Two technicians showed up on the same day I called. They were professional and friendly. They found the source of the leak that was dripping from the attic to the downstairs bedroom. They explained every step clearly. They cleaned up the area they worked in well. They emailed me the pictures of the part they took out and the one they replaced. I recommend their service even though the price was higher than I was anticipating.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I had a plumbing backup in my bathroom main line. They came out and told me they would need to demo my toilet to fix the issue. The total bill came out to $5,670. Would not attempt to snake out the clog through my shower drain, which was also backed up.A friend referred me to another plumber. He came out and used a snake along with some sodium tablets and hot water down the shower drain. He charged me $220. Let me know if you need somebody who isnt' going to price gouge you.

Terrible service. I made an appointment from 8 to 10AM. They called me at 8AM to tell me nobody was available and then hung up on me when I complained that it was not professional to cancel with such late notice.
