My little house of horrors experienced an electrical fire from an unknown water source that was leaking into the electrical box. After the fire was extinguished, Perry Plumbers were dispatched for the leak detection. Scott was sensitive to the fact that I had just remodeled my whole apartment from a flood last year and was very concerned about creating additional damages. He was able to detect the source of the leak very quickly, with minimum damage and advised on next steps.Brandon and Sergey were later dispatched to complete these repairs. They arrived on schedule, and was able to complete all 3 major pipe leaks in less than 2 hours! Their work was very clean and they completed the repairs, as inconvenient as it was for them to not open up additional walls/drywall AND without power. I appreciate all the effort Perry Plumbers took to not incur additional damages and stress on me during this time of hardship. I am very grateful for their team and highly recommend to any homeowner.

Edit: I just wanted to shout out for Ryan who was incredibly helpful for replacing my noisy heat pump water heater. He was very helpful and managed the entire process really well. I’m so happy with the replacement. I usually don’t edit my reviews but it was a very positive experience so I wanted to just say thanks.I got my electric water heater and whole house water filtration system installed by them. Trevor, Sergio, and Dan was very good. I’m satisfied with their service and will use it again.

We have always gotten good, reliable service from Perry Plumbing. But today's visit from Brandon was truly outstanding. First of all he was prompt, on time. I've never before received that from a home utility service. Second of all, so incredibly patient, courteous, pleasantly explaining, answering, anticipating all of my questions and beyond. Thirdly, leak identified and repaired in a very expeditious manner. Brandon was extremely helpful, timely, and communicative in delivering the needed services. Can't ask for better than that!

My husband and I have been tirelessly working to find someone who could help us solve our kitchen sink draining issue. We had plumbers at our house all day yesterday from another company who told us our pipe is broken and they will need to dig up our kitchen flooring to install new pipes. Thank GOD we called Perry Plumbing & Pipelining for a second opinion and got Danny & Adrian. These guys are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and were able to fix the problem within a few hours after that. Turns out our pipes are not broken, although they do have a few cracks in them. They got our sink draining again and offered us options to fix the cracks in the pipe WITHOUT tearing up our kitchen. Not to mention they are very affordable considering the great work they do. Chandler was not only very professional, an excellent repair person and great with communication, but also uncommonly kind and honest. My grandmother’s toilet was clogged and I could not unclog it for the life of me! We called Perry’s Plumbing and they sent Walter out to help! Walter was very attentive and did all in his power to unclog it to no avail, through no fault of his own. We just needed different equipment. He was very kind and willing to answer any questions I had, along with the questions of my deaf grandmother. Perry’s Plumbing sent out another plumber named Esteban a few days later to attempt to unclog the toilet. Not only did he unclog the drain, he also installed a new toilet for us. Esteban and Walter both spent hours here to do all they could to help, and ended up saving the day! Thank you so much Walter and Esteban!

Perry Plumbing provided amazing customer service!! It was always direct communication with somebody. Sergio was extremely trustworthy and thorough with his work. Wow! I called on 12/22, 2 days before Christmas weekend, for a leak on the water supply line. I knew most plumbers would be short staffed for the holidays but not these guys. They were here in 2 hours and fixed a leak inside of a wall in what seemed like 20 minutes. Brandon was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He ran me through everything that was going on and some preventative tips. He also gave suggestions on what may need to be done in the future, only after he completed the job as to not take advantage of me. He was very professional and I will request him every time I need any work done. It is so refreshing to meet competent and genuinely kind people.

After Bill Howe Plumbing couldn’t clear the line I called Perry Plumbing and they sent out Cameron. He worked hard to diagnose the issue and solve our main line backup. In a couple hours, Cameron did what my previous plumber couldn’t do in multiple days. I really appreciate Cameron and Perry Plumbing! This is the second big job I’ve done with Perry, and they have been very professional. Give them a shot.

