I had no idea what I needed when my toilet wouldn't flush, and how many details were involved. All my questions were answered, part of the yard had to be dug up, thing were replaced nicely with small green tops planted so if ever something happens again, the company will know the location. I really enjoy my new toilet and appreciate the work was all done in a timely manner and the cost was great, however reasonable. The workers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and open to all questions.

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

Brandon Martinez went out of his way to show me what was wrong. Very knowledgeable. Will be using rooter hero in the future.

One time, efficient and considerate

I am the owner of RSB General Contracting and I was having a carpet company install new flooring in a bathroom for a client when the angle stop that goes to the toilet started leaking. They had to shut the water off until a plumber came. A plumber was called and they called Colepepper Plumbing to replace the angle stop. An angle stop is $10 at home depot. Yes I understand it was an after hours call at 6:30 pm and it took them 1 hr to replace this angel stop. THEY CHARGED AN 82 YR OLD LADY $446!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $347 for the part and install, (1 hr install) and a $90 after hours call. I get the $90 after hours call charge, BUT $347 FOR A $10 PART AND A 1 HR INSTALL???????? I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AND WILL NOT USE THEM IN THE FURTURE.

Alan came and identified the problem and is ordering solutions to fix the shower unit. We will proceed from there. I have used Plumbing Tree before and have always been most satisfied with their service.

Very pleased with EZ Plumbing USA services. I called them for drain cleaning after reading their reviews on the internet. The plumber Peter was really nice and he cleaned the drain and pipes connected to it. He also gave me a few tips on how I can keep the drain clean and avoid the clogging. I have never experienced any problem after taking his service. You must call EZ Plumbing USA if you need a plumber in Orange County.

Caesar was great, he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and most of all CLEAN!, He cleaned up everything, he left no mess and was very careful of any surroundings in the area in which he needed to work. From the first phone call I made to set the appointment to when they finished, window time given was spot on, the value was great for the service they provided, very punctual and the quality of work surpasses any other plumber I have ever used. They definitely earned my business and referral to anyone who asks for a plumber!
