We called Team Rooter because of a drain blockage problem. Hector arrived very promptly, and assessed the problem. He fully explained the process and continued to explain as he worked. When the job was completed, both Hector and Kenny explained some preventative measures we could take in the future. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. Pinhole leak behind first floor ceiling. Found it quickly and had remediation/repair crew on-site within the hour. Very professional and explained everything done with rationale. Finished job quickly and cleaned up site before leaving. Touch-less pay system was icing on the cake. I'd recommend this firm for your plumbing needs.

An appointment was made and David arrived in a timely manner. All three of the plumbing problems were handled with one requiring a part to be ordered. I received a call to approve purchase of the required part and it will be installed as soon as it arrives. What's not to like with service like that!

Anthony was on time each day. He replaced our downstairs toilet and cleaned up the tile flooring. Anthony communicated with us and asked for our suggestions about what toilet we preferred. Well let's just say that plumbing problems are NO FUN and when you need someone FAST you never know what you will get. I had what to me what was a major issue when my drains stopped up. I needed it fixed fast since a had family coming over and I called Mr. Rooter. The lady on the phone was very polite and got a plumber on his way within an hour. When the guy showed up he was very professional. He first figured out the problem and told me recommendations for getting it fixed. After explaining everything in great detail and going over what it would involve he got started right away. He was very protect full of my house and kept his work area very clean. After fixing the problem he cleaned up like he was never there. Problem solved and I am very HAPPY. The price was very fair and the service was EXCELLENT. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has a Plumbing problem.

Ours must have been a record for fastest garbage disposal replacement. We lucked out that it was a slow day following the Labor Day weekend, so we got same day service. Calvin came to my house and fixed a plumbing leak caused by a toilet that had been installed incorrectly he saved me money by doing all the repair work from the room below without having to break apart tile in the bathroom. he was courteous friendly paid attention to detail and did an excellent job I would hire him again.

This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind. This is the way to do business and that’s why they got 5 stars not only from me but everyone they’ve worked with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them not only to my family and friends, but my clients as well!

Our plumber was timely, communicative and did the job quickly and professionally. He left the space completely clean and checked for other possible leaks/running toilets before he left. Very nice. Just an overall wonderful experience.

Jorge A from ALMCO was awesome. Came in fixed my drain and provided detailed explanation and recommendations. He did a great job and was quick and efficient. Clearly he demonstrated knowledgeable expertise in his field. I already have asked him to return to repair a broken cast iron pipe cleanout. I am very impressed with this company thanks to to Jorge A. This seems to be a happy team. From the first phone call with Paul who took my info and was very respectful and patient with me, I just knew this was the right company for the job. Never had a better experience with a contractor. My kitchen sink drain was super clogged and absolutely disgusting. Carlos came out and went above and beyond to unclog the drain and garbage disposal and clean everything else. Arrived on time, charged no extra fees and was very quick. Excellent service!! Only plumber I'll ever call!