IT'S PERRY TO THE RESCUE !!! might as well forget all about the others because once you meet your Perry team you'll see what I mean !! these guys were able to accomplish what others were not!! from affordability to performance!!With a MAJOR issue to take care of and after having called out EVERYONE else, Brandon W. came out and was able to provide the much-needed reassurance all without compromising performance with affordability !! true to their word these guys were on site for a week and on the last day in an all-out effort to make it happen Perry's work hoses worked LATE into the night and completed the job AND remained within my budget constraints!!!I was glad to share dinner with Simon, Ruben, and Alejandro!! Perry Plumbing has always been a great company for me to access when I have plumbing issues. They are also available quickly and on weekends. I called them same day and within an hour they had a service person out to see me. Luis was very helpful, honest, and delivered options for me. He also helped to make sure I had a warranty for my service and future possible suggestions to keep my drains working properly. He fixed out problem quickly and with no mess. I trust Perry and Luis and will definitely use them again and in the future for my plumbing needs.

I am very pleased with the excellent & professional service I received from Perry Plumbing and their plumbers Raul and Oscar. Within 24 hours of a water heater failure they were able to respond, assess the problem, offer me options, and provide a professionally installed replacement at a fair price. Too bad the water heater is in the garage instead of my living room - I'd like to brag to all my guests how clean and elegant the installation looks !!

My sink had been slightly out of commission since June (I finally got my sink fixed in December....). The only time the water from my kitchen sink would go down the drain was when I used the garbage disposal. After finally biting the bullet and deciding to call the plumber, my sink finally got fixed! Adrian & Andres came out and they fixed my sink with ease (plus they were really great company and you could tell they had both great synergy and liked what they did!). I live in a condo complex so what had happened is that the drain pipes were clogged and they were able to clear it. They were easy to work with and if I had plumbing issues again, I hope they send those two.

Brandon was awesome!! He came in and helped my girlfriend and I figure out why are ceiling was leaking. He was able to find the leak upstairs and quickly get it repaired. We appreciated him and his professionalism and especially his communication. Highly recommend Perry Plumbing for your needs!

Esteban came out on a Saturday night and worked real hard to get the pipes unclogged in my apartment. It was a tough job but he got succeeded with amazing patience! The team, with Perry Plumbing arrived on time, listened to our concerns, did a assessment on the original work done on our shower remodel. The shower nozzle as well as the on/off wasn’t originally done with integrity. They worked on it for some time, then went to purchase a diamond drill bit to get the job done correctly. They took great care, they left the area clean and we’re excellent with there communication as well as extremely polite. I apologize this review should have been completed on 4/10, family matters postponed our review. We will always use Perry Plumbing they don’t only show up, they don’t leave until it is done correctly. We thank you for that.

Went the extra mile in fixing my drain problem. Tried numerous cleanouts until he found the one that worked. Scoped the clog multiple times to diagnose the cause then extended the sanke to its furthest limits to eliminate it. Then reexamined with the scope to make sure it was fully clear. Plumber Adrian was also cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I am very glad I called Perry Plumbing to do this work.

The two technicians, Ricardo and Ivan, did a great job fixing our shower valve, clearing the drain line in the kitchen and flushing our water heater.
As for Perry Plumbing's cost, I thought it was a little too much.

Our technician, Alex, was awesome. He was very professional and thorough. He fixed the issues (garbage disposal replacement, drain cleaning, pipe replacement) that were causing our kitchen air gap to overflow when using our dishwasher. Can’t thank Alex & the Perry Plumbing team enough!

Our property experienced an extensive canyon landslide through this past exceptionally rainy season. Before we began the work of preservation and restoration, we wanted to be sure that our piping was secure, supported, and sealed.In less that 24 hours a professional came to inspect our situation and it was at NO CHARGE! Unheard of! But he came, friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and so much more. Had a pinhole leak in an indoor pipe. Ivan and Ricardo from Perry plumbing were able to come out the next day and get it fixed up. Great guys, I'll definitely be calling again for future projects.

We had a clogged pipe from the kitchen and water backing up in the sink. They were booked up but managed to work us in anyway only hours later. The plumbers who did the job were friendly, professional and did a great job explaining the problem and solution. They were in and out quickly. We would definitely call them again!

