Run. They will rip you off. Upon coming to our home, once our home warranty insurance provider sent them, it was a disaster. To start off, they said the insurance would not cover anything, and you would need to pay us $875. I believed them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I got a call 45 minutes prior to the appt time that Luis would be at our house to do the work. 1 hour later, no one showed up. I stayed home from work to get this done. They FINALLY called and said he was sent to another job as the boss moved him elsewhere. Not a good start. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They called that morning, and I confirmed I was there. I'm on a work call and didn't answer the call when he was here. Luis didn't even come to the front door and ring the doorbell. I know this due to our Ring doorbell. I get a voicemail saying after 10 minutes, he will have to leave. Who doesn't come to the front door and ring the doorbell? I called 12 minutes after he supposedly came to our home and was told we would need to reschedule again. This isn't a company I would trust to do any work. I can only assume they have some side arrangement because they had zero interest in working with the insurance company.

Zero star would be too much for this business. the worst customer service ever, had work order assigned to them by my home warranty, never called me, attempted endless calls no one answered , call another # was provided to me by home warranty the guy said im busy now and this my cell phone call the office or will have them call, after 10 days from the order , i missed a call from them, then the cycle started again , me calling them and no answer, so i reached to home warranty again, we called them, the lady who answered was extremely rude, wanted schedule a tec out in another 5 days.

This place is a rip off. Told me I needed a secondary cleanout and I did not. Wanted to put a whole in my vinyl siding and not repair it. Refused to go on roof to clean out and left after calling home warranty company and said nothing. I called them and they said it would be over $600 just for a clogged drain. I got someone else to do it for $150 without all that and there was a cleanout right under the sink. Don't trust this company!

by far this is the most terrible service I have ever used. They were contracted by the fidelity national home warranty. They would call you at random times like 8 PM on Sunday but when you call back no one picks up since their number only operates 8- 5 PM M-F....They don't leave a voice message or any other number for you to reach them at. We had to wait 10 days to get the soonest plumber sent to our place. I have to say the plumber was AMAZING! He came and fixed everything in less than 15 mins but the service coordinating this was terrible. they have practically no plumbers and it must be because they also treat their plumbers terribly. amazing plumber but the terrible company managing their services.

I'm a renter and my property manager uses this company. They are scammers that come in and give minimal effort to fix this issue. Then claim they can't fix the problem and they'll have to come back with different equipment. They rack up billable hours leaving you with your plumbing issues unresolved. They have been used twice at my unit and both times was the exact same result. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

This place scams. The techs are trained to up sell on every call. Tech was trying to sell me upgrades I didn’t need or want before even finding out what was wrong with our air conditioner. Owner is from Russia and very dishonest person

My heating went out and I was set up with Express via my home warranty company. I placed my claim on a Friday and was told I'd be contacted within the next business day, so I assumed I wouldn't hear anything until Monday. Express called me on Saturday and set up an appointment for Monday! Their tech Ryan called me to let me know he was on his way and showed up well within the time window I was told. Ryan was friendly and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and now I'm sitting in a nice, warm house!

Marc Peffer, the Plumer was wonderful. His skills and professional work flawless. I should say he is the most honest and hard working plumber I ever seen. Unfortunately most of them are not ethical and honest . I deal with 3 plumbing company through my Home warranty and they were incompetent and unethical with their false reporting blaming us for broken shower handle by force!! . We used our shower for eight years. Nothing last for ever. We have life time Warranty on our faucets. The manufacturer company agreed that it was a normal wear and tear and they honored the Warrenty and send the parts free of charge.Despite of explaining this to These contractors, G& G pluming company, fix it all pluming company, Emergency pluming Co,Even though the service was covered, they denied to fix the problem.Sadly First American Home Warrenty side with them. Since I had manufacturer life time warranty the labor for installation still covered by my home warranty, but none of these contractors honored it and still denied to install the handle even with work order was issued to them. Finally had to call on my own. The Express plumbing heating and air company had work done in my home in the past and I never had any problems. So called them, Marc came on time and fix my shower handle within 15 minutes the service that I have been waiting for it to be fixed for almost three months through my First American home warranty and sending all the above pluming companies!!!once again I appreciate what Marc Peffer did for us. And I recommend Express pluming, heating and air company to any one I know.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak and we had water flowing inside our house. After contacting 7 different plumbing companies that couldn’t get to us for 4 days, Express Plumbing promised to be here in the morning. Their phone representative was incredibly sympathetic and helpful, instructing us how to turn off the water and empty the tank. She then rearranged their schedule to accommodate us first thing in the morning. Ben arrived on time, was extremely polite and explained our situation to us, showing us where the problem was. We needed a whole new hot water heater and the pipes needed retrofitting to meet today’s code. Ben asked to please allow him to service his other waiting customers before returning, which we understood, and he returned later in the day with the new tank. He was extremely efficient and confident and explained everything when we asked. He also continuously cleaned as he worked. I can’t say recommend this company or Ben highly enough for their responsiveness, support, fair pricing and overall professionalism.

