and faucet in the laundry area. The old ones were leaking an would not shut off. Terry was on time and replaced everything needed plus, gave me advice about some other issues. Good job overall, he is very knowledgeable.

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.