The two gentlemen, Ricardo and Able, that came out today were absolutely wonderful, very professional and very polite. After they came and looked at the problem they realized they needed a different part, due to my tight schedule this weekend for a wedding and the time of day it was, they quickly ran to the plumbing store got the correct part and came right back. It could have been a bigger problem than what it turned out to be, thank goodness, therefore they were able to be in and out.Perry Plumbing has been out to our complex several times and tenants have been very pleased with their work.

I had a great experience with Perry Plumbing who took care of my house's blocked main line. They took over from a prior company that was not reassuring about what to do.From the start Brandon was extremely professional and got everything figure out. Adrian and Josh cleared the drain and installed a cleanout on the properly line and their work was excellent in getting the concrete work done which looked clean and sharp. Rafa and Xavier took care of the lining of the drain and we couldn't be more pleased.The cost of the work was much better than the first company who were actually certain of what they may need to do.. so given the good quality and price I couldn't be happier.. unless my drain had never blocked!The whole team was extremely professional, courteous, and all around did a super job. I discovered around 7:30 PM on Sunday that I had a main line sewer clog that I could not resolve myself. I started calling plumbing services, especially ones that claimed to be available nights and weekends, but could find no one willing to come to my aid until Monday. Then I called Perry Plumbing. Hector came to my rescue and got my sewer opened up right away. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. When I need plumbing help again, I won't remember those other guys, I will remember Hector and Perry Plumbing, they will get the call !!!

Trevor and Cameron showed up and immediately diagnosed the issue and gave reasonable options for fixes. Once we decided on a fix, they quickly set to work. Trevor and Cameron worked great together and I could tell this was not their first rodeo. They quickly and efficiently drained, removed, and hauled off my old water heater. While the old water heater was draining they went and picked up my new water heater and by the time they got back they were able to install. The install took very little time and we chatted during the process and they showed me where they think the old heater had failed and steps I could take to mitigate future issues. Perry gave a nice warranty on the service on top of the manufacturer's warranty for the parts. Trevor and Cameron cleaned up their work area and removed all the old equipment. I have zero complaints and was impressed by their professionalism, level of effort, knowledge, cleanliness, and helpfulness. I would use Perry again and recommend them to anyone else needing plumbing work. Special shoutout to their dispatch caller who was incredibly helpful and informative.

Perry Plumbing was very helpful when our kitchen sink was completely blocked and we needed after hours service. We had someone schedule within a few hours. Our technician Adrian was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to get the camera scope down our kitchen roof vent and diagnosis the problem. After clearing the clog he took some extra effort to look through the rest of our main drain. He discovered some potential issues that I wasn't aware of and now can take action on. Perry's Plumbing was referred to me. I met with Brandon, and he was great. He was knowledgeable about the sewer relining process and pros and cons of different methods. He competitively bid the job and checked in with me throughout the process, even moving up my install date as a timeslot opened up. The lining team led by Raul was also great. They took the time to answer questions as they worked and successfully relined my sewer line as promised. Overall, I am very satisfied with Perry's Plumbing and would recommend them.

The professionals from Perry Plumbing are always on-time, clean, respectful of person and property and clearly very knowledgeable about their trade. I had a lot of work done on my older house including a leak under the faucet and a leaking water heater. All it takes is a call to Margie and John from dispatch and then they send Alex and Brandon (and couple other pros whose names escape me right now). First the guys evaluate the problem and then propose a good, better or best solution. I then decided which option I wanted to go with depending on my needs/budget. I have to say that I don't know whether the service is cheap or expensive but I can say that I place a lot of value on convenience, expertise and quality work they provide. I also value the warranty that they provide and they do stand by this. I also had a terrible experience with their answering service where my request for call back seemed like it wasn't reaching Perry Plumbing. I have made Perry aware of this and they are working on this. But I do not fault them for this so long as they fix it. All my other communication with Perry that does not involve the answering service has been exemplary. All in all, I am very happy and thankful for the service I received from this guys. Mr Perry should be proud.