Amazing! Such a professional, caring people working in this company which is rare these days! Very rare ...Living with cold water with 2 babies and a husband in the hospital is very hard, But this wonderful people made it happen for me! Where can I start? From the receptionist? Who worked with me with my tough schedule? Mark the technician who communicated with me every minute so I could make sure someone is there! Then the managers call at the time of the payment to make sure all is well! Thank you for being so different! I called 4 different companies and none of them worked with me the way you did. I will recommend you to all my family and friends and will come back to you in every need. Thank you and Thank you

John was amazing. Gave us some pointers, which will help us with our plumbing system. John starting working on our plumbing and left to the store to buy parts. We had to leave to an appointment, so I called Express Plumbing and they were able to contact him and asked if he could return 2 hours late, which he did. Thank you for working with our schedule and getting the job done in a timely manner.

I was assigned these guys at the behest of my home warranty company for a clogged drain in a guest bathroom. The plumber showed up for 5 minutes. He didn't even open his tool box. He immediately said he couldn't do it. He had me sign something on his iPhone (for a report), said he contact me later and left. That was the last I heard from these guys. I followed up the next day (Friday) and was told I'd hear from them first thing Monday. Wrong again. The only thing they are express at is collecting a service fee for services never rendered. These guys are lazy quitters. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...

It's been 2 months and our AC still hasn't been fixed. All it needs is refrigerant to be added (they tested the pressure and there's no leak), but they keep jerking us around. Last time the visit was 5 minutes long and the guy left without doing anything. He said he needed authorization from the home warranty before adding refrigerant, but I called them 2 days later and not only had express plumbing never called them, but the warranty company told me that he never should have left without doing the work - he could have called them while right there at my house. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I had the best experience with Erick as a plumber I’ve ever had. He was very professional and did not rush even though he had been at it so late. Erick showed me everything he worked on and described in detail everything that was fixed. I will without a doubt be requesting his service specificity by name for all my plumbing needs here on out.

Horrible customer service. Amy, who by the way is the manager has horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for the 3rd time with the company to see what was wrong with my ac unit. This third appointment was scheduled the last week of August for 25 September. I took off from work for the appointment. I called them in the morning and I was informed that they had lost all the data and that she couldn't send anyone over. Horrible company!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Their technician arrived to my appointment without the needed materials, in their personal vehicle and street clothes and with their kid in the car. It seemed like they found a person on a street corner, handed them a $20 snake and sent them to take plumbing calls. The second technician who came out didn't even try to fix my tub, they just recommended I buy a bottle of drano and try to fix it myself. Don't use this company, hire actual professional plumbers.

I wanted to give them a chance - I really did. But the other negative reviews were warranted. As a matter of fact, the technician I had said, well why don't you go on Yelp and give me a bad review then. Really, that's a great solution. In summary, tech came to the house, tested water to see how long it would take to run out of hot water, told me it wasn't nearly long enough, called FHW to get approval for a new water heater, got the approval (he was on speaker phone), set up the appointment for next week to install. I checked the brand of new water heater that they wanted to install, and it had terrible reviews, and wasn't nearly the same quality as the one I had. I called next day, and Express said they would handle it with warranty company and call me back. No call back (they lied and said they did). I called, had the rep on the phone - this time extremely rude and condescending and totally back-tracked on his assessment of needing a new water heater. In short, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME USING EXPRESS. FHW will say they are the best they have, so I guess, my opinion - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH FIDELITY HOME WARRANTY either!!

This company came to us thru our home warranty. They have missed several appointments and have been late several times as well. They came out to replace our water heater and were supposed to come back and pick up the old one, a week later and its still sitting for pick up. Their customer service is awful and they do not communicate late or missed appts. I will never work with them again.

