I absolutely love these guys. After dealing with a terrible plumber who constantly had excuses and would not show up, or be days late, it was amazing to deal with PIC. Their customer service is amazing and the plumber actually shows up in the designated window of time. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my future plumbing issues. I'm very impressed!

Timothy and Ricky came today for our plumbing problem. The original project were to replace shower head for clogging and change toilet bowl. But we added our sink problem too. I texted Tim the day before for some questions and he responded eventhough it's a holiday on July 4th. He said I can texted at anytime. He recommended to update and improve the water pressure regulator and valving system before he did work inside the house because he didn't want any leaks because ours was too old. He added 2 more people to meet schedule bringing water back in the house. One did the shower valves and the other replaced the toilet bowl. My husband and I were impressed with the knowledge and skills of Core plumbing especially under the leadership of Timothy. The craftsmanship was evident. Next work will be the replacement of faucet and sink in the kitchen. This Company was highly referred to me by our patient at work. I'm glad I've chosen this company. I will refer my relatives and friends for sure.

The technician Scott Tipton was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed a preventive maintainable check on my water heater. I was also interested in replacing the anode in the water heater, if necessary. He noted that I had a whole house water purification system and a descaled, so he told me I should never need a replacement anode. This was confirmed when flushing the heater. There was no scale present anywhere. He was very polite and enjoyed his work with Anderson Plumbing.

We are happy to have chosen Paws Plumbing because competent Eric came to install a water softener replacement which proved to be more complex and time-consuming the anticipated. He, nevertheless, maintained his friendly and informative manner. After the long instillation de disposed of the old unit and packaging of the new water softener. The cost was competitive (but more than I expected), but Eric earned every penny (dollar) of the payment to Paws Plumbing. Yes, I would use and recommend Paws Plumbing again.

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

They did an excellent job! They had to cut though my concrete driveway to repair the sewer pipe and repoured the concrete. It looks great.

I put a nail through a pipe in the wall. These guys made it right without hassle.

If there were more starts I'd use them! Any 'out of town landlords with flaky tenants? That is what Eric & his team had to deal with for me.. and they did it with an abundance of patience and professionalism. didn’t finish the job .excess dirt on the side of my house with rocks.broke up concrete and didn’t repair it. entered home while no one was home without asking. didn’t re install washer and dryer, left garage dirty. only reason it’s threestars is because the actual pipe they fixed was good.would not recommend or use this company again.

He was so professional and knowledgeable about the plumbing in our house, when we had a leak he was there within 30 minutes and fixed everything in a timely matter. We recommend him to everyone we know that has plumbing problems

Brandon was super kind and did great work! I had called another plumber prior to Master Plumbing and the gentlemen that came out were in and out of my house in less than 10 mins yet gave me little information on the leak and source. Brandon came in and did a very thorough inspection notifying me of how and why the leak was happening and was very efficient. They were awesome! A huge wealth of knowledge and he explained issues or concerns in a way that I could understand. They did an inspection on plumbing of our new house. Told us things that are important and not important as well. Robert was our inspector and even caught mistakes from the plumbers that our home warranty company sent recently.