Perry Plumbing is great! Amber was very quick to respond to our inquiry when we found we had a leak in the upstairs sink at our office. She was professional, responded immediately, and had someone out to our office in no time. Brandon was sent out and he was prompt and very helpful and considerate of us and our property. Called Perry Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink and leaking P trap. They had someone available the same day. Adrian was very professional and he did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. Excellent and timely service, I strongly recommend them.

Perry Plumbing absolutely knocked this project out of the park. We live in a hundred year old house with a sewer line that matched. Our mainline was essentially crumbling, and Perry was able to line the pipe from the inside so we could repair it without having to dig up our neighbor’s backyard (which our line runs under).They were fast, communicative, and FAR more affordable than the other company that quoted us. Ruben and Shawn were the technicians and crushed it. 10/10 would recommend.

Based on some YouTube research (who doesn't do that first?), I suspected I had a faulty/old pressure regulator on my house water supply due to whining/whistling in the pipes. Brandon and Sergey came by promptly and confirmed that the regulator was super old and we were running at 100PSI... well above recommended levels. They quickly replaced the regulator and explained how to check it periodically in the future - around 65PSI is good. While testing the pressure with them, I accidentally popped my utility sink faucet stem off of the fixture. Within 5 minutes, Brandon and Sergey had that issue resolved as well, so everything is good now. I highly recommend Perry Plumbing.

Esteban and his partner were here to do jetting on my kitchen drain, it was not an easy task, difficult to get to but they found a solution. After two hours of working, they cleaned everything up, they wore booties on their shoes when walking through the house. I would use this company again.

Our 65 year old home has been going through extensive renovation and upkeep. The recent full bathroom remodel showed exactly how degraded the original cast iron sewer condition was. Perry provided a free full inspection and offered to either clean or clean and re-pipe in place as a much lower cost than other local services. There was little to no inconvenience during the process and we are very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Highly Recommend if you are thinking of a pipe in place service for your home.

Because of my home warranty company, I have had different plumbers out to my home. When an issue came up where the home warranty company couldn't get anyone out to help me in a plumbing emergency, i got approval to get an outside plumber. My building was built in the 1940’s with crawl space access to a narrow space under the building. We had called another plumber who couldn’t even fit underneath to look at the cause of a leak who then began telling us we would need to replace all of the current plumbing and cut through floors and walls. When Perry’s plumbing came they went under to visually check it. They gave us an. Accurate prides of the expected cost and returned as planned to do the repair. Through it all they showed and talked with us about their process. They brought their own carpets to lay on and keep the place clean. They were professional and able to do the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Trevor is our Tech. He was on time (big deal to me). Trevor seemed very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose a potential slab leak. He took the time to explain the procedure and time frame. Trevor also dealt with the property managers getting them to agree to the proper repairs. I would do business with Perry's in the future due to my interaction with Trevor.

To start off, Perry Plumbing was the only company that is open in my area. My experience with them on the phone was very professional and was honest about the time it will take for the plumber, Trevor, is going to come over. Once Trevor got to my house, he was professional and instantly apologized that it took him a while but it was understandable as they only have a few plumbers that are working over time. He instantly inspected the attic where I had the pipe burst and immediately started working on the problem. Trevor's work was top notch and and provided me with the copper that had a hole in it to present to my insurance company. On top of that, Perry Plumbing includes 1 year warranty on the section of the pipe that they had fixed which reassures me of their craftmanship and customer service. He also gave me suggestion on how to prevent these catastrophic accidents and I will be calling them again for upgrades and (cross my fingers) accidents. Perry Plumbing will be on my speed dial for sure!

We first called on Perry Plumbing because we needed a new toilet. Ricardo did a wonderful job, answering all our questions and installing a high-quality toiled carefully. Also, he was very clean and careful in both de-installing the old toilet, and putting in the new one-- removing all the trash and leaving our place tidy, which was appreciated. He also took his time and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Their pricing was fair, for the excellent work and service, and they guarantee their work.Soon after, we called Perry Plumbing again regarding an urgent matter of another plumber having damaged our bathroom sink pipe and then basically abandoned us with the sink remaining unusable. Because this repair was to be paid by someone else, we allowed them to select a plumber. We were sent several plumbers, each didn't really seem to know what to do, and would leave again. The next one would then escalate the repair, saying that we would need a new whole sink rather than just a small pipe. Then the next would say, well that's true, but also the sink is connected to the cabinet, so you'll need a whole new cabinet, too. It went on like this. Finally, we insisted on calling Perry. Ricardo and his co-worker Raoul saw the urgency, found the right part, and repaired the pipe perfectly. They really helped us out.