They cancelled a scheduled visit at the last minute because the weather was not desirable for an AC tune up. I was told that someone would be in touch later that day to reschedule. Four days later no one called so I reach out and they say they are booked out for three weeks so now I am looking at 6 weeks from when I first made the request. This is because they have one person servicing the entire area. I don't know of their quality but scheduling with them was very difficult.

I don't know what kind of reviews you paid for to get 4-stars on google but service for this company should be zero. Plumber comes out and does no work 1st day, re-scheduled only not to show up and said will be at our place first thing in the morning the next day. 3rd day, still a no show. Reason for 1st no show was something came up. We take time off work to stay home to be able to make appointments and for someone to NOT show up for 2 days straight has done nothing but waste our time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I think you'll have a better chance of having the cable guy show up and on time.

This business has a 24 hour emergency line but no one answers and the mailbox is full. If a business cannot support emergency requests, then maybe their site should not advertise that service. Ridiculous. We had some legitimate and urgent plumbing problems and had to call this business because of our home warranty. Will not bother with them again.

I hate writing reviews but when you leave a resident with a backed up sink since Wednesday, this is required. 1st, they are were contacted via American Home Shield and assigned the claim; they then contacted the Tenant the next business day and said their first available appointment was Saturday 7/28 (two days later). Then they no call no show that appointment. Then of course when you call, no one picks up, just voicemail...left a voicemail. Earliest next appointment is Wednesday...so 7 days with clogged kitchen sink with backed - up water.Appreciate the response. Things happen...i am sure this is not what all jobs look like. Best in the future.

This firm recently came out to my house through Fidelity Home Warranty. Now, I don't expect much out of plumbers; but this company takes the cake for bad. The plumber who came was nice, but English was rough. About 45 minutes into the service, he had to call his supervisor. I was like whatever. Neal (supervisor) came, and I then decided to go listen in. Sassy mouth he was, and down talks. Then came the drams. Replacing a Kohler shower cartridge. I'm like go to Lowes or Homedepot. Neal's like no we have to through Ferguson's. WTF? A total of almost 2 hours was spent with no repairs. After an hour, I called the Express, and spoke to the office woman who put me on hold to call the plumber. She came back stating that the plumber can come tomorrow between 12--4PM. Here is tomorrow. At 3:57PM, I called and the woman said that she was just about to call me to inform that the plumber will be late. New expected arrival time 5:30PM. Okay. At 5:27pm Neal (supervisor) calls stating he should have called me hours ago, and that he had to special order from Ferguson. Catching Express in a lie, is bad. I again called Fidelity to complain about Express. Wasting my time. I also noted to Fidelity that the index screw was missing.On Saturday, I got a call from the plumber around 3:30PM asking if he could come install the cartridge. I said sure. While he installed the cartridge, he explained that he purchased the cartridge from Lowes, and told me that his company called him regarding the service complaint I filed with Fidelity. I shared with him that it’s Express who is the issue. The woman who answered the phone and lied as well as Neal, and Express got caught. The woman who answered the phone lied, and she knows it. I told him that I would be writing a review, and Fidelity was instructed to never send Express to my house for any contract plumbing repair. So there you have the abridged version of it. Just bad customer service. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company. I have a water leak that is coming through the ceiling of my garage. The plumber took pictures and said he would submit to the American Home Warranty for review so he can come back to access the damage. Today AHS called me to say the plumbing company asked for an asbestos test before they would come out to find the leak. My home was built after 1989 so the request was absurd to me. Why would I spend between 700 and 1200 to test something that was outlawed in building codes in 1978 in the State of CA. AHS called the plumbing company and the girl who answered the phone told them that the asbestos law was overturned?!?! What?!!?? This company is absurd and dishonest. Needless to say I told AHS that I don't want to use them. Meanwhile the leak is getting worse and the damage is spreading.

Great experience. When 3 other plumbing companies quoted me almost double the price and twice the wait, Express Plumbing Heating and Air was able to get it done the next day at half the price. Definitely recommend them.

HORRIBLE service. They have been out twice and the problem has not been resolved. They schedule appointments and then cancel. They lost a technician and tell me the reason they can't come is family emergency. I haven't had a heater since 12/26. They don't care.....

Appointment person wouldn’t listen to Clients availability and instead hang-up on me while trying to explain tine restrictions of my Tenants.After explaining twice about time constraints, this Appointment person insisted that their contract with the Home Warranty Company is such and would not listen to my Tenants availability and work around their schedule.Poor Service provider from setting up appointment, how much more when it comes to the actual work.I feel sorry for the owner of this business.
