Working with Massella Electric in multiple projects, both large commercial installations and smaller resident installs has always been a fantastic experience. The knowledge, professionalism and quality of work has always been top notch.

Had a GFCI outlet short and burn in my kitchen and wanted to have a pro handle it to make sure there weren't any other issues. Chris was able to squeeze me in that day, arrived within a very reasonable time window, and did the work for a good price (cheaper than the first place I called). I'll definitely call Emerald Pacific again for electrical work.

I experienced a problem with my water heater. I called Ideal and Joel was heat in 1 hour. Joel immediately diagnosed the problem and set about to resolve it.Joel made correct recommendations and arranged to return the next day within a 2 hour window with the necessary parts for my aging water heater.I received a call from Ideal 30 min prior to start of window and Joel was at my door at the start of the window.Joel was extremely kind- courteous and helpful to a person with minimal mechanical abilities.I would highly recommend Ideal Plumbing for all of your needs and I would definitely ask for Joel specifically.Dave. Mister Electric did a great job, had a few fixtures installed and some smart switches hooked up. The prior electrician that did the job, before I got a hold of these guys screwed up a few lines, and Mister Electric fixed the issues, and everything now works perfect! Our tech was on-time, polite, and quick. would definitely recommend! I will be contacting them again when I want to upgrade/replace our main panel.