Very pleased with the professional pipelining services of Perry Plumbing. If you have sewer line issues and think your pipes need to be replaced first research pipelining as a convenient alternative. Perry Plumbing is fantastic. They repaired a clogged sewer line that we had and were incredibly easy to work with and responsive.

Not long after moving into a new house, the first time we did laundry, water started backing up into the bathroom showers and toilets. Needless to say this was horrifying and a major problem.Tried to go through our home warranty to get it fixed, but that was a joke. Ended up calling Perry Plumbing at our realtor's recommendation. They sent someone out the next day to take a look. He was on time, professional, and very straightforward about what was needed, and how he would handle it if it were his home. This lead to us having them replace/repair some plumbing work that had been done during our home's remodel by unlicensed plumbers, but they knew exactly what to do to fix the issues. Additionally, they quoted us for having our mainline (which was still cast iron) relined with epoxy to extend it's life. They were very patient with us, answering all our questions, going back over the information again where needed, and seemed to be really honest and genuine people.All the repairs took place over the course of a couple weeks (the pipelining had to be scheduled a few weeks out), but they got us up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. They even humored me by letting me crawl under the house with them once finished to see what they had repaired and where.Nathan, one of the managers was excellent, but honestly the whole crew (we had probably 5-6 different workers over the two projects) was stellar. I was very impressed by their courtesy and punctuality, and their work ethic!I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly call them in future should we have any plumbing needs (but let's hope not!).

We recently had Perry Plumbing repair the shower piping in our rental apartment. It's an a old 1918 historic building- which we know is usually not as simple of a job. Walter and Cameron were the plumbers and we found them to be very professional through the entire service. Walter was especially knowledgeable and diligent with the repairs and went above and beyond to ensure a quality job was done. Both plumbers were also very courteous considering the pandemic and wore shoe covers every time they entered our home which was very much appreciated. We have had 3 phases of new construction plumbing done with this company. We did not have a long wait time to get started and we passed our first inspection with no issues.

I chose Perry because they were recommended by my HOA. I didn't know they were so crazy expensive. They wanted to charge me almost $300 to change a toilet handle! I could buy a whole new toilet for that.They said these were the usual fees from the Plumbers Code Book, but didn't have any way for me to see this book. Toilet handles are $8 at Amazon or Ace and take10 minutes to install. They also charged almost another $300 to snake a sink 15 feet. I suppose that they do good work - they should at these prices.

I was so lucky to have Perry Plumbing come out when they did! Labor Day weekend and they still found the time to help me. The bathroom faucet was down to a dribble and overnight pretty much stopped working. They quickly fixed it and my sense of normalcy was restored. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional and was able to fix the issue in less than ten minutes (I seriously am clueless when it comes to plumbing). He took the time to educate me about the problem (faucet head was clogged) and how to fix it in the future. I honestly didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to take a no water situation into water gushing all over the place. In order to clear our main drain line Walter said they couldnt determine the problem unless we pay for installation of a two way clean out, or agree to a $2,000 two man jetting, neither of which would clear the line, just so they could determine the problem. All sell no fix. Sell sell sell. Not interested.

