Very positive experience with this company. Alex found that we had several fractures in the heat exchanger among other things and recommended to change out our furnace. He came out the next day and talked to us about our options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. After the install he walked us through everything they did and answered all of our questions. Did a great job cleaning up! We will definitely be contacting this company for any heating and cooling service.

Furnace wouldn't turn on right. Called this company and even though he was booked most of the day, he made it over and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Went out of his way to get the part he needed the same day and was up and running and toasty warm. Very great service, knows what he's doing and is very honest and dependable. Cost was reasonable as well. I wouldn't hesitate telling everyone I know to use this company. Great job!

So glad we went with a small business rather than the bigger companies. Would have waited 1-2 weeks for someone to come out but Alex came out same day and even made it to my preferred time. This company has been a great service provider to us for over 5 years in two very different houses. They have installed a ductless AC unit, a new furnace and fixed our smart thermostat. Everything works great and is very efficient too. Their techs are on time, clean, respectful, efficient and pleasant to work with. We recommend them to all our friends.

This company installed our furnace last January and just came for our annual maintenance. The first annual was free. Their work is top notch. The products are top of the line. They are friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely call them when it’s time to replace our A/C as well.

I have only had the best experiences with this company. I’ve installed two new furnaces (different units). Each time a really good experience. Today I had a small gas leak (on existing pipe fitting) on Sunday. Alex came and did an amazing job to fix the problem and performed regular maintenance. Alex was here within 12 hours of my call to install a C wire in my new NEST thermostat. He was able to consolidate my humidifier control into the NEST so that I can manage both heating and humidity through the NEST app. I am very happy with his work.

Love this company. They installed our furnace a few years back and have been upfront about all the work and helped us understand the best way for us to keep up. Today tech Alex was the one assigned to us for an issue we had with it. He was very nice even connected with my kiddo who wanted to know everything. He was very detailed and very informative. A light smoke with a strange smell started filling the house. Thought that the timing could not be worse and that we would have a big problem on our hands for at least a couple of days.Called this company and Alex came within an hour and fixed it that same evening. Our heater was turning on and off constantly instead of running a regular cycle. I very luckily found this company on an online search. In addition to the heating system maintenance, which took a long time, in order to troubleshoot a problem, he did a partial inspection of my crawlspace and found very important findings that were completely missed by an inspector from another firm.

I needed a gas line fitting replaced after I purchased a new oven. The tech cane out, took just a few minutes to diagnose, and made a quick repair. He also offered to help me move my oven in and hook it up which was more than I expected. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company upgraded the a/c unit in our house. Staff is knowledgeable, always professional, and fairly priced. They can also set twice yearly reminders to to keep your heat and a/c on schedule for maintenance which makes life easier for our family.

I've had multiple different companies out trying to diagnose issues with my Amana system that was installed by a shoddy company. They came out and were able to find that my thermostat was programmed incorrectly. Multiple companies got stumped by an air handler and didn't even think to check the thermostat.Great techs!

I scheduled a repair on my HVAC, manager explained that the hours of operation were until 8pm during the week. I set up a 7pm appointment, was called the day off and asked to switch to the following day due to servicemen availability. The following day, i leave work early to be home for set appointment, called the company at 6pm to let them know i was home early if they wanted to come. Was told that they once again were cancelling, with no warning to me. Just lousy professionalism, i understand that 7pm is late but don't advertise as a possibility unless it is true. Would not recommend.

Two young kids pulled up in a small old car wearing street clothes w/ no name of the company anywhere. It took less than 5 minutes for them to look at the air conditioner and take care of it. The bill said, ‘coolant refill was required’ and charged me $569.47. I only discovered later from a friend that was a professional in this business. He told me that this was well over what it should have cost. I don’t understand the other google good reviews.