Ricardo Valencia and Ivan Drago (as Ricardo told me hahaha) came by to repair a slab leak we had going on in our garage. Once leak detection came by to identify the location of the leak, Ricardo and Ivan worked quickly to figure out how to re-route the leaky water pipe. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about what was going on and answered all questions I had. Great communication on their part. I normally don't do online reviews for products or companies as I usually ask my wife for help in that area. However, because of the number of plumbers I've unfortunately had to reach out to over the years, as we have an older home, when you come across a great company, with great people, I felt I can take the time and leave a review myself.I already had quotes in hand from other Plumbing companies to have Pipelining done on a 75ft sewer pipe. By chance, I reached out to Perry Plumbing to help fix a water supply line leak and they heard I was getting ready to do some pipeling and they asked if they could also provide a quote. I of course said, no problem!To try to shorten the story, Nathan came out and was very thorough and provided me with a quote in no time at all. Their costs were very reasonable, however, the reason I went with Perry Plumbing for our Pipelining was simply because of the trustworthiness I felt with them and the confidence they have in their product and warranty.I definitely made the right decision. The pipelining process couldn't have gone smoother. Nathan was the Project Manager and his team that was onsite, led by Zach, were awesome. I originally called Perry Plumbing on the recommendation of my HOA and scheduled an appointment since this wasn't an emergency repair.On the day of the appointment (scheduled for 11 AM), I got a call from Margie from Perry. She called me at 10:20 AM to let me know the plumber would be there in 20 minutes. Great!Ricardo, who would be be my plumber, called me at 20 minutes later to tell me he had arrived. Awesome!I went to the community entry and met Ricardo at the gate and led him to my place. I noticed he was observing COVID protocols and his uniform was clean. Yeah, being a military guy I did take notice his uniform appearance...Can't help it, I'm programmed!After a quick survey of the area, Ricardo gave me the price of the job (labor and parts included).Ricardo knocked up the job pretty quickly, say 20 minutes. However, when testing to make sure everything was in order, he noted the sink was backing up.Without making this too long, let's say he wound up working in two different apartments to fix the problem. I manage a shopping center and had a backflow explode, shutting down a restaurant on a busy Saturday. They were out to assess, went and got a new backflow and had it installed within about 3-4 hours. Good communication along the way. Fair pricing. Solid outfit.

To start with it is important to know that I am presently a very sick and crippled up old man. I live alone and had a complete plumbing melt down. Hot water heater blew on Christmas Day and I had been living for some time with three (3) toilets, none of which worked without some extra help. To much for me to handle. They sent out a one-man gang named Ricardo, who replaced the hot water heater, all the associated plumbing and even found and fixed a gas leak I had for years. I had hot water the same afternoon. On a weekend to boot. Next day to my surprise, Ricardo showed up with a young man named Dino and they installed three (3) brand new toilets with associated valves and piping, and I could not be happier. Last on the list was a new Pressure Regulator on the main line coming into the house, all this in one short afternoon. We needed to have our main line repaired. We have an old house and needed to have the main line lined. Perry Plumbing came right out and showed me video of my line and explained the work needed. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

The crew working for Perry Plumbing and Pipelining did an excellent job. The problem started with a backed-up kitchen sink. It was found that the 60-year old pipes had started to rust. The main purpose was to line the pipes going from my kitchen to alleviate the rusting problem. They also installed a new two-way sewer outlet outside (the old old outlet was rusted through under the sink) and restored the plumbing under the sink to working order. Simon and the other three men worked very hard. They were neat and professional. They even found some extra problems that needed to be corrected.

Do not use. The most unprofessional and incompetent plumbing service I have ever used. Used them to unclog a drain a month or so ago and it was fine, but yesterday, a technician arrived during a major pipe break in my condo and refused to service for reasons he would not explain. I asked for another technician to be sent that night, and I think he made the problem worse than it was (it leaked all night long) and then the next morning arrived and promptly disappeared. I called several times and after 3.5 hours finally spoke with Eric, who claimed that his technicians said I threatened them, a completely fabricated story; several of my neighbors were present and will back that up. Unbelievable. Had another plumber come and they fixed the leak and got the water back on in 20 minutes.

There was a broken pipe that was the responsibility of the HOA and they were very helpful. But I would like to commend one of Perry's plumbers named Randy., He worked so hard during the day and even in the evening over two days. He did have help, but Randy was exceptional. I hope this review get's passed on to him and I recommend Perry Plumbing very highly.

My Perry Plumbing plumber Reyes Cruz is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He had come out twice to see what repairs need to be done to tub and double sink in bathroom, one of which will be more difficult than usual, yet he came up with a good solution. Good company meet a great plumber named Ricardo. Ricardo was clear and upfront with me when he showed up and went to work with Cameron. Making me wait all day for a simple repair job, the guys said “need to go get some parts” that’s code for going to lunch! Be back shortly! Shortly is 15 minutes to me 2 hours is shortly to him! Plumbing is a mess to fix but they could try and do the job as quickly as possible instead of wasting my time making me sit and wait because they can’t get the job done! I would not recommend Perry to my friends only to someone I didn’t like!

Mr Brandon was a consummate professional. I had a weekend emergency and These guys came out on a Sunday morning and I couldn’t be more grateful for that kind of flexibility.

Very disappointing. They told me it would cost $400 to install a new faucet after the cartridge in the old one failed and if I bought a new faucet for them to put in. The next day I called, having bought a new one, and was told they could not come back for several days. So I called Community Plumbing, who installed it that day for half the price.

Once again Perry Plumbing came to my rescue! Whenever I have a plumbing problem they ALWAYS fix it in a timely manner. Nathan installed a wall heater in my home 10 months ago. I tried lighting the pilot light a few days ago after the summer heat and was unable to keep the flame. I called and he was there the very next morning before I had to go to work. He found that the pilot generator was faulty. Within a couple of days he was back and within 10 minutes he had installed (warranty covered) a new generator and we now have heat!Thanks Nathan!

Perry Plumbing relined the main drain lines under our condo association buildings. Old, cast iron pipes were fragile and we were having back-up problems. They came in and professionally mapped out our lines, descaled and relined them. A big savings over ripping up floors inside our units to replace the line! Very happy with the end result.

Many thanks to Perry Plumbing & Pipelining tech Raul' for arriving promptly to clear our clogged toilet drain (it was flushing incompletely--not draining fully). Raul had to deal with the drain line obstruction from outside the house (at the mainline cleanout). Now, the toilet is flushing properly, and the drains are flowing well. Thanks also to Marjorie for scheduling this service on the weekend. Cost of this service was average/typical (it was after-hours, on a Saturday), but the quality and attention to detail was top-notch. We are very happy and satisfied.

I have a small business in La Jolla and we started our day off horribly being held up by health inspector because my water heater was too low. Panicking I scrambled to even locate the water heater and turn up so that we can open the shop. A very nice gentleman named Nathan from Perry's plumbing was helping Starbucks next door. He saw we were panIcked and guided us to the water heater and showed us how to turn up to correct temperature! We were back in business as soon as inspector came back! Can’t thank you enough Nathan! His kindness and support was greatly appreciated!!

First and foremost, the service from the plumber was great. He was friendly and right on time. There was a minor hiccup in the scheduling. I was told a plumber would come out first thing in the morning. Not knowing what first thing in the morning meant in actual time, I called and was given an exact time. The plumber, again was friendly, personable and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. My only complaint is the pricing. I knew the problem was my main line was clogged, I needed it snaked. The plumber brought a pricing book and showed me the cost to snake my main line ( which is conveniently located in my garage)... $242!!! I didn't know what a job like that normally cost and was pressed for time to get it fixed, I felt it was expensive but I needed it fixed and did not have the time to call another plumber, my garage had water all over the floor. Also, this company has great reviews on Google which made me comfortable hiring them. The plumber fixed the issue in about 10 minutes... after doing some research, I learned that an average snake job cost under $150. The high is $200... I paid $242!!! These are all quotes in San Diego! Either way, I own my mistake but I won't use them again. Live and learn.

Got quote $750 to install a ice maker line to my fridge... about 3-5 ft of copper pipe and a tap into the water line. Bill Howe quoted the same job for $325.Look elsewhere if you have a small home job as these guys clearly don't want to do them. I'm only wondering why they decided to waste my time by even coming over for a quote? Just say no over the phone if the job is too small!

Pete, arrived with speed . he immediately assessed the problem , found the shut off valve and got right to work / he had a busy day going !!! the valve was broken and he fixed it, put on a better quality one.He was very professional and pleasant .I was so impressed !!! I will call him again, and only use him as my plumber !!!

They really saved the day when I had two condos with leaking pipes and a water heater that had quit working.
